可选地,定位端部12b与壳体10的容置槽101底部之间还设有粘结层13,以固定连接件12于壳体10。覆盖端部12a与显示屏模组11的覆盖面1141c之间也设有粘结层13,以固定连接件12于显示屏模组11,粘结层13除了固定的作用,也能达到密封的作用,能防止外部的异物或水气从定位端部12b的外侧壁与容置槽101的侧壁之间的间隙或连接件12的开口121的侧壁与第一侧壁1411a之间的间隙进入。上述粘结层13的材料为胶水、双面胶或其他胶体,仅要达到 上述作用即可。
本实施例中,连接件12的覆盖端部12a的外表面低于显示屏模组11的盖板114的外表面,其主要通过在盖板114的周缘设置台阶结构112,覆盖端部12a设置于台阶结构112而达到,如此使显示屏模组11的盖板114的外表面至覆盖端部12a的外表面为平滑的。当然,盖板14的周缘不用设置台阶结构1141,连接件12的覆盖端部12a覆盖于显示屏模组11的盖板114的外表面,并从显示屏模组11的盖板114的外表面凸出,也能达到减少显示屏模组11的黑边区域从连接件12的开口121露出的面积。
请参阅图7,其是本公开第二实施例的显示屏模组的剖面图;如图所示,本实施例的显示屏模组11与上述实施例的显示屏模组不同在于,上述实施例的盖板为一体成型,本实施例的显示屏模组11的盖板114非一体成型,并包括第一透明体114a及第二透明体114b,第二透明体114b设置于第一透明体114a上,第一透明体114a与第二透明体114b接触的表面为第一表面,第二透明体114b与第一透明体114a接触的表面为第二表面,第二透明体114b的第二表面的面积小于第一透明体114a的第一表面的面积,所以第一透明体114a及第二透明体114b之间形成台阶结构112,第二透明体114b的侧壁即为台阶结构112的第一侧壁1141a,第一透明体114a的侧壁即为台阶结构112的第二侧壁1141b,位于第二透明体114b的侧壁与第一透明体114a的侧壁之间的第一透明体114a的表面为覆盖面1141c。
可选地,本实施例的第一透明体114a及第二透明体114b之间还设有粘结层114c,使第一透明体114a与第二透明体114b相连接。粘结层114c的材料为胶水、双面胶或其他胶体,仅要达到连接的作用即可。
可选地,第一透明体114a及第二透明体114b的材料分别选自玻璃、塑胶及其他透明材料中一者,第一透明体114a的材料可与第二透明体114b的材料相同或不同。在本实施例中,第一透明体114a的材料与第二透明体114b的材料相同,第一透明体114a的材料与第二 透明体114b的材料为玻璃。
请一并参阅图8及图9,其是本公开第二实施例的电子设备的剖面图及相关的电子设备的剖面图;如图所示,相关电子设备2包括壳体20、主上组件21及显示屏模组22,其安装方式是先将主上组件21设置于壳体20,显示屏模组22设置于主上组件21的开口内。相关电子设备2的显示屏模组22的显示区域221的尺寸与上述实施例的显示屏模组11的显示区域111的尺寸相同,从图8及图9可知,上述实施例的显示屏模组11的显示区域111的边缘与显示屏模组11的中心之间的距离D1与相关电子设备2的显示屏模组22的显示区域221的边缘与显示屏模组22的中心之间的距离D2相同。
连接件12的定位端部12b的内侧壁与主上组件21的内侧壁对齐,覆盖端部12a从定位端部12b往显示区域111延伸。经测量后,本实施例的电子设备1中连接件12的开口121的侧壁与显示区域111的边缘之间的距离W1为0.35mm,相关电子设备2中从主上组件21的开口的侧壁与显示区域221的边缘之间的距离W2为1.66mm。
由上述测量结果可知,本实施例的连接件12的开口121的侧壁与显示区域111的边缘之间的距离小于相关电子设备2中主上组件21的开口的侧壁与显示区域221的边缘之间的距离,也表示本实施例的电子设备1从连接件12的开口121露出的台阶结构112的面积小于相较于相关电子设备2中从主上组件21露出的显示屏模组22的黑边区域222的面积。当然可控制覆盖端部12a覆盖显示屏模组11的黑边区域112的面积,以调整本实施例的电子设备1中覆盖端部12a的端面与投影区域111的边缘之间的距离,使本实施例的电子设备1中连接件12的开口121的侧壁与投影区域111的边缘之间的距离小于相关电子设备2中主上组件21的开口的侧壁与显示区域的边缘之间的距离,所以本实施例的电子设备1中覆盖端部12a的端面与显示区域111的边缘之间的距离可为1.6mm、1.5mm、1.4mm、1.3mm、1.2mm、1.1mm、1mm、0.9mm、0.8mm、0.7mm、0.6mm、0.5mm、0.4mm或0.3mm。
此外,经测量后,本实施例的电子设备1中壳体10的外侧壁与显示屏模组11的显示区域111的边缘之间的距离W3为2.99mm,相关电子设备2中壳体10的外侧壁与显示屏模组23的显示区域231的边缘之间的距离W4为3.26mm,由上述测量结果可知,本实施例的电子设备1中壳体10的外侧壁与显示屏模组11的显示区域111的边缘之间的距离小于相关电子设备2中壳体10的外侧壁与显示屏模组23的显示区域231的边缘之间的距离,也表示本实施例的电子设备1的宽度能缩小,提高本实施例的电子设备1的手握持感。本实施例的电子设备1中壳体10的外侧壁与显示屏模组11的投影区域111的边缘之间的距离能通过减小壳体10的容置槽101的侧壁与显示屏模组11的第二侧壁1411b之间的间距而缩小,使本实施例的电子设备1中壳体10的外侧壁与显示屏模组11的显示区域111的边缘之间的距离小于相关电子设备2中壳体20的外侧壁与显示屏模组22的显示区域221的边缘之间的距离,所以本实施例的电子设备1中壳体10的外侧壁与显示屏模组11的投影区域111的边缘之间的距离可为3.2mm、3.1mm或3mm。
综上所述,本公开提供一种电子设备及其组装方法,通过先安装显示屏模组及后安装连接件的组装顺序,并使连接件覆盖显示屏模组的部分的黑边区域,以减少黑边区域从连接件露出的面积,提高电子设备的屏占比,进而提高电子设备于使用时的视觉效果。同时通过壳体、显示屏模组及连接件的紧凑设置,以缩小壳体的宽度,进而缩小电子设备的宽度,提高电子设备于使用时的手握持感。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者装置所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置中还存在另外的相同要素。
上面结合附图对本公开的实施例进行了描述,但是本公开并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本公开的启示下,在不脱离本公开宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本公开的保护之内。
Claims (7)
- 一种电子设备,包括壳体和显示屏模组,其中,所述显示屏模组包括层叠设置的盖板和显示模组主体,其中,所述盖板具有相对设置的第一表面及第二表面,所述盖板通过所述第一表面与所述显示模组主体贴合,所述第二表面的面积小于所述第一表面的面积,所述盖板的至少部分边沿具有台阶结构;所述电子设备还包括连接件,所述连接件一端与所述台阶结构连接,另一端与所述壳体连接。
- 如权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述连接件包括覆盖端部及连接所述覆盖端部的定位端部,所述覆盖端部部分覆盖所述台阶结构,所述定位端部设置于所述壳体的容置槽。
- 如权利要求2所述的电子设备,其中,所述覆盖端部与所述台阶结构之间及所述定位端部与所述容置槽底部之间还分别设有粘结层。
- 如权利要求2所述的电子设备,其中,所述台阶结构包括第一侧壁、第二侧壁及连接所述第一侧壁及所述第二侧壁的所述覆盖面,所述覆盖端部设置于所述覆盖面,所述覆盖端部的侧壁对应所述第一侧壁。
- 如权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述盖板包括第一透明体及设置于所述第一透明体上的第二透明体,所述第一透明体具有所述第一表面,所述第二透明体具有所述第二表面,所述第一透明体和所述第二透明体的边缘形成所述台阶结构。
- 如权利要求5所述的电子设备,其中,所述第一透明体与所述第二透明体之间还设有粘结层。
- 一种如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的电子设备的组装方法,包括以下步骤:将所述显示屏模组设置于所述壳体内;将所述连接件设置于所述壳体上,所述连接件一端与所述台阶结构连接,另一端与所述壳体连接。
