背景技术
电子烟,又名雾化器、电子香烟、虚拟香烟,主要用于戒烟和替代香烟。它有着近似香烟的外观且与香烟近似的味道。
目前的电子烟一般由烟嘴组件、雾化器和储液组件构成,雾化器包括发热组件和导电组件。发热组件一般包括发热丝和纤维绳(或导液棉片块),发热丝螺旋缠绕于纤维绳(或导液棉片块),纤维绳用于导引储液组件内的烟液。使用时,发热丝经导电组件通电,发热组件的发热丝就得电工作,纤维绳上的烟液在发热丝的高温下雾化产生一定量烟雾,使用者吸附烟嘴组件后,产生气流而带动烟雾从烟嘴组件中流出烟气,从而达到吸烟的效果。
然而,目前现有的雾化器存在以下缺陷:

优选地,所述嵌槽为两个以上,沿烟雾口的开口方向排列并间隔设置,每个嵌槽内分别嵌装有所述发热丝;或者,所述嵌槽为一个,所述发热丝为两个以上,沿气流通道的气流方向排列并处于同一平面,每个发热丝对应的嵌槽槽壁上开有所述烟雾口。
优选地,所述嵌槽在导液介质上形成位于嵌槽顶端的第一槽口和位于嵌槽两端的第一端口,该第一槽口和/或第一端口作为所述穿口。
优选地,所述固定座开有劈槽,该劈槽由气流出口向气流入口延伸,具有位于劈槽顶端的第二槽口和位于劈槽两端的第二端口,所述导液介质呈块状,该导液介质插装于劈槽内。
优选地,所述烟雾口和穿口分设于嵌槽相交的两槽壁,所述导液介质具有 所述第一端口的端部位于所述第二端口内。
优选地,所述固定座外套装有套管,该套管的管壁开有与第一端口相对的导液口。
优选地,所述导液介质与劈槽之间垫设有压片。
优选地,所述发热丝呈平片状,发热丝的两侧面分别与嵌槽的两侧槽壁贴合,所述烟雾口的口径方向及发热丝的延伸方向均与气流通道的气流流向平行。
优选地,所述固定座内以可拆卸的方式固定有导气片,该导气片包括沿气流通道的气流方向延伸的平片体及由平片体的一侧向内伸向所述烟雾口的凸起部,该凸起部与烟雾口相隔而形成用于扰乱气流的扰流通道,该扰流通道与气流通道相通。
优选地,所述平片体的另一侧伸出有插装部,对应地,所述固定座开有供插装部插入的插孔。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明克服了传统的发热丝螺旋缠绕在纤维绳(或导液棉片)上才能充分加热雾化的技术偏见,本发明的发热丝可被固定限制在嵌槽内,并被嵌槽包裹,以充分贴附于嵌槽的内壁,可通过该导液介质对烟液的传导使烟液持续、充分、高效、大面积地传给发热丝,即烟液供给更充足,发热丝可充分接触烟液而产生大量烟雾,同时,所产生的大量烟雾通过烟雾口可及时扩散至气流通道,以充分带走发热丝与导液介质间的烟雾,避免烧焦问题,提升烟气口感;
(2)本发明的发热丝通过穿口装配至导液介质内,便于装拆,而且,在固定座上开设的劈槽也既方便了装配导液介质,也便于拆除,同时该劈槽还可夹紧导液介质,可辅助压片来增强夹紧力,以使发热丝在导液介质内与导液介质的贴合更紧密,利于充分、均匀导热,以高效产生烟雾,而且,发热丝在嵌槽内则可得到二个或二个以上内壁的贴合,可提高雾化效率;
(3)本发明导液介质的端部在劈槽一侧壁的第二端口内,便于由外部向导液介质传递烟液,而烟雾口在嵌槽另一侧壁输出烟雾,利于烟液充分浸透导液介质后再被发热丝加热,也使发热丝的周围得到更充分的烟液,进一步防止烧焦问题;
(4)本发明的发热丝为平片状,利于烟雾得以充分扩散也利于与嵌槽的充分贴合,由于烟雾口的口径方向及发热丝的延伸方向均与气流通道的气流流向平行,则抽烟时气流也可完全、及时带走烟雾,减少了烟雾的损失,提升了雾化效率,吸烟所需的吸力更小,产生的烟雾量更充足而满足使用者需求;同时,由于气流不直接穿过发热丝、导液介质,因此,雾化残余水或烟液也被避免跟随烟雾进入人嘴;
(5)本发明导气片的平片体与气流通道结合而促使气流平滑流动,而凸起部伸向烟雾口,则平滑流动的气流在该扰流通道处形成气流转圈或紊乱,可更充分地带走导液介质与发热丝间的烟雾,进一步实现烟雾高效产生、高效扩散的效果。
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。

具体实施方式
如图1~3所示的一种电子烟雾化器发热装置,包括发热组件10和导电组件20,发热组件10包括固定座11、发热丝12和用于传导烟液的导液介质13,固定座11为一中空壳体,具有分别位于相对的两端的气流入口111和气流出口112,气流入口111和气流出口112之间的固定座11内形成供气流流通的气流通道113,导液介质13固定于固定座11内,该导液介质13内开有嵌槽131,发热丝12嵌装于嵌槽131内并与嵌槽131的内壁贴合,嵌槽131的至少一槽壁开有贯穿该槽壁的烟雾口132,嵌槽131通过该烟雾口132与固定座11内相通,嵌槽131的至少一槽壁还开有贯穿该槽壁并供发热丝12穿过的穿口;导电组件20安装于固定座11并与发热丝12电连接,导电组件20还用于与外部插座配合以接通电源。
发热丝12可被固定限制在嵌槽131内,并被嵌槽131包裹,以充分贴附于嵌槽131的内壁,可通过该导液介质13对烟液的传导使烟液持续、充分、高效、大面积地传给发热丝12,即烟液供给更充足,发热丝12可充分接触烟液而产生大量烟雾,同时,所产生的大量烟雾通过烟雾口132可及时扩散至气流通道113,以充分带走发热丝12与导液介质13间的烟雾。其中,发热丝12经导电组件20通电后发热,对导液介质13上的烟液进行加热而形成烟雾,使用者的吸气力在气流入口111形成气流,该气流经过烟雾口132后带走烟雾再经气流出口112流出。嵌槽131用于固定并包裹发热丝12,穿口用于发热丝12的装配,也利于导液。
导液介质13可以设置为任何可用于包裹发热丝12的形状,可采用导液棉或导液陶瓷等材料制成;固定座11的形状可以设置为圆柱形或矩形等任意形状,仅需具有气流通道113、气流入口111、气流出口112和用于容纳导液介质13的空间即可。嵌槽131的截面形状一般可设为矩形,也可以是阶梯形、三角形 等其它任意形状,仅需具有可供开设烟雾口132的槽壁、可开设穿口的槽壁和可贴合发热丝12的槽壁即可。
如图2所示,作为嵌槽131与发热丝12配合的其中一个优选实施方式,嵌槽131为两个以上,沿烟雾口132的开口方向排列并间隔设置,每个嵌槽131内分别嵌装有所述发热丝12,则发热丝12可得到两个以上的嵌槽131槽壁与之贴合;或者,作为嵌槽131与发热丝12配合的另一个优选实施方式(图中未示出),所述嵌槽131为一个,所述发热丝12为两个以上,沿气流通道113的气流方向排列并处于同一平面,每个发热丝12对应的嵌槽131槽壁上开有所述烟雾口132,多个发热丝12均贴合槽壁,形成直线型排列结构。
当然,多个发热丝12也可以在一个嵌槽131内,发热丝12的排列方式根据需要来设置,只要将发热丝12至少有一面与嵌槽131的内壁贴合即可。若烟雾口132所在的槽壁即为发热丝12贴合的槽壁,则所产生的烟雾则可更及时得到扩散带走。
本例的嵌槽131设置方式为:嵌槽131在导液介质13上形成位于嵌槽131顶端的第一槽口1311和位于嵌槽131两端的第一端口1312,该第一槽口1311和/或第一端口1312作为所述穿口,穿口的设置利于发热丝12的快速装配,也利于烟液导入。
如图2~3所示,为方便导液介质13的装配,固定座11开有劈槽114,该劈槽114由气流出口112向气流入口111延伸,具有位于劈槽114顶端的第二槽口1141和位于劈槽114两端的第二端口1142,所述导液介质13呈块状,该导液介质13插装于劈槽114内,劈槽114对导液介质13的夹紧力可有效转化为导液介质13对发热丝12的夹紧力,以更充分贴紧发热丝12。当然,劈槽114可以水平设置、竖直设置或倾斜设置,均可用于固定导液介质13。
为使烟液进入口与烟雾口132具有一定距离,以使烟液更充分、均匀地浸没导液介质,烟雾口132和穿口分设于嵌槽131相交的两槽壁,所述导液介质13具有所述第一端口1312的端部位于所述第二端口1142内,第二端口1142作为往导液介质13通入烟液的烟液进入口。
为便于持握并方便与外部用于储存烟液的储液组件装配,固定座11外套装有套管30,该套管30的管壁开有与第一端口1312相对的导液口31,外部烟液可经有该导液口31进入导液介质13。套管30与固定座11的配合处可增设压盖、密封罩等用于防止烟雾溢出的密封装置。
为加强对导液介质13的夹紧力,以加强导液介质13对发热丝12的贴合力/包覆力,导液介质13与劈槽114之间垫设有压片40,该压片可由网板制成,以利于透过烟雾,或者采用具有弹性的带孔板,以进一步增强对导液介质13的夹紧力。
发热丝12呈平片状,可以由一条线状发热体弯曲迂回绕制而成,两端则由导液介质13中伸出,用于分别接入导电组件20的正负极。发热丝12的两侧面分别与嵌槽131的两侧槽壁贴合,所述烟雾口132的口径方向及发热丝12的延伸方向均与气流通道113的气流流向平行,则产生的烟雾将更快被气流带走,吸烟所需的吸力更小。
为防止烟雾在导液介质13与发热丝12之间阻滞,固定座11内以可拆卸的方式固定有导气片50,该导气片50包括沿气流通道113的气流方向延伸的平片体51及由平片体51的一侧向内伸向所述烟雾口132的凸起部52,该凸起部52与烟雾口132相隔而形成用于扰乱气流的扰流通道115,该扰流通道115与气流通道113相通,平片体51与气流通道113结合而促使气流平滑流动,而凸起部52伸向烟雾口132,则平滑流动的气流在该扰流通道115处形成气流转圈或紊 乱,气流方向如图3所示的空心虚线箭头,可更充分地带走导液介质13与发热丝12间的烟雾。优选地,导气片50的可拆卸固定方式为:平片体51的另一侧伸出有插装部53,对应地,所述固定座11开有供插装部53插入的插孔116。
以上第一端口1312、第一槽口1311、第二端口1142、第二槽口1141、烟雾口132、导液口31、插孔116的形状均可是矩形、圆形等任意多边形形状,对其形状的限制并不影响其相应达到的效果。
上述实施方式仅为本发明的优选实施方式,不能以此来限定本发明保护的范围,本领域的技术人员在本发明的基础上所做的任何非实质性的变化及替换均属于本发明所要求保护的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子烟雾化器发热装置,包括发热组件和导电组件,其特征在于:发热组件包括固定座、发热丝和用于传导烟液的导液介质,固定座为一中空壳体,具有分别位于相对的两端的气流入口和气流出口,气流入口和气流出口之间的固定座内形成供气流流通的气流通道,导液介质固定于固定座内,该导液介质内开有嵌槽,发热丝嵌装于嵌槽内并与嵌槽的内壁贴合,嵌槽的至少一槽壁开有贯穿该槽壁的烟雾口,嵌槽通过该烟雾口与固定座内相通,嵌槽的至少一槽壁还开有贯穿该槽壁并供发热丝穿过的穿口;导电组件安装于固定座并与发热丝电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器发热装置,其特征在于:所述嵌槽为两个以上,沿烟雾口的开口方向排列并间隔设置,每个嵌槽内分别嵌装有所述发热丝;或者,所述嵌槽为一个,所述发热丝为两个以上,沿气流通道的气流方向排列并处于同一平面,每个发热丝对应的嵌槽槽壁上开有所述烟雾口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟雾化器发热装置,其特征在于:所述嵌槽在导液介质上形成位于嵌槽顶端的第一槽口和位于嵌槽两端的第一端口,该第一槽口和/或第一端口作为所述穿口。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟雾化器发热装置,其特征在于:所述固定座开有劈槽,该劈槽由气流出口向气流入口延伸,具有位于劈槽顶端的第二槽口和位于劈槽两端的第二端口,所述导液介质呈块状,该导液介质插装于劈槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟雾化器发热装置,其特征在于:所述烟雾口和穿口分设于嵌槽相交的两槽壁,所述导液介质具有所述第一端口的端部位于所述第二端口内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟雾化器发热装置,其特征在于:所述固定 座外套装有套管,该套管的管壁开有与第一端口相对的导液口。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟雾化器发热装置,其特征在于:所述导液介质与劈槽之间垫设有压片。
  8. 根据权利要求1~7任一项所述的电子烟雾化器发热装置,其特征在于:所述发热丝呈平片状,发热丝的两侧面分别与嵌槽的两侧槽壁贴合,所述烟雾口的口径方向及发热丝的延伸方向均与气流通道的气流流向平行。
  9. 根据权利要求1~7任一项所述的电子烟雾化器发热装置,其特征在于:所述固定座内以可拆卸的方式固定有导气片,该导气片包括沿气流通道的气流方向延伸的平片体及由平片体的一侧向内伸向所述烟雾口的凸起部,该凸起部与烟雾口相隔而形成用于扰乱气流的扰流通道,该扰流通道与气流通道相通。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟雾化器发热装置,其特征在于:所述平片体的另一侧伸出有插装部,对应地,所述固定座开有供插装部插入的插孔。
