- (i) 양극, (ii) 음극, 및 (iii) 상기 양극과 음극 사이에 개재(介在)된 1층 이상의 유기물층을 포함하는 유기 전계 발광 소자로서,상기 1층 이상의 유기물층 중에서 적어도 하나는 제1항의 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 14항에 있어서,상기 유기물층은 정공 주입층, 정공 수송층, 정공 수송 보조층, 전자 수송층, 전자 수송 보조층 및 발광층으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 층을 포함하는, 유기 전계 발광 소자.
