Definitions
- the present invention relates to a laminate for blister packs and a blister pack using the same.
- Powdered preparations are enclosed in thin paper bags or film bags, while preparations such as tablets or capsules are enclosed in blister packs called PTP (press-through packs). By pushing the preparation enclosed in the PTP with a finger, the sheet-like lid can be broken and the preparation can be taken out.
- the preparation may be enclosed in a blister pack having a shape in which two barrier laminates formed with pockets for containing the preparation are faced and sealed. In the case of this form, the end of the blister pack is cut off and opened, or peeled and opened between the two laminates, so that it can also be used in powdery and liquid preparations.
- the drug formulation may alter the medicinal properties by absorbing moisture. Therefore, conventionally, a desiccant such as silica gel has been enclosed in an outer bag enclosing a blister pack.
- a desiccant such as silica gel has been enclosed in an outer bag enclosing a blister pack.
- the operation of putting the desiccant into the outer bag takes time and there is a risk of accidental ingestion or accidental eating.
- the inside of the blister pack cannot be kept at a low humidity, and there is a problem that the deterioration of the preparation proceeds.
- some preparations are easily oxidatively decomposed and generate specific odors, there is a demand for absorbing gas such as oxygen and odor in the blister pack.
- Patent Document 1 discloses a technique for improving the long-term stability of a preparation by forming an absorbent layer having an absorbent inside a blister pack.
- a dome-shaped pocket portion is formed in a laminate of a base material and an absorption layer which are barrier layers.
- the formulation which is a tablet is put into the pocket part, and this is sealed with the lid
- Patent Document 2 discloses a technique of forming an aluminum foil layer not only on the cover material on the back side of the blister pack but also on the front side blister pack laminate, so-called aluminum blister packaging. According to this technique, since the aluminum foil layer is formed on the blister pack, the preparation cannot be visually recognized, but the ultraviolet ray can be blocked and the barrier property can be further enhanced.
- Patent Document 2 laminates a stiff reinforcing layer using a specific polymer between an aluminum foil layer and an absorbent layer to form a base layer / aluminum foil layer / reinforcing layer / absorbing layer.
- the laminated body for blister packs to have in order is disclosed.
- the strength of the whole laminated body is improved by providing a stiff reinforcing layer, and molding defects are reduced.
- the laminate described in Patent Document 2 when storing the contents such as the preparation in a blister pack using this laminate for a long period of time, via the reinforcing layer from the end surface portion of the laminate, The present inventors have found that there is a problem that moisture, an organic gas, and an inorganic gas enter the absorption layer and the absorption layer is deactivated.
- the present invention provides sufficient formability when forming a dome-shaped pocket in a laminated body for blister packs, and moisture, organic gas, and inorganic gas are passed from the end surface portion of the laminated body through a reinforcing layer. It aims at providing the laminated body for blister packs which penetrates into an absorption layer and suppresses that an absorption layer deactivates. Another object of the present invention is to provide a blister pack using the same.
- a laminate for blister packs comprising a substrate layer, an aluminum foil layer, a reinforcing layer, a barrier film layer, and an absorbent layer in this order.
- the barrier film layer includes a film formed of a silica deposited film, an aluminum deposited film, an alumina deposited film, a silica / alumina deposited film, a vinylidene chloride coated film, a polyvinylidene fluoride coated film, and a combination thereof.
- the base material layer includes a resin selected from the group consisting of polyethylene resin, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene chloride, polychlorotrifluoroethylene, polypropylene resin, saturated polyester, polyamide, and a mixture thereof.
- the reinforcing layer includes a resin selected from the group consisting of high-density polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene resin, polyethylene terephthalate, polyamide, and a mixture thereof.
- the two laminates according to any one of [1] to [6] are at least partially bonded with the absorbent layers facing each other, and a pocket portion is formed in the two laminates.
- a blister pack package comprising the blister pack according to [7] or [8] and the contents stored in the pocket portion.
- the present invention by providing a barrier film layer between the reinforcing layer and the absorbing layer, moisture, organic gas and inorganic gas enter the absorbing layer from the end surface portion of the laminate via the reinforcing layer, Suppresses the deactivation of the absorbent layer.
- a barrier film layer between the reinforcing layer and the absorbing layer, moisture, organic gas and inorganic gas enter the absorbing layer from the end surface portion of the laminate via the reinforcing layer, Suppresses the deactivation of the absorbent layer.
- the laminated body for blister packs of this invention contains a base material layer, an aluminum foil layer, a reinforcement layer, a barrier film layer, and an absorption layer in this order. Moreover, you may have an adhesive layer between any two layers of a base material layer, an aluminum foil layer, a reinforcement layer, a barrier film layer, and an absorption layer.
- the laminated body 10 for blister packs of this invention has the base material layer 1, the aluminum foil layer 2, the reinforcement layer 3, the barrier film layer 4, and the absorption layer 5. As shown in FIG.
- the laminated body 10 for a blister pack of the present invention comprises an outermost base material layer 1, an aluminum foil layer 2, a reinforcing layer 3, a barrier film layer 4 and an absorbent layer 5 that adheres to a lid material 6 in this order. Included or configured in this order.
- a laminate composed of the A layer and the B layer essentially means a laminate including only the A layer and the B layer.
- other layers may be included as long as the advantageous effects of the present invention are obtained or the advantageous effects are not lost.
