一种饮料自动贩卖机的自动落盖机构
技术领域
本发明涉及饮料自动售卖机的技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种饮料自动贩卖机的自动落盖机构。
背景技术
自动咖啡机能依靠机械电动磨粉、填充和烧煮咖啡,全部免除了手工的操作。或称全自动咖啡机,内部装有电子控制系统,用来控制磨豆粗细的调节,每杯的水量。在对咖啡进行包装的时候,通常使用一次性杯子和杯盖,现有技术中的落杯盖机构通常是针对某种类杯盖的形状进行设计的,只能应用于特定一种的杯盖,但是市面上的杯盖种类繁多,并没有一款落盖机构能满足多类杯盖的使用,因此适用范围小成为了落盖机构甚至咖啡机的缺点。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的上述技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种饮料自动贩卖机的自动落盖机构,其结构紧凑,使用于多种类型的杯盖,具有广泛的适用性。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种饮料自动贩卖机的自动落盖机构,包括用于容置杯盖的落盖管,落盖管的底端固装有落盖装置,落盖装置包括固装在落盖管上的固定环、套接在落盖管上可相对固定环运动的活动环,以及多个用于钩住落盖管内杯盖的钩爪机构,钩爪机构包括可转动安装在固定环上的向落盖管中轴线延伸的卡爪,以及安装在活动环上向卡爪延伸并与之抵接的触棒。
根据上述技术方案进行进一步的改进,固定环的底部设置有多个与卡爪转动连接的铰接部,卡爪通过转轴安装在铰接部上,转轴上安装有用于驱使卡爪向外回弹的弹性装置。
根据上述技术方案进行进一步的改进,弹性装置包括弹簧。
根据上述技术方案进行进一步的改进,落盖管的端部外围设置有用于安装驱动器的凸边,驱动器与活动环连接,并驱使活动环沿落盖管的轴向运动。
根据上述技术方案进行进一步的改进,驱动器包括分别安装在落盖管两侧的导向装置,以及安装在凸边上的气缸。
根据上述技术方案进行进一步的改进,导向装置包括固装在凸边上的滑座,以及贯穿滑座与活动环连接的滑竿。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过设置有用于容置杯盖的落盖管,落盖管的底端固装有落盖装置,落盖装置包括固装在落盖管上的固定环、套接在落盖管上可相对固定环运动的活动环,以及多个用于钩住落盖管内杯盖的钩爪机构,钩爪机构包括可转动安装在固定环上的向落盖管中轴线延伸的卡爪,以及安装在活动环上向卡爪延伸并与之抵接的触棒。其结构紧凑,适用于多种类型的杯盖,具有广泛的适用性。

具体实施方式
下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
参照图1,一种饮料自动贩卖机的自动落盖机构,包括用于容置杯盖的落盖管1,落盖管1的底端固装有落盖装置,落盖装置包括固装在落盖管1上的固定环2、套接在落盖管1上可相对固定环2运动的活动环3,以及多个用于钩住落盖管1内杯盖的钩爪机构,钩爪机构包括可转动安装在固定环2上的向落盖管1中轴线延伸的卡爪4,以及安装在活动环3上向卡爪4延伸并与之抵接的触棒5。具体的,固定环2的底部设置有多个与卡爪4转动连接的铰接部6,卡爪4通过转轴安装在铰接部6上,转轴上安装有用于驱使卡爪4向外回弹的弹性装置,弹性装置包括弹簧。
上述中,活动环3可沿落盖管1的轴向运动,当活动环3位于下位,即靠近固定环2的位置时,触棒5将卡爪4推到落盖管1的范围内,使卡爪4钩住杯盖,杯盖不能下落,当活动环3运动到远离固定环2的上位时,卡爪4通过弹性装置的作用力,离开杯盖,杯盖自由落体。
进一步,落盖管1的端部外围设置有用于安装驱动器的凸边,驱动器与活动环3连接,并驱使活动环3沿落盖管1的轴向运动。具体的,驱动器包括分别安装在落盖管1两侧的导向装置,以及安装在凸边上的气缸9。具体的,导向装置包括固装在凸边上的滑座7,以及贯穿滑座7与活动环3连接的滑竿8。
上述的活动环3在滑竿8和滑座7的导向作用下,能够稳定地沿落盖管1轴心运动保证了落盖的稳定性。

  1. 一种饮料自动贩卖机的自动落盖机构,其特征在于:包括用于容置杯盖的落盖管,所述落盖管的底端固装有落盖装置,所述落盖装置包括固装在落盖管上的固定环、套接在落盖管上可相对固定环运动的活动环,以及多个用于钩住落盖管内杯盖的钩爪机构,所述钩爪机构包括可转动安装在固定环上的向落盖管中轴线延伸的卡爪,以及安装在活动环上向卡爪延伸并与之抵接的触棒。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饮料自动贩卖机的自动落盖机构,其特征在于:所述固定环的底部设置有多个与卡爪转动连接的铰接部,所述卡爪通过转轴安装在铰接部上,所述转轴上安装有用于驱使卡爪向外回弹的弹性装置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种饮料自动贩卖机的自动落盖机构,其特征在于:所述弹性装置包括弹簧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饮料自动贩卖机的自动落盖机构,其特征在于:所述落盖管的端部外围设置有用于安装驱动器的凸边,所述驱动器与活动环连接,并驱使活动环沿落盖管的轴向运动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种饮料自动贩卖机的自动落盖机构,其特征在于:所述驱动器包括分别安装在落盖管两侧的导向装置,以及安装在凸边上的气缸。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种饮料自动贩卖机的自动落盖机构,其特征在于:所述导向装置包括固装在凸边上的滑座,以及贯穿滑座与活动环连接的滑竿。
