- the order of steps S18 and S19 does not matter. For example, after the user is notified of the vehicle allocation position in step S19, the user may be notified that the user's baggage has been loaded onto the pick-up vehicle at the vehicle allocation position. In this case, in step S19, in addition to the pick-up vehicle allocation position, it may be notified that the loading of baggage has not been completed.
- the acquisition unit 112 acquires the user's facial image when the user gets on the pick-up vehicle (step S20). - the biometrics control unit 113 determines whether or not the authentication is successful based on, for example, the authentication result received from the authentication device. For example, when the authentication result indicates authentication failure, the biometric authentication control unit 113 does not determine that the authentication has succeeded (step S22: NO). In this case, the information control device 100 terminates the processing.
- the biometric authentication control unit 113 determines that the authentication has succeeded (step S22: YES). If the authentication is successful, the information providing unit 115 provides information for transporting the user to the accommodation facility based on the registered information (step S23). For example, when the biometric authentication is successful, the information providing unit 115 transmits a command to the transfer vehicle terminal to transfer the user from the arrival airport to the accommodation facility.
