Description
MOLDED CHOCOLATE
DESCRIPTION
The present invention is a chocolate, which has a specific form in a specific package and comes to the customer with this form (Plan 1, Plan 2).
Conventionally, in order to produce chocolate someone uses, during the procedure of the production of the good, rolling and heavy forms, which are filled with chocolate, they are emptied afterwards so that the good can be sold and after that they are filled again and this procedure goes on infinitely without these forms being disinfected intermediate. This means that the product may bear traces from the product produced before and as a result the customer will face the good with the fear that it might cause him health problems. At the same time, the customer may doubt, if the producer abides by the health and safety rules, when he uses such forms which can be used many times and continuously. Now the present invention is put in a one-use form, where the good is put during its production and so the customer knows, that no one else has touched the form and the chocolate except to him. Under this form, the present invention is closed with a cap on the top side of the form, is stored after the chocolate is put on the form and later is sent to the trade and sold to the customer. This final customer opens the cap and sees in it the present invention and, in order to eat it, he put the cap upside down so that the present invention is put out of the form. Later
the form is thrown into the garbage. In the present invention the form is not used again as a form for any good (Plan 2, No A and B).
During the production of the present invention, the chocolate is in liquid shape at the beginning due to the temperature developed in the machine that produces it. In this shape it is put or chanelled in the form and so it takes the shape of the form.
The procedure of the deformation of the present invention has an interactive meaning for the customer, because he is called to put the good out of the form, so that it can be consumed, something that starts the interest especially of the small aged customers.
In the present invention the form in which the invention is put protects the good from the temperatures that might change it.
The present invention might have different shapes according to the shape of the form.
