Description

本发明涉及电子烟的技术领域,特别是涉及一种用于电子烟的烘烤装置以及电子烟。
背景技术
传统卷烟通常是由明火点燃,产生烟草烟雾后,进行吸食。由于烟草在高温燃烧过程中会释放大量有害物质,因此,目前大都采用烤烟型电子烟对烟草烘烤后吸食。
然而,现有的烤烟型电子烟在烘烤时,会存在烘烤温度的稳定性差,产生的烟雾量小等缺陷。
发明内容
根据本申请的各种实施例,提供一种对烟草烘烤更稳定,产生烟雾更大的用于电子烟的烘烤装置。
一种用于电子烟的烘烤装置,包括:

具体实施方式
为了便于理解本发明,下面将参照相关附图对本发明进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了本发明的较佳实施方式。但是,本发明可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施方式。
请参阅图1至图2,在本发明一实施例中,电子烟100包括壳体50、吸嘴60、雾化器70、排气管80、用于电子烟的烘烤装置200(以下简称烘烤装 置)和电路控制系统90、电源110。壳体50的内部中空,且壳体50的上端设有与壳体50内部连通的开口61,在开口61处设有吸嘴座63,吸嘴60适配密封设于吸嘴座63上。雾化器70设于壳体50内,并通过一排气管80与吸嘴60形成气流连通。烘烤装置200设于壳体50内,该烘烤装置200与吸嘴60之间的气流贯通,其实现过程是:烘烤装置200的加热管10上端通过吸嘴座63处的通气孔631与设置在吸嘴60底部的气流孔62形成气流连通,加热管10的下端用于装填烟叶。电路控制系统90设于壳体50内,与电源110形成电连接。电路控制系统90通过电源110可以为雾化器70、烘烤装置200和电路控制系统90的运行提供电能。

需要说明的是,上述雾化器70为现有普通的雾化器或者烟弹;本实施例中雾化器70为烟弹。
如图2和图5所示,在一实施例中,用于电子烟的烘烤装置200包括加热管10、加热件1013和隔热管20。加热件1013为镍铬发热丝,通过螺旋缠 绕设于加热管10外侧上,其两个连接端1014和1015分别与电路控制系统90电连接,由电路控制系统90控制加热件1013发热为加热管10提供热量。
如图4至7所示,加热管10可以是两个以上的单体管101,相邻单体管101之间通过连接环102固定连接后呈管柱状结构。各单体管101呈内部中空且两端开口的套筒状,各单体管101的其中一端上设有与内部连通的散热孔1011,另一端通过连接环102与另一单体管101连接。这种烘烤装置200,将加热管10设置成多段式,并在每一个单体管101外壁独立设置加热件1013,每个加热件1013独立受控于电力控制系统90。本实施例中选用香烟的烘烤装置200进行分段加热烘烤,由远离吸嘴60处的加热管10先进行加热烘烤烟草,然后逐渐由靠近吸嘴60处的加热管10进行加热烘烤,同时关断远离吸嘴60处的加热管10的加热。这样由远及近,模拟香烟燃烧的烘烤方式,可以使得对烟草烘烤时,更加均匀、充分。可以模仿香烟燃烧过程,香烟从加热管10底部,即远离吸嘴60处插入,先由位于底部的单体管101对香烟加热烘烤,再逐步的由位于吸嘴60处单体管101对香烟分段独立地加热烘烤。并且,加热管10外侧的隔热管20可以有效的防止烘烤热量的散失。这样就能使得加热件1013与多段式加热管10配合,对香烟均匀、稳定的加热,温控更加精确,香烟丝也能更加充分的烘烤,烟雾量也会更大。
烘烤装置200中的隔热管20内部中空且两端开口,并设于加热管10上,且位于加热件1013外侧并保留1mm~5mm的间隙空间。
在一实施方式中,如图5所示,加热件1013可采用螺旋缠绕的环形空间设计结构,材质选用不镍铬材料,阻值控制在0.2Ω~0.5Ω。使得加热件1013能具有热熔小,升温快的特性,控温更加准确。
可以理解的是,单体管101设置成管柱状,散热孔1011设有多个,并沿 单体管101的周向间隔设于单体管101的第一端上,呈径向分布。这样可以使得单体管101的散热效果更好。相邻的两个单体管101的连接端通过连接环102间隔设置,由于连接环102为绝热材料制得,如聚碳酸乙酯、特氟龙等,可以保证各单体管101都是独立加热,并且不会相互影响,避免热量由一个单体管101传导到另一个单体管101上。需要说明的是,单体管101可以采用铝管、铝合金管、不锈钢管、陶瓷管等,表面做绝缘处理,可使得导热性能更强,达到升温快的效果。
请参阅图4,在一实施例中,加热管10包括两个单体管101和一个连接环102。两个单体管101的一端上分别设有与内部连通的散热孔1011,两个单体管101的另一端(也即连接端)通过连接环102相连。请继续参阅图5和图6,为了便于两个单体管101通过连接环102间隔连接,在每个单体管101的连接端上设有第一台阶1012,在连接环102的两端内设有第二台阶1021,单体管101通过第一台阶1012与第二台阶1021匹配卡接到连接环102内。或者通过在第一台阶1012外周设有外螺纹,在第二台阶1021的周向内壁上设有内螺纹,单体管101与连接环102螺纹连接。可以理解的是,连接环102两端内的第二台阶1021是具有间距的,这样就能保证两个单体管101安装后的间隔设置。当然,加热管10也可以包括三个单体管101和二个连接环102。
在实际使用时,香烟插入加热管10的具体操作是,将香烟从底部的单体管101插入进去,香烟朝上插入后,过滤嘴段置于下端。烘烤过程中,一般是由下向上进行加热烘烤,即由电子烟100底端向吸嘴60处烘烤。即先通过加热件1013加热远离吸嘴60处的单体管101,待香烟下端烘烤完后,再通过加热件1013加热靠近吸嘴60处的单体管101,对香烟分段烘烤,同时远 离吸嘴60处的单体管101停止加热,这种分段依次加热,烘烤香烟更加充分、均匀。
请参阅图2和图3,隔热管20包括内层管201和外层管202,内层管201和外层管202内部中空且两端开口,外层管202套设于内层管201上,内层管201套设于加热管10上,并位于加热件1013外侧。双层隔热管20的设置,可以减少加热管10释放的热量以传导、热辐射的方式传递到外部,影响烘烤效果。内层管201和外层管202可采用PEEK管,减少单体管101的辐射热量散失的效果更好,有效解决电子烟100壳体50易发热,体验感差等问题。
为了有效防止加热管10中的热量通过热辐射的方式传导出去,如图2所示,烘烤装置200还包括热反射管30。该热反射管30内部中空且两端开口,并套设于加热管10上,且位于加热件1013和内层管201之间,热反射管30的内壁上设有热反射膜。通过热反射管30将加热管10的热量反射并集中,保证烘烤效果。热反射膜可以是铝箔、锡箔等。
在另一实施例中,如图2和图7所示,烘烤装置200还包括散热管40,其外形截面呈“C”型,散热管40间隔套设于外层管202,并保留2mm~5mm的间隔距离。电子烟100的底端设有金属底座51,散热管40的下端与电子烟100的金属底座51和壳体50固定连接。散热管40可以有效的将隔热管20表面产生的热量通过金属底座51和壳体50进行散热,避免使用者手握产品时被烫伤。
请参阅图7,散热管40下端的壁厚大于上端的壁厚,并且在散热管40下端外侧上设有螺纹状的凸翼401。这样设置可以提高散热表面积,以提升散热速度。基于散热管40下端对应壳体50外部位置是手持位置,散热管40套设在外层管202上后,凸翼401部分是朝向壳体50的下端,避免使用者手 握壳体50后因温度过高而烫伤。散热管40的材质为散热系数大的金属,如铜管。
上述加热管10可以作为一个单一整体,其外形为长条形的管柱状结构,至少两个以上的加热件1013分段独立的套设在加热管10外壁上,且相邻的两个加热件1013之间的间距为5mm~10mm。
需要说明的是,为了便于控制本发明的电子烟100的使用,还设置有电源开关。电源开关具体可以设于壳体50的外侧上,并与电路控制系统90电连接。通过电源开关控制电路控制系统90的电路接通或者断开,来实现对雾化器70和用于电子烟的烘烤装置200的工作控制。
本发明电子烟100的工作原理为:按下电源开关,加热件1013对加热管10开始加热,加热管10内烟草受热烘烤。同时,用户持续按按键,则可吸食到雾化器70内产生的烟雾。预热完成后,烤烟也开始同步出烟。用户可以单独吸食烤烟烟雾或者吸食雾化器产生的烟雾与烤烟烟雾混合后的烟雾。使用完成后,烤烟部分可单独拔出。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种用于电子烟的烘烤装置,包括:
    加热管,包括若干个单体管和若干个连接环,且单体管的数量比连接环的数量多一个,各所述单体管呈内部中空且两端开口的套筒状,各所述单体管的一端上设有与内部连通的散热孔,另一端通过所述连接环与另一所述单体管连接后呈管柱状;
    加热件,所述加热件的数量与所述单体管的数量一致,每个所述加热件独立地设于一个所述单体管的外侧上,用于对所述单体管加热;及
    隔热管,所述隔热管内部中空且两端开口,所述隔热管将所述加热管纳置于其内,且所述隔热管位于所述加热件外侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于电子烟的烘烤装置,其特征在于,所述单体管上的散热孔设有多个,且多个所述散热孔沿所述单体管的周向间隔设于所述单体管的一端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于电子烟的烘烤装置,其特征在于,相邻的两个所述单体管通过所述连接环间隔地固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的用于电子烟的烘烤装置,其特征在于,所述隔热管包括内层管和外层管,所述内层管和所述外层管内部中空且两端开口,所述外层管套设于所述内层管上,所述内层管套设于所述加热管上并位于所述加热件外侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于电子烟的烘烤装置,其特征在于,所述烘烤装置还包括热反射管,其内部中空且两端开口,所述热反射管位于所述加热件和所述内层管之间,所述热反射管的内壁上设有热反射膜。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的用于电子烟的烘烤装置,其特征在于,所述烘 烤装置还包括横截面呈“C”型的散热管,所述散热管内部中空且两端开口,所述散热管间隔地将所述隔热管纳置于其内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于电子烟的烘烤装置,其特征在于,所述散热管的一端外侧上设有螺纹状的凸翼。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用于电子烟的烘烤装置,其特征在于,所述散热管设有所述凸翼的一端的侧壁厚度厚大于另一端的侧壁厚度。
  9. 一种用于电子烟的烘烤装置,包括:
    加热管,包括多个单体管,各所述单体管的内部中空且两端开口,各所述单体管相互连接后呈管柱状;
    多个加热件,各所述加热件分别独立地设于各所述单体管上,用于对各所述单体管加热;及
    隔热管,所述隔热管将所述加热管纳置于其内。
  10. 一种用于电子烟的烘烤装置,包括:
    隔热管,所述隔热管内部中空且两端开口;
    加热管,包括多个单体管,各所述单体管呈内部中空且两端开口的套筒状,且多个所述单体管间隔的设于所述隔热管内并呈管柱状;及
    多个加热件,各所述加热件独立地设于各所述单体管的外侧上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的用于电子烟的烘烤装置,其特征在于,所述烘烤装置还包括多个连接环,各所述连接环的两端分别与相邻的两个所述单体管的一端连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的用于电子烟的烘烤装置,其特征在于,所述连接环的两端内设有内螺纹,所述单体管的端部上设有外螺纹,所述内螺纹与所述外螺纹配合使所述连接环与所述单体管螺纹连接。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的用于电子烟的烘烤装置,其特征在于,所述连接环的两端内设有第二台阶,所述单体管的端部上设有第一台阶,所述第一台阶与所述第二台阶匹配使所述连接环与所述单体管卡接固定。
  14. 一种用于电子烟的烘烤装置,包括:
    隔热管,所述隔热管内部中空且两端开口;
    加热管,外形构造呈管柱状,并设于所述隔热管内;及
    多个加热件,各所述加热件分段独立地设于所述加热管的外壁上。
  15. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体内部中空,且第一端设有与内部连通的开口;
    吸嘴,所述吸嘴设于所述开口上;
    雾化器,所述雾化器设于所述壳体内,并通过一排气管与所述吸嘴形成气流连通;
    权利要求1至14中任一项所述的烘烤装置,所述烘烤装置设于所述壳体内,并经所述壳体的开口与所述吸嘴形成气流连通;
    电路控制系统,所述电路控制系统设于所述壳体内,并分别与所述雾化器、所述加热件电连接;及
    电源,所述电源设于所述壳体内,并与所述电路控制系统电连接。
