目前,市面上存在的室外型光纤连接器和适配器,大部分采用的锁紧方式为旋拧式,而旋拧式锁紧方式由于其自身特性,需要在连接器和适配器周边预留手指操作空间,在有限的安装空间下,特别是在密度要求较高的情况下,操作非常困难。部分插拔方式的连接器与适配器,受到本身结构的限制,光纤连接器轴向的拉伸力很难满足需要。

一些实施例中,所述解锁环包括:
环形本体,其用于与所述外套凸起配合,以使所述解锁环随所述连接器外套移动并压缩所述弹性件;
延伸部,其设置在所述环形本体上,并朝所述环形本体的轴向的一侧延伸,所述延伸部用于与所述适配器配合,以使所述解锁环随所述适配器移动,并用于在卡接到位时压持所述卡接处。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
本发明中的连接器,其在设置解锁环后,当连接器与适配器对接时,在弹性件提供驱动力下,解锁环将会牢牢压持在连接器与适配器的卡接处,使得适配器的卡扣无法产生张开形变,从而保证牢固的抗拉力,能够满足大部分室外型预成端连接器所需要的锁紧力度。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
本发明实施例提供一种连接器,值的说明的是,连接器根据其插芯的不同,分为多种形态,具体可为MPO型、SC型或双LC型等。
参见图1至图4所示,本发明实施例中将会分别针对MPO型和SC型的连接器进行说明。对于MPO型和SC型的连接器,其均包括连接器主体10、弹性件11、解锁环12、连接器外套13、拉绳14、连接器帽15、连接器尾套16、连接器热熔管17、连接器前套18、顶持件19、插芯40、插芯弹簧41、插芯防尘帽42和连接器光缆50。
参见图5和图6所示,在本实施例的连接器中,连接器主体10包括插入部101,插入部101主要用于和匹配的适配器进行对接。所述插入部101上设有用于与匹配的适配器卡接的第一凸起102。在本实施例中第一凸起102具备两个相反的斜面、或弧面、或球面。
在连接器主体10尾部设有连接器尾套16,连接器主体10与连接器尾套16可以是两个独立零件也可以一体成型,本实施例中MPO型和SC型连接器均展示的是独立零件的情形。连接器尾套16外周设有压接环60,通过压接钳,将连接器光缆50内部的芳纶纱或加强芯压接固定,从而实现连接器光缆50的固定,再通过连接器热熔管17进行再次的固定和密封,作为连接器后端的光缆固定压接结构和防水防尘的密封结构。此外,在连接器尾部还设有尾护套30,用于保护连接器光缆50不受弯折损坏。
连接器主体10头端设有连接器前套18,连接器主体10与连接器前套18可以是两个独立零件也可以一体成型。MPO型连接器展示的是为独立零件的情况,SC型连接器展示的是为一体成型的情况。
连接器主体10、连接器尾套16、连接器前套18共同形成的空腔内设有顶持件19,顶持件19与连接器尾套16可以是两个独立零件也可以一体成型,顶持件19内部形成空腔,可穿过光纤。顶持件19与连接器前套18形成的空间内安装有插芯40以及插芯弹簧41,插芯弹簧41一端与插芯40抵持,另一端与顶持件19端面抵持。在插芯40前端设有插芯防尘帽42。其中插芯40可为单芯插芯、双芯插芯或多芯插芯,在图1中,展示的为MPO型多芯插芯,在图2中,展示的为SC型单芯插芯。
弹性件11套设在所述插入部101上。作为一个优选地实施方式,本实施例中的弹性件11可以是弹簧。
解锁环12套设在所述插入部101上,并可沿所述插入部101的轴向移动,所述解锁环12用于在与适配器卡接时,压缩所述弹性件11,并使所述弹性件11提供驱动解锁环12压持卡接处的驱动力。
连接器外套13套设在所述插入部101上,所述连接器外套13可沿所述插入部101的轴向移动,并可驱使所述解锁环12压缩所述弹性件11,以使所述解锁环12脱离所述卡接处。
参见图7所示,作为一个较好地实施方式,所述连接器外套13上设有外套凸起131,所述插入部101上设有用于限位的与所述外套凸起131匹配的第二凸起103。从而,通过第二凸起103和外套凸起131的共同作用,可以将连接器外套13的滑动限定在一定范围内。
此外,在连接器主体10与连接器外套13配合面上设有第二密封环105,保证连接器主体10与连接器外套13之间的配合密封。
进一步地,参见图8所示,为了实现连接器与适配器卡接时解锁环12所起到的作用,本实施例中的所述解锁环12包括环形本体121和延伸部122。其中,环形本体121用于与所述外套凸起131配合, 以使所述解锁环12随所述连接器外套13移动并压缩所述弹性件11。延伸部122设置在所述环形本体121上,并朝所述环形本体121的轴向的一侧延伸,所述延伸部122用于与所述适配器配合,以使所述解锁环12随所述适配器移动,并用于在卡接到位时压持所述卡接处。
同时为了便于实现连接器和适配器的解锁,本实施例中的外套凸起131包括两个延伸壁,两个延伸壁设于所述连接器外套13的内壁,并朝所述连接器外套13的轴向延伸,且两个延伸壁间隔设置以形成供所述延伸部122通过的通道。
当向后拉动连接器外套13时,可通过外套凸起131的两个延伸壁带动解锁环12共同向后运动并压缩弹性件11。当外力释放时,弹性件11复位,可带动弹性件11和连接器外套13共同复位。可以理解的是,当有外力仅作用于弹性件11时,只有弹性件11会相对滑动,而连接器外套13不会运动。
优选地,为了进一步便于连接器和适配器的解锁,在所述连接器外套13上还设有拉绳14,当拉动拉绳14时,便可带动连接器外套13移动来实现解锁。
此外,为便于安装固定弹性件11,在所述插入部101上还设有第三凸起104,所述弹性件11一端抵持在所述环形本体121上,另一端抵持在所述第三凸起104上。
作为一个优选地实施方式,参见图9至图11所示,连接器1还包括连接器帽15,从而来作为插芯40的保护。连接器帽15前端设有连接器帽孔152,用于管道施工时的光缆牵引,连接器帽15上还设有第一密封环153,用于连接器帽15与连接器外套13配合处的防水防尘。连接器帽15通过连接器帽连接绳151与连接器主体10相连,防止掉落丢失。
与之对应的是,参见图12至图14所示,本发明实施例提供一种适配器2,适配器2一端与本发明的连接器1对接,另一端与标准连接器3对接。其中标准连接器3可为SC型、LC型或MPO型等,因而,适配器2据其兼容的标准连接器3种类不同,分为多种形态,具体可为MPO型、SC型、双LC型等。
参见图15和图17所示,对于MPO型适配器,其包括适配器主体20、第三密封环202、适配器帽21、适配器帽连接绳211、安装螺母22和平垫221。其中适配器主体20上设有用于和连接器1卡接的卡扣201,卡扣201具备两个相反的斜面、或弧面、或球面。
在适配器主体20和连接器1的对接端,设有适配器帽21和第三密封环202,用于适配器2的密封,另设有适配器帽连接绳211,用于连接适配器帽21和适配器主体20,防止适配器帽21丢失。
在适配器主体20和标准连接器3的对接端,设有安装螺母22,用于适配器的安装。在安装螺母22与适配器主体20的法兰结构之间,设有平垫221,用于适配器与箱体配合处的密封。
参见图16和图18所示,对于SC型适配器而言,除了包含MPO型适配器以上零件以外,在适配器主体20内还包含有陶瓷套管203、套管卡座204。其余结构和MPO型适配器类似,在此不在赘述。
参见图19至图22所示,下面对本发明中连接器和适配器的锁紧和解锁原理做出介绍:
当需要将连接器1和适配器2进行锁紧时,手持连接器外套13将连接器1插入适配器2过程中,当插入部101上的第一凸起102的斜面与适配器主体20上的卡扣201的斜面接触时,会推动卡扣201向外张开,随着插入深度增加,卡扣201的端面会与解锁环12的端面(延伸部122的最左端)抵持,并推动解锁环12向后压缩弹性件 11。当连接器1插入到位时,插入部101上的第一凸起102与适配器主体20上的卡扣201形成扣合,卡扣201形状复位,脱离与解锁环12端面的相互抵持,此时解锁环12将在弹性件11的作用力下向前运动,当运动到最大行程时,压紧适配器主体20上的卡扣201,因为收到解锁环12的压紧作用,卡扣201无法产生张开形变,从而保证牢固的抗拉力。
当需要将连接器1和适配器2进行解锁时,手持或者通过拉绳14向后拉动连接器外套13,连接器外套13内侧的外套凸起131带动解锁环12向后运动,当解锁环12脱离与卡扣201接触时。连接器主体10向后运动,并通过第一凸起102将卡扣201胀开,完成脱扣动作,继续拉动连接器1,直至连接器1与适配器2完成脱离接触,即完成全部的解锁过程。
综上所述,本发明中的连接器,其在设置解锁环12后,当连接器与适配器对接时,在弹性件11提供驱动力下,解锁环12将会牢牢压持在连接器与适配器的卡接处,使得适配器的卡扣201无法产生张开形变,从而保证牢固的抗拉力,能够满足大部分室外型预成端连接器所需要的锁紧力度。
同时,本发明还提供一种光纤连接组件,其包括连接器1和适配器2。
其中,连接器1,其包括:
连接器主体10,其包括插入部101,所述插入部101上设有用于与匹配的适配器卡接的第一凸起102;
弹性件11,其套设在所述插入部101上;
解锁环12,其套设在所述插入部101上,并可沿所述插入部101的轴向移动,所述解锁环12用于压缩所述弹性件11,并使所述弹性 件11提供驱动解锁环12压持卡接处的驱动力;
连接器外套13,其套设在所述插入部101上,并与所述连接器主体10形成一收容所述弹性件11和解锁环12的空腔,所述连接器外套13可沿所述插入部101的轴向移动,并可驱使所述解锁环12压缩所述弹性件11,以使所述解锁环12脱离所述卡接处;
适配器2,其包括:
适配器主体20,其上设有与所述第一凸起102配合卡接的卡扣201,所述卡扣201用于在与所述连接器1卡接时推动所述解锁环12。
进一步地,所述连接器外套13上设有外套凸起131,所述插入部101上设有用于限位的与所述外套凸起131匹配的第二凸起103。
进一步地,所述解锁环12包括:
环形本体121,其用于与所述外套凸起131配合,以使所述解锁环12随所述连接器外套13移动并压缩所述弹性件11;
延伸部122,其设置在所述环形本体121上,并朝所述环形本体121的轴向的一侧延伸,所述延伸部122用于与所述适配器配合,以使所述解锁环12随所述适配器移动,并用于在卡接到位时压持所述卡接处。
本发明不局限于上述实施方式,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围之内。本说明书中未作详细描述的内容属于本领域专业技术人员公知的现有技术。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种连接器,其特征在于,包括:
    连接器主体(10),其包括插入部(101),所述插入部(101)上设有用于与匹配的适配器卡接的第一凸起(102);
    弹性件(11),其套设在所述插入部(101)上;
    解锁环(12),其套设在所述插入部(101)上,并可沿所述插入部(101)的轴向移动,所述解锁环(12)用于在与适配器卡接时,压缩所述弹性件(11),并使所述弹性件(11)提供驱动解锁环(12)压持卡接处的驱动力;
    连接器外套(13),其套设在所述插入部(101)上,所述连接器外套(13)可沿所述插入部(101)的轴向移动,并可驱使所述解锁环(12)压缩所述弹性件(11),以使所述解锁环(12)脱离所述卡接处。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述连接器外套(13)上设有外套凸起(131),所述插入部(101)上设有用于限位的与所述外套凸起(131)匹配的第二凸起(103)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述解锁环(12)包括:
    环形本体(121),其用于与所述外套凸起(131)配合,以使所述解锁环(12)随所述连接器外套(13)移动并压缩所述弹性件(11);
    延伸部(122),其设置在所述环形本体(121)上,并朝所述环形本体(121)的轴向的一侧延伸,所述延伸部(122)用于与所述适配器配合,以使所述解锁环(12)随所述适配器移动,并用于在卡接到位时压持所述卡接处。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述外套凸起(131) 包括:
    两个延伸壁,其设于所述连接器外套(13)的内壁,并朝所述连接器外套(13)的轴向延伸,且两个延伸壁间隔设置以形成供所述延伸部(122)通过的通道。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的连接器,其特征在于:
    所述插入部(101)上还设有第三凸起(104),所述弹性件(11)一端抵持在所述环形本体(121)上,另一端抵持在所述第三凸起(104)上。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述连接器还包括:
    拉绳(14),其套设在所述连接器外套(13)上。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述连接器还包括:
    连接器帽(15),其上设有连接器帽连接绳(151),所述连接器帽连接绳(151)的一端与所述连接器主体(10)相连,且所述连接器帽(15)内还设有与所述连接器外套(13)配合密封的第一密封环(153)。
  8. 一种光纤连接组件,其特征在于,包括:
    连接器(1),其包括,
    -连接器主体(10),其包括插入部(101),所述插入部(101)上设有用于与匹配的适配器卡接的第一凸起(102);
    -弹性件(11),其套设在所述插入部(101)上;
    -解锁环(12),其套设在所述插入部(101)上,并可沿所述插入部(101)的轴向移动,所述解锁环(12)用于压缩所述弹性件(11),并使所述弹性件(11)提供驱动解锁环(12)压持卡接处的驱动力;
    -连接器外套(13),其套设在所述插入部(101)上,并与所述连接器主体(10)形成一收容所述弹性件(11)和解锁环(12)的空腔,所述连接器外套(13)可沿所述插入部(101)的轴向移动,并可驱使所述解锁环(12)压缩所述弹性件(11),以使所述解锁环(12)脱离所述卡接处;
    适配器(2),其包括,
    -适配器主体(20),其上设有与所述第一凸起(102)配合卡接的卡扣(201),所述卡扣(201)用于在与所述连接器(1)卡接时推动所述解锁环(12)。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的光纤连接组件,其特征在于:所述连接器外套(13)上设有外套凸起(131),所述插入部(101)上设有用于限位的与所述外套凸起(131)匹配的第二凸起(103)。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的光纤连接组件,其特征在于,所述解锁环(12)包括:
    环形本体(121),其用于与所述外套凸起(131)配合,以使所述解锁环(12)随所述连接器外套(13)移动并压缩所述弹性件(11);
    延伸部(122),其设置在所述环形本体(121)上,并朝所述环形本体(121)的轴向的一侧延伸,所述延伸部(122)用于与所述适配器配合,以使所述解锁环(12)随所述适配器移动,并用于在卡接到位时压持所述卡接处。
