本发明提供了一种数据通信方法以及数据通信系统,且本发明所提供的数据通信方法中,电子烟采集吸烟相关数据,并将该吸烟相关数据发送至移动终端,以使所述移动终端将该吸烟相关数据透传至服务平台,则服务平台可对该吸烟相关数据进行分析,以便于服务平台可以根据该吸烟相关数据向用户终端推送相应的信息,由于服务平台会根据不同的吸烟相关数据推送不同的信息,所以用户所能了解到的内容不再局限于自身的吸烟情况,而可以通过用户终端从服务平台获知更多的内容,因此能够实现更多种类信息的交互,从而提升用户体验。

本发明涉及通信领域, 尤其涉及一种数据通信方法以及数据通信系统。
背景技术
电子烟是一种新型的电子产品, 其与普通的香烟有着相似的外观, 以及与 香烟相似的味道, 但是电子烟相对于传统的香烟更为的健康以及环保。
随着使用电子烟的用户越来越多,各用户对获得关于电子烟的各方面信息 也有了更多的需求。
但在现有技术中, 无法向用户提供个性化的信息, 即无法针对用户使用电 子烟的习惯以及电子烟所具有的参数进行对应的信息推送,从而无法有效的推 送个性化的服务。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种数据通信方法以及数据通信系统,能够便于对电子烟所 釆集到的吸烟相关数据进行分析,从而使得服务平台根据吸烟相关数据推送个 性化的服务。
一种数据通信方法, 其中, 包括:
电子烟釆集吸烟相关数据, 其中, 所述吸烟相关数据包括: 用户每次抽吸 所述电子烟的时长, 和 /或用户相邻两次抽吸所述电子烟所间隔的时长, 和 /或 用户抽吸所述电子烟的时间, 和 /或用户抽吸所述电子烟的频率;

用户终端接收到电子烟发送的所述吸烟相关数据之后,可以直接将该吸烟 相关数据透传至服务平台。

本实施例中,服务平台可以根据用户终端发送的相关数据向该用户终端推 送对应的信息。

即所述服务平台根据不同的吸烟相关数据可推送不同的信息,以实现所述 服务平台向用户推送个性化的服务。

若所述吸烟相关数据为用户抽吸所述电子烟的时间,则所述服务平台可对 该时间进行分析, 以获取用户使用电子烟的时间规律, 进而便于所述服务平台 对用户推送广告信息、 或新闻内容等。
若所述吸烟相关数据为用户抽吸所述电子烟的频率,则所述服务平台可对 该频率进行分析, 以获取用户抽吸电子烟的依赖程度, 进而便于所述服务平台 对用户推送广告信息、 或新闻内容等。
本实施例中, 电子烟釆集吸烟相关数据, 并将该吸烟相关数据发送至移动 终端, 以使所述移动终端将该吸烟相关数据透传至服务平台, 则服务平台可对 该吸烟相关数据进行分析,以便于服务平台可以根据该吸烟相关数据向用户终 端推送相应的信息, 由于服务平台会根据不同的吸烟相关数据推送不同的信 息, 所以用户所能了解到的内容不再局限于自身的吸烟情况, 而可以通过用户 终端从服务平台获知更多的内容, 因此能够实现更多种类信息的交互,从而提 升用户体验。

具体的, 用户终端可以通过移动通信网络, 或 WIFI网络, 或其他类型的 通信网络将触发信号发送至服务平台。
需要说明的是, 本实施例中步骤 204在实际应用中为可选步骤, 即用户终 端可以判断所述吸烟相关数据是否具有满足预设上报条件,当具有时才执行后 续步骤,也可以不判断吸烟相关数据是否具有满足预设上报条件, 而直接执行 后续步骤, 此处不做限定。
其中, 本实施例中的数据通信框架可以如图 3所示, 电子烟与用户终端绑 定, 用户终端通过通信网络连接到服务平台, 一个服务平台可以为多个电子烟 以及用户终端提供服务。

需要说明的是, 本实施例中, 若用户终端上安装有与电子烟对应的 APP 程序, 则服务平台可以将信息推送给该 APP程序, 由该 APP程序向用户展示 该信息, 若用户终端上没有安装该 APP程序, 则服务平台也可以将信息推送 给用户终端上原有的其他程序(例如浏览器等), 由这些程序进行信息的展示, 具体方式此处不做限定。
本实施例中,当移动终端确定电子烟发送的吸烟相关数据满足预设上报条 件时, 则移动终端可将该吸烟相关数据透传至服务平台, 则服务平台可以根据 该吸烟相关数据向用户终端推送相应的信息,由于服务平台会根据不同的吸烟 相关数据推送不同的信息,所以用户所能了解到的内容不再局限于自身的吸烟
情况, 而可以通过用户终端从服务平台获知更多的内容, 因此能够实现更多种 类信息的交互,从而提升用户体验,且本实施例中只有满足预设上报条件的移 动终端才会接收到所述服务平台推送的信息, 使得服务平台的负担得以降低。

其中, 本实施例中的数据通信框架可以如图 3所示, 电子烟 401与用户终 端绑定, 用户终端通过通信网络连接到服务平台 403, 一个服务平台 403可以 为多个电子烟 401以及用户终端提供服务。

所述服务平台 403用于对已获取到的所述吸烟相关数据进行分析,以确定 与所述吸烟相关数据对应的信息。
所述服务平台 403 用于将与所述吸烟相关数据对应的信息推送给所述用 户终端。
本实施例中, 服务平台 403可以向用户终端推送广告信息、 或新闻内容, 包括附近的电子烟 401商店信息, 或电子烟 401保养知识等, 具体形式可以为 文字、 图片、 声音或视频。
需要说明的是, 本实施例中, 若用户终端上安装有与电子烟 401 对应的 APP程序, 则服务平台 403可以将信息推送给该 APP程序, 由该 APP程序向 用户展示该信息, 若用户终端上没有安装该 APP程序, 则服务平台 403也可 以将信息推送给用户终端上原有的其他程序 (例如浏览器等), 由这些程序进 行信息的展示, 具体方式此处不做限定。
本实施例中,当移动终端 402确定电子烟 401发送的吸烟相关数据满足预 设上报条件时, 则移动终端 402可将该吸烟相关数据透传至服务平台 403, 则 服务平台 403可以根据该吸烟相关数据向用户终端推送相应的信息,由于服务 平台 403会才艮据不同的吸烟相关数据推送不同的信息,所以用户所能了解到的 内容不再局限于自身的吸烟情况,而可以通过用户终端从服务平台 403获知更 多的内容, 因此能够实现更多种类信息的交互, 从而提升用户体验, 且本实施 例中只有满足预设上报条件的移动终端 402才会接收到所述服务平台 403推送 的信息, 使得服务平台 403的负担得以降低。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到, 为描述的方便和简洁, 上述描述 的系统,装置和单元的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,
在此不再赘述。

Claims
1、 一种数据通信方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
电子烟釆集吸烟相关数据, 其中, 所述吸烟相关数据包括: 用户每次抽吸 所述电子烟的时长, 和 /或用户相邻两次抽吸所述电子烟所间隔的时长, 和 /或 用户抽吸所述电子烟的时间, 和 /或用户抽吸所述电子烟的频率;
所述电子烟将已釆集的所述吸烟相关数据发送给与所述电子烟绑定的移 动终端;
所述用户终端将所述吸烟相关数据透传至服务平台;
所述服务平台根据所述吸烟相关数据分析出与所述吸烟相关数据对应的 信息;
所述服务平台将与所述吸烟相关数据对应的信息推送给所述用户终端。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的数据通信方法, 其特征在于, 所述数据通信方 法还包括:
所述电子烟建立与所述用户终端之间的关联关系。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的数据通信方法, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟通过 蓝牙连接、 或 WIFI连接、或红外线连接、 或 NFC连接与所述用户终端建立关 联关系。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的数据通信方法, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟釆集 吸烟相关数据包括:
所述电子烟通过所述电子烟内设置的感应开关釆集用户每次抽吸所述电 子烟的时长, 和 /或通过所述感应开关釆集用户相邻两次抽吸所述电子烟所间 隔的时长, 和 /或通过所述感应开关釆集用户抽吸所述电子烟的时间, 和 /或通 过所述感应开关釆集用户抽吸所述电子烟的频率。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的数据通信方法, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟釆集 吸烟相关数据还包括:
所述电子烟釆集所述电子烟内电池的电压;
和 /或,
所述电子烟釆集所述电子烟内雾化器的电阻,所述雾化器用于雾化烟油以
生成烟雾。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的数据通信方法, 其特征在于, 与所述吸烟相关 数据对应的信息包括:
所述^ I良务平台向所述用户终端推送广告信息、 或新闻内容。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的数据通信方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户终端将 所述吸烟相关数据透传至服务平台之前还包括:
所述用户终端判断所述吸烟相关数据是否满足预设上报条件;
若是,则所述用户终端触发所述用户终端将所述吸烟相关数据透传至服务 平台的步骤。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的数据通信方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户终端为 手机、 或个人电脑、 或笔记本电脑、 或平板电脑。
9、 一种数据通信系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 电子烟、 用户终端以及服务 平台;
所述电子烟用于釆集吸烟相关数据, 其中, 所述吸烟相关数据包括: 用户 每次抽吸所述电子烟的时长, 和 /或用户相邻两次抽吸所述电子烟所间隔的时 长, 和 /或用户抽吸所述电子烟的时间, 和 /或用户抽吸所述电子烟的频率, 所 述电子烟还用于将已釆集的所述吸烟相关数据发送给与所述电子烟绑定的移 动终端;
所述用户终端用于将所述吸烟相关数据透传至服务平台;
所述服务平台用于根据所述吸烟相关数据分析出与所述吸烟相关数据对 应的信息, 并将与所述吸烟相关数据对应的信息推送给所述用户终端。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的数据通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟建立 与所述用户终端之间的关联关系。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的数据通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟通 过蓝牙连接、 或 WIFI连接、 或红外线连接、或 NFC连接与所述用户终端建立 关联关系。
12、 根据权利要求 9所述的数据通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟通过 所述电子烟内设置的感应开关釆集用户每次抽吸所述电子烟的时长, 和 /或通
过所述感应开关釆集用户相邻两次抽吸所述电子烟所间隔的时长, 和 /或通过 所述感应开关釆集用户抽吸所述电子烟的时间, 和 /或通过所述感应开关釆集 用户抽吸所述电子烟的频率。
13、 根据权利要求 9所述的数据通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟釆集 的所述吸烟相关数据还包括: 所述电子烟内电池的电压; 和 /或, 所述电子烟 内雾化器的电阻, 所述雾化器用于雾化烟油以生成烟雾。
14、 根据权利要求 9所述的数据通信系统, 其特征在于, 与所述吸烟相关 数据对应的信息包括: 所述服务平台向所述用户终端推送广告信息、或新闻内 容。
15、 根据权利要求 9所述的数据通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述用户终端还 用于判断所述吸烟相关数据是否满足预设上报条件, 若是, 则所述用户终端触 发所述用户终端将所述吸烟相关数据透传至服务平台的步骤。
16、 根据权利要求 9所述的数据通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述用户终端为 手机、 或个人电脑、 或笔记本电脑、 或平板电脑。
