特許文献1の詰替え容器用栓体は、流出筒と装着筒とを備えた栓本体、及び装着筒の内周面に密着する装着壁面部と閉塞板部と押込み凸部とを備えた栓蓋を具備し、該押込み凸部を、流出開口の開口周縁部から前記流出筒の径方向外側まで切欠き形成された挿通口を介して流出方向外側に突出させ、且つ前記押込み凸部の先端面の一部を、前記流出筒の外周面よりも径方向外側に配置した状態で、前記栓蓋が前記栓本体に装着されている。
一実施形態において、前記詰替え容器用栓体は、前記詰替え流出口の開口周縁部分に接合固定される栓本体と、該栓本体の天面盤に開口形成された流出開口を流出方向内側から閉塞して、栓本体に着脱可能に装着される栓蓋とを含んで構成されていることが好ましい。

一実施形態において、前記栓本体は、前記流出筒と前記筒状外壁との間隔部分において前記天面盤に開口形成された挿通口を備えていることが好ましい。
一実施形態において、前記栓蓋は、外周面が前記装着筒の内周面に密着する装着壁面部と、前記装着筒の中空断面形状と同様の平面形状を有する閉塞板部と、該閉塞板部の周縁部分から立設する押込み凸部とを備えていることが好ましい。
一実施形態において、前記詰替え容器用栓体は、前記押込み凸部を、前記流出筒と前記筒状外壁との間隔部分において前記挿通口を介して前記天面盤から流出方向外側に突出させた状態で、前記栓蓋が前記栓本体に装着されていることが好ましい。
また、流出筒11と筒状外壁13とは、流出方向Vの内側の端部が天面盤12に連設されており、該天面盤12は流出筒11と筒状外壁13との間に位置している。
筒状外壁13は、被詰替え口首部7の外径と略同様の内径を備えている(後述する図8参照)。本実施形態の筒状外壁13の内周面には、被詰替え口首部7と螺合するための雌ネジ凸条13aが形成されている。本実施形態においては、栓体1の筒状外壁13と被詰替え口首部7とが螺合することにより、栓体1を介して詰替え口首部4と被詰替え口首部7とが着脱自在に結合可能である。
本実施形態の栓本体10は、天面盤12における流出方向Vの内側の面において、装着筒15の内周縁に沿って当接段差部17が形成されている。斯かる当接段差部17は、天面盤12よりも流出方向Vの内側に出っ張った段差部分であり、挿通口16以外の部分において装着筒15の内周縁に沿って連続して形成されている。当接段差部17は、挿通仕切り壁18よりも高さが低い。すなわち、挿通仕切り壁18は、当接段差部17よりも流出方向Vの内側に突出している。
栓蓋20が栓本体10に装着された状態において、挿通仕切り壁18が閉塞板部23に当接する場合、当接段差部17は、装着壁面部27の天面部と密着していてもよく、密着していなくともよい。詰替え容器5からの内容物の漏れをより抑制する観点から、当接段差部17は、栓蓋20が栓本体10に装着された状態において、栓蓋20の装着壁面部27の天面部と密着することが好ましい。
本実施形態の栓本体10では、装着筒15、挿通仕切り壁18及び当接段差部17の順で、流出方向Vの内側に突出している。
本実施形態の栓本体10を流出方向Vの内側から視たとき、挿通口16は、挿通仕切り壁18、当接段差部17及び装着筒15によって囲まれている(図7参照)。換言すると、挿通口16の輪郭が挿通仕切り壁18、当接段差部17及び装着筒15によって形成されている。
栓体1の詰替え口首部4への装着固定は、嵌合形式に代えて、螺合形式であってもよい。
押込み凸部26が挿通口16に挿入された状態を以下、単に「装着状態」ともいう。
さらに閉塞板部23は、装着筒15の中空断面形状と同様の平面形状を有している。これら構成を具備する栓蓋20の装着状態において、天面盤12の流出開口11aを含む装着筒15の内部は、閉塞板部23によって閉塞されるとともに、装着壁面部27と装着筒15との密着によって液密に密閉される。
このように、栓蓋20は、栓本体10の天面盤12に開口形成された流出開口11aと挿通口16とを流出方向V内側から閉塞する。また、流出開口11aを含む装着筒15の内部は、閉塞板部23及び装着壁面部27によって液密に密閉される。これにより、詰替え口首部4を鉛直方向の下方に向けて詰替え容器5を倒立状態にしても、該詰替え容器5からの内容物の漏出を防止できる。
また、本実施形態の詰替え容器5は、外部との空気置換をせず、栓体1の挿通口16を介して被詰替え容器6との間で空気置換を行うので、外部への内容物の漏出が効果的に抑制される。斯かる容器5,6間の空気置換に加え、栓本体10と被詰替え容器6とが液密に結合されているので、仮に、結合後の倒立状態の詰替え容器5及び自立状態の被詰替え容器6が倒れても、栓体1を介した詰替え口首部4と被詰替え口首部7との結合が維持されている限りは内容物の外部への漏出を抑制できるので、内容物を安定して充填できる。
前記の容器5,6間の空気置換をより容易に行う観点から、挿通口16の流出方向V内側の開口端は、流出開口11aの流出方向V内側の開口端よりも、流出方向V内側に位置していることが好ましい。
本実施形態の栓本体10は、前記間隔部分において、径方向に対向する2箇所に挿通口16が形成されており、押込み凸部26は、閉塞板部23の周縁部分において、径方向に対向する2箇所から立設して設けられている(図4参照)。
本実施形態では、前記の螺合をより確実にするため、筒状外壁13の内径と、被詰替え口首部7の外径とが略同じである。
装着筒15は、流出方向V全体において流出口周縁部分4aの内周面と密着可能な外径を備えていてもよく、天面盤12側の基端部分のみに流出口周縁部分4aの内周面と密着可能な外径を備えていてもよい。
また、栓蓋20は、内容物(液体)よりも比重の低い材質からなることが好ましい。斯かる構成により、栓蓋20が栓本体10から脱離した後、該栓蓋20が浮力によって内容物中を浮上するので、流出開口11aを介した内容物の流出が阻害されることを効果的に抑制できる。
本実施形態の栓蓋20は、被詰替え口首部7の天面部が天面盤12に達しても、押込み凸部26が挿通口16から外れず、該挿通口16の閉鎖(装着状態)が維持される〔図10(b)参照〕。この場合、流出開口11aを含む装着筒15の内部は、閉塞板部23による閉塞が解除されるので、内容物が詰替え容器5から流出する流路は確保される。また本実施形態の装着状態において、押込み凸部26と挿通口16との間に僅かな隙間がある場合は、該隙間を介した容器5,6空気置換が可能である。
例えば、栓体1又はこれを備える詰替え容器5を用いて被詰替え容器6に詰め替えられる内容物は、化粧水や乳液等の液体の内容物であってもよく、粉粒物等の流動性を有するその他の内容物であってもよい。
上述した実施形態の栓体1は、ボトル形状の詰替え容器5の口首部4に取り付けられるものであったが、プラスチック成形容器やフィルム容器等からなる種々の詰替え容器の詰替え流出口を覆って取り付けられるものであってもよい。
栓本体10は、挿通仕切り壁18を備えていなくともよい。
栓本体10は、外側装着筒14を備えていなくともよく、シール接合等によって詰替え口首部4の詰替え流出口を覆って詰替え容器5に一体に取り付けられていてもよい。
栓蓋20の装着壁面部27は、中空の筒形状を有していなくともよい。例えば閉塞板部23を肉厚に形成して、外周面を装着筒15の内周面に密着させることで、閉塞板部23に装着壁面部27としての機能を持たせるようにしてもよい。
上述した実施形態において閉塞板部23の周縁部分から立設する押込み凸部26は、四角角柱の柱状部分であったが(図4参照)、押込み凸部26は、その他の形状の柱状部分や筒状部分であってもよい。押込み凸部26は、突出方向に向かって先細りしたテーパー形状を有していてもよい。また、押込み凸部26の先端は平坦であってもよく、段差があってもよい。さらに、押込み凸部26は、閉塞板部23に対して垂直に立設していてもよく、該閉塞板部23に対して傾斜した状態で立設していてもよい。

前記栓本体は、前記流出開口を囲んで前記天面盤から流出方向外側に突出する流出筒と、該流出筒と同心状に配置されると共に該流出筒を囲んで前記天面盤から流出方向外側に突出する、前記被詰替え容器の口首部の外径に対応する筒状外壁と、前記流出筒と同心状に配置されると共に前記流出筒を囲んで前記天面盤から流出方向内側に突出する装着筒とを備えており、
前記栓本体は、前記流出筒と前記筒状外壁との間隔部分において前記天面盤に開口形成された挿通口を備えており、
前記栓蓋は、外周面が前記装着筒の内周面に密着する装着壁面部と、前記装着筒の中空断面形状と同様の平面形状を有する閉塞板部と、該閉塞板部の周縁部分から立設する押込み凸部とを備えており、
前記押込み凸部を、前記流出筒と前記筒状外壁との間隔部分において前記挿通口を介して前記天面盤から流出方向外側に突出させた状態で、前記栓蓋が前記栓本体に装着されている、詰替え容器用栓体。
前記挿通口は、前記天面盤の前記流出筒と前記筒状外壁との間隔部分において2箇所以上に形成されており、前記押込み凸部は、前記閉塞板部の周縁部分において2箇所以上から立設して設けられている、前記<1>に記載の詰替え容器用栓体。

前記流出筒と前記筒状外壁との間隔部分によって画成される円を仮定したとき、該円の円周を複数に等分する箇所に前記挿通口が形成されている、前記<2>に記載の詰替え容器用栓体。

前記栓本体における前記流出筒と前記筒状外壁との間隔部分に前記被詰替え容器の口首部を挿し込んで、前記詰替え容器の口首部と前記被詰替え容器の口首部とを結合したときに、前記天面盤が該口首部の先端部分と当接する、前記<1>~<3>のいずれか1に記載の詰替え容器用栓体。

前記筒状外壁の内周面に、前記被詰替え容器の口首部の外周面に形成された雄ネジ凸条と螺合する、雌ネジ凸条が形成されている、前記<1>~<4>のいずれか1に記載の詰替え容器用栓体。

前記装着筒は、前記天面盤側の基端部分が、前記詰替え流出口の開口周縁部分の内周面と密着可能な外径を備えている、前記<1>~<5>のいずれか1に記載の詰替え容器用栓体。

前記挿通口は、挿通仕切り壁を介して前記流出開口よりも流出方向内側に延在している、前記<1>~<6>のいずれか1に記載の詰替え容器用栓体。

前記挿通仕切り壁は、前記挿通口の周縁部の一部が、前記流出方向内側に向かって突出している、前記<7>に記載の詰替え容器用栓体。

前記栓本体は、前記流出筒と前記筒状外壁との間隔部分において前記天面盤に開口形成された挿通口を備えており、
前記栓蓋は、外周面が前記装着筒の内周面に密着する装着壁面部と、前記装着筒の中空断面形状と同様の平面形状を有する閉塞板部と、該閉塞板部の周縁部分から立設する押込み凸部とを備えており、
前記押込み凸部を、前記流出筒と前記筒状外壁との間隔部分において前記挿通口を介して前記天面盤から流出方向外側に突出させた状態で、前記栓蓋が前記栓本体に装着されている、詰替え容器。

前記挿通口は、前記天面盤の前記流出筒と前記筒状外壁との間隔部分において2箇所以上に形成されており、前記押込み凸部は、前記閉塞板部の周縁部分において2箇所以上から立設して設けられている、前記<10>に記載の詰替え容器。

前記流出筒と前記筒状外壁との間隔部分によって画成される円を仮定したとき、該円の円周を複数に等分する箇所に前記挿通口が形成されている、前記<11>に記載の詰替え容器。

前記栓本体における前記流出筒と前記筒状外壁との間隔部分に前記被詰替え容器の口首部を挿し込んで、前記詰替え容器の口首部と前記被詰替え容器の口首部とを結合したときに、前記天面盤が該口首部の先端部分と当接する、前記<10>~<12>のいずれか1に記載の詰替え容器。

前記筒状外壁の内周面に、前記被詰替え容器の口首部の外周面に形成された雄ネジ凸条と螺合する、雌ネジ凸条が形成されている、前記<10>~<13>のいずれか1に記載の詰替え容器。

前記装着筒は、前記天面盤側の基端部分が、前記詰替え流出口の開口周縁部分の内周面と密着可能な外径を備えている、前記<10>~<14>のいずれか1に記載の詰替え容器。

前記挿通口は、挿通仕切り壁を介して前記流出開口よりも流出方向内側に延在している、前記<10>~<15>のいずれか1に記載の詰替え容器。

前記挿通仕切り壁は、前記挿通口の周縁部の一部が、前記流出方向内側に向かって突出している、前記<16>に記載の詰替え容器。
<18>
前記栓蓋は、前記内容物よりも比重の低い材質からなる、前記<10>~<17>のいずれか1に記載の詰替え容器。
Claims (18)
- 口首部を備える被詰替え容器に内容物を詰め替えるための、詰替え容器の詰替え流出口を覆って取り付けられる詰替え容器用栓体であって、
前記詰替え流出口の開口周縁部分に接合固定される栓本体と、該栓本体の天面盤に開口形成された流出開口を流出方向内側から閉塞して、栓本体に着脱可能に装着される栓蓋とを含んで構成されており、
前記栓本体は、前記流出開口を囲んで前記天面盤から流出方向外側に突出する流出筒と、該流出筒と同心状に配置されると共に該流出筒を囲んで前記天面盤から流出方向外側に突出する、前記被詰替え容器の口首部の外径に対応する内径を備える筒状外壁と、前記流出筒と同心状に配置されると共に前記流出筒を囲んで前記天面盤から流出方向内側に突出する装着筒とを備えており、
前記栓本体は、前記流出筒と前記筒状外壁との間隔部分において前記天面盤に開口形成された挿通口を備えており、
前記栓蓋は、外周面が前記装着筒の内周面に密着する装着壁面部と、前記装着筒の中空断面形状と同様の平面形状を有する閉塞板部と、該閉塞板部の周縁部分から立設する押込み凸部とを備えており、
前記押込み凸部を、前記流出筒と前記筒状外壁との間隔部分において前記挿通口を介して前記天面盤から流出方向外側に突出させた状態で、前記栓蓋が前記栓本体に装着されている、詰替え容器用栓体。 - 前記挿通口は、前記天面盤の前記流出筒と前記筒状外壁との間隔部分において2箇所以上に形成されており、前記押込み凸部は、前記閉塞板部の周縁部分において2箇所以上から立設して設けられている、請求項1に記載の詰替え容器用栓体。
- 前記流出筒と前記筒状外壁との間隔部分によって画成される円を仮定したとき、該円の円周を複数に等分する箇所に前記挿通口が形成されている、請求項2に記載の詰替え容器用栓体。
- 前記栓本体における前記流出筒と前記筒状外壁との間隔部分に前記被詰替え容器の口首部を挿し込んで、前記詰替え容器の口首部と前記被詰替え容器の口首部とを結合したときに、前記天面盤が該口首部の先端部分と当接する、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の詰替え容器用栓体。
- 前記筒状外壁の内周面に、前記被詰替え容器の口首部の外周面に形成された雄ネジ凸条と螺合する、雌ネジ凸条が形成されている、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の詰替え容器用栓体。
- 前記装着筒は、前記天面盤側の基端部分が、前記詰替え流出口の開口周縁部分の内周面と密着可能な外径を備えている、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の詰替え容器用栓体。
- 前記挿通口は、挿通仕切り壁を介して前記流出開口よりも流出方向内側に延在している、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の詰替え容器用栓体。
- 前記挿通仕切り壁は、前記挿通口の周縁部の一部が、前記流出方向内側に向かって突出している、請求項7に記載の詰替え容器用栓体。
- 前記栓蓋は、前記内容物よりも比重の低い材質からなる、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の詰替え容器用栓体。

前記栓本体は、前記流出筒と前記筒状外壁との間隔部分において前記天面盤に開口形成された挿通口を備えており、
前記栓蓋は、外周面が前記装着筒の内周面に密着する装着壁面部と、前記装着筒の中空断面形状と同様の平面形状を有する閉塞板部と、該閉塞板部の周縁部分から立設する押込み凸部とを備えており、
前記押込み凸部を、前記流出筒と前記筒状外壁との間隔部分において前記挿通口を介して前記天面盤から流出方向外側に突出させた状態で、前記栓蓋が前記栓本体に装着されている、詰替え容器。 - 前記挿通口は、前記天面盤の前記流出筒と前記筒状外壁との間隔部分において2箇所以上に形成されており、前記押込み凸部は、前記閉塞板部の周縁部分において2箇所以上から立設して設けられている、請求項10に記載の詰替え容器。
- 前記流出筒と前記筒状外壁との間隔部分によって画成される円を仮定したとき、該円の円周を複数に等分する箇所に前記挿通口が形成されている、請求項11に記載の詰替え容器。
- 前記栓本体における前記流出筒と前記筒状外壁との間隔部分に前記被詰替え容器の口首部を挿し込んで、前記詰替え容器の口首部と前記被詰替え容器の口首部とを結合したときに、前記天面盤が該口首部の先端部分と当接する、請求項10~12のいずれか1項に記載の詰替え容器。
- 前記筒状外壁の内周面に、前記被詰替え容器の口首部の外周面に形成された雄ネジ凸条と螺合する、雌ネジ凸条が形成されている、請求項10~13のいずれか1項に記載の詰替え容器。
- 前記装着筒は、前記天面盤側の基端部分が、前記詰替え流出口の開口周縁部分の内周面と密着可能な外径を備えている、請求項10~14のいずれか1項に記載の詰替え容器。
- 前記挿通口は、挿通仕切り壁を介して前記流出開口よりも流出方向内側に延在している、請求項10~15のいずれか1項に記載の詰替え容器。
- 前記挿通仕切り壁は、前記挿通口の周縁部の一部が、前記流出方向内側に向かって突出している、請求項16に記載の詰替え容器。
- 前記栓蓋は、前記内容物よりも比重の低い材質からなる、請求項10~17のいずれか1項に記載の詰替え容器。
