优选地, 所述密封连接组件包括连接环以及由正极块的底面向下穿过该连 接环的环口而伸出的密封环, 连接环和密封环相叠, 连接环的上端与短管形壳 体螺接, 所述储液瓶的瓶口中伸出有瓶颈, 该瓶颈穿入密封环的环口并与密封 环螺接。
优选地 , 所述连接环和密封环之间垫设有第一绝缘件。
优选地, 所述储液瓶外围罩有长筒形外壳, 该长筒形外壳的筒口端与连接 环的下端螺接, 该长筒形外壳壳壁开有将储液瓶的瓶壁外露的两个挤压口, 两 挤压口在长筒形外壳上对称设置。
优选地, 所述储液瓶的瓶壁外还套装有管形内托, 该管形内托位于所述长 筒形外壳和储液瓶的瓶壁之间, 该管形内托上开有与两个挤压口的位置——对 应的缺口。
优选地, 所述长筒形外壳的筒底向下延伸出有用于与外部供电组件固定的 伸出环, 所述储液瓶的瓶底和长筒形外壳的筒底之间设有用于与外部供电组件 连接的电极, 电极与长筒形外壳的筒底之间垫设有第二绝缘件, 电极与管形内 托电性连接。
优选地, 所述储液或导液介质为有机棉、 陶瓷棒或纤维绳。 相比现有技术, 本发明的有益效果在于:
( 1 )本发明通过挤压储液瓶的瓶壁, 可使储液瓶内的烟液经由导液管输送 至导液孔, 再经导液孔喷洒向储液或导液介质, 使储液或导液介质得到全方位 均匀的烟液, 当负极柱和正极块通电后, 发热丝加热, 与发热丝接触的储液或 导液介质上的烟油在雾化室内雾化, 烟雾将从烟嘴中被吸出, 由于发热丝是对 被挤压上来的新烟液进行实时加热, 且烟液被挤压而充满储液或导液介质, 其 与发热丝充分接触, 因此烟液转换为烟雾的效率高, 烟液不会长久不用而被蒸 发或漏出, 也使发热丝可实时接触储液或导液介质的烟液, 使加热的热量损失 降到最低;
( 2 )本发明的储液或导液介质为两个, 通过两个发热丝来加热, 则可进一 步提升烟雾的转换率;
( 3 )本发明通过导液管可快速、 实时地将烟液从储液瓶中输送至储液或导
液介质, 因此, 烟液的多少可以根据需要来通过挤压储液瓶的瓶壁来实现, 便 于控制烟雾量, 避免了现有使用限位绳来导液会导致漏液或烟液过多或烟液不 足的缺陷;
( 4 )本发明储液瓶与密封件螺接的方式、 结合导液管的导液方式, 便于储 液瓶的拆卸更换, 带来了使用上的巨大便利。
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。

具体实施方式
如图 1~3所示的挤压式电子烟, 包括由上至下依次设置的烟嘴 1、 雾化组件 2和用于储存烟液的储液瓶 3 , 雾化组件 2和烟嘴 1之间设有用于密封连接雾化 组件 2和烟嘴 1的密封连接组件 4, 雾化组件 2具有雾化室 21 , 该雾化室 21内 的密封连接组件 4上设有正极块 22、 负极柱 23、 储液或导液介质 24和螺旋形 的发热丝 25 ,储液或导液介质 24穿过发热丝 25中心,并围绕在发热丝 25周围, 该发热丝 25的一端与负极柱 23电性连接, 该发热丝 25的另一端与正极块 22
电性连接; 正极块 22中开有贯穿该正极块 22的导液孔 221 , 储液或导液介质 24与导液孔 221的出液孔口相隔,导液孔 221的进液孔口固定有与该导液孔 221 连通的导液管 5 , 该导液管 5经储液瓶 3的瓶口伸入储液瓶 3内,储液瓶 3与雾 化组件 2可拆卸地连接, 并在储液瓶 3和雾化组件 2间设有密封垫 10, 该储液 瓶 3具有用于挤压的软质瓶壁 31。 储液瓶 3可在该储液瓶 3中烟液不足的情况 下拆除后更换新的烟液充足的储液瓶 3。
通过挤压储液瓶 3的瓶壁 31 , 可使储液瓶 3内的烟液经导液管 5进入导液 孔 221 , 由于储液或导液介质 24与导液孔 221附近相隔, 则储液或导液介质 24 可被导液孔 221全方位实时喷洒烟液, 当负极柱 23、 正极块 22通电后, 发热丝 25则可发热, 使储液或导液介质 24上烟液得以雾化, 从烟嘴 1中被吸走, 实现 自由地、 随时随地的加烟液, 已控制最好的烟雾量输出, 可使烟液升华模仿出 真烟的效果。 本例的储液瓶 3可由软质的塑料如 PE、 PET材质制成, 使瓶壁 31 富有弹性, 便于挤压储液瓶 3 内的烟液。 烟液可根据需要来实时挤压至储液或 导液介质 24 , 使用方便, 烟雾转化率高。 储液或导液介质 24可以为有机棉、 陶 瓷棒或纤维绳。
本例的储液或导液介质 24为两个, 每个储液或导液介质 24穿过各自的发 热丝 25中心围绕在发热丝 25周围, 则发热丝 25被储液或导液介质 24包围, 且发热丝 25与储液或导液介质 24充分接触, 可提升发热丝 25的热传导效率, 降低热量损失。 两个发热丝 25加热的方式, 形成双芯发热。
为利于烟液均衡分流至两个储液或导液介质 24,使两储液或导液介质 24产 生均勾的烟雾,导液孔 221包括贯穿正极块 22底面的竖孔 222和贯穿正极块 22 的两侧面的横孔 223 , 横孔 223与竖孔 222相贯, 其中一个储液或导液介质 24 与横孔 223的一个出液孔口相隔, 另一个储液或导液介质 24与横孔 223的另一
个出液孔口相隔。 横孔 223起到烟液的喷洒和平均分流作用。 本例的负极柱 23 为两个, 两发热丝 25分别连接两负极柱 23。
为提升结构固定稳定性, 雾化组件 2包括一短管形壳体 201 , 该短管形壳体 201的下部设有下端开口的上述雾化室 21 , 密封连接组件 4封盖在该雾化室 21 的开口上, 该短管形壳体 201的顶部开有固定孔 202 , 烟嘴 1插装固定于该固定 孔 202中, 管形壳体 201的壳壁上开有两个进气孔 203。
为使烟嘴 1和雾化组件 2的连接可以得到稳固、 密封的效果, 密封连接组 件 4包括连接环 41以及由正极块 22的底面向下穿过该连接环 41的环口而伸出 的密封环 42, 连接环 41和密封环 42相叠, 连接环 41的上端与短管形壳体 201 螺接, 储液瓶 3的瓶口中伸出有瓶颈 32 , 该瓶颈 32穿入密封环 42的环口并与 密封环 42螺接。 连接环 41和密封环 42之间垫设有第一绝缘件 43 , 以对正极块 22和负极柱 23绝缘隔离。
为增强本发明电子烟的强度,储液瓶 3外围罩有长筒形外壳 6, 该长筒形外 壳 6的筒口端与连接环 41的下端螺接, 该长筒形外壳 6壳壁开有将储液瓶 3的 瓶壁 31外露的两个挤压口 61 , 两挤压口 61在长筒形外壳 6上对称设置。 长筒 形外壳 6可以用硬质材质制成。 两挤压口 61用于人手手指穿过后挤压储液瓶 3 的瓶壁 31。
如图 2所示, 储液瓶 3的瓶壁 31外还套装有管形内托 7 , 该管形内托 7可 隔离长筒形外壳 6与储液瓶 3 , 防止储液瓶 3被误挤压, 该管形内托 7位于长筒 形外壳 6和储液瓶 3的瓶壁 31之间, 如图 4所示, 该管形内托 7上开有与两个 挤压口 61的位置——对应的缺口 71。
如图 2所示, 为便于通电而使发热丝 25得电发热, 长筒形外壳 6的筒底向 下延伸出有用于与外部供电组件固定的伸出环 62, 储液瓶 3的瓶底和长筒形外
壳 6的筒底之间设有用于与外部供电组件连接的电极 8 , 电极 8与长筒形外壳 6 的筒底之间垫设有第二绝缘件 9 , 第二绝缘件 9用于绝缘隔离电极 8。 电极 8与 管形内托 7电性连接, 用于导电。
上述实施方式仅为本发明的优选实施方式, 不能以此来限定本发明保护的 范围, 本领域的技术人员在本发明的基础上所做的任何非实质性的变化及替换 均属于本发明所要求保护的范围。
Claims
1、 挤压式电子烟, 其特征在于: 包括由上至下依次设置的烟嘴、 雾化组件 和用于储存烟液的储液瓶, 雾化组件和烟嘴之间设有用于密封连接雾化组件和 烟嘴的密封连接组件, 雾化组件具有雾化室, 该雾化室内的密封连接组件上设 有正极块、 负极柱、 储液或导液介质和螺旋形的发热丝, 储液或导液介质穿过 发热丝中心, 并围绕在发热丝周围, 该发热丝的一端与负极柱电性连接, 该发 热丝的另一端与正极块电性连接; 正极块中开有贯穿该正极块的导液孔, 储液 或导液介质与导液孔的出液孔口相隔, 导液孔的进液孔口固定有与该导液孔连 通的导液管, 该导液管经储液瓶的瓶口伸入储液瓶内, 储液瓶与雾化组件可拆 卸地连接, 并在储液瓶和雾化组件间设有密封垫, 该储液瓶具有用于挤压的软 质瓶壁。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的挤压式电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述发热丝和储液 或导液介质均为两个, 每个储液或导液介质分别穿过各自一个发热丝的中心并 围绕在发热丝周围。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的挤压式电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述导液孔包括贯 穿正极块底面的竖孔和贯穿正极块的两侧面的横孔, 横孔与竖孔相贯, 其中一 个储液或导液介质与横孔的一个出液孔口相隔, 另一个储液或导液介质与横孔 的另一个出液孔口相隔。
4、 根据权利要求 1~3任一项所述的挤压式电子烟, 其特征在于: 雾化组件 包括一短管形壳体, 该短管形壳体的下部设有下端开口的所述雾化室, 所述密 封连接组件封盖在该雾化室的开口上, 该短管形壳体的顶部开有固定孔, 所述 烟嘴插装固定于该固定孔中, 管形壳体的壳壁上开有两个进气孔。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的挤压式电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述密封连接组件 包括连接环以及由正极块的底面向下穿过该连接环的环口而伸出的密封环, 连
接环和密封环相叠, 连接环的上端与短管形壳体螺接, 所述储液瓶的瓶口中伸 出有瓶颈, 该瓶颈穿入密封环的环口并与密封环螺接。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的挤压式电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述连接环和密封 环之间垫设有第一绝缘件。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的挤压式电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述储液瓶外围罩 有长筒形外壳, 该长筒形外壳的筒口端与连接环的下端螺接, 该长筒形外壳壳 壁开有将储液瓶的瓶壁外露的两个挤压口, 两挤压口在长筒形外壳上对称设置。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的挤压式电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述储液瓶的瓶壁 外还套装有管形内托, 该管形内托位于所述长筒形外壳和储液瓶的瓶壁之间, 该管形内托上开有与两个挤压口的位置——对应的缺口。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的挤压式电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述长筒形外壳的 筒底向下延伸出有用于与外部供电组件固定的伸出环, 所述储液瓶的瓶底和长 筒形外壳的筒底之间设有用于与外部供电组件连接的电极, 电极与长筒形外壳 的筒底之间垫设有第二绝缘件, 电极与管形内托电性连接。
10、 根据权利要求 1~3任一项所述的挤压式电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述储 液或导液介质为有机棉、 陶瓷棒或纤维绳。
