本发明涉及通信领域, 特别涉及一种来电转接方法和用户设备。 背景技术
在现有技术中, 具备呼叫转移功能的第一用户设备(如智能手机等)可以 通过呼叫转移功能, 将自身的来电转接至第二用户设备上, 以在第一用户设备 不可用时, 用户可以通过第二用户设备接听第一用户设备的来电。 而如何通过 该呼叫转移功能, 将第一用户设备的来电转接到第二用户设备上, 成为呼叫转 移所要解决的问题之一。
现有技术提供了一种来电转接方法, 该方法具体为: 向第一用户设备所在 的网络拨打设置电话, 然后在网络侧的引导下, 对第一用户设备的呼叫转移功 能进行远程设置, 通过人工设置, 将第一用户设备的来电转接至该第二用户设 备。 现有技术还提供另外一种来电转接方法, 该方法具体为: 向第一用户设备 发送包括激活指令和第二用户设备的电话号码的短信, 第一用户设备在接收到 该短信后, 激活自身的呼叫转移功能, 并将第一用户设备的来电转接至该第二 用户设备。
由于现有技术所提供的第一种方法是需要网络侧和用户进行人工设置的, 而现有技术提供的另一种方法需要用户在短信上编辑激活指令和电话号码, 二 者的操作流程繁瑣,使得用户在釆用上述两种方法进行来电转接时降低了来电 转接的准确性。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种来电转接方法和用户设备, 实现了当确定来电号 码为触发号码, 并且通过确认该来电号码对应的响铃参数满足预设条件时, 将 第一用户设备的来电进行转接, 提高了来电转接的准确性, 增强了用户设备的 交互能力。 所述技术方案如下:

本发明一实施例提供了一种来电转接方法, 参照图 1所示, 该方法包括: 101、 获取第一用户设备当前来电的电话号码。 在步骤 101之前, 第一用户设备接收用户输入的设置指令, 并根据该设置 指令, 设置并存储至少一个触发号码, 该触发号码包括固定电话的号码和移动 电话的号码。

第一用户设备获取当前来电的时间;
将该当前来电的时间与预先设置的工作时间段进行对比, 根据对比结果, 确定该当前来电的时间是否处于工作时间段。 其中, 工作时间段的设置过程可 以为: 第一用户设备可以向用户显示时间设置界面, 然后接收用户在时间设置界 面上触发的时间设置指令, 将该时间设置指令所指示的时间段设置为工作时间 段; 或者,
第一用户设备统计在不同时间段自身所在的位置, 确认在第一时间与第二 时间内出现次数最多的位置为工作地点, 并将该工作地点对应的时间段设置为 工作时间段。
除了上述两种设置工作时间段的方式之外, 用户设备还可以利用其他方式 设置工作时间段, 本发明实施例不加以限定。
第一用户设备通过确定该来电的时间处于工作时间段, 并将自身的来电转 接至来电号码对应的第二用户设备, 可以当第二用户设备为用户工作时所使用 的设备时, 避免用户遗漏工作时间内的重要来电, 同时也可以防止将非工作时 间内的电话转接至来电号码对应的第二用户设备。
可选的, 第一用户设备还可以确定自身所处的位置是否为第一位置, 若第 一用户设备所处的位置为第一位置, 则执行步骤 205, 若第一用户设备所处的 位置不为第一位置, 则结束。 第一用户设备确定自身所处的位置是否为第一位 置的过程可以为:
第一用户设备获取自身所在的位置;
其中, 第一用户设备可以利用 GPS ( Global Positioning System, 全球定位 系统)、 蜂窝网 ( Cellular Network ) 小区标识 ( Cell ID ) 定位以及 Wi-Fi ( Wireless-Fidelity, 无线保真)定位等方式, 获取自身所在的位置, 第一用户 设备还可以利用其它方式, 获取自身所在的位置, 本发明实施例不加以限定。
第一用户设备确认自身所在的位置是否为预先设置的第一位置, 若该位置 为第一位置, 则执行步骤 205, 若该位置不为第一位置, 则结束。
可选的, 第一用户设备可以将自身所在的位置与第一位置进行匹配, 根据 匹配结果, 确认自身所在的位置是否为第一位置; 或者,
第一用户设备还可以预先设置位置确认算法,将自身所在的位置输入该位 置确认算法中, 然后根据该位置确认算法的输出结果, 确定自身所在的位置是 否为第一位置。
除此之外, 第一用户设备还可以利用其它方式确认自身所在的位置是否为 第一位置, 此处不加以限定。
其中, 第一位置的设置过程可以为:
第一用户设备可以向用户显示位置设置界面, 然后接收用户在位置设置界 面上触发的位置设置指令, 将该位置设置指令所指示的位置设置为第一位置。 或者,
第一用户设备统计在第一时间内自身所在的位置, 确认在该第一时间内出 现次数最多的位置为第一位置, 并存储该第一位置。
除此之外, 第一用户设备还可以利用其他方式, 设置并存储第一位置, 本 发明实施例不加以限定。
通过确定第一用户设备所在的位置为预先设置的第一位置, 并将第一用户 设备的来电转接至来电号码对应的第二用户设备, 使得在场景一中, 用户可以 利用第二用户设备, 在第二位置接听处于第一位置的第一用户设备上的来电, 避免用户因无法接听第一用户设备而遗漏重要来电。
值得注意的是, 在实际应用中, 确定该来电的时间是否处于工作时间段和 确定第一用户设备所在的位置是否为第一位置, 可以只执行其中的任意一个, 也可以二者都执行, 若二者都执行, 则可以在确定该来电的时间是否处于工作 时间段后, 再确定第一用户设备所在的位置是否为第一位置, 并在通过确定第 一用户设备所在的位置为第一位置后, 执行步骤 205, 也可以在通过确定第一 用户设备所在的位置为第一位置后,再确定该来电的时间是否处于工作时间段, 并在确定该来电的时间为工作时间后, 执行步骤 205, 还可以同时执行确定该 来电的时间是否处于工作时间段和确定第一用户设备所在的位置是否为第一 位置,在同时确定该来电的时间处于工作时间段和确定第一用户设备所在的位 置为第一位置后, 执行步骤 205, 本实施例不对确定该来电的时间是否处于工 作时间段及确定第一用户设备所在的位置是否为第一位置的先后顺序进行限 定。

可选的, 第一用户设备向服务器发送呼叫转移指令, 该呼叫转移指令可以 包括触发号码的 DTMF ( Dual Tone Multi Frequency, 双音多频)序列, 该呼叫 转移指令用于指令服务器在接收到呼叫转移指令后, 将第一用户设备的来电转 接至触发号码对应的第二用户设备。
可选的,在成功将第一用户设备的来电转接至触发号码对应的第二用户设 备之后, 可以向第二用户设备发送用于提示第一用户设备的来电已转接至第二 用户设备的第一提示信息。
可选的,在将第一用户设备的来电转接至触发号码对应的第二用户设备之 后, 第一用户设备还可以周期性的显示用于提示第一用户设备的来电已转接至 第二用户设备的已转接提示信息, 在场景二中, 当用户可以使用第一用户设备 时, 用户可以在获取该已转接提示信息后, 在第一用户设备上停止将第一用户 设备的呼叫转移功能, 示例性的, 该已转接提示信息可以包括但不限于为音频 信息。
可选的, 由于第一用户设备只能将来电转接至第二用户设备, 为了不遗漏 第一用户设备上的重要短信, 第一用户设备还可以在接收到短信后, 向该短信 的发送方发送用于提示第一用户设备的来电已转接至第二用户设备的第二提 示信息。 为了节省第一用户设备的资源, 还可以预先设置至少一个重要号码, 并在接收到短信后, 确认发送短信的发送方的电话号码是否为重要号码, 若发 送方的电话号码为重要号码, 则向该发送方发送用于提示第一用户设备的来电 已转接至第二用户设备的第二提示信息; 若发送方的电话号码不为重要号码, 则对该短信不做任何处理。
可选的, 第一用户设备在接收到用户输入的重设置指令后, 还可以对触发 号码进行重设置, 添加或者删除触发号码。 其中, 具体过程可以为: 第一用户设备可以向用户显示号码重设置界面, 然后接收用户在号码重设 置界面上触发的重设置指令, 根据该重设置指令添加或者删除触发号码;
值得注意的是, 本发明实施例中出现的 "第一" 和 "第二" 仅仅是为了区 分二者的不同, 并非特指。
本发明实施例提供一种来电转接方法和用户设备, 实现了当确定来电号码 为触发号码, 并且通过确认该来电号码对应的响铃参数满足预设条件时, 将第 一用户设备的来电进行转接, 提高了来电转接的准确性, 增强了用户设备的交 互能力。
本发明另一实施例提供了一种呼叫转移方法, 与上一个实施例不同的是, 该方法所应用的用户设备可以与用户佩戴的可穿戴式设备无线连接, 该可穿戴 式设备具有来电提示功能, 该可穿戴式设备可以包括但不限于是蓝牙设备, 且 该可穿戴式设备与第一用户设备具有相同的账户信息, 即该可穿戴式设备可以 共享、 查看胡或者编辑该第一用户设备上的信息、 来电、 即时消息等, 参照图
3所示, 该方法包括:
301、 第一用户设备接收用户输入的设置指令, 并根据该设置指令, 设置 并存储至少一个触发号码。

第一用户设备通过确定该来电的时间处于工作时间段, 并将自身的来电转 接至来电号码对应的第二用户设备, 可以当第二用户设备为用户工作时所使用 的设备时, 避免用户遗漏工作时间内的重要来电, 同时也可以防止将非工作时 间内的电话转接至来电号码对应的第二用户设备。
通过确定第一用户设备所在的位置为预先设置的第一位置, 并将第一用户 设备的来电转接至来电号码对应的第二用户设备, 使得在场景一中, 用户可以 利用第二用户设备, 在第二位置接听处于第一位置的第一用户设备上的来电, 避免用户因无法接听第一用户设备而遗漏重要来电。
305、 第一用户设备确认自身是否与可穿戴式设备连接, 若第一用户设备 未与可穿戴式设备连接, 则执行步骤 306, 若第一用户设备与可穿戴式设备连 接, 则结束。
具体的, 第一用户设备可以根据与自身相连接的所有设备的设备信息, 确 认自身是否与可穿戴式设备连接。
由于当其他设备与第一用户设备相连接时, 第一用户设备会保存与自身相 连的其他设备的设备信息, 示例性的, 该设备信息可以为其他设备的 MAC ( Media Access Control, 介质访问控制)地址或名称。
值得注意的是, 在实际应用中, 确定该来电的时间是否处于工作时间段、 确定第一用户设备所在的位置是否为第一位置和确认用户设备是否与可穿戴 式设备连接,可以只执行其中的任意一个,也可以三者都执行,若三者都执行, 则可以在确定该来电的时间是否处于工作时间段后, 并在通过确定第一用户设 备所在的位置为第一位置后, 再确认用户设备是否与可穿戴式设备连接, 在确 认用户设备未与可穿戴式设备连接后, 确定执行步骤 205, 也可以在通过确定 第一用户设备所在的位置为第一位置后, 并在确定该来电的时间为工作时间后, 再确认用户设备是否与可穿戴式设备连接,在确认用户设备未与可穿戴式设备 连接后, 执行步骤 205, 还可以同时执行确定该来电的时间是否处于工作时间 段、确定第一用户设备所在的位置是否为第一位置和确认用户设备是否与可穿 戴式设备连接, 在同时确定该来电的时间处于工作时间段、 确定第一用户设备 所在的位置为第一位置和确认用户设备未与可穿戴式设备连接后, 执行步骤 205 , 本实施例不对确定该来电的时间是否处于工作时间段、 确定第一用户设 备所在的位置是否为第一位置和确认用户设备未与可穿戴式设备连接的先后 顺序进行限定。

可选的, 由于当第一用户设备与可穿戴式设备主要通过无线连接的方式进 行连接, 而无线连接的有效距离可以保证用户能够在有效距离内接听第一用户 设备的来电, 而且可穿戴式设备具有来电提示功能, 第一用户设备在连接该可 穿戴式设备后, 可以通过可穿戴式设备的来电提功能提示用户自身的来电, 所 以, 在第一用户设备检测到自身与可穿戴式设备重新连接之后, 可以停止第一 用户设备的呼叫转移功能。
可选的,在成功向将第一用户设备的来电转接至来电号码对应的第二用户 设备之后, 可以向第二用户设备发送用于提示第一用户设备的来电已转接至第 二用户设备的第一提示信息。
可选的,在将第一用户设备的来电转接至来电号码对应的第二用户设备之 后, 第一用户设备还可以周期性的显示用于提示第一用户设备的来电已转接至 第二用户设备的已转接提示信息; 在场景二中, 当用户可以使用第一用户设备 时, 用户可以在获取该已转接提示信息后, 在第一用户设备上停止将第一用户 设备呼叫转移功能, 示例性的, 该提示信息包括但不限于音频信息。

处理器用于, 获取第一用户设备的当前来电的电话号码; 确认当前来电的 电话号码是否为触发号码; 若当前来电的电话号码为触发号码, 则确定来电号 码对应的响铃参数是否满足预设条件,响铃参数包括响铃的次数和 /或响铃的持 续时间;

上述实施例提供的用户设备在进行来电转接时,仅以上述各功能模块的划 分进行举例说明, 实际应用中, 可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能 模块完成, 即将装置及设备的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块, 以完成以上描 述的全部或者部分功能。 另外, 上述实施例提供的用户设备与来电转接方法实 施例属于同一构思, 其具体实现过程详见方法实施例, 这里不再赘述。

1、 一种用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述设备包括:
获取单元, 用于获取第一用户设备的当前来电的电话号码;
判决单元, 用于确认所述当前来电的电话号码是否为触发号码;
在所述当前来电的电话号码为所述触发号码时, 所述判决单元还用于确定 所述来电号码对应的响铃参数是否满足预设条件, 所述响铃参数包括响铃的次 数或和 /或响铃的持续时间;
发送单元, 用于在若所述来电号码对应的响铃参数满足所述预设条件时, 则向服务器发送呼叫转移指令, 所述呼叫转移指令用于指令服务器在接收所述 呼叫转移指令后, 将所述第一用户设备的来电转接至所述来电号码对应的第二 用户设备。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的用户设备, 其特征在于,
所述判决单元还用于执行以下至少一个:
确定所述当前来电的时间处于工作时间段;
确定所述第一用户设备所处的位置为预设位置;
确认所述第一用户设备未与可穿戴式设备连接。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述用户设备还包 括设置单元, 所述设置单元用于接收用户输入的设置指令, 并根据所述设置指 令, 设置并存储至少一个触发号码。

6、 一种呼叫转移方法, 其特征在于, 所述呼叫转移方法包括:
获取第一用户设备的当前来电的电话号码;
确认所述当前来电的电话号码是否为触发号码;
若所述当前来电的电话号码为所述触发号码, 则确定所述来电号码对应的 响铃参数是否满足预设条件, 所述响铃参数包括响铃的次数和 /或响铃的持续时 间;
若所述来电号码对应的响铃参数满足所述预设条件, 则向服务器发送呼叫 转移指令, 所述呼叫转移指令用于指令服务器将所述第一用户设备的来电转接 至所述来电号码对应的第二用户设备。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述向服务器发送呼叫转移 指令之前, 所述方法还包括以下至少一个:
确定所述当前来电的时间处于工作时间段;
确定所述第一用户设备所处的位置为预设位置;
确认所述第一用户设备未与可穿戴式设备连接。
8、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在确认所述当前来电的 电话号码是否为触发号码之前, 所述方法还包括:
接收用户输入的设置指令, 并根据所述设置指令, 设置并存储至少一个触 发号码。
9、 根据权利要求 6至 8任意一项权利要求所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 向服务器发送呼叫转移指令之后, 所述方法还包括:
向所述第二用户设备发送第一提示信息, 所述第一提示信息用于提示所述 第一用户设备的来电已转接至所述第二用户设备。

在接收到短信息后, 向发送所述短信息的发送设备发送第二提示信息, 所 述第二提示信息用于提示所述第一用户设备的来电已转接至所述第二用户设备。
11、 一种用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述用户设备包括发射机、 接收机、 存 储器以及分别与所述发射机、 所述接收机和所述存储器通信的处理器, 其中, 所述存储器中存储一组程序代码, 且所述处理器用于调用所述存储器中存储的 所述程序代码:
所述处理器用于, 获取第一用户设备的当前来电的电话号码; 确认所述当 前来电的电话号码是否为触发号码; 若所述当前来电的电话号码为所述触发号 码, 则确定所述来电号码对应的响铃参数是否满足预设条件, 所述响铃参数包 括响铃的次数和 /或响铃的持续时间;
所述发射机用于, 若所述来电号码对应的响铃参数满足所述预设条件, 则 向服务器发送呼叫转移指令, 所述呼叫转移指令用于指令服务器将所述第一用 户设备的来电转接至所述来电号码对应的第二用户设备。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述处理器用于在向 服务器发送呼叫转移指令之前, 执行以下至少一个:
确定所述当前来电的时间处于工作时间段;
确定所述第一用户设备所处的位置为预设位置; 确认所述第一用户设备未与可穿戴式设备连接。
13、 根据权利要求 11或 12所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述处理器还 用于, 在确认所述当前来电的电话号码是否为触发号码之前,
接收用户输入的设置指令, 并根据所述设置指令, 设置在所述存储器中存 储至少一个触发号码。
