本開示の構成によれば、第1端子と第2端子とが互いにロック部を係止することによって組付け状態にロックされた状態で、第2端子の切欠き部にボルトの頭部が入り込む。そのため、ボルトに第2端子が接触せずに第1端子を被固定部材に固定することができる。したがって、第1端子に第2端子が組付けられる構成であっても、1種類のボルトだけで被固定部材に固定できる。
この構成によれば、第1端子に第2端子が組付けられた状態で第1端子をボルトで被固定部材に固定する際に、第2端子において切欠き部の周囲に第2平面部があることで、レンチなどの治具の姿勢を安定させることができる。
この構成によれば、第1端子に第2端子が組付けられた状態でこれらの端子をボルトで被固定部材に固定する際に、第1端子において第2端子の切欠き部において露出する第1平面部があることで、レンチなどの治具の姿勢を安定させることができる。
この構成によれば、第1端子に対して第2端子を回転させる際に、ボルトの締め付けが緩み難くなる。
[実施例1]
本開示の実施例1に係る組合せ端子1は、図1~図3に示すように、複数の端子10A,10B,10C,10Dを備えている。各端子10A,10B,10C,10Dは、互いの板面を対向させつつ組み合わされる。各端子10A,10B,10C,10Dは、それぞれ、図示しない電線の端末部に接続される。例えば、各電線は組合せ端子1によって車両のボディ等の接地部に接続されてアースされる。なお、以下の説明において、上下方向については、図1~図3を基準とする。上下方向は、各端子10A,10B,10C,10Dの板面の対向方向であり、また、各端子10A,10B,10C,10Dの積層方向でもある。
各端子10A,10B,10C,10Dは、それぞれ、導電金属製の板材を曲げ加工等して一体に形成されている。本実施例1の場合、各端子10A,10B,10C,10Dは、形状を異にする4種類の端子で構成されている。端子10Bは本開示の「第1端子」に相当する。端子10Cは本開示の「第2端子」に相当する。図1、図3では、端子10A、端子10B、端子10C、端子10Dの順に積層されている。
次に、本実施例1に係る組合せ端子1の組付け手順を説明する。
端子10Aと端子10Bの組付け、端子10Bと端子10Cの組付け、及び端子10Cと端子10Dの組付けによって、組合せ端子1の組付けが完了する。以下、それぞれの組付け手順について説明する。なお、以下の説明においては、必要に応じて、上下方向で隣り合う端子のうち、相対的に上側に位置する端子の各部の符号の末尾に「U」を付し、相対的に下側に位置する端子の各部の符号の末尾に「L」を付し、「上側」と「下側」とを区別する。
図11~図17は、実施例2の組み付け端子を説明する図面である。本開示の組み付け端子を具体化した実施例2の組み付け端子を、図11~図17を参照して説明する。本実施例2において、前後の方向については、図11~図13,17における斜め左下方を前方と定義する。上下の方向については、図11~図13,17にあらわれる向きを、そのまま上方、下方と定義する。左右の方向については、図11~図13,17における斜め左上方を左方、及び図14~図16における左右方向を、そのまま左右方向と定義する。
第1端子金具211は、所定形状の金属板材に曲げ加工等を施して成形された単一部品である。図12に示すように、第1端子金具211は、板厚方向を上下方向に向けた1つの第1基板部212と、第1基板部212の右端縁から右方へ延出したオープンバレル状の圧着部213とを有する。第1基板部212の中心部には、第1基板部212を板厚方向に貫通する第1ボルト孔214が形成されている。
第2端子金具241は、所定形状の金属板材に曲げ加工等を施して成形された単一部品である。図12に示すように、第2端子金具241は、板厚方向を上下方向に向けた1つの第2基板部242と、第2基板部242の右端縁から右方へ延出したオープンバレル状の圧着部213とを有する。第2基板部242の中心部には、第2基板部242を板厚方向に貫通する第2ボルト孔243が形成されている。
両端子モジュール210,240の組付けは、第1端子金具211に対して第2端子金具241を前方から接近させながら、第1基板部212の上面に第2基板部242を積層し、第2ロック用嵌合部245の突出端部を、第1ロック用支持部221と第1弾性ロック片222との間に進入させ、第1ロック用嵌合部219の突出端部を、第2基板部242と第2弾性ロック片248との間に進入させる。第1端子金具211と第2端子金具241とを積層方向と交差する方向に相対的に変位させることでロック状態となる。
本発明は、上記記述及び図面によって説明した実施例に限定されるものではなく、請求の範囲によって示される。本発明には、請求の範囲と均等の意味及び請求の範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれ、下記のような実施形態も含まれることが意図される。
上記実施例1では、端子10A,10B,10Dを組み付けて組付け端子を構成してもよい。この場合、端子10Bが本開示の「第1端子」に相当し、端子10Dが本開示の「第2端子」に相当する。端子10A,10C,10Dを組み付けて組付け端子を構成してもよい。この場合、端子10Aが本開示の「第1端子」に相当し、端子10Cが本開示の「第2端子」に相当する。
上記実施例1では、端子10Bを複数組付けて積層する構成としてもよい。同様に、端子10Cを複数組付けて積層する構成としてもよい。
上記実施例1では、被ガイド部および弾性係止部は、基板部の外周側の3箇所に配置されていたが一箇所のみに配置されていてもよく、あるいは4箇所以上に配置されていてもよい。
上記実施例1では、弾性係止部とガイド部とは被ガイド部に一体に連なるように設けられていたが、弾性係止部とガイド部の少なくとも一方は、被ガイド部とは別に設けられていてもよい。
上記実施例1では、端子10Dが弾性係止部を有していなかったが、端子10Dも弾性係止部を有していてもよい。
上記実施例1では、第2端子がガイド部を有していた。しかし、他の実施形態として、第2端子はガイド部を有していなくても良い。
上記実施例1では、係止部13と弾性係止部17を係止するために下側の端子に対して上側の端子を回転させる方向(上側から見て時計回り方向)が、端子10Bに対するボルト30の締め付け方向(上側から見て時計回り方向)と同じ方向であった。しかしながら、これらの方向が反対方向であってもよい。
上記実施例2では、保護部が両端子金具の組付け方向と平行に延びたリブ状をなすが、保護部は、両端子金具の組付け方向と交差する方向に延びたリブ状であってもよい。
上記実施例2では、弾性ロック片が、両端子金具の組付け方向と交差する方向へ片持ち状に延出しているが、弾性ロック片は、両端子金具の組付け方向と平行な方向へ片持ち状に延出した形状であってもよい。
上記実施例2では、ロック部を突起状とし、弾性ロック片のスリットにロック部を係止させるようにしたが、ロック部を孔状とし、弾性ロック片の突起を孔状のロック部に係止させてもよい。
上記実施例2では、第1端子金具が、予め第1サブ端子を組み付けた状態で第2端子金具に組み付けられるが、第1端子金具は、単独で第2端子金具に組み付けられるようにしてもよい。
上記実施例2では、第2端子金具が、予め第2サブ端子を組み付けた状態で第1端子金具に組み付けられるが、第2端子金具は、単独で第1端子金具に組み付けられるようにしてもよい。

Claims (4)
- ボルトを用いて被固定部材に固定される第1端子と、
前記第1端子に組み付けられる第2端子と、
を備え、
前記第1端子および前記第2端子は、互いに係止することによって前記第1端子と前記第2端子とを組付け状態にロックするロック部を有し、
前記第2端子は、前記第1端子と前記第2端子との組付け状態で前記ボルトの頭部が入り込む切欠き部を有している組合せ端子。 - 前記第1端子と前記第2端子とを相対的に回転させることで前記ロック部同士が係止し、
前記第2端子は、前記切欠き部が設けられる第2基板部を有し、
前記第2基板部における前記切欠き部の周囲に環状の第2平面部が設けられている請求項1に記載の組合せ端子。 - 前記第1端子は、第1基板部を有し、
前記第2端子は、前記切欠き部が設けられる第2基板部を有し、
前記第1基板部と前記第2基板部とが積層された状態で前記第1端子と前記第2端子が組み付けられ、
前記第1端子と前記第2端子とを積層方向と交差する方向に相対的に変位させることで前記ロック部同士が係止し、
前記第1端子は、前記第1端子と前記第2端子との組付け状態で、前記切欠き部において露出する第1平面部を有している請求項1に記載の組合せ端子。 - 前記ロック部同士が係止するために前記第1端子に対して前記第2端子を回転させる方向は、前記第1端子に対する前記ボルトの締め付け方向と同じ方向である請求項2に記載の組合せ端子。
