- 송풍장치(130)로부터 유입된 공기를 토출하도록 디프로스트 벤트(112b)와 페이스 벤트(112a)를 포함하는 출구(112)가 형성된 공조케이스(110)와, 상기 공조케이스(110)의 내부에 설치되어 상기 출구(112)의 개도를 조절하는 모드도어(125)를 포함하여 이루어진 차량용 공조장치에 있어서,상기 디프로스트 벤트(112b)와 페이스 벤트(112a)는, 차량 폭방향으로 일직선상에 형성되고,상기 모드도어(125)는, 상기 디프로스트 벤트(112b)의 개도를 조절하는 디프로스트 도어부(125c)와, 상기 디프로스트 도어부(125c)와 일직선상에 구비되어 상기 페이스 벤트(112a)의 개도를 조절하는 페이스 도어부(125b)로 구성되고,상기 디프로스트 벤트(112b)와 페이스 벤트(112a)가 형성된 출구(112)의 내측에는, 상기 디프로스트 벤트(112b)와 페이스 벤트(112a)를 구획함과 아울러 상기 디프로스트 도어부(125c)와 페이스 도어부(125b) 중 하나의 도어부가 내부에 배치되는 덕트 세퍼레이터(180)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 덕트 세퍼레이터(180)는, 상기 출구(112)의 중앙에 삽입 설치되어, 상기 덕트 세퍼레이터(180)의 내부에 상기 디프로스트 벤트(112b)를 형성하고, 상기 덕트 세퍼레이터(180) 외부의 좌,우측에 상기 페이스 벤트(112a)를 각각 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 디프로스트 도어부(125c)는, 상기 덕트 세퍼레이터(180)의 내부에 회전 가능하게 배치되고,상기 페이스 도어부(125b)는, 상기 덕트 세퍼레이터(180) 외부의 좌,우측에 배치되되, 상기 디프로스트 도어부(125c)의 회전축(125a)과 동심상에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 디프로스트 도어부(125c)와 상기 페이스 도어부(125b)는, 회전 방향으로 상이한 각도로 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 덕트 세퍼레이터(180)는, 상기 디프로스트 벤트(112b)와 상기 좌측 페이스 벤트(112a)를 구획하도록 좌측 구획벽(181a)을 구비한 좌측 덕트부(180a)와,상기 디프로스트 벤트(112b)와 상기 우측 페이스 벤트(112a)를 구획하도록 우측 구획벽(181b)을 구비하며 상기 좌측 덕트부(180a)와 결합되는 우측 덕트부(180b)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 덕트 세퍼레이터(180)의 측면에는, 상기 디프로스트 벤트(112b) 또는 상기 페이스 벤트(112a)가 폐쇄될 때 상기 디프로스트 도어부(125c) 또는 페이스 도어부(125b)와 접촉하는 실링벽(182,183)이 돌출 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 좌측 덕트부(180a)와 우측 덕트부(180b)의 결합면 중 어느 하나의 결합면에는 돌출부(185)가 형성되고, 다른 하나의 결합면에는 홈부(186)가 형성되어, 상기 좌측 덕트부(180a)와 우측 덕트부(180b)의 결합시 상기 돌출부(185)와 홈부(186)가 서로 결합되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 공조케이스(110)는, 좌측케이스(110a)와 우측케이스(110b)가 서로 결합되어 구성되고,상기 덕트 세퍼레이터(180)의 외측면에는 상기 좌,우측케이스(110a,110b)의 결합면 사이로 돌출 형성되어 좌,우측케이스(110a,110b)와 결합되는 결합리브(184)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 송풍장치(130)는,상기 공조케이스(110)의 입구(111)측에 연결되어 구비되는 스크롤케이스(131)와, 상기 스크롤케이스(131)의 내부에 회전가능하게 설치되는 원심팬(132)과, 상기 원심팬(132)의 축방향으로 상기 스크롤케이스(131)의 일측에 결합됨과 아울러 내,외기를 유입하도록 내,외기유입구(141,142)가 형성된 인테이크 덕트(140)와, 상기 인테이크 덕트(140)의 내부에 회전 가능하게 설치되어 상기 내,외기유입구(141,142)를 개폐하는 인테이크 도어(150)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 공조케이스(110)의 외측면에는 상기 모드도어(125)를 구동시키는 제1구동부재(160)가 설치되고,상기 인테이크 덕트(140)의 외측면에는 상기 인테이크 도어(150)를 구동시키는 제2구동부재(170)가 설치되며,상기 제1구동부재(160)와 제2구동부재(170) 중 어느 하나의 구동부재를 작동시키면 다른 하나의 구동부재가 연동하여 작동하도록, 상기 제1구동부재(160)와 제2구동부재(170)를 서로 연결하는 연결부재(175)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 제1구동부재(160)는,상기 모드도어(125)의 회전축(125a)과 결합되며 일단부에 핀(161a)이 구비된 아암(161)과, 상기 공조케이스(110)의 외측면에 회전가능하게 결합되며 상기 아암(161)의 핀(161a)이 슬라이딩 가능하게 결합되도록 슬롯(162a)이 형성된 캠(162)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 제2구동부재(170)는,상기 인테이크 덕트(140)의 측면에 회전가능하게 결합되며 일단부에 핀이 구비된 레버(172)과, 상기 인테이크 도어(150)의 회전축(151b)에 결합되며 상기 레버(172)의 핀이 슬라이딩 결합되도록 슬롯(171a)이 형성된 캠(171)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 연결부재(175)는, 상기 제1구동부재(160)의 캠(162)과 상기 제2구동부재(170)의 레버(172)를 연결하도록 설치되어, 상기 제1구동부재(160)의 캠(162)을 회전 작동시키면 상기 제2구동부재(170)의 레버(172)가 연동하여 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 제1구동부재(160)의 캠(162)에는, 상기 연결부재(175)가 연결되는 제1레버(162b)와, 상기 캠(162)을 작동시키기 위한 컨트롤 케이블(165)이 연결되는 제2레버(162c)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 캠(162)의 회전중심으로부터 상기 제1레버(162b)의 반경방향 길이(A)는 상기 제2레버(162c)의 반경방향 길이(B) 보다 작게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 공조케이스(110)의 출구(112)는, 상기 공조케이스(110)의 상부측에 형성되는 상기 디프로스트 벤트(112b) 및 페이스 벤트(112a)와, 상기 공조케이스(110)의 하부측에 형성되는 플로어 벤트(112c)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 인테이크 덕트(140)는, 원통형으로 형성되어 일측 개구부(143)가 상기 스크롤케이스(131)측에 결합되고, 외주면에는 상기 내,외기유입구(141,142)가 둘레방향으로 이격되어 형성되며,상기 인테이크 도어(150)는, 회전각도에 따라 상기 내,외기유입구(141,142)를 개폐하도록 원통 도어부(153)의 외주면에 개구부(154)를 형성하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 인테이크 도어(150)에 의해 상기 외기유입구(142)가 개방되는 외기유입모드시, 상기 인테이크 덕트(140) 외부의 내기가 상기 인테이크 도어(150)의 내부로 흡입될 수 있도록 상기 인테이크 덕트(140)의 측면과 인테이크 도어(150)의 측면에는 각각 내기흡입구(145,157)가 관통 형성되고,상기 인테이크 덕트(140)에 설치되는 제2구동부재(170)는, 상기 인테이크 덕트(140)의 내기흡입구(145)를 벗어난 위치에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 제 10 항에 기재된 차량용 공조장치의 제1구동부재(160)와 제2구동부재(170)를 연동 제어하여 공기토출모드와 공기유입모드를 연동시키는 제어방법으로서,상기 공기토출모드 중 상기 페이스 벤트(112a)를 개방하는 페이스 모드는, 상기 공기유입모드 중 상기 내기유입구(141)를 개방하는 내기유입모드와 연동시키고,상기 공기토출모드 중 상기 디프로스트 벤트(112b)를 개방하는 디프로스트 모드는, 상기 공기유입모드 중 상기 외기유입구(142)를 개방하는 외기유입모드와 연동시키도록 상기 제1,2구동부재(160,170)를 연동 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치의 제어방법.
