本发明涉及一种电子烟雾化器。
背景技术
现有的电子烟雾化器一般采用发热丝加热储油棉中的烟油,加热过程中发热丝温度较高,容易烧焦,产生糊味,并且发热丝产生的高温容易传到雾化器外壁,使电子烟发烫,能量利用率低,吸烟口感差,同时雾化器容易漏油。现有的超声波雾化器雾化产生的烟雾分子中包含粒径较大的分子,导致吸烟口感不佳。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术不足,提供一种电子烟雾化器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种电子烟雾化器,包括超声雾化片;所述超声雾化片一面与储油片接触;所述储油片与烟油腔连通;所述储油片与气流通道相通,以使所述气流通道将所述超声雾化片雾化所述储油片上烟油形成的烟雾带走;所述储油片、超声雾化片沿烟气流出方向依次设置。
所述超声雾化片和储油片固定在弹性固定座内;所述储油片远离所述超声雾化片的表面与固定在所述弹性固定座内的导油体接触;所述导油体与所述烟油腔连通。弹性固定座可以很好地稳固超声雾化片和储油片,同时在超声雾化片振荡时提供缓冲力,保护超声雾化片。

所述储油片上开设过气孔或过气槽,以使气流将超声雾化片雾化出来的烟雾通过过去孔或过气槽快速带走,加快超声雾化片的启动时间,提升用户体验。
与现有技术相比,本发明所具有的有益效果为:本发明利用超声雾化片振荡产生烟雾,解决了发热丝加热容易烧焦,产生糊味,并且发热丝产生的高温容易传到雾化器外壁,使电子烟发烫,能量利用率低,吸烟口感差,雾化器容易漏油的问题;储油片与超声雾化片下表面接触,烟雾自逆气流方向喷出,从而可以使得大颗粒的烟雾分子凝结在雾化片或者储油片上,防止大颗粒烟雾分子被用户吸食,从而可以改善吸烟口感,小颗粒分子随气流方向进入 用户口腔,提升用户体验;本发明结构紧凑、精巧,实用性强,易于推广。

本发明所提到的顶端、上端或者上表面,是指烟气流出方向的端面或表面;底端、下端或下表面则相反。
如图1和图2所示,本发明实施例1包括超声雾化片1;所述超声雾化片1下表面与储油片2接触;所述储油片2与烟油腔3连通;所述储油片2与气流通道4相通;所述储油片2、超声雾化片1沿烟气流出方向依次设置。即,气流从超声雾化片下表面方向喷出,防止大颗粒烟雾分子被气流直接带入用户口中。
本发明中,超声雾化片采用实心压电陶瓷片。
为了防止超声雾化片和储油片之间贴合不紧密,同时保证烟雾可以更好地喷出,可以在储油片上开设过气孔或过气槽。
超声雾化片1和储油片2固定在弹性固定座5内;储油片2远离所述超声雾化片1的表面与固定在弹性固定座5内的导油体6接触;导油体6与烟油腔3连通。
弹性固定座可以采用硅胶座,既可以起到固定超声雾化片的作用,又可以在超声雾化片振荡过程中提供缓冲作用力,保护超声雾化片,防止超声雾化片损坏。
超声雾化片1远离储油片2的表面与弹性压紧盖7接触;所述弹性压紧盖7固定在连接套8内;所述连接套8与所述弹性固定座5连接。
本发明中,弹性压紧盖可以采用硅胶盖,弹性压紧盖可以将超声雾化片和导油棉压紧在弹性固定座内,保证超声雾化片和导油棉贴紧。
如图3所示,所述弹性压紧盖7上开设有第一通孔9;所述第一通孔9内固定有安装座10;所述安装座10上安装有第一导电体11;所述储油片2与所述弹性固定套5之间设有第二导电体12;所述第一导电体11、第二导电体12均与所述超声雾化片1接触。保证电连接良好。

  1. 一种电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,包括超声雾化片(1);所述超声雾化片(1)一面与储油片(2)接触;所述储油片(2)与烟油腔(3)连通;所述储油片(2)与气流通道(4)相通;所述储油片(2)、超声雾化片(1)沿烟气流出方向依次设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述超声雾化片(1)和储油片(2)固定在弹性固定座(5)内;所述储油片(2)远离所述超声雾化片(1)的表面与固定在所述弹性固定座(5)内的导油体(6)接触;所述导油体(6)与所述烟油腔(3)连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述超声雾化片(1)远离所述储油片(2)的表面与弹性压紧盖(7)接触;所述弹性压紧盖(7)固定在连接套(8)内;所述连接套(8)与所述弹性固定座(5)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述弹性压紧盖(7)上开设有第一通孔(9);所述第一通孔(9)内固定有安装座(10);所述安装座(10)上安装有第一导电体(11);所述储油片(2)与所述弹性固定套(5)之间设有第二导电体(12);所述第一导电体(11)、第二导电体(12)均与所述超声雾化片(1)接触。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述第二导电体(12)包括一横截面为倒U字型的凹陷部分,该凹陷部分两侧结构对侧,该凹陷部分左侧横截面包括一竖直部分和与该竖直部分连接的水平部分,该水平部分与所述凹陷部分左侧连接;该凹陷部分设在所述弹性固定座(5)中部的安装孔(13)内;该凹陷部分的两侧设在所述弹性固定座(5)安装孔(13)两侧的凹槽(14)内,且所述第二导电体(12)竖直部分设有通气孔(37);所述超声雾化片(1)和储油片(2)固定在所述第二导电体(12)内;且所述超声雾化片(1)的边缘与所述竖直部分内壁接触。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述导油体(6)包括环形底部和设置在该环形底部上的两个突起,该两个突起分别伸入所述安装孔(13)侧面的弹性固定座(5)上的两个固定孔(15)内。
  7. 根据权利要求1~6之一所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述烟油腔(3)顶端侧壁与上固定套(25)固定连接;所述烟油腔(3)底端侧壁与下固定套(23)固定连接;所述烟油腔(3)顶端侧壁与所述上固定套(25)之间、所述烟油腔(3)底端侧壁与所述下固定套(23)之间均设有阻油环(26);所述上固定套(25)顶端与吸嘴座(34)固定连接;所述吸嘴座(34)上安装有吸嘴(35)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述下固定套(23)底端设在上端开口的螺纹套(27)内;所述螺纹套(27)下底面开设有电极环安装孔(28);电极环(29)伸入所述电极环安装孔(28)内,并与所述电极环安装孔(28)侧壁绝缘连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述烟油腔(3)设置在所述导油体(6)下方。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述烟油腔(3)内固定有沿所述烟油腔(3)轴向设置的支撑管(16);所述支撑管(16)外设有导油棉(17);所述导油棉(17)顶端与所述导油体(6)接触。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述导油棉(17)外设有外管(18),且所述外管(18)上开设有进油孔(19)。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述支撑管(16)顶端和底端外壁分别设有第一凸环(20)和第二凸环(21);所述储油棉(17)、外管(18)设在所述第一凸环(20)和第二凸环(21)之间;所述支撑管(16)顶端伸入所述导油体(6)环形底部上的第二通孔(22)内,且第一凸环(20)下表面与所述导油体(6)环形底部上表面接触;所述第二凸环(21)设在所述下固定套(23)内的第三通孔(24)上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述电极环(29)顶端与电极柱(30)底端接触;所述电极柱(30)顶端贯穿所述支撑管(16)后,与所述第二导电体(12)接触。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述吸嘴座(34)包括底部的连接座(34A),所述连接座(34A)端面上固定有顶端开口的圆柱体(34B);所述圆柱体(34B)与所述吸嘴(35)固定连接;所述圆柱体(34B)内的连接座(34A)上设有连接孔(34C);所述弹性固定座(5)、连接套(8)均设在所述 连接座(34A)内,且所述连接套(8)顶端与所述连接孔(34C)内壁固定连接;所述圆柱体(34B)与所述连接孔(34C)之间的连接座(34A)上开设有通气环(36);所述连接套(8)、弹性固定座(5)与所述连接座(34A)内壁之间设有间隙,且该间隙与所述通气环(36)连通。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述电极柱(30)与所述支撑管(16)内壁之间设有空隙(31);所述螺纹套(27)上开设有与所述空隙(31)连通的第一进气孔(32);所述电极柱(30)顶端内部和底端内部均为中空腔体,且该两个中空腔体侧壁上均开设有与所述空隙(31)连通的第二进气孔(33);所述电极柱(30)顶端和底端均开口,且所述电极柱(30)底端开有第三进气孔(39);所述第一进气孔(32)、第三进气孔(39)、电极柱(30)底端内部中空腔体、电极柱(30)底端中空腔体上的第二进气孔(33)、空隙(31)、电极柱(30)顶端中空腔体上的第二进气孔(33)、电极柱(30)顶端内部的中空腔体、通气孔(37)、通气环(36)、吸嘴(35)内腔形成所述气流通道(4)。
  16. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述弹性固定座(5)设在所述上固定套(25)内,且所述导油体(6)的环形底部与所述上固定套(25)端面接触;所述上固定套(25)端面上开设有过油孔(38);所述导油体(6)的环形底部通过所述过油孔(38)与所述烟油腔(3)连通。
  17. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述烟油腔(3)设在所述超声雾化片(1)上方。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述第二导电体(12)凹陷部分与所述电极环(29)接触,且所述凹陷部分开设有孔(49);所述电极环(29)内开设有贯通所述电极环(29)的气道(50);所述气道(50)与所述孔(49)连通。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,还包括雾化头连接座(40)和雾化头上盖(41);所述雾化头连接座(40)上端和所述雾化头上盖(41)固定连接;所述弹性固定套(5)、连接套(8)固定在所述雾化头连接座(40)和雾化头上盖(41)形成的空腔内;所述雾化头上盖(41)上端固定在所述下固定套(23)内;所述雾化头上盖(41)与所述下固定套(23)之间、所述雾化头连接座(40)与所述螺纹套(27)之间均设有通道(43),且该通道(43)通过 下固定套(23)上的出油孔(44)与所述烟油腔(3)连通。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述导油体(6)与所述雾化头连接座(40)下端内壁接触,且所述雾化头连接座(40)下端侧壁开设有与所述通道(43)连通的进油口(42)。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述烟油腔(3)内固定有气管(47);所述雾化头连接座(40)上端开设有缺口(45);所述连接套(8)与所述雾化头上盖(41)之间设有通气道(46),且所述缺口(45)与所述通气道(46)连通;所述雾化头上盖(41)上端面上开设有通气孔(48);所述气道(50)、孔(49)、第二导电体(12)水平部分与超声雾化片(1)之间的间隙、缺口(45)、通气道(46)、通气孔(48)、气管(47)内腔、吸嘴(35)内腔形成所述气流通道(4)。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述吸嘴座(34)上开设有与所述气流通道(4)连通的调气孔(51)。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述调气孔(51)外的吸嘴座(34)上设有用于调节所述调气孔(51)气流量大小的调节装置。
  24. 根据权利要求7~23之一所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述储油片上开设过气孔或过气槽。
