【技术领域】
本发明涉及电子雾化领域,尤其涉及一种电子烟烟嘴及一种电子烟。
【背景技术】
电子烟又名虚拟香烟、电子雾化器。电子烟作为替代香烟用品,多用于戒烟。电子烟具有与香烟相似的外观和味道,但一般不含香烟中的焦油、悬浮微粒等其它有害成分。
电子烟一般包括供使用者吸吮的烟嘴。该烟嘴旋紧在电子烟上。使用者需要更换烟液或烟嘴时,只需旋动烟嘴即可将烟嘴卸下。但这样的卸下方式也容易使人误操作将烟嘴卸下,造成烟嘴丢失,特别是对于儿童来说,容易造成误食烟液的情况出现。
【发明内容】
基于此,有必要提供一种不易造成误操作及儿童误食烟液情况出现的电子烟烟嘴及电子烟。
一种电子烟烟嘴包括连接管及套接管。该连接管包括相连的连接部及套接部,该套接部包括卡合件,该连接部包括用于与电子烟烟弹管连接的连接件。该套接管套设在该套接部上,该套接管包括弹性的卡合臂,该卡合臂能够活动地与该卡合件结合或分离。该卡合臂与该卡合件结合时,该套接管能够带动该连接管转动,该卡合臂与该卡合件分离时,该套接管能够相对于该连接管转动。

连接管101包括相连的连接部111、中间限位部112及套接部113。连接部111包括管体114及套设在管体114上的连接件115。管体114大致呈圆柱形,组装至电子烟时,管体114是位于电子烟的内部。连接件115用于与电子烟的零件,如电子烟的烟弹管连接进而将电子烟烟嘴10固定在电子烟上。本实施例中,连接件115为螺合件,如金属螺纹圈,能够与电子烟的烟弹管螺合连接,螺纹圈可通过但不限于过盈配合套设在管体114上,从而与管体114紧密结合,保证了管体114与连接件115的同步转动。连接件115的材料为黄铜。采用该材料的连接件115具有良好的塑性,易加工塑形。在其它实施例,连接件115也可以采用其它材料制成。本实施例中,除了连接件115外,连接管101的材料选用食品级的塑料材料,如食品级的PC材料或ABS材料。采用此材料的连接管101韧性较好,保证了较长的产品使用寿命。在其它实施例,连接管101也可以采用其它材料制成。可以理解,在其它实施方式中,连接件115也可以为能够与电子烟烟弹管转动卡合的呈L型的连接臂。
中间限位部112呈凸环状,其外径比连接部111的外径及套接部113的外径大,因此相对于连接部111及套接部113分别形成有第一台阶面116及第二台阶面117。第一台阶面116与连接部111连接,第二台阶面117与套接部113连接。第一台阶面116与连接件115抵触,进而保证了连接管101最大限度地伸入至电子烟内部,使连接管101能更早地收集烟雾,这能使烟雾更多更快地进入出气通孔110,提升了使用者的吸烟体验。同时,也能够限定连接件115在管体114的位置,保证了连接件115的实际组装位置与设计位置的一致性。
套接部113大致呈漏斗状。套接部113具有较大端部118及较小端部119,较大端部118与中间限位部112连接,较大端部118大致呈圆台状,其外径朝远离中间限位部112的方向逐渐减少。较小端部119具有自由端且在电子烟使用时靠近使用者。较小端部119大致呈圆柱状,其外径与较大端部118的最小外径相当。漏斗状的套接部113有利于套接管102安装在套接部113上。
套接部113包括卡合件120。卡合件120位于较大端部118。本实施例中,卡合件120为沿较大端部118周缘设置的一圈齿状骨位,其包括多个第一凸块121。第一凸块121具有第一侧面122。
套接部113开设有环形槽123及设置有套接限位部124。环形槽123开设在较小端部119。套接限位部124设置在较小端部119。密封圈103收容在环形槽123。套接限位部124较环形槽123更靠近自由端。本实施例中,套接限位部124为开设在较小端部119的环形的卡合槽。
套接管102套设在套接部113上。套接管102的材料选用食品级的塑料材料,如食品级的PC材料或ABS材料,选用这些材料的套接管102在电子烟使用时能为使用者提供更佳的吸食口感。
套接管102包括弹性的卡合臂210,卡合臂210能够活动地与卡合件120结合或分离。卡合臂210位于套接管102靠近中间限位部112的端部。本实施例中,卡合臂210的数量为两个,其对称地设置在套接管102上,以使使用者能方便地按压。可以理解,在其它实施例中,卡合臂210的数量可为1,3,4或更多,只要保证该卡合臂210能够活动地与卡合件120结合或分离即可。
卡合臂210包括多个第二凸块211,第二凸块211设置在卡合臂210的内侧。本实施例中,该多个第二凸块211形成齿状骨位,第二凸块211能够与第一凸块配合。第二凸块211具有第二侧面212。卡合臂210与卡合件120结合时,第一侧面122和与第一侧面122相对应的第二侧面212接触(由于附图截面的位置关系,无法将“第一侧面”的标号和“与第一侧面相对应的第二侧面”的标号分别标在相接触的两个面上,但附图中已清楚标出“第一侧面”与“第二侧面”的具体位置)。卡合臂210与卡合件120分离时,第一侧面122和与第一侧面122相对应的第二侧面212分离。当使用者按压卡合臂210时,第一凸块121和与第一凸块121相对应的第二凸块211接触而形成转动方向上的相互阻挡,使用者然后转动套接管102使得连接管101也随着转动。当使用者松开卡合臂210时,在弹性回复力的作用下,卡合臂210回复至按压前的位置,使得第一凸块121与第二凸块211分离,解除了上述转动方向上的相互阻挡。在这种情况下,如果只转动套接管102,则套接管102相对于连接管101转动而不会带动连接管101转动,那么烟嘴10只是空转,从而达到转动烟嘴10也不会拧出的效果。
套接管102的内壁设置有上限位部213及下限位部214,上限位部213与套接限位部124配合连接使套接管102能定位在套接部113的预定位置,本实施例中,上限位部213为沿该内壁间隔设置的多个扣位件,该多个扣位件收容在卡合槽。
下限位部214与中间限位部112相抵触。本实施例中,下限位部214为设置在套接管102的内壁上台阶结构,其具有抵触面215。抵触面215与第二台阶面117相抵触。因此,上限位部213与下限位部214形成反方向的作用力,进而防止套接管102与连接管101装配后松脱。需要说明的是,为方便说明,图2中仅将需说明的下限位部214及抵触面215表示出来,套接管102内部的其它结构则无表示出来,但不代表套接管102内部仅有下限位部214及抵触面215。
密封圈103收容在环形槽123且抵持在套接管102及套接部113之间。密封圈103的材料可选用如硅胶、橡胶等弹性材料。在电子烟使用过程中,密封圈103能防止使用者口中的烟雾通过套接管102与套接部113之间的间隙回流至电子烟烟嘴10的外部而影响使用者的吸食体验。
上述电子烟烟嘴10,采用套接管102套设连接管101上,套接管102的卡合臂210能够与卡合件120结合或分离。转动电子烟烟嘴10时,需将卡合臂210与卡合件120结合才能利用套接管102转动连接管101将电子烟烟嘴10从电子烟零件卸下。因此,不容易使人误操作将电子烟烟嘴10卸下而造成烟嘴10丢失,特别是对于儿童来说,不容易造成误食烟液或将烟油倒在皮肤上或眼睛中,严重者有可能中毒的情况出现。
请参图4-5,第二实施例提供的一种电子烟40包括烟弹管41及上述的电子烟烟嘴10。该电子烟烟嘴10连接在该烟弹管41,连接件115与烟弹管41连接。
具体地,烟弹管41开设有收容腔410。收容腔410在烟弹管41的一端面形成开口411。该烟弹管41的内壁设置有靠近开口411的内螺纹412。内螺纹412与连接件115螺合连接进而将电子烟烟嘴10连接在烟弹管41上。
请结合图1-3,当需要将电子烟烟嘴10卸下时,使用者按压卡合臂210,使第一凸块121与第二凸块211接触形成转动方向上的相互阻挡,使用者然后向卸下电子烟烟嘴10的方向(如逆时针方向)转动套接管102使得连接管101也随着转动,进而可将电子烟烟嘴10从烟弹管41中卸下。
卡合臂210在没有被按压的情况下,在弹性力的作用下,卡合臂210保持位置使得第一凸块121与第二凸块211分离,解除了上述转动方向上的相互阻挡。在这种情况下,如果使用者只转动套接管102,则套接管102相对于连接管101转动而不会带动连接管101转动,那么烟嘴10只是空转,从而达到转动烟嘴10也不会拧出的效果。
上述电子烟10,采用套接管102套设连接管101上,套接管102的卡合臂210能够与卡合件120结合或分离,转动电子烟烟嘴10时,需将卡合臂210与卡合件120结合才能利用套接管102转动连接管101将电子烟烟嘴10从烟弹管41上卸下。因此,不容易使人误操作将电子烟烟嘴10卸下而造成烟嘴丢失,特别是对于儿童来说,不容易造成误食烟液的情况出现。
请参图6,第三实施例提供的一种电子烟烟烟嘴50。本实施例的电子烟烟嘴50与第一实施例的电子烟烟嘴10基本相同,不同之处在于:在本实施例的电子烟烟嘴50中,管体514与连接件515为一体成型结构。整个连接管501可选用食品级的塑料材料,如食品级的PC材料或ABS材料。因此,电子烟烟嘴50的组装快捷及结构简单。
可以理解,本发明还包括其它实施例,如包括第三实施例的电子烟烟嘴的电子烟,又如,在另一实施例中,套接限位部为扣位件及上限位部为环形的卡合槽等,在此不再详细描述。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施例,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子烟烟嘴,其特征在于,包括:
    连接管,该连接管包括相连的连接部及套接部,该套接部包括卡合件,该连接部包括用于与电子烟烟弹管连接的连接件;及
    套接管,该套接管套设在该套接部上,该套接管包括弹性的卡合臂,该卡合臂能够活动地与该卡合件结合或分离,该卡合臂与该卡合件结合时,该套接管能够带动该连接管转动,该卡合臂与该卡合件分离时,该套接管能够相对于该连接管转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟烟嘴,其特征在于,该连接部包括管体,该连接件为螺合件,该螺合件套设在该管体上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟烟嘴,其特征在于,该连接部包括管体,该连接件与该管体为一体成型结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟烟嘴,其特征在于,该卡合件包括第一凸块,该卡合臂包括第二凸块,该第一凸块具有第一侧面,该第二凸块具有第二侧面,该卡合臂与该卡合件结合时,该第一侧面与该第二侧面接触,该卡合臂与该卡合件分离时,该第一侧面与该第二侧面分离。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟烟嘴,其特征在于,该电子烟烟嘴还包括密封圈,该套接部开设有环形槽,该密封圈收容在该环形槽且抵持在该套接管及该套接部之间。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟烟嘴,其特征在于,该套接部的周缘设置有第一限位部,该套接管的内壁设置有第二限位部,该第二限位部与该第一限位部配合连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟烟嘴,其特征在于,该连接管包括第三限位部,该第三限位部连接在该连接部及该套接部之间,该套接管的该内壁设置有第四限位部,该第四限位部与该第三限位部相抵触。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟烟嘴,其特征在于,该第三限位部包括第一台阶面及第二台阶面,该第一台阶面与该连接部连接,该第二台阶面与该套接部连接,该第四限位部与该第二台阶面相抵触。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟烟嘴,其特征在于,该卡合件为设置于该套接部周缘的齿状骨位。
  10. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括烟弹管及根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的电子烟烟嘴,该电子烟烟嘴连接在该烟弹管,该连接件与该烟弹管连接。
