Abstract
Description
特許文献1,2に記載のジッパーテープ付袋体は、雄部材および雌部材のうちのいずれか一方の帯状基部に、隣接する部分より薄肉に形成され、開封テープが積層される積層部を設けている。いずれか他方の帯状基部には、幅方向における袋本体の開口側端部に、積層部の厚さ以上の高さ寸法で袋体の内面に接合される凸部が設けられている。さらに、袋本体および積層部を有した帯状基部を貫通する切込みを形成し、タブを設けている。
そして、開封時には、タブを摘んで袋本体から開封テープおよび積層部分を一緒に帯状基部から切り離しつつ袋本体を切り裂いて開封する構成が採られている。
本発明は、分離条部による開封が容易なジッパーテープ付袋体、袋体、袋体の製造方法、および、袋体の製造装置を提供することを目的とする。
なお、本発明の袋体の製造方法では、一枚のフィルムを折り曲げて製造される袋体や、二枚のフィルムを重ね合わせて製造される袋体、もしくは二枚以上のフィルムを用いて側面にマチを設けたガゼット袋やスタンディング袋など、種々の袋体の製造方法として好適に適用できる。
ここで、摘み部の形成は、レーザや、刃物など、フィルムを切断できる手段を用いて好適に製造できる。なお、摘み部の形成時には、切断の深度を調整するなどしてもよい。当該摘み部の形状は、分離条部を手でつまめる形状であれば、好適に使用でき、例えばC形状等が考えられる。
また、分離条部は、袋本体を引き裂くことができるものであれば、特に限定されず、例えば、帯状の形状、紐状の形状などを好適に利用できる。
分離条部のフィルムへの取り付けとしては、分離条部をフィルムへ直接取り付ける場合の他、帯状基部の一部と分離条部とが一体に設けられた状態で、この帯状基部の一部を介してフィルムに取り付ける場合も含むものである。
さらに、非接合状態とは、幅方向の長さ寸法が長い方の雌側帯状基部または雄側帯状基部と分離条部とが、離間する場合に限らず、互いに当接していても接合していない状態であればよい。
この発明では、第一凸部と第二凸部とが、分離条部の幅方向の両側に位置する構成とすることもできる。このことにより、分離条部により袋本体を引き裂いて開封する際に、第一凸部と第二凸部とが袋本体を引き裂くガイドとなり、不本意な方向へ袋本体が引き裂かれることを防止できる。さらに、袋本体の開封された縁近傍に、第一凸部と第二凸部とが位置することとなる。このことにより、袋本体の開封された縁を広げて雄部および雌部の係合を解除する際に、第一凸部と第二凸部とが滑り止めとして機能し、袋本体の開封作業が容易となる。
ここで、摘み部は、袋体で分離条部が引裂く面に対向する面を切り込まずに、袋体の分離条部が引裂く面と分離条部とを切り込んで形成される。当該摘み部の形状は、分離条部を手でつまめる形状であれば、好適に使用でき、例えばC形状等が考えられる。
この発明によれば、第一凸部と第二凸部とが分離条部の幅方向の両側に位置する構成となる。このことにより、分離条部により袋本体を引き裂いて開封する際に、第一凸部と第二凸部とが袋本体を引き裂くガイドとなり、不本意な方向へ袋本体が引き裂かれることを防止できる。さらに、袋本体の開封された縁に、第一凸部と第二凸部とが位置することとなる。このことにより、袋本体の開封された縁を広げて雄部および雌部の係合を解除する際に、第一凸部と第二凸部とが滑り止めとして機能し、開封作業が容易となる。
この発明によれば、分離条部と、第一凸部および第二凸部との間に、それぞれ空隙を設けることで、例えばフィルムに融着した際に、溶融樹脂が側方に広がっても、空隙により分離条部が雌部材や雄部材と一体化してしまうことを防止できる。このため、分離条部を袋本体から分離することが容易となり、分離条部による袋本体の切断が容易にできる。
この発明において、分離条部をジッパーテープと別体として、またはジッパーテープと一体として形成された分離条部を当該ジッパーテープから予め分離してからフィルムに取り付ければ、分離条部にて袋本体を引き裂いて開封する際、ジッパーテープから分離条部を分離する力は不要で、単に袋本体を引き裂く力のみでよく、開封が重くなる不都合を防止できる。特に、分離条部とジッパーテープとが一体構成のものを用いて、フィルムに取り付ける直前で分離すれば、製造時に伸びの状態が異なってしまう張力が作用しても、伸びが生じる前に雌部材、雄部材および分離条部を所定の位置に適切に位置決めして取り付けできる。このため、雌部材、雄部材および分離条部のそれぞれが異なって伸びてしまう不都合が生じず、フィルムにしわなどを生じることなく取り付けでき、歩留まりが悪化することなく、良好に製造することが期待できる。
ここで、ジッパーテープと一体として形成された分離条部を当該ジッパーテープから予め分離してからフィルムに取り付けるとは、分離と同時に取り付ける場合を含む。また、分離とは、切断する場合に限られない。切断の他、幅方向の長さ寸法が短い方の雄側帯状基部または雌側帯状基部と分離条部との間に、いわゆるミシン目のような切り取り点線状の目打ち部を設けたり、他の部位より薄肉に設けられた薄肉部を設けておき、これら目打ち部や薄肉部の位置で引き裂いたり、雄側帯状基部または雌側帯状基部と分離条部との境界で界面剥離により分離したりすることなどが例示できる。
ここで、本発明では、前述のジッパーテープ付袋体の製造方法と同様に、摘み部の形成は、レーザや、刃物など、フィルムを切断できる手段を用いて好適に実施できる。
また、分離条部は、基部に予め設けられた状態で、フィルムに設けられる。取り付ける方法としては、ヒートシールに限らず、超音波による溶着、接着剤などを用いた接合など、各種方法を利用できる。
さらに、非接合状態とは、テープと、基部が接合されるフィルムに対向するフィルムとが、離間する場合に限らず、互いに当接していても接合していない状態であればよい。
また、分離条部は、フィルムおよび基部を引き裂くことができるものであれば、特に限定されず、例えば、帯状の形状、紐状の形状などを好適に利用できる。
この発明では、分離条部またはテープと対向部とが非接合状態となる非接合領域を形成するために、この非接合領域の周囲にある分離条部またはテープと対向部とを、シールバーなどの接合手段で接合する。非接合領域は、分離条部またはテープと対向部とがシールバーなどを用いた接合対象としないことで、非接合状態となる。
この発明では、シールバーなどの接合手段を用いないことで、非接合領域を容易に形成することが期待できる。そのため、非接合領域の形成が確実に行えることから、分離条部を用いた袋体の開封を容易に行える。
このため、雌部材または雄部材の幅方向の長さ寸法が短い方が取り付けられたフィルムを切り込む簡単な加工で、容易に摘み部を形成でき、製造性を向上できる。
なお、本発明のジッパーテープ付袋体では、前記袋本体は、前記雄部材または前記雌部材が設けられた部分を挟んで被包装物が収納される部分とは反対側の端部に把持部が設けられている構成とすることもできる。
この構成では、袋本体を把持する把持部があるので、重い被包装物が収納されたジッパーテープ付袋体を落とすことなく、持つことができる。
この発明では、第一凸部と第二凸部とが、分離条部の幅方向の両側に位置する構成とすることもできる。このことにより、分離条部により袋本体を引き裂いて開封する際に、第一凸部と第二凸部とが袋本体を引き裂くガイドとなり、不本意な方向へ袋本体が引き裂かれることを防止できる。さらに、袋本体の開封された縁近傍に、第一凸部と第二凸部とが位置することとなる。このことにより、袋本体の開封された縁を広げて雄部および雌部の係合を解除する際に、第一凸部と第二凸部とが滑り止めとして機能し、袋本体の開封作業が容易となる。

このため、テープが取り付けられたフィルムを貫通させる簡単な加工で、容易に摘み部を形成できる袋体を提供できる。
しかも、本発明の製造装置で製造された袋体では、分離条部と、この分離条部が設けられたフィルムに対向する引き裂かれない側のフィルムとが非接合状態であるため、摘み部を摘んで分離条部を引っ張る際に、引き裂かれない側のフィルムが分離条部と接合されるという不都合が回避されることから、円滑な開封が期待できる。
この発明では、分離条部またはテープと対向部とが非接合状態となるように、非接合領域の周囲をシールバーなどの接合手段で接合する。この場合、非接合領域は、シールバーなどを用いた接合対象とはしない。
この発明では、シールバーなどの接合手段を用いないことで、非接合領域を容易に形成することが期待できる。そのため、非接合領域の形成が確実に行えることから、分離条部を用いた袋体の開封を容易に行える。
この発明では、刃部によって、分離条部が接合される側のフィルムを切り込み、ジッパーテープが接合されないフィルムを切り込まない、いわゆるハーフカットの状態を、移動規制部によって調整することもできる。このため、フィルムやジッパーテープの厚みや材質によらず、ハーフカットの状態を容易に設定でき、容易にハーフカットできる。
ここで、移動規制部は、例えばゴムや発泡樹脂、ばねなどの弾性部材の弾性力の他、刃部を押し付ける移動手段の圧力値を読み取って、所定の圧力に達した時点で刃部の押し付けを停止したり、スペーサーを用いて、刃部の移動量を規制したりするなどが例示できる。
ここで、各実施形態の説明において、同一構成要素は同一符号を付して説明を省略もしくは簡略にする。なお、本発明のジッパーテープおよびジッパーテープ付袋体は、下記の実施形態に限定されるものではない。
図1~図3Bには、第一実施形態のジッパーテープ付袋体が示されている。
第一実施形態では、ジッパーテープ付袋体として、食品、薬品、医療品、文具、雑貨などの各種物品を包装する袋体を例示するが、用途はこれらに限定されるものではない。
図1には、ジッパーテープ付袋体1の正面が示されている。
図1において、ジッパーテープ付袋体1は、平面視で矩形状とされ被包装物を収納可能な袋本体10と、袋本体10の内面に接合、例えばヒートシールされたジッパーテープ20と、分離条部としての引裂き誘導片30と、を備えている。第一実施形態では、ジッパーテープ20と引裂き誘導片30とを備えてテープ2が構成されている。
袋本体10は、フィルム11A,11B(図1では、11Aのみ示す)が重ね合わされ、重なり合う両縁に、折り線により内方に織り込まれる対向したガゼットとしての一対の側面部10Aを有している。さらに、袋本体10は、重なり合う底部に、折り線により内方に織り込まれた底面部10Bを有している。
袋本体10は、フィルム11A,11Bと側面部10Aとの重なり合う両縁にそれぞれ対をなすサイドシール部12が形成されている。フィルム11A,11Bと底面部10Bとの重なり合う両縁にそれぞれボトムシール部が形成されている。重ね合わされたフィルム11A,11Bのサイドシール部12とは直交する端縁部で、ボトムシール部13とは反対側の端縁に、トップシール部14が形成されている。
さらに、袋本体10には、一方のサイドシール部12側(図1では、左側)には、区画シール部15が設けられている。この区画シール部15と、サイドシール部12と、トップシール部14とにより、非接合領域16を囲むように形成されている。
そして、袋本体10は、サイドシール部12、ボトムシール部13、トップシール部14および区画シール部15により、内部に被包装物P(図9参照)が収納される収納空間10Cが区画形成される。
袋本体10のサイドシール部12のうち、ジッパーテープ20および引裂き誘導片30の長手方向の両側は、平坦化されたポイントシール部120とされている。
把持部14Aは、フィルム11A,11Bに形成された平面長円状の孔部である。
なお、孔部の形状は平面長円状に限定されるものではなく、平面円形、平面矩形状、平面三角形状などであってもよく、孔の数も1以上で好適に把持することができる。また、把持部14Aとしては、紐状の別部材を取り付けて把持可能とした構成など、各種形状のものを適用できる。なお、把持部を設けない構成としてもよい。
また、フィルム11A,11Bは、包装袋用材料であれば特に限定されないが、例えば厚み寸法が10μm以上200μm以下であることが好ましい。厚み寸法が10μm未満であると、シール強度、袋強度が弱くなる場合がある。一方、厚み寸法が200μmを超えると、袋の開封がしにくくなる場合がある。
ジッパーテープ20の要部断面が図2に示されている。
図1および図2に示される通り、ジッパーテープ20は、互いに係脱可能とされた雄部材21および雌部材22を備えている。
雄部材21と雌部材22とは、ともにフィルム11Aの内側面にヒートシールや接着などの適宜な方法で接合されている。
雄部材21は、幅寸法(図2の紙面上下方向)が短い雄側帯状基部21Aと、雄側帯状基部21Aに連続する雄部21Bと、を有する。雄部21Bは、雄側帯状基部21Aの長手方向(図2の紙面貫通方向)に沿って形成されている。
ここで、幅寸法が短い雄側帯状基部21Aとは、雄部21Bおよび雌部22Bを係合した状態で、雄部21Bの位置から雄側帯状基部21Aの幅方向における袋本体10のトップシール部14側の端部までの長さ寸法が、雌部22Bの位置から雌側帯状基部22Aの幅方向における袋本体10のトップシール部14側の端部までの長さ寸法より短いことをいう。反対に、幅寸法が長い雌側帯状基部22Aは、幅方向の長さ寸法が長く延長された延長部22Dを有している。
雌側帯状基部22Aのうち雌部22Bが突出した側の面と反対側の面は、フィルム11Bとは接合されていない。
ポリオレフィン系樹脂としては、例えば、低密度ポリエチレンまたは直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンなどのポリエチレン系樹脂、ポリプロピレン系樹脂が好ましい。ポリプロピレン系樹脂としては、ホモポリプロピレン(H-PP)、ブロックポリプロピレン(B-PP)、ランダムポリプロピレン(R-PP)、プロピレン-エチレン-ブテン1ランダム三元共重合体などが利用できる。
引裂き誘導片30は、幅寸法が短い雄側帯状基部21Aが接合されたフィルム11Aと、幅寸法が長い雌側帯状基部22Aとの間に位置して、雄側帯状基部21Aに並列状にフィルム11Aに接合されている。
非接合領域16において、引裂き誘導片30のフィルム11Aが取り付けられる面とは反対側の面と、雌側帯状基部22Aとは対向している。雌側帯状基部22Aのうち引裂き誘導片30に対向する部分を対向部とすると、この対向部と引裂き誘導片30とが非接合状態である。非接合状態とは、雌側帯状基部22Aと引裂き誘導片30とが、離間する場合に限らず、互いに当接していても接合していない状態であればよい。
ここで、引裂き誘導片30は、幅寸法が短い雄側帯状基部21Aにおける幅方向の一端縁に、分離可能に一体に設けられたジッパーテープ部材2A(図6参照)について、長手方向と平行に雄側帯状基部21Aから切断などにより分離することで得られる。
そして、分離とは、切断の他、雄側帯状基部21Aと引裂き誘導片30との間に、いわゆるミシン目のような切り取り点線状の目打ち部を設けたり、他の部位より薄肉に設けられた薄肉部を設けたりしておき、これら目打ち部や薄肉部の位置で引き裂く場合や、雄側帯状基部21Aと引裂き誘導片との境界で界面剥離により分離する場合などが例示できる。
引裂き誘導片30は、ジッパーテープ20と同一の材料にて形成される場合に限らず、ポリプロピレン系樹脂や高密度ポリエチレンの共押出や延伸したポリエチレンテレフタレート(OPET)、延伸したポリプロピレン(OPP)、延伸した高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)などで構成してもよい。
図1において、袋本体10のポイントシール部120のうち一方側(図1では左側)には、非接合領域16に位置して開封開始部61が設けられている。
また、引裂き誘導片30は、その一端部が開封開始部61に位置し、他端が他方のポイントシール部120に配置される。
図3Aおよび図3Bにおいて、開封開始部61は、引裂き誘導片30の一部と、フィルム11Aに形成されたC形形状の切込部分60とを有する。ここで、開封開始部61において、切込部分60の形状は特に制限はなく、C形形状の他、半円形状、矩形状などの把持しやすい任意の形状とすることができる。
開封用タブ17は、非接合領域16の位置で、接合するフィルム11Aおよび引裂き誘導片30にC形刃で切り込んで切込部分60を形成し、接合しない雌部材22およびフィルム11BにはC形刃による切り込みを形成しない。なお、切込部分60が設けられている位置は、非接合領域16内であることから、袋本体10の被包装物Pが収納される収納空間10Cとは区画されており、被包装物Pが切込部分60から漏れ出ることはない。
なお、引裂き誘導片30とフィルム11Aとは、ヒートシールや接着剤を用いるなどの方法により互いに接合されているので、ジッパーテープ付袋体1の開封時に引裂き誘導片30とフィルム11Aとの間で剥離が生じることを回避できる。
次に、第一実施形態のジッパーテープ付袋体1を製造する動作として、被包装物Pを収納する前のジッパーテープ付袋1Aを製造する動作について、図面を参照して説明する。なお、ジッパーテープ付袋1Aを製造するには、種々の方法を採用することができる。
図6には、ジッパーテープ付袋を製造する製造装置の概略構成図が示されている。図7には、製造装置の加工部を示す斜視図が示されている。
図6に示す製造装置5は、いわゆる三方製袋機を基本構成とするもので、ジッパーテープ部材2Aから切断した雄部材21および引裂き誘導片30と、雌部材22とを、フィルム11Aに接合し、ジッパーテープ付袋1Aを製袋するものである。
製造装置5は、ジッパーテープ部材2Aの雄部21Bと雌部材22の雌部22Bとが係合されたテープ2を送り出す一対のテープ供給機構51と、テープ2から雄部材21と引裂き誘導片30とに切断する分離機構52と、雄部材21および引裂き誘導片30と雌部材22とをフィルム11Aにそれぞれヒートシールした後、フィルム11Aからジッパーテープ付袋1Aを形成する製袋部54と、を備えている。
テープ2の送り出しは、例えば連続的に一定速度で送り出す構成に限らず、間欠的に送り出す構成とするなど、いずれの送出方法を適用できる。
切断した雄部材21と引裂き誘導片30とは、係合を解除した雌部材22とともに、下流側に位置する製袋部54へ送り出される。
シールバー541の上流側には、フィルム11Aに対して、雄部材21および引裂き誘導片30を所定のシール位置に位置決めする図示しないガイド部材が配置されている。シールバー542の上流側にも、フィルム11Aに対して、雌部材22を所定のシール位置に位置決めする図示しないガイド部材が配置されている。
ガイド部材としては、例えば、ローラの周面に、雄部材21の幅寸法や雄部21Bの幅寸法に対応した凹溝を設けたもの、あるいは引裂き誘導片30の幅寸法に対応した凹溝を設けたものの他、断面形状が略同一の開口を有する枠状部材などが例示できる。
側面形成部は、フィルム11A,11Bに側面部10Aをヒートシールしてサイドシール部12および区画シール部15を形成するサイドシールバー544を備えている。
なお、フィルム11Aと、雄部材21、雌部材22および引裂き誘導片30との接合は、ヒートシールに限らず、超音波による溶着、接着剤などを用いた接合など、各種方法を利用できる。
加工部547は、図8Aに示すように、フィルム11Aから離れた位置に待機しており、移動手段により支持部547Aを進出させると、図8Bに示すように、加工刃547Bにより、フィルム11Aの外面側から、フィルム11Aおよび引裂き誘導片30を切り込んでC形形状の切込部分60を設けて開封開始部61を形成する。加工部547が作動する際には、引裂き誘導片30と雌側帯状基部22Aの対向部とは非接合状態にあり、加工刃547Bによっては、引裂き誘導片30に対向する雌側帯状基部22Aの対向部は切り込まれない。
なお、ハーフカットの状態に加工刃547Bによる切断を規制する設定は、フィルム11Aとジッパーテープ20との厚さ寸法および材質に応じて、例えばゴム部547Cの弾性力と移動手段の空圧とにより、フィルム11Aの表面から所定の深さまでしか加工刃547Bを移動できないようにすればよい。具体的には、弾性力の異なるゴム部547Cを適宜交換すればよい。
そして、製造装置5の次工程として、形成されたジッパーテープ付袋1Aに被包装物Pを充填する充填装置(図示せず)が備えられている。充填装置はトップシール部14を形成する図示しないシールバーを備えている。
第一実施形態では、サイドシールバー544と、加工部547と、トップシール部14を形成する図示しないシールバーとを備えて摘み部を形成する機構が構成されている。この機構のうち、サイドシールバー544およびトップシール部14を形成するシールバーは、非接合領域16を接合せず非接合領域16の周囲を接合する機構を構成する。この機構で非接合領域16にある引裂き誘導片30と雌側帯状基部22Aの対向部とを接合しないためには、例えば、非接合領域16に対応する部分を避けるようにシールバーの形状を工夫することが挙げられる。
次に、ジッパーテープ付袋体1の被包装物Pを収納する前のジッパーテープ付袋1Aを、製造装置5を用いて製造する製造方法について、図面を参照して説明する。
そして、テープ供給工程では、予めフィルム巻取ロール111から繰り出されたフィルムが半分に切断されて、二枚に重ね合わされたフィルム11A,11Bの間に、テープ巻取ロール511から引き出されたテープ2を送り出す。
切断された雄部材21と引裂き誘導片30とは、図示しない位置決めガイド部により、フィルム11Aに対して所定の位置関係に位置決めしつつ重ね合わせる。
この後、雄部材21および引裂き誘導片30が取り付けられたフィルム11Aの所定の位置に、雌部材22を位置決めしつつ重ね合わせ、シールバー542により、フィルム11Aに雌部材22を所定の接合領域でヒートシールする。
この後、袋本体10の非接合領域16に切込部分60を設けて摘み部を形成する工程を実施する。そのため、加工部547により、フィルム11Bおよび雌側帯状基部22Aを切り込まずに、フィルム11Aおよび引裂き誘導片30の一部を切り込んで切込部分60を形成する。
このように製造されたジッパーテープ付袋1Aに被包装物Pを収納したら、トップシール部14と把持部14Aとを形成する。
次に、上記ジッパーテープ付袋体1の使用状況を、図面を参照して説明する。
図9は、ジッパーテープ付袋体の開封状態を説明する断面を示す。
まず、使用者がジッパーテープ付袋体1から被包装物Pを最初に取り出すにあっては、例えば図3Aに示すように、開封開始部61に形成されている開封用タブ17を引っ張る。開封用タブ17を引っ張ると、フィルム11Aおよび引裂き誘導片30が同時に引っ張られることになる。すると、ジッパーテープ付袋体1のフィルム11Aの破断が開始される。
そして、フィルム11Aの破断が区画シール部15に至ると、引裂き誘導片30は、雌側帯状基部22Aから剥離しつつ、フィルム11Aを破断する。このようにして、引裂き誘導片30は、フィルム11Aを直線状に破断し、図9に示すように、開口部19が開口されて開封される。
そして、雄部21Bおよび雌部22Bを係合することで、収納空間10Cは再び封止される。
上述したように、第一実施形態では、引裂き誘導片30と、幅寸法が長い雌側帯状基部22Aとが非接合状態の非接合領域16に、幅寸法が短い雄側帯状基部21Aおよび引裂き誘導片30が取り付けられたフィルム11Aを切り込んで、開封用タブ17を形成している。このため、フィルム11Aを切り込むという簡単な加工方法で、容易に開封用タブ17を形成でき、製造性を向上できる。
このことにより、引裂き誘導片30にて袋本体10を引き裂いて開封する際、既に引裂き誘導片30は単独でフィルム11Aにヒートシールされているので、雄部材21から引裂き誘導片30を分離する力は不要で、単に袋本体10を引き裂く力のみでよく、開封が重くなる不都合を防止できる。
特に、引裂き誘導片30とジッパーテープ20の雄部材21とが一体構成のジッパーテープ部材2Aを用いて、フィルム11Aに取り付ける直前で分離している。このことにより、製造時に伸びの状態が異なってしまう張力が作用しても、伸びが生じる前に雌部材22、雄部材21および引裂き誘導片30を所定の位置に適切に位置決めして取り付けできる。このため、雌部材22、雄部材21および引裂き誘導片30のそれぞれが異なって伸びてしまう不都合が生じず、フィルム11Aにしわなどを生じることなく取り付けでき、歩留まりが悪化することなく、良好に製造できる。
特に、分離機構52の切断刃521による切断にて分離しているので、ジッパーテープ部材2Aから引裂き誘導片30を容易に分離できる。
このため、構成が簡単で、ジッパーテープ部材2Aを容易に製造できるとともに、引裂き誘導片30とジッパーテープ20との分離も容易にできる。
さらに、非接合領域16において、引裂き誘導片30と雌側帯状基部22Aとが非接合状態であるため、円滑な開封が期待できる。
一枚のフィルムを折り曲げあるいは少なくとも二枚のフィルムを重ね合わせて構成される袋本体と、前記袋本体の対向する内面の一方に取り付けられる雌側帯状基部、および、前記雌側帯状基部に設けられた雌部を有する雌部材と、前記袋本体の対向する内面の一方に取り付けられる雄側帯状基部、および、前記雄側帯状基部に設けられ、前記雌部が係合可能な雄部を有する雄部材と、を備え、前記雌部および前記雄部が係合した状態で、前記雌側帯状基部または前記雄側帯状基部の一方の幅方向の長さ寸法が、前記雌側帯状基部または前記雄側帯状基部の他方の幅方向の長さ寸法よりも、幅方向の一端側に長く延長されたジッパーテープと、前記雌側帯状基部と前記雄側帯状基部との間、あるいは、前記雌側帯状基部または前記雄側帯状基部の幅方向の長さ寸法が短い方が取り付けられる前記フィルムと、前記雌側帯状基部または前記雄側帯状基部の幅方向の長さ寸法が長い方との間に配置され、前記雌側帯状基部または前記雄側帯状基部の幅方向の長さ寸法が短い方が取り付けられる前記フィルムを切断して前記袋本体に開口部を開口成形する長手状の分離条部と、を具備したジッパーテープ付袋体を製造する製造方法であって、前記雌側帯状基部または前記雄側帯状基部の幅方向の長さ寸法が短い方に、前記分離条部が一体に設けられたジッパーテープ部材が用いられ、前記ジッパーテープ部材における前記分離条部を、前記雌側帯状基部または前記雄側帯状基部の幅方向の長さ寸法が短い方から分離する工程と、分離された前記雌側帯状基部または前記雄側帯状基部の幅方向の長さ寸法が短い方と、前記分離条部とを、前記フィルムに取り付ける工程と、を実施することを特徴とする。
以上の構成では、分離条部はフィルムに取り付けられる際、既にジッパーテープから分離されている。このことにより、分離条部にて袋本体を引き裂いて開封する際、雄側帯状基部または雌側帯状基部から分離条部を分離するための力が不要で、単に袋本体を引き裂く力のみでよく、開封が重くなる不都合が生じてしまうことを防止できる。特に、フィルムに取り付ける直前でジッパーテープから分離することで、製造時に伸びの状態が異なってしまう張力が作用しても、雌部材、雄部材および分離条部を伸びが生じる前に所定の位置に適切に位置決めして取り付けできる。このため、それぞれ異なった伸びが生じず、フィルムにしわなどを生じることなく取り付けできるので、歩留まりが悪化することなく、良好に製造できる。
次に、本発明の第二実施形態を、図10Aおよび図10Bを参照して説明する。
第二実施形態は、第一実施形態とは基部の構成が異なるもので、他の構成は第一実施形態と同じである。
図10Aおよび図10Bは、第二実施形態に係るジッパーテープ付袋体の要部断面図で、図10Aにはテープの要部断面図が、図10Bにはジッパーテープ付袋体の要部断面図が示されている。
図10Aに示すように、第二実施形態では、テープ2は、長手状で幅方向の略中央で折り返されるように屈曲する折返部としての屈曲部23Aを有した帯状部23と、帯状部23の長手方向に沿って並列状に設けられた雄部21Bおよび雌部22Bと、雄部21Bおよび雌部22B間に位置して並列状に帯状部23に設けられた引裂き誘導片30と、を有している。第二実施形態では、ジッパーテープが帯状部23、雄部21Bおよび雌部22Bから構成されている。引裂き誘導片30は帯状部23に設けられている。
折り返される帯状部23のうち引裂き誘導片30と空隙部Sを介して対向した部分を対向部とする。非接合領域16では、引裂き誘導片30と対向部とは非接合状態である。
雄部21Bおよび雌部22Bは、屈曲部23Aから等距離に対向する位置に設けられ、互いに係脱可能となっている。
帯状部23には、当該帯状部23より厚肉となる第一凸部21Cおよび第二凸部22Cが設けられている。これら第一凸部21Cおよび第二凸部22Cは、屈曲部23Aで屈曲され雄部21Bおよび雌部22Bが係合した状態で、屈曲部23Aより雄部21B側に位置して、帯状部23の幅方向で離間して設けられている。第一凸部21Cおよび第二凸部22C間の離間する間隔は、引裂き誘導片30の幅寸法と同一、もしくは若干幅広に形成されている。
引裂き誘導片30は、第一凸部21Cおよび第二凸部22C間に位置して帯状部23に積層して設けられる。すなわち、例えば分離機構52の切断刃521で引裂き誘導片30をジッパーテープから分離した際、図10Bに示すように、雄部材21が幅寸法で短くなり、雌部材22が幅寸法で長くなる。
なお、第一凸部21Cおよび第二凸部22Cと、引裂き誘導片30とは、屈曲部23Aより雌部22B側に位置するように設けてもよい。この場合には、雄部材21、雌部材22および引裂き誘導片30に分離した際に、雌部材22が幅寸法で短くなり、雄部材21が幅寸法で長くなる。また、第一凸部21Cおよび第二凸部22Cを設けずに、引裂き誘導片30を帯状部23に積層して設けてもよい。
ジッパーテープ付袋体1の製造に際しては、第一実施形態の製造装置5を用いて、ジッパーテープ付袋1A、つまり、トップシール部14が形成される前のジッパーテープ付袋体1を製造する。
製造装置5の加工部547は、折り返される帯状部23の対向部と引裂き誘導片30とが非接合状態で、帯状部23の基部の対向部およびフィルム11Bを切り込まずに、ジッパーテープ20が取り付けられたフィルム11Aおよび引裂き誘導片30を切り込んで切込部分60(図1参照)を形成するものである。
製造装置5を用いてジッパーテープ付袋1Aを製造するには、まず、引き出されたテープ2を、分離機構52の切断刃521により、引裂き誘導片30の幅方向の両側の位置で切断し、幅寸法が短い雄部材21の雄部21Bと幅寸法が長い雌部材22の雌部22Bが係合するジッパーテープ20と、引裂き誘導片30と、に分離する。切り出された引裂き誘導片30は、帯状部23の一部分23B(図10B参照)が積層する状態となっている。なお、図10Bにおいて、切断されていることを明示する説明の都合上、雄部材21および雌部材22と、引裂き誘導片30との間に、それぞれ隙間を設けて記載したが、現物は、ジッパーテープ20と、引裂き誘導片30とが、ほぼ当接した状態である。
そして、分離されたジッパーテープ20と引裂き誘導片30とは、図示しない位置決めガイド部により、フィルム11Aに対して所定の位置関係に位置決めされ、ヒートシールされる。なお、引裂き誘導片30は、帯状部23の一部分23Bを介してフィルム11Aにヒートシールされる。また、雌部材22は、フィルム11A側からの加熱により、第二凸部22Cがフィルム11Aにヒートシールされる。
そして、重なり合わせたフィルム11A,11Bに側面部10Aおよび底面部10Bを設け、摘み部を形成する工程を実施する。つまり、サイドシールバー544により、サイドシール部12および区画シール部15を形成する。これらのシール部の間に挟まれた領域は非接合領域16であり、非接合領域16では、折り返される帯状部23の対向部と引裂き誘導片30とが非接合状態となる。そして、加工部547により、帯状部23の基部の対向部およびフィルム11Bを切り込まずに、ジッパーテープ20が取り付けられたフィルム11Aおよび引裂き誘導片30を切り込んで切込部分60を形成する。
このように製造されたジッパーテープ付袋1Aに被包装物Pを収納したら、トップシール部14と把持部14Aとを形成する。
第二実施形態では、雄部21Bおよび雌部22Bを一連に設けた帯状部23に、引裂き誘導片30が一体に設けられたテープ2を用い、雄部材21、雌部材22および引裂き誘導片30に切断した後、フィルム11Aにヒートシールしている。
このことにより、引裂き誘導片30は既に単体に分離された状態となっているので、袋本体10を引き裂いて開封する際、帯状部23から引裂き誘導片30を分離するための力が不要となる。このため、単に袋本体10を引き裂く力のみで開封でき、開封が重くなる不都合が生じてしまうことを防止できる。
一枚のフィルムを折り曲げあるいは少なくとも二枚のフィルムを重ね合わせて構成される袋本体と、前記袋本体の対向する内面の一方に取り付けられる雌側帯状基部、および、前記雌側帯状基部に設けられた雌部を有する雌部材と、前記袋本体の対向する内面の一方に取り付けられる雄側帯状基部、および、前記雄側帯状基部に設けられ、前記雌部が係合可能な雄部を有する雄部材と、を備え、前記雌部および前記雄部が係合した状態で、前記雌側帯状基部または前記雄側帯状基部の一方の幅方向の長さ寸法が、前記雌側帯状基部または前記雄側帯状基部の他方の幅方向の長さ寸法よりも、幅方向の一端側に長く延長されたジッパーテープと、前記雌側帯状基部と前記雄側帯状基部との間、あるいは、前記雌側帯状基部または前記雄側帯状基部の幅方向の長さ寸法が短い方が取り付けられる前記フィルムと、前記雌側帯状基部または前記雄側帯状基部の幅方向の長さ寸法が長い方との間に配置され、前記雌側帯状基部または前記雄側帯状基部の幅方向の長さ寸法が短い方が取り付けられる前記フィルムを切断して前記袋本体に開口部を開口成形する長手状の分離条部と、を具備したジッパーテープ付袋体を製造する製造方法であって、前記雌部および前記雄部と、前記雌部および前記雄部が設けられる帯状部と、前記雌部および前記雄部の間に位置して前記帯状部に設けられた前記分離条部と、を備えたジッパーテープ部材が用いられ、前記ジッパーテープ部材における前記分離条部の幅方向の両端縁の位置で前記帯状部を分断し、前記雌部材と、前記雄部材と、前記分離条部とに分離する工程と、分離された前記雌部材の前記雌側帯状基部または前記雄部材の前記雄側帯状基部の幅方向の長さ寸法が短い方と、前記分離条部とを、前記フィルムに取り付ける工程と、を実施することを特徴とする。
以上の構成では、雄部および雌部を一体に設けたジッパーテープ部材を用いる場合でも、分離条部はフィルムに取り付けられる際、既にジッパーテープから分離されている。
このことにより、分離条部にて袋本体を引き裂いて開封する際、雄側帯状基部または雌側帯状基部から分離条部を分離するための力が不要で、単に袋本体を引き裂く力のみでよく、開封が重くなる不都合が生じてしまうことを防止できる。

次に、本発明の第三実施形態を図11から図15に基づいて説明する。
第三実施形態は、袋体にジッパーテープが取り付けられておらず、分離条部が基部を介して袋本体に設けられている点が第一実施形態とは異なる。
{袋体の構成}
図11、図12、図13Aおよび図13Bには、第三実施形態の袋体が示されている。
図11において、袋体3は、袋本体10と、袋本体10の一の内面に接合されたテープ4とを備えている。
袋本体10には、サイドシール部12、ボトムシール部13、トップシール部14および区画シール部15が設けられており、サイドシール部12、トップシール部14及び区画シール部15に囲まれるように非接合領域16が形成されている。非接合領域16の平面の輪郭は、楕円形状である。非接合領域16には開封開始部61が形成されている。
図12には図11の開封開始部の周辺を拡大した図が示されている。
図12において、開封開始部61は、テープ4の一部と、フィルム11Aに形成されたC形形状の切込部分60とを有する。
フィルム11Aの切込部分60とテープ4の一部とから開封用タブ17が、テープ4の長手方向の一端に連続する状態に形成されることになる。
開封用タブ17は、非接合領域16の位置で、フィルム11Aとテープ4とにC形刃を貫通させ、フィルム11BまでC形刃を貫通させずに切込部分60を設けることで形成される(図13A参照)。
図13Aおよび図13Bにおいて、テープ4は、フィルム11Aに接合される長尺状の基部41と、基部41の長手方向に沿って基部41のフィルム11Aが接合される面とは反対側の面に接合された引裂き誘導片30と、基部41に一体形成された突出部42とを有する。
基部41は、トップシール部14に沿って延びる長尺状の部材であり(図11参照)、その長手方向と直交する平面内での断面形状は長方形である。
引裂き誘導片30は、フィルム11Aおよび基部41を引き裂いて開口部を形成する長手状の分離条部である。
引裂き誘導片30の断面形状は、図13Aおよび図13Bでは長方形であるが、本実施形態では、断面長方形に限定されるものではなく、例えば、断面三角形や断面半円形でもよく、さらには、紐状に形成されるものでもよい。
突出部42は、引裂き誘導片30を挟んで基部41の幅方向の両側に配置されている。
突出部42の断面形状は、図13Aおよび図13Bでは、長方形とされているが、長方形に限定されるものではなく、三角形、半円、その他の形状であってもよい。
引裂き誘導片30と突出部42との互いに対向する面30A,42Aは接触していない。つまり、引裂き誘導片30の突出部42に対向する面30Aと、突出部42の引裂き誘導片30に対向する面42Aとには空隙部Sがある。空隙部Sはテープ4の長手方向に沿って形成されている。
基部41および突出部42は、同じ材料から一体に形成されている。
図13Aにおいて、非接合領域16では、フィルム11Bであって引裂き誘導片30に対向する部分を対向部とし、この対向部と引裂き誘導片30および突出部42の基部41が設けられる面とは反対側の面とは、非接合状態となっている。
図13Bにおいて、区画シール部15では、フィルム11Bの内面と、突出部42の基部41が位置する部分とは反対側の面とは接合している。
図12において、切込部分60は、平面視でC字状に形成されている。C字状に形成された切込部分60の開口端は、図12および図13Aに示される通り、引裂き誘導片30と突出部42との間の空隙部Sに対応した位置に形成されている。切込部分60の開口端はフィルム11Aおよび引裂き誘導片30の破断開始位置となるので、開封用タブ17を引っ張ると、フィルム11Aおよび引裂き誘導片30の破断は、空隙部Sが形成される長手方向に沿って進むため、開封の直進性を確保することができる。
図14には第三実施形態の袋体の製造装置50の概略が示されている。
図14において、製造装置50は、図11で示される袋体3のうちトップシール部14が形成される前の袋を製造するものであり、製造装置5と同様に、いわゆる三方製袋機を基本構成とする。
製造装置50は、基部41に予め引裂き誘導片30が一体に設けられたテープ4を送り出す一対のテープ供給機構51と、テープ4をフィルム11Aにヒートシールするとともに袋を形成する製袋部54と、を備えている。なお、製造装置50では、製造装置5とは異なり、分離機構52が備えられていない。
テープ供給機構51は、テープ4を巻回したテープ巻取ロール511を着脱可能に装着し、テープ4を送り出す。送り出されたテープ4は、フィルム11A,11Bが送り出される方向に対して側方からそれぞれ供給され、所定位置でローラなどを用いてフィルム11A,11Bが送り出される方向に曲げられる。
底面形成部はボトムシールバー543を備えており、側面形成部はサイドシール部12および区画シール部15を形成するサイドシールバー544を備えている。
図15において、加工部547は、支持部547Aと、支持部547Aを想像線で示される位置と実線で示される位置との間で進退させる移動手段(図示せず)と、支持部547Aに取り付けられた加工刃547Bと、加工刃547Bの移動を規制するゴム部547Cとを備え、加工刃547Bにより、フィルム11Aの外面側から、フィルム11Aおよびテープ4にC形形状の切込部分60を設けて開封開始部61を形成する。
そして、製造装置50の次工程として、形成された袋に被包装物Pを充填する充填装置(図示せず)が備えられている。
次に、袋体3の被包装物Pを収納する前の袋を、製造装置50を用いて製造する製造方法について説明する。
製造装置50を用い、テープ4を供給するテープ供給工程と、テープ4をフィルム11Aにヒートシールする取付工程と、フィルム11Aからジッパーテープ付袋1Aを形成させる製袋工程とを実施する。
まず、押出成形などによって、基部41および突出部42を一体に形成し、基部41に引裂き誘導片30を接合してテープ4を製造する。テープ4をテープ巻取ロール511に巻回しておく。
取付工程では、テープ4をシールバー540により、一方のフィルム11Aに接合する。
製袋工程では、取付工程でテープ4が取り付けられたフィルム11Aと、フィルム11Bとを重ね合わせる。そして、一対の側面部10Aおよび底面部10Bをそれぞれ設け、ボトムシールバー543によりボトムシール部13を形成し、サイドシールバー544によりサイドシール部12および区画シール部15を形成する。
ここで、サイドシール部12と区画シール部15との間に、引裂き誘導片30および突出部42とフィルム11Bとが接合されない非接合領域16を形成するが、そのためには、開封用タブ17となる部分の周辺はシールバーを用いて接合しないようにする。
この後、加工部547を作動させ、非接合領域16に切込部分60を設けて開封用タブ17を形成する。つまり、加工部547により、摘み部を形成する工程を実施し、フィルム11Bを切り込まず、フィルム11Aと引裂き誘導片30を含むテープ4の一部を切り込む。
このように製造された袋に被包装物Pを収納したら、トップシール部14と把持部14Aとを形成する。これにより製造された袋体3を開封するには、開封用タブ17を持ってフィルム11A側から引裂き誘導片30を引っ張ると、基部41の一部とフィルム11Aとが引き裂かれて開口部が形成される。
テープ4と、基部41が接合されるフィルム11Aに対向するフィルム11Bとの一部を非接合領域16とし、非接合領域16で開封用タブ17が設けられている。このため、テープ4と基部41が取り付けられたフィルム11Aとを貫通させる簡単な加工で、容易に開封用タブ17を形成でき、袋体3の製造性を向上できる。
引裂き誘導片30と、引き裂かれない側のフィルム11Bとが非接合状態であるため、開封用タブ17を摘んで引裂き誘導片30を引っ張る際に、引き裂かれない側のフィルム11Bが引裂き誘導片30とが接合されていないから、円滑な開封が期待できる。
突出部42と引裂き誘導片30とは接触していないから、これらの間に空隙部Sがある。そのため、テープを製造する際に、引裂き誘導片30の樹脂と基部41の樹脂とが融合することが防止でき、引裂き誘導片30が基部41を引裂く際の引裂き方向が安定することが期待できる。
なお、本発明を実施するための最良の構成などは、以上の記載で開示されているが、本発明は、これに限定されるものではない。すなわち、本発明は、主に特定の実施形態に関して説明されているが、本発明の技術的思想および目的の範囲から逸脱することなく、以上述べた実施形態に対し、材質、数量、その他の詳細な構成において、当業者が様々な変形を加えることができるものである。
したがって、上記に開示した材質、層構成などを限定した記載は、本発明の理解を容易にするために例示的に記載したものであり、本発明を限定するものではないから、それらの材質などの限定の一部若しくは全部の限定を外した名称での記載は、本発明に含まれるものである。
すなわち、雄部材21側が幅寸法で長くなり、雌部材22側を幅寸法で短くなるようにし、雌部材22と引裂き誘導片30とが一体のジッパーテープ部材2Aを用いてもよい。そして、フィルム11Aにヒートシールする際には、分離した雌部材22と引裂き誘導片30とをフィルム11Aにヒートシールした後に、雄部材21をヒートシールすればよい。
例えば、ジッパーテープ部材2Aとして、図16に示すように、雄部材21の雄側帯状基部21Aの幅方向の一端に、引裂き誘導片30が層間剥離可能に一体に形成したものを用いる。そして、ジッパーテープ部材2Aをフィルム11Aにヒートシールした後、雌部材22をフィルム11Aにヒートシールする。この後、加工部547により非接合領域16に開封用タブ17を形成してジッパーテープ付袋1Aを製造する。また、開封に際しては、開封用タブ17を摘んで引っ張り、引裂き誘導片30を雄部材21から層間剥離しつつ袋本体10を切り裂いて開封すればよい。
図16に示すようなジッパーテープ部材2Aを用いることで、ジッパーテープ部材2Aを切断する工程が不要となり、製造装置の構成の簡略化が図れる。特に、引裂き誘導片30が層間剥離可能に雄部材21と一体構成としているので、開封時に引裂き誘導片30を雄部材21から分離する際に大きな力が不要で、開封性が損なわれることを防止できる。
このジッパーテープ部材2Aは、図17Aに示すように、雄部材21の雄側帯状基部21Aに、引裂き誘導片30が積層する状態に一体に設けられている。そして、ジッパーテープ部材2Aを分離工程で引裂き誘導片30と雄部材21に切断し、フィルム11Aにヒートシールする。なお、切り出された引裂き誘導片30は、図17Bに示すように、雄側帯状基部21Aの一部分23Bが積層する状態となっており、雄側帯状基部21Aの一部分23Bを介してフィルム11Aにヒートシールされる。この後、非接合領域16に開封用タブ17を形成してジッパーテープ付袋1Aを製造すればよい。
図18に示す空隙25を設けた実施形態では、例えば雄部材21、雌部材22および引裂き誘導片30をフィルム11Aにヒートシールした際、溶融樹脂が側方に広がっても、引裂き誘導片30が雌部材22や雄部材21と一体化してしまうことを防止できる。このため、開封時に、一体化した部分を破断する必要がなく、袋本体10の破断が容易となり、容易に開封できる。
なお、空隙25としては、加工刃547Bを入れる空間が確保でき、かつ空間が広すぎた場合、加工時にフィルム11Aが自由に破断するために直進カット性が損なわれるおそれがあることから、例えば0.5mm以上5mm以下、好ましくは0.5mm以上3.0mm以下、特に好ましくは1.0mmに設定される。
図19に示す実施形態では、剛性が高い部分の第一凸部21Cおよび第二凸部22Cが、引裂き誘導片30の幅方向の両側に位置する状態となる。このため、引裂き誘導片30により袋本体10を引き裂いて開封する際、第一凸部21Cおよび第二凸部22Cが袋本体10を引き裂くガイドとなる。よって、袋本体10が不本意な方向へ引き裂かれることを防止して、直線的な開口縁が得られる。また、開口された袋本体10の開口縁に、第一凸部21Cおよび第二凸部22Cが位置することとなる。このため、開口縁を広げて雄部21Bおよび雌部22Bの係合を解除する際、第一凸部21Cおよび第二凸部22Cが段差状となって滑り止めとして機能し、開封作業が容易にできる。
特に、第一凸部21Cおよび第二凸部22Cの厚さ寸法を、引裂き誘導片30の厚さ寸法と同厚さ寸法となる状態に形成することが好ましい。このことにより、ヒートシールの際に押し付ける高さ寸法が同じとなり、押圧面が一平面状の簡単な形状のシールバーを用いて、一動作でヒートシールでき、製造装置の簡略化や製造効率の向上が容易に図れる。
図20Aに示す実施形態のジッパーテープ部材2Aでは、雌部材22の雌側帯状基部22Aにおける雌部22Bが設けられた側の面に界面剥離可能に積層形成している。引裂き誘導片30が設けられる位置は、雄部材21における雄部21Bの基端から雄側帯状基部21Aの幅方向の一端までの距離より、雌部材22における雌部22Bの基端から引裂き誘導片30の幅方向の一端までの距離が長くなる位置である。
そして、ジッパーテープ部材2Aから引裂き誘導片30を層間剥離して、分離した引裂き誘導片30と、雄部材21をフィルム11Aにヒートシールした後、分離した雌部材22をフィルム11Aにヒートシールする。この後、非接合領域16に開封用タブ17を形成してジッパーテープ付袋1Aを製造すればよい。
また、図20Bに示すように、雄側帯状基部21Aと引裂き誘導片30とを空隙25をもって配置するものでもよい。
また、第三実施形態では、突出部42を基部41の幅方向の両端側にそれぞれ配置された2つから構成したが、突出部42は1つのみでもよい。さらに、基部41を1つとしたが、基部41の幅方向に複数に分割された構成としてもよい。
さらに、テープ2から切断して得られたジッパーテープ20をフィルム11Aにヒートシールしたが、切断することなくジッパーテープ部材2Aやテープ2をフィルム11Aにヒートシールしてもよい。
なお、開封用タブ17の形成時に加工刃の切込量に誤差を生じる場合でも、幅寸法が長い雌側帯状基部22Aが貫通してしまわないように、幅寸法が長い雌側帯状基部22Aをある程度厚く形成、例えば100μm以上の厚さに形成しておくとよい。
そして、引裂き誘導片30は、帯状の引裂き誘導片30に限らず、紐状など、フィルム11Aを引き裂き可能ないずれの形状のものを利用できる。

ことを特徴とする袋体の製造装置。 - 一枚のフィルムを折り曲げあるいは少なくとも二枚のフィルムを重ね合わせて構成される袋本体と、
前記袋本体の対向する内面の一方に取り付けられるジッパーテープと、
前記袋本体に開口部を開口成形する長手状の分離条部と、を具備した袋体を製造する製造装置であって、
前記ジッパーテープは、互いに係合可能な雄部および雌部と、前記雄部および前記雌部が異なる位置に設けられた帯状部とを備え、前記帯状部が折り返されて前記雄部および雌部が係合可能に折返部を有し、
前記分離条部は、前記ジッパーテープの前記帯状部における前記雌部および前記雄部の間で前記折返部より前記雌部または前記雄部側に位置して設けられ、前記フィルムを切断して前記袋本体に前記開口部を形成する長手状であり、
前記ジッパーテープを前記フィルムに取り付ける機構と、
前記折り返される帯状部のうち前記分離条部と対向する部分を対向部とし、前記フィルムに取り付けられた前記ジッパーテープの分離条部における前記フィルムに対向する面と反対側の面を、前記対向部と前記分離条部とが非接合状態で、当該折り返される帯状部における前記分離条部に対向する面と反対側の面に対向するフィルムを切り込まずに、前記ジッパーテープが取り付けられたフィルムを切り込んで摘み部を形成する機構と、を具備した
ことを特徴とする袋体の製造装置。 - 一枚のフィルムを折り曲げあるいは少なくとも二枚のフィルムを重ね合わせて構成される袋本体と、前記袋本体の一の内面に接合されたテープと、を具備した袋体を製造する製造装置であって、
前記テープは、少なくとも1以上の長尺状の基部と、前記基部の長手方向に沿って前記基部に接合され前記基部および前記フィルムを引き裂く長手状の分離条部と、前記基部の前記分離条部と接合していない部分で前記分離条部が接合する面から前記基部に対して垂直方向のうち前記分離条部がある方向に突出する突出部を少なくとも1以上備え、
前記基部を、前記分離条部とは別々に、あるいは前記分離条部が予め一体に設けられた状態で、前記袋本体の一の内面を構成するフィルムに取り付ける機構と、
前記基部が取り付けられたフィルムに対向するフィルムのうち前記テープと対向する部分を対向部とし、前記テープと前記対向部とが非接合状態で、前記基部が取り付けられたフィルムに対向するフィルムを切り込まずに、前記基部が取り付けられたフィルムと前記テープとを切り込んで摘み部を形成する機構と、を具備した
ことを特徴とする袋体の製造装置。 - 請求項16から請求項18のいずれか一項に記載の袋体の製造装置において、
前記摘み部を形成する機構は、前記分離条部または前記テープと前記対向部とが非接合状態となる非接合領域を形成する機構を有する
ことを特徴とする袋体の製造装置。 - 請求項16から請求項19のいずれか一項に記載の袋体の製造装置において、
前記摘み部を形成する機構は、刃部と、前記刃部の移動を規制する移動規制部とを備えている
ことを特徴とする袋体の製造装置。
