实施本发明的电池组件和电子烟,具有以下有益效果:
通过在端盖上设置至少一个弧形或环形的凹槽及所述阻挡部,在电池套管上与凹槽相对应的位置设置与凹槽相配合的嵌合部,因而组装时无需过多地关注所述凹槽与所述嵌合部是否对准,仅需将端盖的连接臂插入所述电池套管内,当所述阻挡部即将抵持或抵持于所述电池套管的端面时,即实现所述嵌合部嵌入凹槽内,因而组装方便,提高了生产效率,且所述阻挡部可在当所述电池组件跌落或使端盖受外力撞击等情况时阻止所述端盖陷入所述电池套管内;且嵌合部采用环形凸起或凸台与凹槽之间的卡合固定,使端盖与电池套管之间紧固可靠连接,避免了端盖从电池套管内脱落现象的发生,提高了电池组件的使用寿命;与现有技术利用胶水固定的方式相比,本发明的固定方式对身体无害,且电池组件即使长期放置也不会存在异味;另一方面,端盖上设置的是凹槽,电池套管的侧壁上设置的是环形凸起或凸台,由于电池套管的侧壁厚度有限,本发明采用在电池套管上设置环形凸起或凸台的方式,与在电池套管上挖设凹槽的技术相比,结构强度更好,使端盖与电池套管的固定更可靠。

具体实施方式
为了解决现有技术的电池组件中电池套管与端盖采用胶水粘接时存在的端盖易松脱且对身体有害的缺陷,本发明采用在端盖上设置至少一个弧形或环形的凹槽及阻挡部,在与该凹槽相对应的电池套管的位置设有与凹槽相配合的嵌合部,通过凹槽与嵌合部的卡合实现电池套管与端盖之间的可拆卸地连接, 组装方便,连接可靠, 避免了端盖从电池套管内脱落现象的发生,提高了电池组件的使用寿命。
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图 1 和图 2 所示,本发明第一实施例提供的电池组件,用于与雾化组件组合形成电子烟,包括电池套管 1 和端盖 2 ,且端盖 2 设置在电池套管 1 的一端部。其中,所述电池套管 1 内还收容有电池,所述 电池套管 1 的远离所述端盖 2 的一端插设有用于与雾化组件连接的连接件等,其均为现有技术,在此不再赘述。
电池套管 1 为中空的圆筒状,采用塑胶材料或金属材料制成,本实施例中,为了模拟真烟的软质手感,电池套管 1 采用塑胶材料制成,如 聚丙烯、聚碳酸酯、聚氯乙烯、 ABS 树脂等软性塑胶材料制成。 本发明的电池组件可以是一次性电子烟的电池组件,也可是可充电的多次电子烟的电池组件。
端盖 2 为软质端盖,具体地由 热塑性聚氨酯、聚氯乙烯等材料制成,也可以由其它柔性材料如硅橡胶、热塑性弹性体等制成;在其它实施例中,端盖 2 也可是硬质的。在本实施例中,端盖 2 为设置在电池套管 1 端部的灯帽,且端盖 2 内装有 LED 灯(未示出),端盖 2 为透明端盖,以使 LED 灯发出的光可以从透明端盖 2 中透出,模拟真烟的发光效果,提高用户体验,可以理解,端盖 2 也可以为半透明体。
如图 3 所示,端盖 2 包括盖体 21 和连接臂 22 ,盖体 21 盖设在电池套管 1 上,连接臂 22 沿盖体 21 的一侧延伸并套设在电池套管 1 内。本实施例中,盖体 21 和连接臂 22 一体成型,整体效果好,便于加工制造,且提高装配效率。端盖 2 上设置有至少一个进气孔 211 ,该进气孔 211 与电池套管 1 内部相连通以使外界大气流至电池组件内,在本实施例中,进气孔 211 设置在盖体 21 上。具体地,进气孔 211 的数量是一个、二个或更多个,且当设有多个进气孔 211 时,多个进气孔 211 之间彼此间隔设置;进气孔 211 的数量影响电池组件内气流流量,因此可以通过改变进气孔 211 的数量来调节烟雾流量,满足不同用户的需求。
盖体 21 上设置有阻挡部 212 ,该阻挡部 212 与电池套管 1 的端面位置相对并用于阻止端盖 2 陷入电池套管 1 内,具体的阻挡部 212 为呈沿盖体 21 的周缘延伸的环状体,阻挡部 212 的径向长度大于电池套管 1 的径向距离,从而避免了端盖 2 陷入电池套管 1 内。
连接臂 22 为中空的圆筒状,套设在电池套管 1 内。连接臂 22 上设有至少一个弧形或环形的凹槽 221 ,且凹槽 221 设置在连接臂 22 的外侧壁的周向上,具体地凹槽 221 是由连接臂 22 的外侧壁向其中空的内部凹陷形成的。凹槽 221 可以是一个或多个,当凹槽 221 为多个时,该多个凹槽 221 等距离间隔设置在连接臂 22 的外侧壁上,当然在其它实施例中,多个凹槽 221 也可不等距离设置,对此不作限定。
凹槽 221 开设在连接臂 22 上,并与电池套管 1 的侧壁卡合固定,由于电池组件的电池套管 1 厚度有限,因此为了使凹槽 221 与电池套管 1 配合紧密,对凹槽 221 的深度及宽度均有限制。优选地,每一凹槽 221 的宽度为 0.1cm-0.4cm ,深度为 0.08cm-0.1cm ,以实现与电池套管 1 的紧密可靠卡合,防止端盖 2 从电池套管 1 内脱落;只有具有这种尺寸的凹槽 221 才能实现端盖 2 与电池套管 1 的紧密可靠卡合,凹槽 221 的宽度和深度过大或过小,均会存在端盖 2 从电池套管 1 内脱落的隐患。
电池套管 1 上与凹槽 221 相对应的位置设有嵌合部 11 ,即嵌合部 11 位于电池套管 1 与凹槽 221 相对的侧壁上,通过将嵌合部 11 嵌入凹槽 221 内以使端盖 2 可拆卸地套合并限制在电池套管 1 内。 具体地嵌合部 11 为环形凸起或凸台,通过将环形凸起或凸台嵌合在凹槽 221 内,实现端盖 2 与电池套管 1 的固定连接。
如图 2 所示,在本发明的第一实施例中,所述凹槽 221 呈环形,所述 嵌合部 11 为环形凸起,该环形凸起位于电池套管 1 的侧壁上,且是由电池套管 1 的侧壁向中空的电池套管 1 内部凸出形成的。嵌合部 11 的尺寸与凹槽 221 相适配,以使嵌合部 11 嵌合在凹槽 221 内,采用尺寸相配的凹槽 221 和嵌合部 11 ,使电池套管 1 与端盖 2 固定紧密,连接可靠,组装方便,防止端盖 2 脱落。
嵌合部 11 由弹性材料制成,从而形成位于电池套管 1 的侧壁上的弹性凸起,通过该弹性凸起与凹槽 221 的弹性套合实现端盖 2 与电池套管 1 之间可拆卸地连接。弹性凸起是沿电池套管 1 的内侧壁形成的环形凸起,且弹性凸起可为多个,该多个弹性凸起间隔设置在电池套管 1 的内侧壁上。本实施例中,弹性凸起和凹槽 221 均为一个,通过将端盖 2 插入电池套管 1 内部,并将弹性凸起嵌合在端盖 2 的凹槽 221 内从而实现将端盖 2 固定在电池套管 1 内。由于弹性凸起与凹槽 221 一一对应卡合,因此弹性凸起的个数与凹槽 221 的个数相等,优选地凹槽 221 和弹性凸起均为两个,使端盖 2 紧固在电池套管 1 内。在另一种实施方式中,所述凹槽 221 呈环形;所述电池套管 1 为金属管,所述金属管通过挤压成型形成环形的所述嵌合部 11 ,所述嵌合部 11 位于所述金属管的内周面上。由于环形的所述凸起通过挤压成型,因而其组织结构致密,力学性能好,且厚度相对均匀,从而使电池组件的整体结构较强。
如图 4 所示,在本发明的第二实施例中,嵌合部 11 为设置在电池套管 1 内侧壁上的凸台,且凸台至少为两个并彼此间隔设置,即嵌合部 11 为一个个间隔设置的凸台,通过将凸台卡合在端盖 2 的凹槽 221 内实现端盖 2 与电池套管 1 的固定。为了使嵌合部 11 与凹槽 221 卡合紧密,嵌合部 11 的纵截面呈弧形,即凸台的纵截面呈弧形,该纵截面为弧形的凸台能与凹槽 221 紧密卡合,防止端盖 2 脱落。可以理解,凸台也可为其它形状,如纵截面为直线或曲线的凸台均可,在此不做限制。
优选地,每一凹槽 221 与至少两个嵌合部 11 对应卡合,且与每一凹槽 221 相卡合的至少两个嵌合部 11 同径向设置。由于端盖 2 上设置的是凹槽 221 ,因此与该凹槽 221 相卡合的凸台必须同径向设置,才能与凹槽 221 固定卡合,即每一凹槽 221 与至少两个同径向设置的凸台对应卡合固定。本实施例中,凹槽 221 为一个,电池套管 1 的内侧壁上的凸台为两个,且该两个凸台同径向设置在一个圆周上,以使该两个凸台刚好卡合在凹槽 221 内,实现端盖 2 与电池套管 1 的固定卡合,防止端盖 2 从电池套管 1 内脱落。为了使端盖 2 与电池套管更紧密可靠的卡合,与每一凹槽 221 相卡合的嵌合部 11 可为更多个,如 3 个及三个以上,且该多个凸台均同径向设置以与凹槽 221 卡合固定。当然在其它实施例中,凹槽 221 并不限于一个,也可为多个,优选地凹槽 221 为两个以使端盖 2 与电池套管 1 紧密可靠卡合固定。
如图 5 所示,在本发明的第三实施例中,凹槽 221 与嵌合部 11 相接触的区域设有紧固环 222 ,该紧固环 222 用于连接连接臂 22 和电池套管 1 使它们之间嵌合的更加紧密,防止端盖 2 从电池套管 1 内脱落。具体地紧固环 222 由聚乙烯或聚丙烯材料制成,具有一定的弹性,将紧固环 222 卡合在凹槽 221 与嵌合部 11 之间从而使端盖 2 与电池套管 1 的固定更加紧固。
在发明的另一实施例中,凹槽 221 与嵌合部 11 相接触的区域设置有磁性吸附装置,端盖 2 与电池套管 1 通过该磁性吸附装置实现磁性吸附连接,使电池套管 1 与端盖 2 之间的连接更加紧密可靠,且方便拆卸。磁性吸附装置包括设置在凹槽 221 内的磁铁以及设置在嵌合部 11 外表面的磁性层(未示出),连接臂 22 与电池套管 1 通过凹槽 221 内的磁铁与嵌合部 11 外表面上的磁性层的磁性吸附实现磁性连接;或者磁性吸附装置包括设置在凹槽 221 内的磁性层(未示出)以及设置在嵌合部 11 外表面的磁铁,通过磁性层与磁铁的磁性吸附实现电池套管 1 与端盖 2 的磁性连接。具体地,磁性层由磁性材料制成,如磁性层由金属材料制成以吸附在磁铁上,磁性层的厚度为 0.05cm-0.1cm ,只有磁性层的厚度在此范围内时,凹槽 221 与嵌合部 11 才能紧密可靠地磁性连接,防止端盖 2 从电池套管 1 脱落。
在本发明的另一实施例中,嵌合部 11 上靠近凹槽 221 的外表面设有至少一层用于增大摩擦的橡胶摩擦层(未示出),该橡胶摩擦层由具有弹性的橡胶材料制成,不但可以增大端盖 2 与电池套管 1 之间的摩擦力,使凹槽 221 与嵌合部 11 卡合紧密,而且由于摩擦层具有弹性,在电池组件受到挤压时,避免了电池套管 1 与端盖 2 之间由于挤压而损坏的现象,提高电池组件的使用寿命。具体地,每一摩擦层的厚度为 0.02-0.1cm 之间,摩擦层为两层,以使电池套管 1 与端盖 2 之间卡合紧密可靠,可以理解,摩擦层的层数和厚度不宜太多和太厚,否则会使凹槽 221 和嵌合部 11 卡合不紧,而发生端盖 2 脱落的现象。
本发明的电池组件,通过在端盖 2 上设置至少一个环形或弧形的凹槽 221 及阻挡部 212 ,在电池套管 1 上与凹槽 221 相对应的位置设置与凹槽 221 相配合的嵌合部 11 ,因而组装时无需过多地关注所述凹槽 221 与所述嵌合部 212 是否对准,仅需将端盖 2 的连接臂 22 插入所述电池套 1 内,当所述阻挡部 212 即将抵持或抵持于所述电池套管 1 的端面时,即实现所述嵌合部 11 嵌入凹槽 221 内,因而组装方便,提高了生产效率,且所述阻挡部 212 可在当所述电池组件跌落或使端盖 2 受外力撞击等情况时阻止所述端盖 2 陷入所述电池套管内;且嵌合部 11 采用环形凸起或凸台与凹槽 221 之间的卡合固定,使端盖 2 与电池套管 1 之间紧固,连接可靠,避免了端盖 2 从电池套管 1 内脱落现象的发生,提高了电池组件的使用寿命;与现有技术利用胶水固定的方式相比,本发明的固定方式对身体无害,且电池组件即使长期放置也不会存在异味;另一方面,端盖 2 上设置的是凹槽 221 ,电池套管 1 的侧壁上设置的是环形凸起或凸台,由于电池套管 1 的侧壁厚度有限,本发明采用在电池套管 1 上设置环形凸起或凸台的方式,与在电池套管 1 上挖设凹槽的技术相比,结构强度更好,避免对电池套管 1 的损坏,使端盖 2 与电池套管 1 的固定更紧密可靠。
本发明还提供了一种电子烟, 包括相互连接的雾化组件和电池组件,两者可拆卸或不可拆卸地连接成一个整体。当所述雾化组件和电池组件为可拆卸连接时,所述雾化组件和电池组件之间可通过螺纹连接、卡扣连接、涨紧连接、一体成型、磁力连接等各种方式连接。本发明电子烟的电池组件为上述任一实施例所述的电池组件,由于该电池组件具有上述所述的电池组件的结构特征,因此,该电池组件组成的电子烟也同时具有上述电池组件的效果。所述雾化组件为现有技术,在此不再赘述。

  1. 一种电池组件,包括电池套管( 1 )以及设置在所述电池套管( 1 )端部的端盖( 2 ),所述端盖( 2 )包括盖设在所述电池套管( 1 )上的盖体( 21 )及沿所述盖体( 21 )的一侧延伸并套设在所述电池套管( 1 )内的连接臂( 22 ),其特征在于,所述连接臂( 22 )的周面上设有至少一个弧形或环形的凹槽( 221 ),所述电池套管( 1 )上与所述凹槽( 221 )相对应的位置设有与所述凹槽( 221 )相适配的嵌合部( 11 ),所述嵌合部( 11 )嵌入所述凹槽( 221 )内;所述盖体( 21 )上设置有与所述电池套管( 1 )的端面位置相对并用于阻止所述端盖( 2 )陷入所述电池套管( 1 )内的阻挡部( 212 )。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述凹槽( 221 )呈环形,所述凹槽( 221 )和嵌合部( 11 )相接触的区域 设有用于使所述连接臂( 22 )与所述电池套管( 1 )紧密连接的紧固环( 222 )。
  3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述阻挡部( 212 )呈沿所述盖体( 21 )的周缘延伸的环状体。
  4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述嵌合部( 11 )为由弹性材料制成的弹性凸起,所述连接臂( 22 )与所述电池套管( 1 )通过凹槽( 221 )与弹性凸起的弹性套合实现可拆卸地连接。
  5. 根据权利要求 4 所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述凹槽( 221 )呈环形并设置有多个;所述弹性凸起是沿所述电池套管( 1 )的内侧壁形成的与所述凹槽( 221 )一一对应的环形凸起,多个所述弹性凸起间隔设置在所述电池套管( 1 )的内侧壁上。
  6. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述凹槽( 221 )与所述嵌合部( 11 )相接触的区域设置有磁性吸附装置,通过所述磁性吸附装置实现连接臂( 22 )与所述电池套管( 1 )的磁性吸附连接。
  7. 根据权利要求 6 所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述磁性吸附装置包括设置在所述凹槽( 221 )内的磁铁以及设置在所述嵌合部( 11 )外表面的磁性层,所述连接臂( 22 )与所述电池套管( 1 )通过所述磁铁与所述磁性层的磁性吸附实现磁性连接。
  8. 根据权利要求 6 所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述磁性吸附装置包括设置在所述凹槽( 221 )内的磁性层以及设置在所述嵌合部( 11 )外表面的磁铁,所述连接臂( 22 )与所述电池套管( 1 )通过所述磁性层与所述磁铁的磁性吸附实现磁性连接。
  9. 根据权利要求 7 或 8 所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述磁性层的厚度为 0.05cm-0.1cm 。
  10. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述凹槽( 221 )呈环形;所述电池套管 ( 1 ) 为金属管,所述金属管通过挤压成型形成环形的所述嵌合部( 11 ),所述嵌合部( 11 )位于所述金属管的内周面上。

  16. 一种电子烟,包括相互连接的电池组件和雾化组件,所述电池组件包括电池套管( 1 )以及设置在所述电池套管( 1 )端部的端盖( 2 ),所述端盖( 2 )包括盖设在所述电池套管( 1 )上的盖体( 21 )及沿所述盖体( 21 )的一侧延伸并套设在所述电池套管( 1 )内的连接臂( 22 ),其特征在于,所述连接臂( 22 )的周面上设有至少一个弧形或环形的凹槽( 221 ),所述电池套管( 1 )上与所述凹槽( 221 )相对应的位置设有与所述凹槽( 221 )相适配的嵌合部( 11 ),所述嵌合部( 11 )嵌入所述凹槽( 221 )内;所述盖体( 21 )上设置有与所述电池套管( 1 )的端面位置相对并用于阻止所述端盖( 2 )陷入所述电池套管( 1 )内的阻挡部( 212 )。
  17. 根据权利要求 16 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述凹槽( 221 )呈环形,所述凹槽( 221 )和嵌合部( 11 )相接触的区域 设有用于使所述连接臂( 22 )与所述电池套管( 1 )紧密连接的紧固环( 222 )。

  19. 根据权利要求 18 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述凹槽( 221 )呈环形并设置有多个;所述弹性凸起是沿所述电池套管( 1 )的内侧壁形成的与所述凹槽( 221 )一一对应的环形凸起,多个所述弹性凸起间隔设置在所述电池套管( 1 )的内侧壁上。
  20. 根据权利要求 16 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述凹槽( 221 )与所述嵌合部( 11 )相接触的区域设置有磁性吸附装置,通过所述磁性吸附装置实现连接臂( 22 )与所述电池套管( 1 )的磁性吸附连接。
