在本实用新型所述的电子烟中, 所述储油组件为能够透光的储油瓶。 从以上技术方案可以看出, 本实用新型实施例具有以下优点: 在本实施例的电子烟中, 电子烟本体设置有吸烟端、用于容纳烟液的储油 组件、用于雾化所述烟液的雾化组件以及用于给所述雾化组件供电的电池杆组 件; 所述储油组件设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟端的一端。储油组件 设置的位置远离吸烟端,使得本实用新型所提供的电子烟能够有效的防止用户 吸食未经雾化烟液。 电池组件与吸烟端相连接, 电池组件包括电池固定件, 所 述电池固定件内部设置有气流通道,所述电池固定件在靠近所述吸烟端侧设置 有与所述气流通道连通,且用于将冷凝烟油引入所述气流通道的倾斜斜面。 当 烟雾在吸烟端凝结成烟液时,由于设置有向气流通道倾斜的斜面使冷凝的烟液 可以顺着倾斜斜面流入烟雾气流通道。 这样用户在吸烟的过程中,避免凝结的 烟液随着气流流入口腔, 影响吸电子烟的效果。 从而提高吸烟的感受。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方 案进行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实 施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于本实用新型中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人 员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型 保护的范围。
本实用新型提供了一种防止将冷凝烟液吸入口腔的电子烟。其具体整体结 构请参见图 1, 请参阅拆分结构图 2并结合剖视图 3所示电子烟包括:
电子烟本体 100;
所述电子烟本体 100设置有吸烟端 101、 用于容纳烟液的储油组件 107、 用于雾化所述烟液的雾化组件 103 以及用于给所述雾化组件供电的电池杆组 件 102;
所述电池组件 102—端与所述吸烟端 101连接, 另一端与所述雾化组件
103连接; 所述储油组件 107与所述雾化组件连接;
所述储油组件 107设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟端 101的一端; 所述电池组件 102包括电池固定件 1021, 所述电池固定件 1021内部设置 有气流通道 105;
所述电池固定件 1021在靠近所述吸烟端 101侧设置有与所述气流通道 105 连通, 且用于将冷凝烟油引入所述气流通道的倾斜斜面 104;
本实施例中, 储油组件 107设置的位置远离吸烟端 101, 使得本实用新型 所提供的电子烟能够有效的防止用户吸食未经雾化烟液。电池组件 102与吸烟 端 101相连接, 电池组件 102包括电池固定件 1021, 所述电池固定件 1021内 部设置有气流通道 105, 所述电池固定件 1021在靠近所述吸烟端 101侧设置 有与所述气流通道 105连通,且用于将冷凝烟油引入所述气流通道的倾斜斜面 104。 用户在吸电子烟时, 有一小部分烟雾遇到冷空气会在吸烟端 101凝结成 烟液。 由于吸烟端带有锥度, 烟液回流到吸烟端 101的与电池组件 102的连接 部。 吸烟端 101与电池组件 102的连接部设置有向气流通道 105倾斜的斜面, 使冷凝烟液可以顺着倾斜斜面流入气流通道。 这样, 吸烟端 101和吸烟端 101 与电池组件 102的连接部都不会留有冷凝烟液。用户在吸烟的过程中,避免凝 结的烟液随着气流流入口腔, 影响吸电子烟的效果, 从而提高吸烟的感受。
在本实施例中, 所述电池组件 102还包括固定套 1022, 请参阅图 4所示。 所述固定套 1022内部设置有容纳所述电池固定件 1021的中空腔体 1023。 所述固定套 1022两端设置有与所述吸烟端 101连接的第一连接部 301和 与所述雾化组件 103连接的第二连接部 302。
所述第一连接部 301和所述第二连接部 302釆用可拆卸的方式连接。当电 子烟更换电池或给电池充电时, 可以拆下吸烟端 101, 将电池固定件 1021取 出, 所述电池与电池固定件 1021也是可拆卸连接。 于是就可以将电池从电池 固定件 1021取出。 这样方便更换电池。
在本实施例中, 固定套 1022与所述雾化组件 103连接的第二连接部 302 为可拆卸连接。 在更换雾化组件 103时, 可以直接拆下雾化组件 103, 方便用 户使用更换。
在本实施例中,请参阅图 4并结合剖视图 5所示。上述可拆卸连接在本实 施例以胀接为例。 所述可拆卸连接也可以釆取其他方式连接如螺纹连接,铆接 等等, 这里不做限定。
所述第一连接部 301通过第一连接件 3011与所述吸烟端 101胀接; 所述第二连接部 302通过第二连接件 3022与所述雾化组件 103胀接。 这种胀接方式, 本实施例釆取材质比较柔软硅胶材料, 所述第一连接件 3011和第二连接件 3022为硅胶材料。 这里也可以釆取其他材质的材料, 只要 在使用过程中, 能够在反复多次拔插都仍然能够保持良好的胀接特性。 所以本 实施例举例釆用硅胶材料, 其他材料这里不做限定。
在本实施例中, 由于吸烟端 101用户在使用过程中, 经常更换, 如果釆用 螺纹连接, 经过反复拆卸, 容易使螺纹损坏, 所以所述第一连接部 301多用于 胀接。 所述第二连接部 302可釆用螺纹的方式连接。 这里不做限定。
在本实施例中, 所述雾化组件 103设置有与所述气流通道 105连通, 用于 收集冷凝烟油的收集腔 106。 所述电子烟本体 100设置有与所述气流通道 105 和所述收集腔 106连接, 且用于防止收集腔 106内冷凝烟油回流的止回装置。 用户在使用电子烟时, 当电子烟吸烟端 101在下雾化组件 103在上时, 收 集腔 106内部的冷凝烟油可能顺着气流通道 105流到吸烟端 101和吸烟端 101 与电池组件 102的连接部。 当用户吸烟的时候, 还是能够吸到冷凝烟油。 为了 解决这一问题,在所述气流通道 105与收集腔 106连通的一端端部设置止回装 置。
所述止回装置可以设置为一个只能向收集腔 106—侧翻转的止回板。当有 冷凝烟油顺着气流通道 105流入收集腔 106时,止回板会随着冷凝烟油的推力 打开。在无冷凝烟油流入时,止回板会盖合到气流通道 105与收集腔 106入口。 这样就防止冷凝烟油回流至吸烟端 101。 上述实施例仅为了说明实施方式, 具 体内容不做限定。
在本实施例中,所述倾斜斜面 104角度 401设置为 30度到 60度之间的任 意角度。 其中, 所述倾斜斜面 104角度 401是指电子烟在竖直放置状态时, 所 述倾斜斜面 104与水平面形成的夹角的度数。
在本实施例中, 如所述倾斜斜面 104角度 401设置为 30度, 效果最佳。 当角度 401设置为 30度, 由于倾斜度大使冷凝烟油可以很快的流入气流通道 105并进入收集腔 106。 如果冷凝烟油产生的比较多, 将角度 401设置为 30 度, 这种倾斜面内可以暂时储存尚未流入气流通道 105的冷凝烟油。
鉴于上述, 如果角度 401设置大于 60度, 虽然倾斜度大使冷凝烟油可以 更快的流入气流通道 105并进入收集腔 106。 但是这种倾斜面内不能储存过多 尚未流入气流通道 105的冷凝烟油,这就有可能使冷凝烟油随着气流流入用户 口中, 且容易因冷凝的烟油过度流入气流通道而导致烟油堵塞气流通道。
如果角度 401设置小于 30度, 倾斜斜面内可以暂时储存大量尚未流入气 流通道 105的冷凝烟油。但是倾斜度小使冷凝烟油流入气流通道 105的速度慢, 就有可能是冷凝烟油随着气流流入用户口中。
综上所述,所述斜面倾斜角度 401可以设置为 30度到 60度之间的任意角 度。
在本实施例中, 所述倾斜斜面 104可以设置成两部分。 请参阅图 7所示, 这两部分分为与所述气流通道 105连接的下半部 702和远离所述气流通道的上 半部 701; 所述上半部 701为平面;
所述下半部 702为倾斜斜面 104。
所述上半部 701和下半部 702的分界线可以设置在所述电池固定件 1021 的中心线, 也可以设置在所述电池固定件 1021的中心线上部或下部。 这里不 做限定。
在本实施例中, 所述下半部 702的倾斜斜面的角度 401设置为 30度到 60 度之间的任意角度。
在本实施例中, 如所述斜面倾斜 104角度 401设置为 30度, 效果最佳。 当角度 401设置为 30度, 由于倾斜度大使冷凝烟油可以很快的流入气流通道 105并进入收集腔 106。 如果冷凝烟油产生的比较多, 将角度 401设置为 30 度, 这种倾斜面内可以暂时储存尚未流入气流通道 105的冷凝烟油。
如果设置 30度到 60度意外的任意角度上述已经说明这里不再复述。
在本实施例中, 所述收集腔 106可以设置成如下所述结构:
所述固定套 1022与所述雾化组件 103釆用可拆卸的方式连接, 且所述储 油组件 107为能够透光的储油瓶, 因而不仅便于观察烟液的剩余量, 而且拆卸 储油瓶后再添加烟液可避免现有技术中直接在电子烟上添加烟液造成烟液容 易注入烟雾通道内,而导致用户吸食到烟液或电热丝组件被过量添加的烟液淹 没而不能正常雾化烟液的情况;
所述固定套 1022与所述雾化组件 103连接部为第三连接部;
所述第三连接部为密闭空腔, 且所述密闭空腔与所述气流通道 105连通; 所述密闭空腔为收集腔 106。
所述收集腔 106由所述固定套 1022与所述雾化组件 103连接而形成的第 三连接部的密闭空腔构成。 当收集腔 106存储一些冷凝烟液时, 用户可以将所 述固定套 1022与所述雾化组件 103拆卸开, 清理冷凝烟液, 这样结构为用户 清理带来方便, 且避免冷凝的烟液回流至储油组件 107内而污染储油组件 107 内的烟液, 导致吸烟时感觉到烟雾变味的情况。
所述固定套 1022与所述雾化组件 103釆用可拆卸的方式连接, 可以釆取 螺纹连接, 具体连接方式不做限定。
在本实施例中, 请参阅图 6所示, 所述气流通道 105在所述倾斜斜面 104 设置有用于使冷凝烟油进入通道的孔 402。 所述孔 402作用是将冷凝烟油从倾 斜斜面 104引入气流通道 105。 孔 402的大小可以与所述气流通道 105一样, 这里不做限定。
在本实施例中,所述气流通道 105在所述固定套 1022与所述雾化组件 103 连接部设置有用于插入收集腔的插入端。
所述电池固定件 1021 内部设置有气流通道 105。 气流通道 105在电池固 定件 1021的设置位置可以在一侧,请参阅图 2并结合图 3所示。气流通道 105 的长度可以设置比所述电池固定件 1021的长度长一些。 所述气流通道 105比 所述电池固定件 1021长出来的一端, 就是上述插入端。
由于插入端伸出电池组件 102, 在电池组件 102与雾化组件 103连接时, 所述插入端可以插入到收集腔 106内部,在收集冷凝烟液时, 可以让冷凝烟液 更加充分的流入收集腔 106内部。
所述电子烟本体 100包括储油组件 107;
在本实施例中,所述雾化组件 103与所述储油组件 107釆用可拆卸的方式 连接。 请参阅图 5所示, 釆用可拆卸的方式连接方便用户拆卸储油组件 107, 添加烟液或者更换储油组件 107。
在本实施例中, 请参阅图 7所示, 所述电池固定件 1021设置有在用户吸 烟时发光的 LED灯 801。 所述电池固定件 1021为透明材料。 在用户吸电子烟 时, LED灯 801发光, 可以设置成闪烁发光或逐个发光, 这里不做限定。 用 户可以透过透明的电池固定件 1021看到电子烟本体发光, 增添吸电子烟的乐 趣。
在本实施中,所述电子烟本体 100内部还可以设置有至少两个使装载烟液 的储油组件和雾化的雾化组件,电子烟本体 100内部安装有至少两个储有烟油 的储油组件, 储油组件在数量上可以为两个、 三个甚至多个, 这里对数量不做 限定。每个储油组件要分别装有不同味道的烟油,每个储油组件对应一个雾化 组件, 这样用户可以通过更换不同的雾化组件来改变吸电子烟的味道。
所述电子烟本体 100 内部设置有与每个所述雾化组件连接控制雾化组件 雾化的微控制器及与所述微控制器电连接的命令输入模块。
所述微控制器可以使用如单片机等集成芯片,用于接收命令识别模块的脉 冲信号, 并根据脉冲信号发出相应的控制指令, 如控制进入待工作状态的雾化 组件雾化,产生烟雾。 所述命令输入模块可以在电子烟本体 100外部设置按钮 装置。 通过按钮装置向所述微控制器发出命令, 来选中雾化组件。 这样用户就 可以在一支电子烟尝试到不同种类烟液的味道。
本说明书中各个实施例釆用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是 与其他实施例的不同之处, 各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

所述电子烟本体(100)设置有吸烟端 (101)、 用于容纳烟液的储油组件 ( 107 ),用于雾化所述烟液的雾化组件( 103 )以及用于给所述雾化组件( 103 ) 供电的电池杆组件( 102);
所述电池组件( 102 )一端与所述吸烟端( 101 )连接, 另一端与所述雾化 组件( 103 )连接; 所述储油组件( 107 )与所述雾化组件( 103 )连接;
所述储油组件( 107 )设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟端( 101 )的 一端;
所述电池组件(102) 包括电池固定件(1021), 所述电池固定件(1021) 内部设置有气流通道( 105 );
所述电池固定件 (1021)在靠近所述吸烟端 (101)侧设置有与所述气流 通道(105)连通, 且用于将冷凝烟油引入所述气流通道的倾斜斜面 (104)。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述电池组件(102)还包括固定套( 1022);
所述固定套( 1022) 内部设置有容纳所述电池固定件(1021)的中空腔体 ( 1023 );
所述固定套( 1022) 两端设置有与所述吸烟端 (101)连接的第一连接部 ( 301 )和与所述雾化组件( 103 )连接的第二连接部 ( 302 )。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述第一连接部( 301 )和所述第二连接部( 302 )釆用可拆卸的方式连接。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述第一连接部(301 )通过第一连接件(3011 )与所述吸烟端( 101 )胀 接;
所述第二连接部 (302)通过第二连接件 (3022)与所述雾化组件(103) 胀接。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述第一连接件(3011)和第二连接件(3022) 为硅胶材料。

所述气流通道( 105 )在所述固定套( 1022 )与所述雾化组件( 103 )连接 部设置有用于插入收集腔的插入端。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述电子烟本体( 100)设置有与所述气流通道( 105)和所述收集腔( 106) 连接, 且用于防止收集腔( 106) 内冷凝烟油回流的止回装置。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述斜面倾斜( 104) 的角度(401 )设置为 30度到 60度之间任意角度。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述倾斜斜面 (104)分为与所述气流通道(105)连接的下半部 (702) 和远离所述气流通道的上半部 (701);
所述上半部 (701) 为平面;
所述下半部 (702) 为倾斜斜面 (104)。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述下半部 (702) 的倾斜斜面 (104) 的角度(401)设置为 30度到 60 度之间的任意角度。
12、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述固定套( 1022)与所述雾化组件(103)釆用可拆卸的方式连接; 所述固定套( 1022)与所述雾化组件(103)连接部为第三连接部; 所述第三连接部为密闭空腔, 且所述密闭空腔与所述气流通道(105)连 通;
所述密闭空腔为收集腔(106)。
13、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述气流通道( 105 )在所述倾斜斜面( 104 )设置有用于使冷凝烟油进入 通道的孔(402)。
