数据通信方法和数据通信系统 技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域, 尤其涉及数据通信方法以及数据通信系统。
背景技术
电子烟是一种新型的电子产品, 其与普通的香烟有着相似的外观, 以及与 香烟相似的味道, 但是电子烟相对于传统的香烟更为的健康以及环保。
然而,许多电子烟的客户由于对电子烟的相关信息的了解比较贫乏, 不能 获得更多电子烟的相关信息以获得更好的电子烟使用体验。
而现有技术中, 由于无法得知用户对电子烟的相关信息的了解情况, 进而 无法针对该用户的具体情况为该用户提供符合该用户需求的信息。
发明内容
本发明提供了数据通信方法以及数据通信系统,能够获取电子烟用户所使 用的烟油类型的信息, 并为电子烟用户提供更多的烟油类型的信息。
本发明提供一种数据通信方法, 包括:
电子烟对烟油的使用进行检测;
当所述烟油被使用时, 所述电子烟生成触发信号, 所述触发信号用于表示 所述烟油的型号;
所述电子烟将所述触发信号发送至所述电子烟绑定的用户终端; 所述用户终端根据所述触发信号生成请求信号,所述请求信号用于请求获 取与烟油相关的信息;
所述用户终端将所述请求信号发送至服务平台;
所述服务平台根据所述请求信号向所述用户终端推送与烟油相关的信息。 可选地, 所述用户终端根据所述触发信号生成请求信号具体包括: 所述用户终端记录来自所述电子烟的表示每一种烟油的型号的触发信号 的数量;

本发明实施例提供了一种数据通信方法以及数据通信系统,能够实现对各 种电子烟用户进行分类, 以实现为电子烟用户提供更优质的产品和服务。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是 全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造 性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图 1, 本发明实施例中的数据通信方法一个实施例包括:
101、 电子烟对烟油的使用进行检测;
电子烟中的烟油被使用时, 也即用户正在抽电子烟时可视为在使用烟油。 因此, 电子烟对烟油的使用进行检测, 可通过对用户是否正在抽电子烟进行检
102、 电子烟判断当前所述烟油是否被使用, 若是, 则执行步骤 103, 若 否, 则重复执行步骤 102;
本实施例中, 电子烟对烟油的使用进行检测之后, 可以判断当前烟油是否 被使用。 若是, 则执行步骤 103, 若否, 则重复进行该判断。
需要说明的是,电子烟可以有多种方式通过判断用户当前是否正在抽电子 烟来判断电子烟中的烟油是否正在被使用,例如可以根据电子烟中雾化组件的 工作状态来判断,当雾化组件正在工作时,则可以确定用户当前正在抽电子烟。 或者, 还可以根据电子烟中感应器的工作状态来判断, 当感应器正在工作时, 则可以确定用户当前正在抽电子烟。或者,还可以根据电子烟中的电池电量消 耗速度来判断, 当池电量消耗速度大于某一门限时, 则可以确定用户当前正在 抽电子烟。
本实施例中的感应器可以为气流感应开关或按键开关,或者其他类型的开 关, 具体此处不做限定, 其中, 按键开关可以为微触开关或感应开关, 或者其 他类型的开关, 具体此处亦不做限定。
可以理解的是,在实际应用中, 电子烟还可以通过其他更多的方式判断用 定。 、 - ^
103, 所述电子烟生成触发信号;
当检测到烟油被使用时,也即检测到用户正在抽电子烟时, 电子烟生成触 发信号, 该触发信号用于表示所述烟油的型号。
电子烟可以有多种方式生成触发信号。例如, 电子烟内设有用于传输经雾 化的烟油的烟雾通道, 用于将经雾化的烟油输送到电子烟的吸烟端,供用户吸 食。 而电子烟的烟雾通道内设置有烟油检测器, 该烟油检测器可以检测出烟油 的种类。
当检测到烟油被使用时, 该烟油检测器启动, 并对烟雾通道内的烟油的种 类进行检测, 生成用于表示与该烟油的种类——对应的型号的触发信号。 为避 免误工作, 该烟油检测器优选设置在电子烟的烟雾通道内靠近吸烟端处, 以保 证用户在吸食到经雾化的烟油时才生成触发信号。
或者,还可以在电子烟中用于容纳烟油的储油器上设置有与该储油器所容 纳的烟油的型号——对应的信号发生器。 实际运用中, 电子烟用于容纳烟油的 储油器有多种结构形式,例如该储油器可以是设置在电子烟的用于雾化烟油的 雾化器的一端的烟油瓶, 或者也可以是设置在雾化器内的烟胆(例如环绕在雾 化器的电热丝组件周围的储油介质), 在此不作限制。
当检测到烟油被使用时, 该信号发生器启动, 并生成与该储油器中所容纳 的烟油的型号——对应的触发信号。 或者, 还可以在该储油器初次安装到电 子烟时, 触发该信号发生器生成触发信号并直接发送至用户终端。
当然, 实际运用中, 当烟油被使用时, 电子烟还可以通过其他方式来生成 用于表示所述烟油的型号的触发信号, 在此不作限制。
104、 所述电子烟将所述触发信号发送至所述电子烟绑定的用户终端; 电子烟生成了触发信号之后,可以将该触发信号发送至预先已与该电子烟 绑定的用户终端。
本实施例中的用户终端可以为手机、 或个人电脑、 或笔记本电脑、 或平板 电脑, 或其他类型的终端, 具体此处不做限定。
105、 所述用户终端根据所述触发信号生成请求信号;
用户终端接收到来自电子烟的触发信号后, 对该触发信号进行统计分析, 以根据该统计分析的结果来生成请求信号,其中该请求信号用于请求获取与烟 油相关的信息。 其中, 该与烟油相关的信息可以包括多种。 例如, 该与烟油相 关的信息可以包括该烟油的价格、售卖点或者售卖网站、功能作用、适合人群、 适合使用时间或者与该烟油型号可搭配使用的其他烟油等等信息; 或者, 该相 关信息还可以包括与该烟油相同 /相似价位、 相同 /相似口味、 相同 /相似功能的 其他烟油的相关信息。
用户终端对触发信号统计分析的方法有多种。例如,用户终端计算该触发 信号所包括的烟油的数量, 每一种烟油的使用频率和 /或使用时间, 每一种烟 油的使用总次数, 不同烟油的使用次数占总次数的比例, 烟油的使用随着时间 变化的趋向等等。 然后用户终端根据该统计分析的结果来生成请求信号, 其中 该请求信号用于请求获取使用频率、使用时间、使用次数或者使用比例最高的 一种或几种烟油的相关信息。
或者, 用户终端也可以不对触发信号进行统计分析, 直接根据触发信号内 所包括的所有的烟油来生成请求信号,而该请求信号用于获取该触发信号所包 括的所有烟油的相关信息。
当然, 以上描述仅为举例描述, 在此不作限制。
106、 所述用户终端将所述请求信号发送至服务平台;
用户终端生成请求信号后, 将该请求信号发送至服务平台。
具体的, 用户终端可以通过移动通信网络, 或 WIFI网络, 或其他类型的 通信网络将触发信号发送至服务平台, 在此不作限制。
本实施例中的数据通信框架可以如图 8所示, 电子烟与用户终端绑定, 用 户终端通过通信网络连接到服务平台,一个服务平台可以为多个电子烟以及用 户终端提供服务。
107、 所述服务平台根据所述请求信号向所述用户终端推送与烟油相关的 信息。
服务平台接收到来自用户终端的请求信号后,根据该请求信号所请求获取 的内容来向用户终端推送该请求信号所请求获取的烟油相关的信息。
需要说明的是, 本实施例中, 若用户终端上安装有与电子烟对应的 APP 程序, 则服务平台可以将信息推送给该 APP程序, 由该 APP程序向用户展示 该信息, 若用户终端上没有安装该 APP程序, 则服务平台也可以将信息推送 给用户终端上原有的其他程序(例如浏览器等), 由这些程序进行信息的展示, 具体方式此处不做限定。
本发明中, 电子烟对烟油的使用进行检测, 当所述烟油被使用时, 所述电 子烟生成触发信号发送至与该电子烟绑定的用户终端,所述触发信号用于表示 所述烟油的型号, 这样, 用户终端可以对该触发信号进行统计分析, 以了解使 用该电子烟的用户对烟油的使用情况,进而能够针对该电子烟用户向服务平台 获取符合该用户需求的烟油信息,以实现为各种电子烟用户提供更优质的产品 和服务,而且,用户终端主动向服务平台发送请求信号获取与烟油相关的信息, 能够做到服务平台推送数据及时和高效。
优选的, 在步骤 105所述用户终端将所述请求信号发送至服务平台之前, 用户终端还发出提醒通知,用于询问用户是否接受与烟油相关的信息。具体的, 用户终端可同通过在显示页面上弹出窗口, 窗口内用文字显示询问, 并提供同 意和拒绝两个选项以供用户选择。 当然, 实际运用中也可以通过其他方式来发 出提醒通知, 在此不作限制。
当用户终端接收到来对同意选项的选择时,用户终端将所述请求信号发送 至服务平台, 并接受来自服务平台的与烟油相关的信息。
上面实施例中, 用户终端根据所述触发信号生成请求信号。 实际运用中, 用户终端有多种方法来根据该触发信号生成请求信号,下面对本发明实施例中 的数据通信方法进行描述, 请参阅图 2, 本发明中的数据通信方法的一个实施 例包括:

207、 所述用户终端生成请求信号;
当其中一种烟油的型号的触发信号的数量达到第一预置数值时,则表示用 户长期使用该种型号的烟油。那么, 用户终端可以向该用户推广一些与该种型 号的烟油口味不同的其他烟油。
因此, 用户终端生成请求信号, 其中该请求信号用于请求获取其他烟油的 相关信息,其中该其他烟油指的是与该触发信号的数量达到第一预置数值的型 号的烟油的口味不同的其他烟油的相关信息。

208、 所述用户终端将所述请求信号发送至服务平台;

本实施例中,通过记录来自所述电子烟的表示每一种型号的烟油的触发信 号的数量,并在表示其中一种型号的烟油的触发信号的数量达到第一预置数值 判断用户长期使用一种烟油, 这样, 用户终端可以获取除了用户长期使用的该 种烟油以外的其他烟油的信息提供给用户, 以能够向用户推广其他型号的烟 油, 为用户提供更多的烟油的选择, 提高用户的使用体验。
上面实施例对用户终端根据该触发信号生成请求信号的其中一种方法进 行了描述,下面对用户终端根据该触发信号生成请求信号的另一种方法进行描 述。 请参阅图 3, 本发明中的数据通信方法的一个实施例包括:

服务平台对触发信号统计分析的方法有多种。具体举例来说,服务平台计 算该触发信号所包括的烟油型号的数量, 每一种烟油的使用频率和 /或使用时 间, 每一种烟油的使用总次数, 不同烟油的使用次数占总次数的比例, 烟油的 使用随着时间变化的趋向等等。 然后服务平台向用户终端推送使用频率、使用 时间、 使用次数或者使用比例最高的一种或几种烟油的相关信息。
或者,服务平台也可以不对触发信号进行统计分析, 直接向用户终端推送 该触发信号所包括的所有烟油的相关信息。
当然, 以上描述仅为举例描述, 在此不作限制。
本发明中, 电子烟对烟油的使用进行检测, 当所述烟油被使用时, 所述电 子烟生成触发信号发送至与该电子烟绑定的用户终端,所述触发信号用于表示 所述烟油的型号, 这样, 服务平台可以对该触发信号进行统计分析, 以了解使 用该电子烟的用户对烟油的使用情况,进而能够针对该电子烟用户向用户终端 推送符合该用户需求的烟油信息,以实现为各种电子烟用户提供更优质的产品 和服务; 而且, 在电子烟上传数据较多时, 图 1所示实施例中用户终端需进行 较多的数据处理, 会导致用户终端运行较慢, 降低用户使用体验, 而釆用本实 施例, 可以避免用户终端运行变慢, 而且服务平台所接收到的触发信号还能够 结合其他数据进行分析, 以能够更加精准的为用户终端推送消息。
优选的,在服务平台向所述用户终端推送与烟油相关的信息之前,服务平 台先给用户终端发送提醒通知, 用于询问用户是否接受与烟油相关的信息。具 体的, 用户终端可同通过在显示页面上弹出窗口, 窗口内用文字显示询问, 并 提供同意和拒绝两个选项以供用户选择。 当然, 实际运用中也可以通过其他方 式来发出提醒通知, 在此不作限制。
当用户终端接收到来对同意选项的选择时,用户终端向服务平台发送请求 信号。服务平台在接收到请求信号时,服务平台向所述用户终端推送与烟油相 关的信息。
实际运用中,所述服务平台根据所述请求信号向所述用户终端推送与烟油 相关的信息有多种方法。 请参阅图 5, 本发明中的数据通信方法的一个实施例 包括:

为便于理解,下面以一具体应用场景对本发明实施例中的数据通信方法进 行详细描述:
电子烟对烟油的使用进行检测, 当用户开始抽电子烟, 电子烟判断当前烟 油被使用, 并生成触发信号发送至与该电子烟绑定的用户终端, 该触发信号用 于表示该烟油的型号。
具体的,在电子烟生成触发信号时, 电子烟先向与其绑定的用户终端发探 测信号, 当电子烟接收到用户终端回传的信号时,也即表示用户终端可以接受 电子烟的触发信号时, 电子烟将该触发信号发送至与其绑定的用户终端。
本实施例中的用户终端可以为手机、 或个人电脑、 或笔记本电脑、 或平板 电脑, 或其他类型的终端, 此处不做限定。
用户终端接收到电子烟发送的触发信号之后,将该触发信号透传至服务平 台。 具体的, 用户终端可以通过移动通信网络, 或 WIFI网络, 或其他型号的 通信网络将触发信号发送至服务平台。
实际运用中, 用户终端可将该触发信号转换为 XML类型的数据或者是
JSON类型的数据再透传至服务平台, 具体在此不作限制。
服务平台接收到触发信号后, 将从该触发信号所包括的数据存入数据库 中。 具体的, 服务平台中的数据库中预先建好数表。 在该数表中, 存储有记载 着服务平台所接收到的所有拥有终端的用户列表,每个用户终端所对应的电子 烟所使用过的烟油的型号列表以及该电子烟使用过的每一个型号的烟油的数 量。在服务平台每接收到一个触发信号时, 都对该数表中的用户列表和型号列 表的数据进行更新。
并且, 在服务平台对数表中的数据进行更新后, 对每一个电子烟, 当该电 子烟使用过的其中一个型号的烟油的数量达到第一预置数值时,确定该电子烟 的用户长期使用该种型号的烟油。服务平台向与该电子烟绑定的用户终端推送 提醒通知, 用于询问用户是否接受与新烟油相关的信息。
用户终端在用户选择接收与新烟油相关信息时向服务平台发送请求信号。 服务平台在接收到请求信号时,服务平台向所述用户终端推送与新烟油相关的 信息,其中与该新烟油指的是与该电子烟长期使用的该种型号的烟油的口味不 同的新烟油, 而与新烟油相关的信息可以包括该新烟油的价格、售卖点或者售 卖网站、 功能作用、 适合人群、 适合使用时间或者与该新烟油型号可搭配使用 的其他烟油等等信息; 或者, 与新烟油相关的信息还可以包括与该新烟油相同 /相似价位、 相同 /相似口味、 相同 /相似功能的其他烟油的相关信息, 在此不作 具体限制。

本实施例中, 电子烟 701 可以有多种方式生成触发信号。 例如, 电子烟

服务平台接收到触发信号后, 将从该触发信号所包括的数据存入数据库 中。 具体的, 服务平台中的数据库中预先建好数表。 在该数表中, 存储有记载 着服务平台所接收到的所有拥有终端的用户列表,每个用户终端所对应的电子 烟所使用过的烟油的型号列表以及该电子烟使用过的每一个型号的烟油的数 量。在服务平台每接收到一个触发信号时, 都对该数表中的用户列表和型号列 表的数据进行更新。
并且, 在服务平台对数表中的数据进行更新后, 对每一个电子烟, 当该电 子烟使用过的其中一个型号的烟油的数量达到第一预置数值时,确定该电子烟 的用户长期使用该种型号的烟油。服务平台向与该电子烟绑定的用户终端推送 提醒通知, 用于询问用户是否接受与新烟油相关的信息。
用户终端在用户选择接收与新烟油相关信息时向服务平台发送请求信号。 服务平台在接收到请求信号时,服务平台向所述用户终端推送与新烟油相关的 信息,其中与该新烟油指的是与该电子烟长期使用的该种型号的烟油的口味不 同的新烟油, 而与新烟油相关的信息可以包括该新烟油的价格、售卖点或者售 卖网站、 功能作用、 适合人群、 适合使用时间或者与该新烟油型号可搭配使用 的其他烟油等等信息; 或者, 与新烟油相关的信息还可以包括与该新烟油相同 /相似价位、 相同 /相似口味、 相同 /相似功能的其他烟油的相关信息, 在此不作 具体限制。
本说明书中各个实施例釆用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是 与其他实施例的不同之处, 各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种数据通信方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
电子烟对烟油的使用进行检测;
当所述烟油被使用时, 所述电子烟生成触发信号, 所述触发信号用于表示 所述烟油的型号;
所述电子烟将所述触发信号发送至所述电子烟绑定的用户终端; 所述用户终端根据所述触发信号生成请求信号,所述请求信号用于请求获 取与烟油相关的信息;
所述用户终端将所述请求信号发送至服务平台;
所述^ I良务平台才艮据所述请求信号向所述用户终端推送与烟油相关的信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的数据通信方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户终端根 据所述触发信号生成请求信号具体包括:
所述用户终端记录来自所述电子烟的表示每一种烟油的型号的触发信号 的数量;
当表示其中一种烟油的类型的触发信号的数量达到第一预置数值时,所述 用户终端生成请求信号,所述请求信号用于请求获取与所述烟油口味不同的其 他烟油的相关信息;
所述服务平台根据所述请求信号向所述用户终端推送与烟油相关的信息 具体包括:
所述服务平台根据所述请求信号向所述用户终端推送与所述烟油口味不 同的其他烟油的相关信息。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的数据通信方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户终端根 据所述触发信号生成请求信号具体包括:
所述用户终端记录来自所述电子烟的表示每一种烟油的型号的触发信号 的数量;
所述用户终端筛选出所述数量大于第二预置数值的型号的烟油; 所述用户终端生成请求信号,所述请求信号用于请求获取与所述数量大于 第二预置数值的型号的烟油相同或者相似类型的其他烟油的相关信息; 所述服务平台根据所述请求信号向所述用户终端推送与烟油相关的信息 具体包括:
所述服务平台根据所述请求信号向所述用户终端推送与所述数量大于第 二预置数值的型号的烟油相同或者相似类型的其他烟油的相关信息。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的数据通信方法, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟包括 用于输送经雾化的烟油的烟雾通道, 所述烟雾通道内设置有烟油检测器; 所述电子烟生成触发信号具体包括:
所述烟油检测器对所述烟雾通道内的烟油的型号进行检测;
所述烟油检测器生成与所述烟油的型号相对应的触发信号。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的数据通信方法, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟包括 用于容纳烟油的储油器,所述储油器上设置有与所述烟油的型号对应的信号发 生器;
所述电子烟生成触发信号具体包括:
所述信号发生器生成与所述烟油的型号对应的触发信号。
6、 一种数据通信方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
电子烟对烟油的使用进行检测;
当所述烟油被使用时, 所述电子烟生成触发信号, 所述触发信号用于表示 所述烟油的型号;
所述电子烟将所述触发信号发送至所述电子烟绑定的用户终端; 所述用户终端将所述触发信号透传至服务平台;
所述服务平台根据所述触发信号向所述用户终端推送与烟油相关的信息。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的数据通信方法, 其特征在于, 所述服务平台根 据所述触发信号向所述用户终端推送与烟油相关的信息具体包括:
所述服务平台记录来自所述电子烟的表示每一种烟油的型号的触发信号 的数量;
当表示其中一种烟油的类型的触发信号的数量达到第一预置数值时,所述 服务平台向所述用户终端推送与所述烟油口味不同的其他烟油的相关信息。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的数据通信方法, 其特征在于, 所述服务平台根 据所述触发信号向所述用户终端推送与烟油相关的信息具体包括: 所述服务平台记录来自所述电子烟的表示每一种烟油的型号的触发信号 的数量;
所述服务平台筛选出所述数量大于第二预置数值的型号的烟油; 所述服务平台向所述用户终端推送与所述数量大于第二预置数值的型号 的烟油相同或者相似类型的其他烟油的相关信息。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的数据通信方法, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟包括 用于输送经雾化的烟油的烟雾通道, 所述烟雾通道内设置有烟油检测器; 所述电子烟生成触发信号具体包括:
所述烟油检测器对所述烟雾通道内的烟油的型号进行检测;
所述烟油检测器生成与所述烟油的型号相对应的触发信号。
10、 根据权利要求 6所述的数据通信方法, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟包括 用于容纳烟油的储油器,所述储油器上设置有与所述烟油的型号对应的信号发 生器;
所述电子烟生成触发信号具体包括:
所述信号发生器生成与所述烟油的型号对应的触发信号。
11、 一种数据通信系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
电子烟、 用户终端以 良务平台;
所述电子烟用于对烟油的使用进行检测, 当所述烟油被使用时, 生成触发 信号, 将所述触发信号发送至所述电子烟绑定的用户终端, 其中, 所述触发信 号用于表示所述烟油的型号;
所述用户终端用于根据所述触发信号生成请求信号,将所述请求信号发送 至服务平台, 其中, 所述请求信号用于请求获取与烟油相关的信息;
所述服务平台用于根据所述请求信号向所述用户终端推送与烟油相关的 信息。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的数据通信系统, 其特征在于,
所述用户终端具体用于记录来自所述电子烟的表示每一种烟油的型号的 触发信号的数量,当表示其中一种烟油的类型的触发信号的数量达到第一预置 数值时, 生成请求信号, 所述请求信号用于请求获取与所述烟油口味不同的其 他烟油的相关信息; 所述服务平台具体用于根据所述请求信号向所述用户终端推送与所述烟 油口味不同的其他烟油的相关信息。
13、 根据权利要求 11所述的数据通信系统, 其特征在于,
所述用户终端具体用于记录来自所述电子烟的表示每一种烟油的型号的 触发信号的数量, 筛选出所述数量大于第二预置数值的型号的烟油, 生成请求 信号,所述请求信号用于请求获取与所述数量大于第二预置数值的型号的烟油 相同或者相似类型的其他烟油的相关信息;
所述服务平台具体用于根据所述请求信号向所述用户终端推送与所述数 量大于第二预置数值的型号的烟油相同或者相似类型的其他烟油的相关信息。
14、 根据权利要求 11所述的数据通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟包 括用于输送经雾化的烟油的烟雾通道, 所述烟雾通道内设置有烟油检测器; 所述烟油检测器用于对所述烟雾通道内的烟油的型号进行检测,生成与所 述烟油的型号相对应的触发信号,将所述触发信号发送至所述电子烟绑定的用 户终端。
15、 根据权利要求 11所述的数据通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟包 括用于容纳烟油的储油器,所述储油器上设置有与所述烟油的型号对应的信号 发生器;
所述信号发生器用于生成与所述烟油的型号对应的触发信号,将所述触发 信号发送至所述电子烟绑定的用户终端。
16、 一种数据通信系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
电子烟、 用户终端以 良务平台;
所述电子烟用于对烟油的使用进行检测, 当所述烟油被使用时, 生成触发 信号, 将所述触发信号发送至所述电子烟绑定的用户终端, 其中, 所述触发信 号用于表示所述烟油的型号;
所述用户终端用于将所述触发信号透传至服务平台;
所述服务平台用于根据所述触发信号向所述用户终端推送与烟油相关的 信息。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的数据通信系统, 其特征在于,
所述服务平台具体用于记录来自所述电子烟的表示每一种烟油的型号的 触发信号的数量,当表示其中一种烟油的类型的触发信号的数量达到第一预置 数值时, 向所述用户终端推送与所述烟油口味不同的其他烟油的相关信息。
18、 根据权利要求 16所述的数据通信系统, 其特征在于,
所述服务平台具体用于记录来自所述电子烟的表示每一种烟油的型号的 触发信号的数量, 筛选出所述数量大于第二预置数值的型号的烟油, 向所述用 户终端推送与所述数量大于第二预置数值的型号的烟油相同或者相似类型的 其他烟油的相关信息。
19、 根据权利要求 16所述的数据通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟包 括用于输送经雾化的烟油的烟雾通道, 所述烟雾通道内设置有烟油检测器; 所述烟油检测器用于对所述烟雾通道内的烟油的型号进行检测,生成与所 述烟油的型号相对应的触发信号,将所述触发信号发送至所述电子烟绑定的用 户终端。
20、 根据权利要求 16所述的数据通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟包 括用于容纳烟油的储油器,所述储油器上设置有与所述烟油的型号对应的信号 发生器;
所述信号发生器用于生成与所述烟油的型号对应的触发信号,将所述触发 信号发送至所述电子烟绑定的用户终端。
