在ATM的机芯中,钱箱是一个相对重要却独立的模块,重要是由于它需要储存钞票,独立是由于它需要加钞运输。由于它的重要且独立性钱箱门的安全性就显得尤为重要,然而现在市场上大部分的钱箱在门锁的安全性上都存在隐患。

本发明提供一种锁机构,用于解决现有技术中的锁机构在受外力冲击作用下导致的锁钩板脱离锁扣件的风险。
本发明一种锁机构的技术方案为:
该锁机构用于对固定载体上活动载体的锁定和解锁,其包括安装在所述固定载体上的锁安装基板,在所述锁安装基板上滑动安装的锁钩板,以及安装在所述活动载体上并与所述锁钩板对应的锁扣件,其中所述锁钩板的滑动实现对所述活动载体的锁定或解锁,上述锁机构还包括反锁板和锁驱动片,所述反锁板非端部设有与所述锁安装基板转动连接的转动支点,所述反锁板的内端部与安装在所述固定载体上的所述锁驱动片联动连接,所述反锁板的外端部在所述锁驱动片的驱动下与所述锁钩板抵靠或分离,当所述反锁板的外端部抵靠所述锁钩板时,实现所述锁勾板与所述锁扣件的锁定。
优选的,在上述锁机构的技术方案中,还包括与所述锁安装基板转动连接的防反锁片,所述防反锁片与所述反锁板抵靠或分离,当所述锁机构解锁时,所述防反锁片转动至与所述反锁板相抵靠,使所述反锁板与所述锁钩板保持分离状态,并使所述反锁板位于所述锁钩板的非移动区域内。
优选的,在上述锁机构的技术方案中,还包括防反锁片拉簧,用于给所述防反锁片提供转动至与所述反锁板相抵靠的动力,所述防反锁片拉簧一端固定在所述防反锁片上,另一端固定在所述锁安装基板上。
优选的,在上述锁机构的技术方案中,所述锁钩板上设有第一特征和第二特征,所述第一特征与所述反锁板可抵靠或分离,所述第二特征位于所述锁驱动片的旋转轨迹内,所述锁驱动片通过所述第二特征给所述锁钩板提供解锁所述活动载体的动力。
优选的,在上述锁机构的技术方案中,还包括锁钩板复位拉簧,用于给所述锁勾板提供锁紧所述活动载体的动力,所述锁钩板复位拉簧一端与
所述锁安装基板连接,另一端与所述锁钩板连接。
优选的,在上述锁机构的技术方案中,所述反锁板上设有用于嵌入锁驱动片铆轴的空槽和用于嵌入所述锁安装基板的铆轴的圆孔,所述圆孔为所述转动支点。
优选的,在上述锁机构的技术方案中,还包括反锁板扭簧,用于给所述反锁板提供转动至与所述锁勾板相抵靠的动力,所述反锁板扭簧一端固定在所述锁安装基板上,另一端固定在所述反锁板上。
优选的,在上述锁机构的技术方案中,所述锁安装基板上设有限位片,所述限位片位于所述防反锁片的两侧。
本发明实施例还提供一种钞箱,包括钞箱盖、钞箱箱体,还包括上述提及的锁机构。
本发明实施例还提供一种金融自助设备,包括上部机芯、下部机芯、显示屏和上述提及的钞箱和/或锁机构。
采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:
由于本发明实施例中的锁机构增加了反锁板,反锁板非端部设有与锁安装基板转动连接的转动支点,反锁板的内端部与安装在固定载体上的锁驱动片联动连接,反锁板的外端部在锁驱动片的驱动下与锁钩板抵靠或分离,当反锁板的外端部抵靠锁钩板时,实现锁勾板与锁扣件的锁定,当锁机构处于锁合状态时,反锁板与锁钩板相抵靠,即便是在受到外力冲击作用下,反锁板依然可以阻止锁钩板沿锁安装基板滑动,避免了锁钩板脱离锁扣件。

本发明提供一种锁机构,用于解决现有技术中的锁机构在受外力冲击作用下导致的锁钩板脱离锁扣件的风险。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图2至图15,本发明实施例中一种锁机构的技术方案具体为:
包括钱箱门1、钱箱箱体2、锁安装基板3、锁勾板35、反锁板36、
防反锁片37、锁勾板复位拉簧38、防反锁片拉簧39和反锁板扭簧310,钱箱门1上装配有锁扣轴11和锁扣轴12,钱箱箱体2上装配有锁芯21和锁驱动片22,锁安装基板3可通过螺钉、卡扣、键连接等可拆卸连接方式或不可拆卸连接方式如焊接装配在钱箱箱体2上,锁芯21的特点在于插入钥匙后钥匙只能顺时针转动,且钥匙只有转动到初始位置才能拔出。
下面将分别重点介绍锁安装基板3、锁勾板35、反锁板36、防反锁片37:
(一)锁安装基板3
1)其上有铆轴31、32、33和34,锁勾板35可在铆轴31、32和33上左右滑动,防反锁片37可在铆轴33上转动,反锁板36可在铆轴34上转动。
2)其上有锁勾板复位拉簧38的装配孔381,锁勾板复位拉簧38一端挂在锁钩板35上,另一端固定在锁安装基板3上的装配孔381上,当锁钩板35向右滑动的过程中,锁勾板复位拉簧38处于拉伸状态。
3)其上有防反锁片拉簧39的装配孔391,防反锁片拉簧39一端固定在防反锁片37上,一端固定在锁安装基板3上,当锁机构处于锁合状态即锁钩板35与反锁板36接触时,防反锁片拉簧39处于压缩状态。
4)其上有反锁板扭簧310限位特征,反锁板扭簧310一端挂在反锁板36,一端挂在锁安装基板3上。
5)其上有防反锁片37的转动限位特征,转动限位特征为安装在锁安装基板3上的限位片375,限位片375位于防反锁片37的两侧。
(二)锁勾板35
1)其上左右各有一个锁勾3511与锁扣轴11和12配合,锁扣轴11和12为锁扣件。
2)锁钩板35可滑动的安装在锁安装基板3上,具体可以为:锁钩板35上设有供铆轴31、32和33嵌入的空槽,由于空槽与铆轴31、32和33之间具有间隙,所以锁钩板35可通过空槽与铆轴31、32和33配合实现其在铆轴上左右滑动。需要说明的是,空槽的形状可以为长方形,具体不限定空槽的形状。
3)其上有一个折弯边3311,折弯边3311为第一特征,当锁机构处于
锁定状态时,钱箱门1合上,反锁板36与锁钩板35相接触,具体可以为:反锁板36可抵住折弯边3311,进而限制锁勾板35向右滑动,实现反锁功能。
4)其上有一个死边3312,死边3312为第二特征,开锁时锁驱动片22先驱动反锁板36转动解除反锁,之后继续转动与死边3312接触驱动锁勾板35向右滑动直至钱箱门1被打开。死边3312位于锁驱动片22的旋转轨迹内,使得锁驱动片可转动至与3312接触并驱动锁钩板35移动。
(三)反锁板36
反锁板36可转动的安装在锁安装基板3上,且反锁板36与锁驱动片22连接。
1)反锁板36可转动的安装在锁安装基板3上,反锁板36上有一孔361与铆轴34配合,为反锁板36的转动中心。
2)反锁板36与锁驱动片22连接,其上有一长方形槽362与锁驱动片22装配在一起,锁驱动片22转动可驱动反锁板36转动,反锁板36固定时锁驱动片22亦不能转动。需要说明的是,设置长方形槽362目的是为了适应不同的转动角度。
3)反锁板36上设有一个可抵住锁勾板35上的折弯边3311的面363,当锁机构处于锁定状态时,折弯边3311抵住面363,钱箱门1合上,该面363可抵住锁勾板35上的折弯边3311,进而限制锁勾板35向右滑动。
4)当反锁板36转动一定角度使锁勾板35处于解锁状态时,防反锁片37会抵住反锁板36上的面363,使得反锁板36与锁钩板35相分离,锁钩板35可自由移动,使锁勾板35一直处于解锁状态。
(四)防反锁片37
1)其上有钣金二次折弯形成的装配孔371与铆轴33配合,防反锁片37可绕铆轴33转动。
2)其上有一孔372用于装配防反锁片拉簧39,防反锁片拉簧39一端挂在防反锁片37,一端挂在锁安装基板3上。
3)其上有一特征374,用于当反锁板36转动一定角度使锁勾板35解锁时抵住反锁板36使锁勾板35一直处于解锁状态。
4)其上有一特征373,当钱箱门1合上时锁扣轴11可驱动该特征373
使防反锁片37转动直至反锁板反锁功能生效。
上述锁机构的装配关系具体为:
第一步:如图7所示,先将反锁板36和锁驱动片22装配成一体,之后将反锁板扭簧310套入铆轴34,再将反锁板36装配到铆轴34上,反锁板扭簧310一端搭在锁安装基板3限位特征上,一端挂在反锁板36上。
第二步:如图8所示,将锁勾板35由大圆孔端套入铆轴31、32、33并向右推入铆轴槽内,将锁勾板复位拉簧38一端挂在锁勾板35,一端挂在锁安装基板3上,此时锁勾板35上折弯边3311抵住反锁板36,可使反锁板36不能顺时针转动。
第三步:如图9所示,将防反锁片37装入铆轴33上,防反锁片拉簧39一端挂在防反锁片37,一端挂在锁安装基板3上。
第四步:将锁芯21装配到钱箱箱体上,再将锁机构装配到钱箱箱体上,最后将锁驱动片22装配到锁芯21上即完成了锁机构的装配。
本发明实施例的锁机构的工作原理是:引入了反锁板36使钱箱门1在关上时锁勾板35能保持锁定状态,保证了钱箱在摔落的时候锁勾板35不会滑出锁扣轴11和12,只有用钥匙驱动锁驱动片22带动反锁板36转动完成解锁后门1才能被打开。同时又引入了防反锁片37使门1被打开后防反锁片37能抵住反锁板36使锁机构一直处于解锁状态,锁勾板35可左右滑动,直至门1关上时锁扣轴11和12驱动防反锁片37使其与反锁板36脱离,反锁板36顺时针转动直至锁芯21回到初始位置,完成锁定拔出钥匙。
图2所示为钱箱锁机构锁合状态,反锁机构的技术特点在于:(1)锁驱动片22与反锁板36连接,只有当钥匙驱动锁驱动片22时反锁板36才能转动;(2)如图10所示锁勾板35上形成一个折弯特征351,与反锁板36上特征361相抵,从而限制了锁勾板35向右滑动。
图11所示为钱箱门打开状态局部放大图,其特点在于:当锁驱动片22驱动锁勾板35向右滑动,锁扣轴11和12滑出锁勾的过程中防反锁片37会受防反锁片拉簧39拉力逆时针转动,当如图11所示特征372与反锁板36上特征362抵住时锁机构就处于解锁状态,反锁板36上特征361不能向上抵住锁勾板35折弯特征351,锁勾板可左右滑动。
下面以一个具体实施例来描述上述锁机构的具体工作原理:
钱箱门打开过程分为解除反锁阶段和滑开锁勾且解锁生效阶段,其中:
解除反锁阶段:如图12所示,将钥匙插入锁芯21,驱动锁驱动片22顺时针转动,锁驱动片22带动反锁板36逆时针转动,转动到如图12所示角度,此时反锁板36上顶点363开始低于锁勾板35上底面353,反锁板36与锁勾板35相脱离,从而解除了反锁板36对锁勾板35的锁定,锁勾板35可向右滑动。
滑开锁勾且解锁生效阶段:继续转动锁芯21可使锁驱动片22接触到锁勾板35上特征352,从而驱动锁勾板35向右滑动直至门1上锁扣轴11和12可滑出锁勾板35上锁勾,如图13所示即为锁勾板35向右滑动到锁扣轴11和12可脱出状态,此时门1可打开。
锁扣轴11和12向上滑出的过程中,防反锁片37由于少了锁扣轴11向下的压力,同时受防反锁片拉簧39的拉力,防反锁片37逆时针转动直至抵住限位特征。锁扣轴11和12滑出锁勾板35后门1被打开,人的手离开钥匙,反锁板36受反锁板扭簧310作用顺时针转动直至与防反锁片37抵住,如图11所示,由此可保证解锁生效。
同时锁勾板35受锁勾板复位拉簧38拉力作用复位到如图11所示位置。
门关上过程:门关上过程又分为锁扣轴扣入锁勾阶段和锁扣轴触发反锁机构阶段。
锁扣轴扣入锁勾阶段:如图14所示,门合上时锁扣轴11和12先接触到锁勾板35上两侧锁勾,锁扣轴11和12作用于锁勾板35侧向力克服复位拉簧38拉力驱动锁勾板35向右滑动直至锁扣轴11和12滑入锁勾。
锁扣轴触发反锁机构阶段:当锁扣轴11和12滑入锁勾后如图15所示,锁扣轴11会撞上防反锁片37,驱动防反锁片37顺时针转动直至与反锁板36脱离。反锁板36脱离防反锁片37后受反锁板扭簧310扭力即可顺时针转动,反锁板36带动锁芯21逆时针转动,与此同时,锁勾板35受复位拉簧38拉力回复初始位置。当锁芯21回复到初始位置时整个锁机构的状态回复到如图2所示,锁机构完成锁定。
本发明还提供一种钞箱,如图16所示,包括钞箱盖111,钞箱箱体112
和本发明提供的一种锁机构。
本方案还提供了一种金融自助设备,如图17所示,包括柜体,内装相应模块设备,如上部机芯7、下部机芯9;密码键盘6,用于让用户输入密码;显示屏4,根据需要播放各种视屏信号;读卡口5,用于读写用户插入的磁卡;出款和/或入款口8,用于用户进行取款和/或存款操作等,上部机芯7包含识别模块和上部通道等、下部机芯9包含本发明提供的钞箱和下部通道等,其他模块与现有技术基本相同,故此不在赘述。
以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种锁机构,用于对固定载体上活动载体的锁定和解锁,其包括安装在所述固定载体上的锁安装基板,在所述锁安装基板上滑动安装的锁钩板,以及安装在所述活动载体上并与所述锁钩板对应的锁扣件,其中所述锁钩板的滑动实现对所述活动载体的锁定或解锁,其特征在于,还包括反锁板和锁驱动片,所述反锁板非端部设有与所述锁安装基板转动连接的转动支点,所述反锁板的内端部与安装在所述固定载体上的所述锁驱动片联动连接,所述反锁板的外端部在所述锁驱动片的驱动下与所述锁钩板抵靠或分离,当所述反锁板的外端部抵靠所述锁钩板时,实现所述锁勾板与所述锁扣件的锁定。
- 根据权利要求1所述的锁机构,其特征在于,还包括与所述锁安装基板转动连接的防反锁片,所述防反锁片与所述反锁板抵靠或分离,当所述锁机构解锁时,所述防反锁片转动至与所述反锁板相抵靠,使所述反锁板与所述锁钩板保持分离状态,并使所述反锁板位于所述锁钩板的非移动区域内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的锁机构,其特征在于,还包括防反锁片拉簧,用于给所述防反锁片提供转动至与所述反锁板相抵靠的动力,所述防反锁片拉簧一端固定在所述防反锁片上,另一端固定在所述锁安装基板上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的锁机构,其特征在于,所述锁安装基板上设有限位片,所述限位片位于所述防反锁片的两侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的锁机构,其特征在于,所述锁钩板上设有第一特征和第二特征,所述第一特征与所述反锁板可抵靠或分离,所述第二特征位于所述锁驱动片的旋转轨迹内,所述锁驱动片通过所述第二特征给所述锁钩板提供解锁所述活动载体的动力。
- 根据权利要求5所述的锁机构,其特征在于,还包括锁钩板复位拉簧,用于给所述锁勾板提供锁紧所述活动载体的动力,所述锁钩板复位拉簧一端与所述锁安装基板连接,另一端与所述锁钩板连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的锁机构,其特征在于,所述反锁板上设有用于嵌入锁驱动片铆轴的空槽和用于嵌入所述锁安装基板的铆轴的圆孔,所 述圆孔为所述转动支点。
- 根据权利要求7所述的锁机构,其特征在于,还包括反锁板扭簧,用于给所述反锁板提供转动至与所述锁勾板相抵靠的动力,所述反锁板扭簧一端固定在所述锁安装基板上,另一端固定在所述反锁板上。
- 一种钞箱,包括钞箱盖、钞箱箱体,其特征在于,还包括权利要求1至8中任一项所述的锁机构。
- 一种金融自助设备,包括上部机芯、下部机芯、显示屏,其特征在于,还包括权利要求1至8任一项所述的锁机构或/和权利要求9所述的钞箱。
