Claims (14)
- 도어에 형성되어 전기신호에 의해 데드볼트를 이동시키는 구동부;상기 도어의 개폐 여부를 감지하는 감지부; 및상기 데드볼트가 본체로부터 인출되어 도어프레임에 형성된 브라켓 내부의 전원기판과 접촉시 외부의 상시전원을 공급받도록 하고, 상기 데드볼트가 본체로 인입되어 상기 전원기판과 비접촉시 1차전지 또는 2차전지 형태의 내부전원을 공급받도록 하는 제어부를 포함하는 디지털 도어락.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 브라켓은,제1 측면에 상기 데드볼트가 삽입되는 제1 삽입구가 형성되고, 상기 제1 측면과 수직방향인 제2 측면에 상기 데드볼트가 삽입되는 제2 삽입구가 형성되며, 내측에는 복수의 격벽이 형성되며, 상기 격벽에는 상기 전원기판이 상기 제1 삽입구와 대향하도록 안착되는 제1 안착홈과, 상기 전원기판이 상기 제2 삽입구와 대향하도록 안착되는 제2 안착홈이 형성되는 디지털 도어락.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어부는,상기 도어가 폐쇄시 상기 데드볼트를 통해 상기 상시전원이 공급되지 않거나, 상기 내부전원이 공급되지 않는 경우 고장신호를 출력하는 디지털 도어락.
- 제1항에 있어서,외부의 사용자 단말 또는 관리서버와 통신하는 통신부를 더 포함하고,상기 제어부는,상기 사용자 단말 또는 상기 관리서버로부터 날씨정보, 기상정보, 교통정보 및 일정정보 중 적어도 하나 이상을 포함하는 생활정보를 출력하고, 사용자가 근접시 상기 생활정보를 업데이트하는 디지털 도어락.
- 제1항에 있어서,외부의 사용자 단말 또는 관리서버와 통신하는 통신부; 및실내 또는 실외를 촬영하는 카메라를 더 포함하고,상기 제어부는,상기 도어가 닫힌 경우에는 상기 카메라를 이용하여 실내 또는 실외의 영상을 획득하도록 하고, 상기 도어가 열린 경우에는 상기 사용자 단말을 통해 실내 또는 실외의 영상을 획득하도록 하는 디지털 도어락.
- 도어에 설치되는 도어락에 있어서,사람의 접근을 감지하는 감지부;광고정보를 출력하는 표시부;상기 감지부로부터 사람의 접근이 감지되면 상기 표시부에 자동으로 상기 광고정보를 출력하되, 상기 도어락의 잠금해제를 시도시 상기 표시부에 잠금화면을 출력하도록 하는 제어부를 포함하는 디지털 도어락.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 감지부는,동작감지센서, 지문센서 및 접촉센서 중 적어도 하나 이상을 이용하여 사람의 접근을 감지하는 디지털 도어락.
- 제6항에 있어서,외부의 제어서버와 통신하는 통신부를 더 포함하고,상기 제어부는,상기 제어서버로부터 식별코드를 제공받아 상기 잠금화면에 출력하고, 사용자 단말이 상기 식별코드를 획득하여 인증정보와 함께 상기 제어서버로 전송하여 인증되면 상기 도어락을 잠금해제하는 디지털 도어락.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 도어락의 위치정보를 제공하는 위치제공부를 더 포함하고,상기 제어부는,상기 도어락의 위치에 따라 상기 광고정보를 업데이트하고, 상기 표시부에 보상수단을 출력하는 디지털 도어락.
- 도어에 설치되는 도어락과 통신하는 통신부;상기 도어락으로부터 사람의 접근을 감지하는 감지정보를 획득하는 감지정보 관리부;상기 도어락의 표시부에 출력되는 광고정보를 관리하는 광고정보 관리부; 및상기 감지정보로부터 사람의 접근이 확인되면 상기 표시부에 상기 광고정보를 출력하되, 상기 도어락의 잠금해제를 시도시 상기 표시부에 잠금화면을 출력하도록 하는 제어부를 포함하는 디지털 도어락 제어서버.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 광고정보의 제공횟수에 따라 상기 도어락의 사용자 계정으로 기 설정된 보상수단을 지급하는 보상부를 더 포함하고,상기 제어부는,상기 광고정보가 종료되고 상기 잠금화면이 해제되면 상기 도어락의 사용자 계정으로 기 설정된 수수료를 지급하도록 하는 디지털 도어락 제어서버.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 광고정보 관리부는,상기 도어락의 위치정보에 따라 상기 광고정보를 업데이트하되, 사용자로부터 상기 광고정보에 대한 추가정보 요청시 사용자 단말로 상기 추가정보에 대한 유알엘을 제공하는 디지털 도어락 제어서버.
- 제10항에 있어서,광고주에게 상기 광고정보의 노출횟수 및 노출위치에 대한 분석정보를 생성하여 제공하는 분석부를 더 포함하는 디지털 도어락 제어서버.
- 도어에 설치되는 디지털 도어락; 및상기 도어락과 통신하는 통신부와, 상기 도어락으로부터 사람의 접근을 감지하는 감지정보를 획득하는 감지정보 관리부와, 상기 도어락의 표시부에 출력되는 광고정보를 관리하는 광고정보 관리부와, 상기 감지정보로부터 사람의 접근이 확인되면 상기 표시부에 상기 광고정보를 출력하되, 상기 도어락의 잠금해제를 시도시 상기 표시부에 잠금화면을 출력하도록 하는 제어부를 포함하는 제어서버를 포함하는 디지털 도어락 시스템.
