Description
本申请基于申请号为201620869418.0、申请日为2016年8月10日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
本实用新型涉及机械连接技术领域,尤其涉及用一种锁紧机构及使用该锁紧机构进行部件锁紧的折叠车。
折叠车是通过车架折叠实现快速存放和运输。在折叠的使用过程中不需要借助外来工具,可通过手动自行将车展开或折叠。一般折叠车都有锁紧机构来实现折叠展开后固定。
中国专利文献公开了一种折叠车把和前叉立管的固定机构,如图1所示,包括车把折叠接头的上接头1、下接头2、铰接轴7、折叠接头的锁定装置8、头管碗组3、车架头管4、前叉立管5和锁紧螺母6,该车把折叠接头的下接头2下端设置成一平面,该平面中部设置有一个可套入前叉立管外表面的圆孔,其还包括将前叉立管卡固在该圆孔内的卡持装置。该卡持装置进一步包括在圆孔内侧设置的至少一内卡齿和在前叉立管5上设置与下接头2内卡齿相配合的内卡槽。该下接头2通过锁紧螺母6压紧在头管碗组3的上挡上,下接头2的内卡齿与前叉立管5的内卡槽配接定位,防止互相转动。
采用上述机构对折叠车进行锁紧会占用较大车体空间,且影响产品外观。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的一个目的在于:提供一种锁紧机构,其锁紧、解锁操作方便,锁紧效果好、占用空间小。
本实用新型的另一个目的在于:提供一种折叠车,其可以方便的实现相对折叠部件之前的锁紧,外观整洁。
为达此目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
提供一种锁紧机构,用于选择性锁紧或解锁需相互固定连接的第一被连接件以及第二被连接件,包括设置于所述第一被连接件上的锁紧块以及设置于所述第二被连接件上且外形与所述锁紧块相配合的锁止孔,所述锁紧块可移动设置在所述第一被连接件上,能够在可插入所述锁止孔的锁止位置以及可退出所述锁止孔的解锁位置之间移动。
作为所述的锁紧机构的一种优选的技术方案,还包括用于驱动所述锁紧块运动的驱动机构,所述驱动机构包括驱动控制部以及在所述驱动控制部的作用下可移动的驱动执行部,所述驱动执行部带动所述锁紧块运动。
作为所述的锁紧机构的一种优选的技术方案,所述第一被连接件具有用于安装所述驱动机构的驱动安装板,所述驱动控制部设置在所述驱动安装板的一侧,所述驱动执行部穿过所
述驱动安装板与所述驱动控制部传动连接。

另一方面,提供一种折叠车,包括作为第一被连接件的上车体以及作为第二被连接件的下车体,所述上车体与所述下车体采用如上所述的锁紧机构进行锁紧。
本实用新型的有益效果为:此锁紧机构能够非常方便的实现解锁和锁紧两个动作,从而达到简单可靠和操作方便的效果。并且只占用被锁紧件部分空间,外观整洁。采用该锁紧机构的折叠车,折叠锁紧方便、解锁操作简单,具有良好的外观效果以及用户体验。

如图2~10所示,于本实施例中,本实用新型所述的一种锁紧机构,用于选择性锁紧或解锁需相互固定连接的第一被连接件100以及第二被连接件200,包括设置于所述第一被连接件100上的锁紧块310以及设置于所述第二被连接件200上且外形与所述锁紧块310相配合的锁止孔320,所述锁紧块310可移动设置在所述第一被连接件100上,能够在可插入所述锁止孔320的锁止位置以及可退出所述锁止孔320的解锁位置之间移动。
当所述第一被连接件100与所述第二被连接件200组装状态下,保证所述锁紧块310与所述锁止孔320位置相对应,之后控制所述锁紧块310向锁止孔320方向移动,直至其伸入所述锁止孔320中,实现所述第一被连接件100与所述第二被连接件200的锁定。
当需要解除所述第一被连接件100与所述第二被连接件200之间的锁定时,只需要控制所述锁紧块310向远离所述锁止孔320的方向运动,至其完全退出所述锁止孔320,实现所述第一被连接件100与所述第二被连接件200相互锁定的解除。
当然,所述锁紧块310以及所述锁止孔320的设置方式并不局限于锁紧块310设置在所述第一被连接件100上锁止孔320设置在所述第二被连接件200上,在其他实施例中,还可以将锁紧块310设置在第二被连接件200上,锁止孔320设置在第一被连接件100上。
在本实施例中所述第一被连接件100以及第二被连接件200分别为中空的管状结构,锁紧块310设置在中空的管体内部,对其的操作需要通过用于驱动所述锁紧块310运动的驱动机构进行,所述驱动机构包括驱动控制部330以及在所述驱动控制部330的作用下可移动的
驱动执行部340,所述驱动执行部340带动所述锁紧块310运动。
在本实施例中所述驱动执行部340与所述锁紧块310固定连接。
在其他实施例中还可以将所述驱动执行部340与所述锁紧块310设置为一体结构。
为了便于安装所述驱动机构,所述第一被连接件100具有用于安装所述驱动机构的驱动安装板350,本实施例所述的驱动安装板350为呈矩形中空管状结构的第一被连接件100的第一侧壁,所述驱动控制部330设置在所述驱动安装板350的一侧,该侧为管状结构的外侧,可以通过其在外部控制锁紧块310的动作,所述驱动执行部340穿过所述驱动安装板350与所述驱动控制部330传动连接。
具体的,于本实施例中,所述驱动执行部340包括驱动螺杆341以及与所述驱动螺杆341固定连接的连接片342,所述锁紧块310设置在所述连接片342的端部,所述锁紧块310的运动方向与所述驱动螺杆341的轴线方向平行;所述驱动控制部330为位于所述驱动安装板350远离所述连接片342的一侧,并且套设在所述驱动螺杆341上的旋转把手。
所述旋转把手上具有一把手主体,在本实施例中,锁止状态与解锁状态下把手主体旋转角度为180°。当然旋转把手旋转实现锁紧与解锁的转换并不局限于旋转180°,在其他实施例中还可以根据需要对旋转角度进行相应调整,只需要能够控制所述锁紧块310全部插入或退出所述锁止孔320即可。
所述旋转把手具有与所述驱动螺杆341上的外螺纹相对应的内螺纹,当所述旋转把手转动时,所述驱动螺杆341会沿其轴线方向移动,从而带动所述锁紧块310沿所述驱动螺杆341的轴线方向移动。
优选的,所述驱动执行部340还包括弹性复位件343,所述弹性复位件343始终对所述连接片342施加背离所述驱动安装板350所在方向的作用力。
通过设置弹性复位件343,保证驱动执行部340只做单方向轴向运动。从而保证第一被连接件100的锁紧块310与第二被连接件200的锁止孔320相互锁紧。
更加优选的,在本实施例中,所述弹性复位件343为压缩弹簧。
驱动机构与所述第一被连接件100为可相对移动连接,通过设置弹性复位件343可以保证驱动控制部330始终与所述驱动安装板350贴合,避免其旋转过程中自身位置沿驱动螺杆341的轴线方向发生变化,导致锁紧块310不发生移动或移动距离达不到设计要求的情况。
为了保证所述锁紧块310与所述锁止孔320能够准确配合插接,所述驱动安装板350靠近所述连接片342的一侧设置有第一导向件,所述驱动执行部340包括与所述第一导向件配合的第二导向件。
优选的,所述第一导向件可以为设置在驱动安装板350上的固定导向柱344或固定导向孔,对应的所述第二导向件为设置在所述驱动执行部340上与所述固定导向柱344配合的移动导向孔或与所述固定导向孔配合的移动导向柱。
具体的,在本实施例中,所述第一导向件为固定设置在所述驱动安装板350上的固定导向柱344,所述第二导向件为固定设置在所述连接片342上的移动导向孔,所述固定导向柱
344的外形与所述移动导向孔的形状相对应。由于固定导向柱344与移动导向孔之间会相对运动,而为了保证导向的精确性,两者之间的配合间隙将很小,在运动过程中会经常发生相互摩擦,因此固定导向柱344以及驱动执行部340具有移动导向孔的部分采用耐磨材料制成。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述驱动安装板350远离所述连接片342的一侧设置有复位件挡片345,所述弹性复位件343两端分别抵接所述复位件挡片345与所述连接片342。
所述锁紧块310为至少两块,且沿所述驱动螺杆341的轴线中心对称设置,所述锁止孔320的数量以及设置位置均与所述锁紧块310相对应。
在本实施例中,所述锁紧块310为两块,分别设置在所述连接片342的两端部。所述连接片342的中部与驱动螺杆341固定连接。
为了进一步保证锁紧效果,所述锁紧块310为锥形结构,所述锁止孔320为与所述锁紧块310外形相对应的锥形孔。
于本实施例中,所述锁止孔320为贯穿所述驱动安装板350的通孔,通过将锁止孔320设计成通孔,能够方便的在一侧观察到所述锁紧块310伸入所述锁止孔320中的距离,从而判断锁止与解锁动作的完成情况,更为合理的操作旋转把手,避免过度旋转造成旋转把手与驱动螺杆341之间的传动结构受损而影响使用效果。
在本实用新型的其他实施例中还可以将锁止孔320设置为不贯穿所述驱动安装板350的盲孔,设置为盲孔的好处为可以保证第二被连接件200外观的完整性,保证产品美观。
本实施例中还提供一种折叠车,包括作为第一被连接件100的上车体以及作为第二被连接件200的下车体,所述上车体与所述下车体采用如上所述的锁紧机构进行锁紧。
所述上车体与下车体的连接方式可以为铰接或插接,本实施例中采用铰接的方式,所述锁紧机构与所述上车体和所述下车体相互铰接的位置相对设置。
本实用新型锁紧状态时,驱动控制部330的端面与复位件挡片345的端面摩擦接触,达到摩擦力锁紧效果,保证锁紧块310在轴向方向不能产生移动。
锁紧块310插入第二被连接件200。两者是锥面紧配。通过上述动作,第一被连接件100和第二被连接件200达到锁紧效果。
本实用新型解锁时,驱动控制部330需要旋转180°才能解锁。对比附图5与附图8。
本实用新型解锁时,驱动控制部330旋转时,因为螺纹传动的作用,驱动螺杆341随着做轴向运动。因为弹性复位件343的作用,驱动螺杆341只能向内侧滑动。驱动螺杆341带动锁紧块310向内侧运动。从而锁紧块310从第二被连接件200脱出。从而第一被连接件100和第二被连接件200达到解锁效果。
需要声明的是,上述具体实施方式仅仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例及所运用技术原理,在本实用新型所公开的技术范围内,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员所容易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围内。
Claims (10)
- 一种锁紧机构,用于选择性锁紧或解锁需相互固定连接的第一被连接件以及第二被连接件,其特征在于,包括设置于所述第一被连接件上的锁紧块以及设置于所述第二被连接件上且外形与所述锁紧块相配合的锁止孔,所述锁紧块可移动设置在所述第一被连接件上,能够在可插入所述锁止孔的锁止位置以及可退出所述锁止孔的解锁位置之间移动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的锁紧机构,其特征在于,还包括用于驱动所述锁紧块运动的驱动机构,所述驱动机构包括驱动控制部以及在所述驱动控制部的作用下可移动的驱动执行部,所述驱动执行部带动所述锁紧块运动。
- 根据权利要求2所述的锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述第一被连接件具有用于安装所述驱动机构的驱动安装板,所述驱动控制部设置在所述驱动安装板的一侧,所述驱动执行部穿过所述驱动安装板与所述驱动控制部传动连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述驱动执行部包括驱动螺杆以及与所述驱动螺杆固定连接的连接片,所述锁紧块设置在所述连接片的端部,所述锁紧块的运动方向与所述驱动螺杆的轴线方向平行;所述驱动控制部为位于所述驱动安装板远离所述连接片的一侧、并且套设在所述驱动螺杆上的旋转把手。
- 根据权利要求4所述的锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述驱动执行部还包括弹性复位件,所述弹性复位件始终对所述连接片施加背离所述驱动安装板所在方向的作用力。
- 根据权利要求5所述的锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述驱动安装板靠近所述连接片的一侧设置有第一导向件,所述驱动执行部包括与所述第一导向件配合的第二导向件。
- 根据权利要求5所述的锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述驱动安装板远离所述连接片的一侧设置有复位件挡片,所述弹性复位件两端分别抵接所述复位件挡片与所述连接片。
- 根据权利要求4所述的锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述锁紧块为至少两块,且沿所述驱动螺杆的轴线中心对称设置,所述锁止孔的数量以及设置位置均与所述锁紧块相对应。
- 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述锁紧块为锥形结构,所述锁止孔为与所述锁紧块外形相对应的锥形孔。
- 一种折叠车,包括作为第一被连接件的上车体以及作为第二被连接件的下车体,其特征在于,所述上车体与所述下车体采用权利要求1至9中任一项所述的锁紧机构进行锁紧。
