- Each of the pressing surfaces 81 and 82 will be described together with the pressed surface 51 when the cap 30 is opened and the pressed surface 52 when the cap 30 is closed.
- the pressed surface 51 when opened is the This is the portion that is pressed by the pressing surface 81 when opened.
- the closed pressed surface 52 is a portion that is pressed by the closed pressing surface 82 of the locked portion 80 when the outer cap body 62 is rotated in the closed state in the closing direction (clockwise). Even if the exterior cap body 62 is rotated while the exterior cap body 62 is not pushed toward the interior cap body 32, the pressing surfaces 81 and 82 do not press the pressed surfaces 51 and 52. .
- the first angle ⁇ 1 which is the angle formed between the pressed surface 51 at the time of opening and the inner arrangement surface 40, is usually 90 ° to 150 °, preferably 110 ° to 150 °, and the predetermined angle. It is set to be 1.57 times to 10 times, more preferably 1.57 times to 3.75 times ⁇ , and further preferably 1.57 times to 3.5 times ⁇ .
- the first angle ⁇ 1 is set to twice the predetermined angle ⁇ , that is, 120 degrees.
- the second angle ⁇ 2, which is an angle formed by the closed pressed surface 52 and the inner arrangement surface 40, is preferably 60 to 110 degrees and 0.86 times or more and 7.33 times or less of the predetermined angle ⁇ .
- the second angle ⁇ 2 is set to 1.5 times the predetermined angle ⁇ , that is, 90 degrees.
- the third angle ⁇ 3 which is the angle formed between the opening pressing surface 81 and the outer arrangement surface 70, is usually 90 ° to 150 °, preferably 110 ° to 150 °, and the predetermined angle ⁇ . Of 1.57 times to 10 times, more preferably 1.57 times to 3.75 times, and even more preferably 1.57 times to 3.5 times.
- the third angle ⁇ 3 is set to twice the predetermined angle ⁇ , that is, 120 degrees.

- the fourth angle ⁇ 4 is set to 1.3 times the predetermined angle ⁇ , that is, 75 degrees.
- the body 13 or the reduced diameter portion 14 is grasped with one hand, and the outer cap 60 is grasped with the other hand. Then, the outer cap 60 is pushed toward the inner cap 30 (mouth portion 16). Thereby, the ratchet mechanism is engaged. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 12, the lower end portion of each locked portion 80 abuts on the inner arrangement surface 40.
- the operation of pushing the exterior cap 60 so that the ratchet mechanism is engaged is performed by the exterior cap 60 and It is difficult for infants and children who do not know how to remove the interior cap 30.
- the exterior cap 60 is rotated counterclockwise with respect to the mouth portion 16 in a pushed state in which the exterior cap 60 is pushed toward the interior cap 30 (with the ratchet mechanism engaged). Then, since the opening pressing surface 81 of each locked portion 80 presses the opening pressed surface 51 of each locking portion 50, the exterior cap 60 and the interior cap 30 are integrally left with respect to the mouth portion 16. Relative rotation around. Accordingly, the caps 30 and 60 are removed from the container 10.
- the outer cap 60 is attached to the inner cap 30 or the mouth with one hand.
- an external force that resists the pushing force needs to be applied to the accommodating portion 11.
- the housing portion 11 is held with one hand, and the exterior cap 60 is pushed toward the interior cap 30 or the mouth portion 16 with the other hand.
- the state the state in which the ratchet mechanism is engaged
- the mouth portion 16 is open so as to face one side of the longitudinal direction (the first direction) of the body portion 13 in a cross section orthogonal to the axial direction of the body portion 13, the body portion with one hand. It becomes easy to apply a force to push the outer cap 60 toward the inner cap 30 with the other hand while holding the portion 13. For this reason, the intended removal of the exterior cap 60 and the interior cap 30 by an adult who knows how to remove the exterior cap 60 and the interior cap 30 from the container 10 is facilitated.
- the outer diameter of the outer cap 60 is larger than the outer diameter of the neck portion 15, it is possible to suppress a finger gripping the outer cap 60 from interfering with the neck portion 15. Therefore, the opening / closing operation of the exterior cap 60 is facilitated.
- the first angle ⁇ 1 is 90 degrees to 150 degrees and 1.57 times to 10 times the predetermined angle ⁇
- the third angle ⁇ 3 is 90 degrees to 150 degrees and 1 of the predetermined angle ⁇ . Since it is 57 times or more and 10 times or less, the intentional removal of the exterior cap 60 and the interior cap 30 is further facilitated.
- the axial direction of the mouth portion 16 is inclined by a predetermined angle ⁇ with respect to the axial direction of the housing portion 11, so that it is difficult to apply a force for pushing the outer cap body 62 toward the inner cap body 32.
- the first angle ⁇ 1 is 90 degrees to 150 degrees and 1.57 to 10 times
- the third angle ⁇ 3 is 90 degrees to 150 degrees and 1.57 times to 10 times
- the second angle ⁇ 2 is 60 ° to 110 ° and 0.86 times to 7.33 times the predetermined angle ⁇
- the fourth angle ⁇ 4 is 60 ° to 110 ° and the predetermined angle. Since it is 0.86 times or more and 7.33 times or less of ⁇ , the exterior cap 60 and the interior cap 30 can be reliably closed with respect to the mouth portion 16. Further, even when the closing pressing surface 82 is worn, the ease of closing is maintained.
- the contact ring 44 is provided at a position separated from each locking portion 50 in the radial direction of the interior peripheral wall 34, in other words, the contact ring 44 and each locking portion 50 are connected to the axis of the interior peripheral wall 34. Since it is provided at a position that does not overlap in the direction, the contact ring 44 is prevented from sinking due to the locking portion 50 when the interior cap 30 is molded of synthetic resin. Therefore, the sealing property of the container 10 is ensured.
- each locking portion 50 is provided at a position spaced from the female screw portion 37 in the axial direction of the interior peripheral wall 34, in other words, each locking portion 50 and the female screw portion 37 has a diameter of the internal peripheral wall 34. Since it is provided at a position that does not overlap in the direction, the occurrence of sink marks in the internal thread portion 37 due to the locking portion 50 is suppressed when the interior cap 30 is formed of synthetic resin.
- the inner arrangement surface 40 is formed in a portion outside the contact ring 44 in the radial direction of the inner peripheral wall 34 in the outer surface of the inner peripheral wall 34. For this reason, compared with the case where the latching
- a biasing unit that biases the outer cap 60 away from the inner cap 30 in a state where no external force is applied to the outer cap 60 may be provided. In this way, erroneous opening (unintentional engagement of the ratchet mechanism) by an infant or child is more reliably suppressed.
