一种防止电梯轿厢异常移动的装置,包括安装在轿厢大梁上的刹车制动机构(1),设于所述刹车制动机构(1)端部的复位机构(2)及电气检测机构(3),所述刹车制动机构(1)包括壳体(4),所述壳体(4)一侧边设有U型动作钳口(5),电梯T型导轨(10)位于所述U型动作钳口(5)内,所述U型动作钳口(5)两侧对称设有电磁铁(6)及刹车片(7),所述刹车片(7)安装在电磁铁(6)端部,且在电磁铁(6)的控制下伸出及缩回以夹紧及松开T型导轨(10),所述电气检测机构(3)包括安装在电梯T型导轨(10)上的磁条(8)及与所述磁条(8)相对的磁条传感器(9),所述磁条传感器(9)安装在壳体(4)具有U型动作钳口(5)的一侧。该防止电梯轿厢异常移动的装置采用机电一体化设计,具备自动检测,自动识别,响应速度快,制动距离短的优点。
Description
本发明涉及一种电梯轿厢配件,尤其涉及一种防止电梯轿厢异常移动的装置。
目前,中国已成为世界上拥有电梯最多的国家,每天有240万部电梯在运转,平均每五百多人就拥有一部电梯,而且每年以15%的速度在增长。电梯数量的增加,使维保工作量增大,许多电梯由于维保工作不到位,或电梯设备老化等原因导致电梯的安全事故增多,其中,开门情况下轿厢移动所引发的安全事故频繁发生,在电梯门开启状态下,传统电梯有两种方式防止电梯移动,一是主机制动器,但该装置作用于主机位置,不能防止钢丝绳在曳引轮上的打滑或者因该制动器本身故障引起的轿厢移动;二是轿厢安全钳,由于轿厢安全钳多采用渐进式的,且必须在超过额定速度的情况下由限速器引发其动作,因此制停距离过大,远远超出门区的安全允许范围。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种防止电梯轿厢异常移动的装置,通过采用传感器检测技术及电磁铁通断方式,可以实现电梯开门区域轿厢异常移动时,将电梯轿厢锁紧在导轨上。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出如下技术方案:
一种防止电梯轿厢异常移动的装置,其特征在于:包括安装在轿厢大梁上的刹车制动机构,设于所述刹车制动机构端部的复位机构及电气检测机构,所述刹车制动机构包括壳体,所述壳体一侧边设有U型动作钳口,电梯T型导轨位于所述U型动作钳口内,所述U型动作钳口两侧对称设有电磁铁及刹车片,所述刹车片安装在电磁铁端部,且在电磁铁的控制下伸出及缩回以夹紧及松开T型导轨,所述电气检测机构包括安装在电梯T型导轨上的磁条及与所述磁条相对的磁条传感器,所述磁条传感器安装在壳体具有U型动作钳口的一侧。
所述位磁条感器连接电梯控制柜。
所述磁条传感器内预设有2~5cm的偏移距离。
所述刹车制动机构,复位机构及电气检测机构均连接UPS供电系统。
与现有技术相比,本发明揭示的防止电梯轿厢异常移动的装置,利用传感器检测技术将轿厢在门开启期间的上下移动限制在一定范围内,且快速准确判断轿厢位置,当轿厢的位置在门开启状态下和电梯控制系统未发出运行指令时,一旦传感器检测到轿厢非正常移动,触发继电器弹出刹车片,将轿厢锁紧在导轨上,其采用机电一体化设计,具备自动检测,自动识别,响应速度快,制动距离短的优点,防止电梯出现剪切,挤压等安全隐患,从而保护看乘客安全。
图1是本发明防止电梯轿厢异常移动的装置的结构示意图。
下面将结合本发明的附图,对本发明实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。
如图1所示,本发明所揭示的一种防止电梯轿厢异常移动的装置,具体包括刹车制动机构1,复位机构2及电气检测机构3,且所述刹车制动机构1,复位机构2及电气检测机构3均连接UPS供电系统。
具体说来,所述刹车制动机构1安装在轿厢大梁上,其包括外壳4,所述外壳4一侧设有U型动作钳口5,电梯T型导轨10置于所述U型动作钳口5内,所述外壳4内以U型动作钳口5为中心对称设有电磁铁6,所述电磁铁6端部安装有刹车片7,所述刹车片7位于电梯T型导轨10两侧,且在电磁铁6的控制下伸出夹紧T型导轨,同时在电磁铁6的控制下缩回松开T型导轨10。
所述复位机构2为复位按钮,其安装在刹车制动机构1端部,连接所述电磁铁6,当需要松开刹车片7时,手动按下所述复位机构2,使得电磁铁6断电,从而松开刹车片7。
所述电气检测机构3包括磁条8及磁条传感器9,所述磁条8安装在电梯T型导轨10上,所述磁条传感器9安装在外壳4设有U型动作钳口5的一侧,且所述磁条传感器9与所述磁条8相对设置,所述磁条传感器9连接电梯顶部控制柜,且当控制柜内运行接触器及制动接触器均无触发时,磁条传感器9工作,所述磁条传感器9还连接电磁铁6,以出发电磁铁6工作,同时所述磁条传感器9内预设有2~5cm的偏移距离,当超过预设的偏移距离时,磁条传感器9触发电磁铁6,使得刹车片7伸出以夹紧T型导轨10。
本实用信息所揭示的一种防止电梯轿厢异常移动的装置,其工作原理为:电梯到达楼层开门后该装置开始工作,此时磁条传感器9开始检测轿厢位置,同时检测控制箱内运行接触器及制动接触器是否产生触发信号,如果没有触发信号,而磁条传感器9一旦检测到轿厢位移超过5cm时,触发电磁铁6将刹车片伸出以夹紧T型导轨10,从而防止了轿厢下落的情况。,
当故障解除后,通过手动按下复位按钮,使得电磁铁6失电,从而缩回刹车片7,解除对T型导轨10的夹紧。
本发明的技术内容及技术特征已揭示如上,然而熟悉本领域的技术人员仍可能基于本发明的教示及揭示而作种种不背离本发明精神的替换及修饰,因此,本发明保护范围应不限于实施例所揭示的内容,而应包括各种不背离本发明的替换及修饰,并为本专利申请权利要求所涵盖。

- 一种防止电梯轿厢异常移动的装置,其特征在于:包括安装在轿厢大梁上的刹车制动机构,设于所述刹车制动机构端部的复位机构及电气检测机构,所述刹车制动机构包括壳体,所述壳体一侧边设有U型动作钳口,电梯T型导轨位于所述U型动作钳口内,所述U型动作钳口两侧对称设有电磁铁及刹车片,所述刹车片安装在电磁铁端部,且在电磁铁的控制下伸出及缩回以夹紧及松开T型导轨,所述电气检测机构包括安装在电梯T型导轨上的磁条及与所述磁条相对的磁条传感器,所述磁条传感器安装在壳体具有U型动作钳口的一侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的防止电梯轿厢异常移动的装置,其特征在于:所述位磁条感器连接电梯控制柜。
- 据权利要求2所述的防止电梯轿厢异常移动的装置,其特征在于:所述磁条传感器内预设有2~5cm的偏移距离。
- 根据权利要求1所述的防止电梯轿厢异常移动的装置,其特征在于:所述刹车制动机构,复位机构及电气检测机构均连接UPS供电系统。
