根据本发明实施例的一种多功能烹饪机,至少具有如下有益效果:通过上述结构,一方面,烘烤组件用于产生热量并将热量输送至承放面,以对直接置于承放面上的食材进行烘烤,另一方面,第一发热件用于使承放面发热,从而加热装有食材并置于承放面上的锅具,进而对锅具内的食材进行烹煮,综上所述,该烹饪机可以对食材进行烘烤或烹煮,用户无需购置两个对应功能的烹饪机,因此,能够降低烹饪的成本。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述机架包括承放座、连接梁以及安装臂,所述承放座设有所述承放面,所述第一发热件设于所述承放座,所述连接梁的一端与所述承放座连接,所述安装臂与所述连接梁的另一端连接,所述烘烤组件设于所述安装臂。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述烘烤组件包括第一驱动件、第一扇叶以及第二发热件,所述第一驱动件设于所述安装臂,所述第一扇叶与所述第一驱动件的输出端固连,所述第二发热件设于所述安装臂,所述第一驱动件能够驱使所述第一扇叶转动,以将所述第二发热件产生的热 量输送至所述承放面。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述安装臂包括臂本体、中接件以及连接件,所述臂本体与所述连接梁的所述另一端连接,所述第一驱动件设于所述臂本体,所述中接件与所述臂本体连接,所述连接件与所述中接件连接,所述连接件与所述中接件共同围成一隔热腔,所述第二发热件设于所述连接件,所述第一扇叶位于所述连接件和所述第二发热件之间。
根据本发明的一些实施例,还包括第二扇叶,所述第二扇叶与所述第一驱动件的输出端固连,所述第二扇叶位于所述隔热腔,所述中接件和/或所述连接件设有与所述隔热腔连通的第一通孔。
根据本发明的一些实施例,还包括保护罩,所述保护罩设于所述连接件,所述保护罩与所述连接件共同围成容置腔,所述第一扇叶和所述第二发热件均位于所述容置腔,所述保护罩设有与所述容置腔连通的第二通孔。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述安装臂通过枢轴与所述连接梁的所述另一端转动连接。
根据本发明的一些实施例,还包括锁定组件,所述锁定组件设于所述连接梁,所述安装臂相对所述连接梁转动至预设位置时,所述锁定组件用于与所述安装臂连接以锁定所述安装臂。
根据本发明的一些实施例,还包括控制开关,所述控制开关设于所述连接梁,所述安装臂位于预设位置时,所述安装臂与所述控制开关抵接。
根据本发明的一些实施例,还包括转盘组件,所述转盘组件包括第二驱动件和转盘,所述第二驱动件设于所述承放座,所述第二驱动件的输出端与所述转盘可拆卸地连接,所述第二驱动件用于驱使所述转盘转动,所述转盘位于所述承放面的上方以接收经所述烘烤组件输送给的热量。

参照图1至图10,本发明实施例一种多功能烹饪机,其包括机架100、烘烤组件200以及第一发热件300。
机架100设有承放面111A,烘烤组件200设于机架100,烘烤组件200用于产生热量并将热量输送至承放面111A,第一发热件300设于机架100,第一发热件300对应承放面111A设置,第一发热件300用于使承放面111A发热。
通过上述结构,一方面,烘烤组件200用于产生热量并将热量输送至承放面111A,以对直接置于承放面111A上的食材进行烘烤,另一方面,第一发热件300用于使承放面111A发热,从而加热装有食材并置于承放面111A上的锅具,进而对锅具内的食材进行烹煮,综上所述,该烹饪机可以对食材进行烘烤或烹煮,用户无需购置两个对应功能的烹饪机,因此,能够降低烹饪的成本。
机架100包括承放座110、连接梁120以及安装臂130。
参照图1、图2、图3以及图7,承放座110设有上述承放面111A, 第一发热件300设于承放座110,连接梁120的一端与承放座110连接,安装臂130与连接梁120的另一端连接,烘烤组件200设于安装臂130。
烘烤组件200包括第一驱动件210、第一扇叶220以及第二扇叶230。
参照图3,第一驱动件210设于安装臂130,第一扇叶220与第一驱动件210的输出端固连,第二发热件230设于安装臂130,第一驱动件210能够驱使第一扇叶220转动,以将第二发热件230产生的热量输送至承放面111A。其中,第一驱动件210设置为电机;第二发热件230可设置为电热管等。
安装臂130包括臂本体131、中接件132以及连接件133。
参照图2和图3,臂本体131与连接梁120的上述另一端连接,第一驱动件210设于臂本体131,中接件132与臂本体131连接,连接件133与中接件132连接,连接件133与中接件132共同围成一隔热腔,第二发热件230设于连接件133,第一扇叶220位于连接件133和第二发热件230之间。
通过上述结构,隔热腔能够减少热量传递至第一驱动件210处。
第一驱动件210设于臂本体131,具体的,参照图3,臂本体131设有第一安装腔b,第一安装腔b的腔底设有第一安装孔131A,第一驱动件210设于第一安装腔b,第一驱动件210设有与第一安装孔131A对应的第二安装孔211,第二安装孔211和第一安装孔131A穿设有紧固件。其中,紧固件可设置为螺栓等。
为了便于装拆第一驱动件210,参照图3,第一安装腔b具有安装口b1。
在本实施例中,参照图2和图3,还包括挡盖c,挡盖c与臂本体131连接,以遮挡上述安装口b1,具体的,挡盖c设有卡接块c1,臂本体131设有与卡接块c1配合的扣孔131B,卡接块c1卡设于扣孔131B。
通过上述结构,挡盖c与臂本体131可拆卸地连接以遮挡安装口b1,安装口b1被遮挡以能够提高对第一驱动件210的保护效果。
在一些实施例中,卡接块c1设置于臂本体131,扣孔131B设置于挡盖c。
中接件132与臂本体131连接,具体的,参照图3和图4,臂本体131设有第三安装孔131C,中接件132设有与第三安装孔131C对应的第 四安装孔132A,第四安装孔132A和第三安装孔131C穿设有紧固件。其中,紧固件可设置为螺栓等。
连接件133与中接件132连接,具体的,参照图3,中接件132设有第五安装孔132B,连接件133设有与第五安装孔132B对应的第六安装孔133A,第六安装孔133A和第五安装孔132B穿设有紧固件。其中,紧固件可设置为螺栓等。
为了进一步减少热量传递至第一驱动件210处,参照图3,还包括第二扇叶400,第二扇叶400与第一驱动件210的输出端固连,第二扇叶400位于隔热腔,中接件132和连接件133均设有与隔热腔连通的第一通孔a。
为了提高对第一扇叶220与第二发热件230的保护作用,参照图1和图3,还包括保护罩500,保护罩500设于连接件133,保护罩500与连接件133共同围成容置腔,第一扇叶220和第二发热件230均位于容置腔,保护罩500设有与容置腔连通的第二通孔510。
保护罩500设于连接件133,具体的,参照图3,保护罩500设有钩片520,连接件133设有与钩片520配合的片孔133B,钩片520穿设于片孔133B,且钩片520抵接于连接件133。
在本实施例中,参照图1、图3以及图5,还包括聚热件d,聚热件d设于连接件133,聚热件d能够使更多的热量输送至承放面111A。
聚热件d设于连接件133,具体的,参照图3和图5,聚热件d设有连孔d1,连接件133设有插柱133C,插柱133C远离连接件133的端部设有防脱部133C1,插柱133C穿设于连孔d1,且聚热件d抵接于防脱部133C1。
在本实施例中,连孔d1由两个不同孔径的孔连通而成,分别命名为小孔和大孔,小孔横截面积小于防脱部133C1的横截面积,聚热件d的安装步骤为:1、将插柱133C对准插设大孔,2、旋转聚热件d使插柱133C从大孔移动至小孔,3、聚热件d抵接于防脱部133C1,小孔位于防脱部133C1的正上方。
连接梁120包括连接梁盖121和连接梁壳122。
参照图2和图6,连接梁壳122与连接梁盖121连接以共同围成第二安装腔,连接梁盖121的一端与承放座110连接,连接梁盖121的另一 端通过枢轴600与臂本体131转动连接。
通过上述结构,连接梁120与安装臂130转动连接,安装臂130能够转动远离承放座110,以能够便于替换置于承放面111A上的烹饪用具。
连接梁壳122与连接梁盖121连接,具体的,参照图6,连接梁壳122设有第七安装孔122A,连接梁盖121设有与第七安装孔122A对应的第八安装孔121A,第八安装孔121A和第七安装孔122A穿设有紧固件。其中,紧固件可设置为螺栓等。
在本实施例中,参照图2和图6,还包括锁定组件700,锁定组件700设于第二安装腔,安装臂130相对连接梁120转动至预设位置时,锁定组件700用于与臂本体131连接以锁定安装臂130。
需要注意的是,上述预设位置指安装臂130上的烘烤组件200位于承放面111A正上方时的位置,具体参照图1所示。
锁定组件700包括锁定件710和弹性件720。
参照图2和图6,锁定件710转动连接于连接梁盖121,弹性件720的一端与连接梁盖121连接,弹性件720的另一端与锁定件710的其中一个端部连接,锁定件710的另外一个端部设有连接块,连接梁盖121设有供连接块伸出的通口,弹性件720用于驱使锁定件710转动,以使连接块通过通口伸出第二安装腔。其中,弹性件720设置为弹簧。
当安装臂130相对连接梁120转动至预设位置时,通过通口伸出第二安装腔的连接块与位于预设位置的臂本体131连接,进而实现锁定安装臂130。
在本实施例中,参照图3,臂本体131设有与连接块配合的连接孔131D,连接块插设于连接孔131D,以能够实现锁定安装臂130。
为了便于用户解锁安装臂130,参照图2和图6,还包括按压件730,按压件730与锁定件710的上述其中一个端部连接,连接梁壳122设有与按压件730对应的避让孔122B,按压件730可滑动地穿设于避让孔122B。
通过上述结构,用户可按压按压件730以驱使锁定件710摆动,进而使连接块脱出连接孔131D,以实现解锁安装臂130。
为了提高烹饪机的安全性,参照图2和图6,还包括控制开关800,控制开关800设于连接梁盖121,当安装臂130位于预设位置时,臂本体 131与控制开关800抵接,烹饪机方可通电使用。其中,控制开关800可设置为微动开关等。
承放座110包括承放座壳111和承放座盖112。
参照图7和图8,承放座壳111设有上述承放面111A,承放座壳111与承放座盖112连接以共同围成第三安装腔和连接槽,第一发热件300设于第三安装腔,承放座110通过连接槽与连接梁盖121的上述一端连接。其中,第一发热件300可设置为电发热管等。
在本实施例中,参照图7,为了提高烹饪机放置在平面时的稳定性,承放座盖112的底部设有防滑垫112D。
承放座壳111与承放座盖112连接,具体的,参照图7和图8,承放座壳111设有第九安装孔111B,承放座盖112设有与第九安装孔111B对应的第十安装孔112A,第十安装孔112A与第九安装孔111B穿设有紧固件。其中,紧固件可设置为螺栓等。
承放座110通过连接槽与连接梁盖121的上述一端连接,具体的,参照图2、图7以及图8,连接梁盖121的上述一端设有插块121B,插块121B插设于连接槽。
为了增加连接梁盖121与承放座110的连接稳定性,参照图2和图7,插块121B设有第十三安装孔121B1,承放座壳111设有与第十三安装孔121B1对应的第十四安装孔111E,第十四安装孔111E和第十三安装孔121B1穿设有紧固件。其中,紧固件可设置为螺栓等。
在本实施例中,参照图1和图7,还包括接收盒e,接收盒e设于承放座盖112,承放座壳111设有与接收盒e盒腔连通的导流通道111C,具体的,承放座壳111设有导料管,导流管内设有上述导流通道111C,接收盒e的顶部设有与其盒腔连通的敞口,导流通道111C的出口位于敞口的上方。
当用户将肉类食材直接置于承放面111A,并选用烘烤组件200对该食材进行烘烤时,食材会产生油水,油水能够通过上述导流通道111C被收集在接收盒e内。
接收盒e设于承放座盖112,具体的,参照图7,承放座盖112设有插装腔112B,插装腔112B的腔壁设有抵接块112B1,接收盒e插设于插装腔112B,且抵接于抵接块112B1的上方。
为了在选用烘烤组件200对食材进行烘烤时,使食材烘烤均匀,参照图7和图9,还包括转盘组件,转盘组件包括第二驱动件910和转盘920,第二驱动件910设于第三安装腔,第二驱动件910的输出端与转盘920可拆卸地连接,第二驱动件910用于驱使转盘920转动,转盘920位于承放面111A的上方以接收经烘烤组件200输送给的热量。其中,第二驱动件910设置为电机。
可以理解的是,当烹饪机配置转盘920时,用户会将食材放置于转盘920。
第二驱动件910的输出端与转盘920可拆卸地连接,具体的,第二驱动件910的输出端固设有嵌块,转盘920设有与嵌块配合的嵌孔,嵌块嵌设于嵌孔。
第二驱动件910设于承放座110,具体的,参照图7,第二驱动件910设有第十一安装孔911,承放座壳111设有与第十一安装孔911对应的第十二安装孔111D,第十二安装孔111D与第十一安装孔911穿设有紧固件。其中,紧固件可设置为螺栓等。
为了延长第二驱动件910的使用寿命,参照图7和图8,承放座盖112设有与第二驱动件910对应的散热孔112C。
综上所述,本发明烹饪机所提供的烹饪工作至少有如下几种:
1、参照图1,直接将食材放置于承放面111A,选择烘烤模式,烘烤组件200工作,第一发热件300不工作;
2、参照图9,装配转盘920,用户直接将食材放置于转盘920上,选择烘烤+转盘模式,烘烤组件200工作,第一发热件300不工作,第二驱动件910驱使转盘920转动;
3、参照图10,将装有食材的锅具放置于承放面111A,锅具的开口对应烘烤组件200设置,选择烘烤模式,烘烤组件200工作,第一发热件300不工作;
4、参照图10,将装有食材的锅具放置于承放面111A,选择烹煮模式,第一发热件300工作、烘烤组件200不工作;
5、参照图10,将装有食材的锅具放置于承放面111A,锅具的开口对应烘烤组件200设置,选择烘烤+烹煮模式,烘烤组件200工作,第一发热件300工作。
当然,本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可作出等同变形或替换,这些等同的变形和替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。
Claims (10)
- 一种多功能烹饪机,其特征在于:包括机架(100),所述机架(100)设有承放面(111A);烘烤组件(200),设于所述机架(100),所述烘烤组件(200)用于产生热量并将热量输送至所述承放面(111A);第一发热件(300),设于所述机架(100),所述第一发热件(300)对应所述承放面(111A)设置,所述第一发热件(300)用于使所述承放面(111A)发热。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能烹饪机,其特征在于:所述机架(100)包括:承放座(110),设有所述承放面(111A),所述第一发热件(300)设于所述承放座(110);连接梁(120),所述连接梁(120)的一端与所述承放座(110)连接;安装臂(130),所述安装臂(130)与所述连接梁(120)的另一端连接,所述烘烤组件(200)设于所述安装臂(130)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能烹饪机,其特征在于:所述烘烤组件(200)包括:第一驱动件(210),设于所述安装臂(130);第一扇叶(220),与所述第一驱动件(210)的输出端固连;第二发热件(230),设于所述安装臂(130),所述第一驱动件(210)能够驱使所述第一扇叶(220)转动,以将所述第二发热件(230)产生的热量输送至所述承放面(111A)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种多功能烹饪机,其特征在于:所述安装臂(130)包括:臂本体(131),与所述连接梁(120)的所述另一端连接,所述第一驱动件(210)设于所述臂本体(131);中接件(132),与所述臂本体(131)连接;连接件(133),与所述中接件(132)连接,所述连接件(133)与所述中接件(132)共同围成一隔热腔,所述第二发热件(230)设于所述 连接件(133),所述第一扇叶(220)位于所述连接件(133)和所述第二发热件(230)之间。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种多功能烹饪机,其特征在于:还包括第二扇叶(400),所述第二扇叶(400)与所述第一驱动件(210)的输出端固连,所述第二扇叶(400)位于所述隔热腔,所述中接件(132)和/或所述连接件(133)设有与所述隔热腔连通的第一通孔(a)。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种多功能烹饪机,其特征在于:还包括保护罩(500),所述保护罩(500)设于所述连接件(133),所述保护罩(500)与所述连接件(133)共同围成容置腔,所述第一扇叶(220)和所述第二发热件(230)均位于所述容置腔,所述保护罩(500)设有与所述容置腔连通的第二通孔(510)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能烹饪机,其特征在于:所述安装臂(130)通过枢轴(600)与所述连接梁(120)的所述另一端转动连接。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种多功能烹饪机,其特征在于:还包括锁定组件(700),所述锁定组件(700)设于所述连接梁(120),所述安装臂(130)相对所述连接梁(120)转动至预设位置时,所述锁定组件(700)用于与所述安装臂(130)连接以锁定所述安装臂(130)。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种多功能烹饪机,其特征在于:还包括控制开关(800),所述控制开关(800)设于所述连接梁(120),所述安装臂(130)位于预设位置时,所述安装臂(130)与所述控制开关(800)抵接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能烹饪机,其特征在于:还包括转盘组件,所述转盘组件包括第二驱动件(910)和转盘(920),所述第二驱动件(910)设于所述承放座(110),所述第二驱动件(910)的输出端与所述转盘(920)可拆卸地连接,所述第二驱动件(910)用于驱使所述转盘(920)转动,所述转盘(920)位于所述承放面(111A)的上方以接收经所述烘烤组件(200)输送给的热量。
