所述的实施方式仅仅是对本申请的优选实施方式进行描述,并非对本申请的范围进行限定,在不脱离本申请设计精神的前提下,本领域普通技术人员对本申请的技术方案做出的各种变形和改进,均应落入本申请权利要求书确定的保护范围内。
图1A所示为一种包装盒101,包装盒101端部具有两个相对的侧盖1011,以及位于侧盖1011之间的两个主盖1012,包装盒的侧盖1011与两个相对的侧面板1013连接,主盖1012与两个相对的主面板1014连接,对此包装盒101进行封装时,需将包装盒展开,包装盒的盒口1015大致呈矩形,待放入被包装 物料后,再将侧盖1011弯折并插入包装盒。为了适应特殊的被包装物料,例如酒瓶,如图1所示,两个侧盖1011还开设有用于卡住瓶脖的半圆形卡弧,除此之外侧盖还可设有卡箍或圆形通孔等,包装时需要将侧盖1011往包装盒101内插入,以使半圆形卡弧、卡箍或圆形通孔卡住被包装物料。
参考图2和图3,本申请第一种实施方式提出一种封盒装置1,可用于弯折及插入包装盒的侧盖1011,包括折盖组件11,以及可驱动所述折盖组件11向靠近包装盒方向分段移动的第一驱动件12。
本申请第一种实施方式提供的封盒装置1,折盖组件11设置于包装盒101上方,通过折盖组件11以及第一驱动件12驱动折盖组件11向包装盒101分段移动,使得该封盒装置1可以分多段将侧盖1011弯折和插入,以适应不同尺寸的包装盒101弯折和插入侧盖1011的需要。当然折盖组件也可以旋转180度,从而可以用于包装盒底部侧盖的弯折和插入。
需要说明的是,图1A中所示包装盒101的两个侧盖1011具有半圆形卡弧,本实施方式所提供的封盒装置并不限于封装上述类型的包装盒,凡是具有类似的侧盖设计的包装盒均可采用该封盒装置进行弯折和插入侧盖,对包装盒的描述不应视为对本申请保护范围的限制。具体地,第一驱动件12可选取电缸,也可采用其他能驱动折盖组件11分段定位移动的驱动件。
作为一种优选实施方式,所述折盖组件11包括安装架111,以及铰接在所述安装架111两侧以向靠近包装盒101方向转动的转动杆112。所述转动杆112位于所述安装架111两侧,并可相对所述安装架111转动。转动杆112的长度可根据需要设置,转动杆112选用镂空结构,可有效地降低转动杆112的重量,以降低封盒装置1的自重,从而降低封盒装置1的安装要求。此处需要说明的 是,转动杆112也可采用其他的结构形式以降低重量,如选用材质或者中空等方式。还需要说明的是,两个转动杆112的长度可不相同,若包装盒的两个侧盖的高度不同,可以根据需要设置两个长度不同的转动杆112。
为了限制转动杆之间的间距,所述折盖组件11还包括设于所述转动杆112上的凸起件113,以限制两个所述转动杆112之间的最小间距,防止间距过小时,转动杆112与侧盖1011的接触位置过于靠近侧盖1011的边缘,因而无法有效的对两个侧盖1011施加压力。具体地,凸起件113向两个转动杆112之间凸起,从而可以限制两个转动杆112间距。本实施方式中,凸起件113为设于转动杆112上的螺栓,可通过调节螺栓凸出于转动杆112的高度,来调节两个转动杆112之间的最小间距,从而适应不同尺寸侧盖1011弯折和插入的需要。凸起件113数量可设置为两个,即,两个转动杆112上各设置一个。
可选地,两个所述转动杆112对称设置,且两个所述转动杆112联动,以适用于两个侧盖1011相同的包装盒101,保证两个侧盖1011的同步弯折和插入。
具体地,还包括与所述转动杆112连接的第二驱动件114,所述第二驱动件114可驱动两个所述转动杆112相互靠近或远离。具体地,第二驱动件114一端固定在安装架111上,另一端与转动杆112铰接。第二驱动件114选取爪型气缸,其重量低,成本低且寿命长,也可为其他的驱动形式,如电缸或液压缸等,可根据需要选择。
可选地,转动杆112包括:与第二驱动件114可转动地连接的转动部1121,以及与转动部1121连接的杆部1122。杆部1122与转动部1121可拆卸连接。因此,在弯折不同规格的侧盖时,无需拆卸整个转动杆112,只需更换杆部即可 1122。凸起件113位于转动部1121上,可通过调节凸起件113凸出于转动部1121的高度,来调节两个转动杆112之间的最小间距。
为了使包装盒封装更加稳固,如图1B所示,常在侧盖上设置扣舌1016,封装时,两个侧盖的扣舌1016需相互勾挂。为了实现扣舌1016的相互勾挂,作为一种优选,如图4和图5所示,所述封盒装置1还包括可使两个相对的主面板1014发生平行于所述主面板1014的相对位移的第一驱动组件13。通过第一驱动组件13的设置,使得两个主面板1014可在平行于主面板1014的方向上相对移动,包装盒的盒口1015发生倾斜呈现出平行四边形,使得两个侧盖的扣舌1016发生错位并且相互靠近,从而使得两个侧盖1011弯折之后,扣舌1016刚好相对,随后第一驱动组件13带动两个主面板1014回到初始位置,包装盒的盒口1015恢复成大致矩形,侧盖的扣舌1016即可实现相互勾挂。
具体地,所述第一驱动组件13包括:用于固定其中一个所述主面板1014的固定单元131,以及用于驱动另一个所述主面板1014移动的推动单元132。固定单元131和推动单元132与所述折盖组件11对应设置,便于在两个所述主面板1014发生相对位移后,所述折盖组件11能准确的弯折所述侧盖1011。
所述固定单元141限定其中一个所述主面板1014,推动单元132设于所述固定单元131一侧,并将另一个所述主面板1014朝向所述固定单元另一侧12推动。所述推动单元132包括推动部1321,以及与所述推动部1321连接的第三驱动件1322,以使所述推动部1321推动所述主面板1014移动。所述推动部1321的位置靠近其中一个侧面板1013,其形状优选为与连接所述侧面板1013宽度相近的平板,该平板上可设置多个凹槽或通孔,用于降低重量。第三驱动件1322优选旋转驱动件,以驱动所述推动部1321转动,通过转动驱动的 方式,在所述主面板1014运动过程中推动部1321与侧面板1013保持贴合,从而确保推动部1321在运动过程中不会损坏包装盒101。第三驱动件可选取旋转气缸,也可根据需要选择其他的旋转驱动件。
作为一种优选实施方式,所述固定单元131包括用于固定其中一个所述主面板1014的固定部1311,以及设于所述固定部1311上远离所述推动单元132一侧的限位部1312。所述限位部1312用于限制所述固定部311上的主面板1014的位移。具体地,固定部311优选为气动吸盘,结构简单且易于控制,也可通过上下夹合的方式夹住其中一个主面板1014。限位部312为凸设于固定部1311上的挡板。推动单元132推动其中一个侧面板1013时,限位部1312用于防止被固定部1311固定的主面板1014发生位移。
包装盒101用于软物料包装时,主面板容易出现不平整的情况,此时向主面板1014施加垂直主面板1014的压力,使所述包装盒的主面板1014恢复平整,因此,如图6所示,所述封盒装置1还包括:与所述固定单元131相对设置以使两个所述主面板1014沿垂直于所述主面板1014方向产生相对位移的第二驱动组件14。具体地,第二驱动组件14包括与所述主面板1014相对的压合部141,以及与所述压合部141连接以驱动所述压合部141垂直主面板1014运动的第四驱动件142。第二驱动组件14设置于包装盒101远离固定单元131的一侧。第四驱动件142优选为气缸或电缸,可以在包装盒101形状不适时压平包装盒101,同时,推动单元132推动主面板1014产生位移,并与折盖组件11配合,完成封装。
本申请第一种实施方式提供的封盒装置1作为包装机的一部分应用于物料包装时,通常需要安装到包装机上,因此,如图2、图4-6所示,封盒装置1还 包括机架15,所述折盖组件11和第一驱动件12均安装在机架上。具体地,机架15还设有与折盖组件的安装架111连接的第一安装臂151。所述第一驱动件12安装在所述机架15上以驱动所述第一安装臂14沿机架15运动。为了稳定封盒装置的运动,可在所述机架15上设置导轨152,所述折盖组件11可在所述第一驱动件12的驱动下沿所述导轨152移动。如图6所示,第三驱动件1322通过第二安装臂153安装在机架16上,固定单元131通过第三安装臂154安装在机架15上。
本申请第一种实施方式提供的封盒装置结构简单,安装方便,用于产品包装时,可与盒胚展开、包装盒抓取、抓料等作业流程所使用的装置组合使用,也可以与主盖或侧盖的其他封装流程所使用的组件组合使用。
本申请第二种实施方式提出一种包装机,包括前文所述的封盒装置1。
本申请第三种实施方式提出一种计算机可读介质,可与上述的封盒装置1连接,存有预设程序,该预设程序被执行时能够实现以下步骤:第二驱动件114驱动两个转动杆112转动并拢,从而将侧盖1011弯折;第一驱动件12驱动折盖组件向包装盒101移动至第一预设位置,使得侧盖1011的半圆形卡弧与被包装物料对齐,例如酒瓶瓶颈;间隔预设时间后,第一驱动件114驱动折盖组件11向包装盒101移动至第二预设位置,使得两个侧盖1011均插入包装盒101中;间隔预设时间后,第一驱动件12驱动折盖组件11向远离包装盒101的方向移动,回到原位。其中,第一预设位置、第二预设位置可根据被包装物料的尺寸和位置来设置,上述控制方法可以确保将两个不同的侧盖1011均插入盒中。需要说明的是,本实施方式的包装盒侧盖上包括半圆形卡弧,当然具有卡箍或圆形通孔的侧盖也适用此步骤。
此外,可根据包装盒的侧盖高度设置第三预设位置,预设程序被执行时还能够实现以下步骤:第一驱动件12驱动折盖组件11移动至第三预设位置;第二驱动件114驱动两个转动杆112转动并拢,从而将侧盖1011弯折;第一驱动件12驱动折盖组件11移动至第一预设位置;间隔预设时间后,继续移动至第二预设位置;间隔预设时间后,第一驱动件12驱动折盖组件11向远离包装盒101的方向移动,回到原位。需要说明的是,预设时间可根据实际需要设置,例如设置0-10秒之间。
可选地,该预设程序被执行时还能够实现以下步骤:第三驱动件1322驱动推动部1321推动侧面板1013,使得两个主面板1014产生相对位移,第二驱动件114驱动转动杆112转动并拢,从而将侧盖1011弯折,第三驱动件1322回到原位,使得两个侧盖1011相互勾挂。
可选地,该预设程序被执行时还包括如下步骤:
S1、第三驱动件1322推动侧面板1013转动使得两个主面板1014产生相对位移;
S2、第四驱动件142驱动压合部141将主面板1014压平;
S3、第二驱动件114驱动转动杆112转动并拢,从而将侧盖1011弯折;
S4、第三驱动件1322和第四驱动件142归位,从而使得侧盖1011相互勾挂;
S5、第一驱动件12驱动折盖组件11下行至预设位置;
S6、第一驱动件12带动折盖组件11归位。
通过上述步骤,实现了上述包装盒的侧盖的弯折、插入及勾挂,同时,上述步骤可以确保侧盖自动封装的成功率,简单有效,其中步骤S3可在步骤S1 之前,根据包装盒的变形情况选择。
本申请第四种实施方式提出一种包装盒封装方法包括如下步骤:
第二驱动件114驱动两个转动杆112转动并拢,从而将侧盖1011弯折;
第一驱动件12驱动折盖组件11向包装盒101移动至第一预设位置,使得其侧盖1011的半圆形卡弧与被包装物料对齐,例如酒瓶瓶颈;
间隔预设时间后,第一驱动件12驱动折盖组件11向包装盒101移动至第二预设位置,使得两个侧盖1011均插入包装盒中;
间隔预设时间后,第一驱动件12驱动折盖组件11向远离包装盒101的方向移动,回到原位。
作为上述实施方式的一种优选,所述封装方法包括如下步骤:
第三驱动件1322推动侧面板1013转动使得两个主面板1014产生相对位移;
第四驱动件142驱动压合部141将主面板1014压平;
第二驱动件114驱动两个转动杆112转动并拢,从而将侧盖1011弯折;
第三驱动件1322和第四驱动件142归位,从而使得侧盖1011相互勾挂;
第一驱动件12驱动折盖组件11向包装盒101移动至第一预设位置,使得侧盖1011的半圆形卡弧与被包装物料对齐,例如酒瓶瓶颈;
间隔预设时间后,第一驱动件12驱动折盖组件11向包装盒101移动至第二预设位置,使得两个侧盖1011均插入包装盒中;
间隔预设时间后,第一驱动件12驱动折盖组件11向远离包装盒101的方向移动,回到原位。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种封盒装置,用于包装盒的封装,其特征在于,包括折盖组件,以及可驱动所述折盖组件向靠近包装盒方向多段移动的第一驱动件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的封盒装置,其特征在于,所述折盖组件包括安装架,以及铰接所述安装架两侧以向靠近包装盒方向转动的转动杆。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的封盒装置,其特征在于,所述折盖组件还包括设于所述转动杆上的凸起件,以限制两个所述转动杆之间的最小距离。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的封盒装置,其特征在于,还包括与两个所述转动杆连接的第二驱动件。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的封盒装置,其特征在于,还包括可使两个相对的主面板发生平行于所述主面板的相对位移的第一驱动组件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的封盒装置,其特征在于,所述第一驱动组件包括用于固定其中一个所述主面板的固定单元,以及用于驱动另一个所述主面板移动的推动单元。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的封盒装置,其特征在于,所述推动单元设于所述固定单元一侧,所述推动单元包括推动部,以及与所述推动部连接的第三驱动件,以使所述推动部推动所述主面板移动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的封盒装置,其特征在于,所述固定单元包括用于固定所述主面板的固定部,以及设于所述固定部上远离所述推动单元一侧的限位部,以限制所述固定部上的主面板的位移。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的封盒装置,其特征在于,还包括与所述固定单元相对设置以使两个所述主面板沿垂直于所述主面板方向产生相对位移的第二驱动 组件。
  10. 一种包装机,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9任一项中所述的封盒装置。
  11. 一种计算机可读介质,可与权利要求1-4任一项中所述的封盒装置连接,其特征在于,存有预设程序,该预设程序被执行时能够实现以下步骤:第二驱动件驱动两个转动杆夹紧后,第一驱动件驱动折盖组件向包装盒移动至第一预设位置,间隔预设时间后,第一驱动件驱动折盖组件向包装盒移动至第二预设位置。
  12. 一种计算机可读介质,可与权利要求5-9任一项中所述的封盒装置连接,其特征在于,包括预设程序,该预设程序被执行时能够实现以下步骤:第一驱动组件使两个主面板沿平行于主面板的方向产生相对位移,折盖组件将两个侧盖向内弯折,第一驱动组件归位以使两个侧盖相互勾住。
