Abstract

The invention; there is a booth tracking system which enables the checking and tracking of the products located on booths (10) and POPs and booths (10) used for the exhibition of the products at the sales points (9) by the field personnel; it is feature is as follows; the software (2) which is capable of automatically reading the booth label (11) on the booth through the device (1) and enables the communication between the field personnel who checks the canter and the booth (10) in which the data of tracking and checking procedures of the booths (10) are recorded and installed in the device(1), it is characterized with the booth label (11) in which the identity information of the booth (10), which is read by the software (2) through the device (1).

Description

BOOTH TRACKING SYSTEM Technological Area:
The invention is related to the booth tracking system with which all companies that have a sales product for the consumer can track (on field) the availability and location of the POP (all materials that will assist the increase in sales) materials and all kinds of booths (on/ in which the sales products are aligned) located in the aisle or areas apart from the aisle required for the activities which will increase the sales in all kinds of sales points ( food, cosmetics, clothing, pharmacy, electronics, construction market and similar..) .
Recognized State of the Technique:
Nowadays, the booths located at the sales points are checked/ inspected by a field personnel appointed in the manufacturer company of the products sold on the booth through visits made at certain intervals. With these inspections, the following are determined, whether the booth is located at the point of sale, the number of sold/remaining product, date and amount of the subsequent order. Each booth at each point of sale is individually checked.
In the recognized state of the technique, after individually tracking the booths, the field personnel take notes regarding the booth and the products on it. Notes taken by the person nel are submitted to the relevant company official through telephone or face-to-face interviews. In this case, problems such as time loss, dysfunction and unplannedness do arise. Oblivion of some booths is possible. Such problems are affecting product sales negatively.
Following is specified in the useful model document of which the application number is TR2017/ 12029 which is mentioned in the records of Turkish Patent and Trade Mark Institution: " The invention is related to the aisle tracking system (A) which enables the completion of the lessened products on the exhibition booths used in supermarkets, markets, mini markets, stores or similar places for exhibition purposes and/ or enables the warning in the event of sudden declines". The above-specified statement is expressed. The aforesaid invention with the number of TR2017/12029 is related to the device that carries out the tracking of the exhibition booth by replacing the products in the aisles whenever a one is lessened. As a result, a booth tracking system that overcomes and eliminates the disadvantages and the recognized state of the technique is required.
Purpose of the Invention:
The invention is a new stand monitoring system which, in addition to the additional advantages, overcomes the disadvantages of the recognized state of the technique, eliminates disadvantages.
The aim of the invention is to create a booth tracking system with which all companies that have a sales product for the consumer can track (on field) the availability and location of the POP (all materials that will assist the increase in sales) materials and all kinds of booths (on/ in which the sales products are aligned) located in the aisle or areas apart from the aisle required for the activities which will increase the sales in all kinds of sales points ( food, cosmetics, clothing, pharmacy, electronics, construction market and similar..) .
Another purpose of aim of the invention is creating a new booth tracking system that enables the planned and programmed tracking of aisles, shelves and booths on which the products are sold.
Another aim of the invention is to establish a new booth tracking system which allows the tracking of every booth on which the products of the companies are sold.
Another aim of the invention is to establish a new booth tracking system which facilitates the tracking of the booth.
Another aim of the invention is to create a booth tracking system through which the tracking and checking of the POP (not only the booths) will be available as well. Description of the Figures:
The invention will be described with reference to the enclosed figures; therefore the features of the invention will be understood more clearly. However, the aim of this is not limiting the invention through particular regulations. On the contrary, it is intended to cover all alternatives, modifications and equivalents which may be included within the scope of the invention defined by the appended requests. It should be understood that the details shown are only provided for the purpose of describing preferred regulations of the present invention and are provided to both form the methods as well as to provide the most convenient and straightforward definition of the principles and conceptual features of the invention. In these drawings; Figure - 1 is a schematic view of the booth tracking system which is the subject of the invention.

The invention is a booth tracking system that enables the check of the products on the booth (10) by swiping the labels (1 1 ) located on the booths(10) used for the exhibition of the product (9) at the sales points through a software (2) that can be installed to the smart devices (1 ). (Figure-1 )
The device (1 ) used in the invention may be a Smartphone, tablet or computer. The software (2) can be either an application that can be installed on the devices (1 ) or a portal that can be accessed on web.
Task tab (3), record tab (4), synchronization tab (5), photography tab (6), message tab (7) and form and document tab (8) are included within the software (2) used in the invention. The booth tracking system which is the subject of the invention contains the following procedures: determination (100) of sales point (9) by the field personnel from my tasks tab (3), selection (101 ) of booths (10) located at (9) sales points, swiping (102) booth label (1 1 ) to the device (1 02), if the swiping (1 1 ) procedure of the booth label is successful, selection of a new sales point (9) and booth (1 0) and if there is an un-swipeable booth label (1 1 ) filling a form (104) regarding the reason. (Figure - 2)
Detailed Description of the Invention:
The invention is a booth tracking system which enables the checking of the corporate products (10) which are sold and exhibited on the booths by the field personnel through the software (2) in a shorter time and safer manner.
The task tab (3) included in the software (2) contains the tasks assigned to the personnel using the software (2). This is the section in which the field works are initiated. From this section, the field staffs firstly selects the sales point (9) to visit. The point of sale (9) may be a previously identified/ planned point; it may be outside of the freely planned route.
In the (4) record tab included in the software (2), the information recorded to the software (2) by the field personnel is firstly recorded on the device (1 ). By doing this, uninterrupted work flow of the field personnel is enabled in the points where the internet is not available.
The information recorded on the software (2) in the synchronization tab (5) included software (2) is transmitted to the central database during or at the end of the day. For example, cost form, rival information, product price information, booth (10), POSM and POP number and photo, product availability, expiry date, stock amount and all similar forms may be included. Apart from the tracking of the booth (10), any kind of data collection form will be created by the central office and this may be sent to the device (2) of the relevant field personnel. These forms which were prepared for the other needs are also included in the form and document tab (8).
The system which is the subject of the invention starts with the operating of the software (2) through the device (1 ) by the field personnel. Subsequently, the point of sale (9) is determined from the task tab (3). The booth (10) which was requested to be checked at the determined sales point (9) is selected. In the invention, the booth label (1 1 ) on the booth (10) may be a barcode, square code, rfid label. The software (2) in the device (1 ) can read all of these label types. Therefore, there is a booth tracking system which enables the checking and tracking of the products located on booths (10) and POPs and booths (10) used for the exhibition of the products at the sales points (9) by the field personnel; it is feature is as follows; the software (2) which is capable of automatically reading the booth label (1 1 ) on the booth through the device (1 ) and enables the communication between the field personnel who checks the centre and the booth (10) in which the data of tracking and checking procedures of the booths (1 0) are recorded and installed in the device(1 ), it is characterized with the booth label (1 1 ) in which the identity information of the booth (10), which is read by the software (2) through the device (1 ). The booth tracking system which is the object of the invention, swiping of the products located on the booths (10) (Including the POPs) and booths (10) (Including the POPs) are not only done through the booth label (1 1 ). Beacon methods; It is a model similar to the RFID model. However, small devices called "Beacon" are placed instead of RFID label on the POP. These devices emit low amount of Bluetooth signal. When the location of the POP or the booth (10) is approached 1 -2 meters, WMS application in the mobile device reads the Bluetooth signal emitted by the POP or the booth (10) through the Bluetooth module of the cell phone and by doing this, the POP or the booth (10) will be checked.
Image recognition method: The image of the POP or the booth (10) at the store is photographed with the camera of the used mobile device (2) and the checking process will be completed by the image recognition method. This method does not require procedures such as barcode reading and so on. therefore it is more practical than other methods.
In the invention, the item referred to as the booth (10), might be large or small shelves, cupboards used for sales or booths which are named as POP at the stores. The booth (10) word covers all of these definitions.

Claims

1 - The invention is the booth tracking system which enables the checking and tracking of the products placed on the booths(10) used for the product exhibition at the sales points (9) and products placed on the booths (10) and POPs by the field personnel, it's feature is as follows; device (1 ) in which the software (2) is installed and which may be converted to a smart phone, tablet or computer,
the software (2) which is capable of automatically reading the booth label (1 1 ) on the booth through the device (1 ) and enables the communication between the field personnel who checks the centre and the booth (10) in which the data of tracking and checking procedures of the booths (10) are recorded and installed in the device(1 ), It is characterized with the booth label (1 1 ) in which the identity information of the booth (10), which is read by the software (2) through the device (1 ). 2- It is the software (2) which is mentioned in the Request 1 , its feature; includes the task tab (3) in which the tasks assigned for the personnel using the software (2) are included.
3- It is the software (2) which is mentioned in the Request 1 , its feature; includes the record tab (4) in which the information recorded by the field personnel into the software (2) are recorded in the device (1 ) before sending to the centre.
4- It is the software (2) which is mentioned in the Request 1 , its feature; includes the synchronization tab (5) that sends the information entered into the software (2) to the centre during the day.
5 It is the software (2) which was mentioned in Request 1 , its feature; includes photograph tab (6) in which the field personnel is able to take picture at the freely visited location and write a comment and send it to the centre through the software (2). 6- It is the software (2) mentioned in the Request 1 , its feature; includes the message tab (7) in which the official in the centre and the field personnel are capable of sending message to each other.
7- It is the software (2) mentioned in the Request 1 , its feature; includes the form and document tab (8) in which all kinds of documents and forms that can be used in the tracking of the booth (10) out of control of the booth (10) are included. 8- The invention is the booth tracking system which enables the checking and tracking of the products placed on the booths(10) used for the product exhibition at the sales points (9) by the field personnel, it's feature is as follows;

If there is an unreadable booth label (1 1 ) than the form will be filled regarding the reason and it will be characterized by including the (104) procedure steps.
9- This is a booth tracking system mentioned in the Request 1 , its feature; ensures the tracking and checking of booth (10) and booth (10)products by actualizing the swiping/reading procedure with the "beacon method" and "image recognition" methods apart from the booth label (1 1 ) in the swiping procedure of the booths (10).
