Provided is a manufacturing method of a graphene-containing slubby yarn having antimicrobial and cooling properties. The yarn comprises the following components in parts by weight of: 30-60 parts of a graphene-nylon composite fiber; 20-30 parts of a bamboo fiber; and 10-20 parts of a viscose. The above fibers are spun into a slubby yarn by means of a ring spinning machine. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: cotton blending; carding; drawing; spinning; and spooling. The graphene-containing slubby yarn having antimicrobial and cooling properties is formed by blending and spinning multiple fibers having different properties, and thus has advantages of these fibers. Compared with conventional cotton yarns, the viscose enables the graphene-containing slubby yarn to have superior performance to natural cotton fibers in various aspects including softness, dampness absorption and weight.
