Abstract
本发明公开了一种接入控制的方法及装置,其中该方法包括以下步骤:基站获取用户设备(UE)的接入等级(AC)(101);当基站对处于连接态的UE进行接入控制时,根据处于连接态的UE的AC发送释放通知,使得处于连接态的UE能够根据接收到的释放通知确定是否释放处于连接态的UE在UE侧的无线资源控制协议(RRC)连接(102)。本发明能够有效的实现处于连接态的UE的接入控制。
Description
一种接入控制的方法及装置 本申请要求于 2013 年 9 月 11 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201310412917.8, 发明名称为 "一种接入控制的方法及装置" 的中国专利申请 的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域 本发明实施例涉及通信技术领域, 尤其涉及一种接入控制的方法及装置。 背景技术
无线通信系统可以提供语音、数据等无线业务,通常的无线通信系统是一 个多址接入的无线系统, 例如: 频分多址(英文全称为: Frequency Division Multiple access,缩写为: FDMA )、时分多址(英文全称为: Time Division Multiple Access , 缩写为: TDMA )、 码分多址 (英文全称为: Code Division Multiple Access , 缩写为: CDMA)、 正交频分复用技术 (英文全称为: Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing, 缩写为: OFDM)等系统, 在一个无线通信系 统中, 基站在下行链路上给用户设备(英文全称为: User Equipment, 缩写为: UE )发射数据和 /或控制信息, 并在上行链路上接收用户设备的数据和 /或控制 信息。 类似的, UE在上行链路上为基站传输数据和 /或控制信息, 并在下行链 路上接收基站发射的数据和 /或控制信息。
在现有技术中, 基站可对处于空闲态的 UE进行接入控制, 其中, UE将 会分配得到一个接入等级(英文全称为: Access Class, 缩写为: AC ), 该等 级可以为 0至 9中的任何一个等级,对于一些特殊的用户,还会分配一个或多 个接入等级为 11到 15的 AC,这些分配的 AC存储在 UE的客户识别模块(英 文全称为: Subscriber Identity Module , 缩写为: SIM ), 基站可利用处于空闲 态的 UE的 AC对该 UE进行接入控制, 且目前处于空闲态的 UE的接入控制 机制主要是接入控制禁止(英文全称为: Access Control Barring,缩写为: ACB ) 机制, 在 ACB机制下, 基站可通过广播的方式广播 ACB参数, 如下:

上述即为 ACB参数的结构, 其中, ac-BarringFactor参数适用于 AC为 0 至 9的 UE, 对于 AC为 11至 15的 UE, 则需要看 ac-BarringForSpecial参数 对应的 bit上是否设置为 1, 且若对应的 bit上设置为 1, 则需要进一步判断是 否禁止该 UE的接入, 具体的, 对于接入等级为 0~9的 UE, 或者对应的 bit 上设置为 1的 AC为 11至 15的 UE, 该类 UE将产生一个 0到 1的范围内的 随机数字,并同基站广播的 ACB参数中的 ac-BarringFactor参数中对应的值进 行比较, 若该产生的随机数高于 ac-BarringFactor参数中对应的值, 则认为该 UE的此次接入请求被禁止,同时按照 ACB参数中的 ac-BarringTime参数中的 时间进行等待, 等待结束之后 UE再次进行尝试; 若该产生的随机数小于或等 于 ac-B arringFactor参数中对应的值, 则认为该 UE未被禁止接入。
然而, 现有技术中, 只有针对处于空闲态的 UE的接入控制机制, 具体如 上述描述的接入控制机制,对于处于连接态的 UE如何做接入控制并没有一个 有效的接入控制机制, 影响了系统的性能。
发明内容 本发明实施例提供了一种接入控制的方法及装置,能够有效的实现处于连 接态的 UE的接入控制。
本发明第一方面提供了一种接入控制的方法, 可包括:
基站获取用户设备 UE的接入等级 AC;
当所述基站对所述处于连接态的 UE进行接入控制时,根据所述处于连接 态的 UE的 AC发送释放通知, 使得所述处于连接态的 UE能够根据接收到的 所述释放通知确定是否释放所述处于连接态的 UE的无线资源控制协议 RRC 连接。
在第一方面的第一种可实现的方式中, 所述方法还包括:
所述基站根据所述释放通知对所述处于连接态的 UE的 RRC连接进行释 放处理, 使得所述处于连接态的 UE在 UE侧的 RRC连接与在基站侧的 RRC
连接都能够释放。
结合第一方面或者第一方面第一种可能的实现方式,在第二种可能的实现 方式中, 若所述释放通知为 RRC连接释放通知;

含需要禁止的业务类型及需要禁止的所述业务类型的 UE的第三 AC范围; 所述 UE根据所述 UE的 AC及所述业务禁止通知控制业务请求的发起, 以实现处于连接态的 UE的接入控制。
在第二方面第一种可能的实现方式中, 所述 UE根据所述 UE的 AC及所 述业务禁止通知控制业务请求的发起包括:
当所述 UE有待发起的业务请求时, 所述 UE判断所述业务请求的业务类 型是否属于所述需要禁止的业务类型;
若属于, 则根据所述 UE的 AC及所述第三 AC范围确定是否禁止发起所 述业务请求。
若不属于, 则发起所述业务请求;
结合第二方面第一种可能的实现方式, 在第二种可能的实现方式中, 所述 根据所述 UE的 AC及所述第三 AC范围确定是否禁止发起所述业务请求包括: 判断所述 UE的 AC是否属于所述第三 AC范围;

本发明第三方面提供了一种基站, 可包括:
获取单元, 用于获取用户设备 UE的 AC;
发送单元, 用于在所述获取单元获取所述 UE的 AC之后, 当所述基站对 处于连接态的 UE进行接入控制时, 根据所述处于连接态的 UE的 AC发送释 放通知,使得所述处于连接态的 UE能够根据接收到的所述释放通知确定是否 释放所述处于连接态的 UE的 RRC连接。
在第三方面第一种可能的实现方式中, 所述基站还包括:
释放单元, 用于在所述发送单元发送所述释放通知之后,根据所述释放通 知对所述处于连接态的 UE的 RRC连接进行释放处理, 使得所述处于连接态 的 UE在 UE侧的 RRC连接与在基站侧的 RRC连接都能够释放。
结合第三方面或者第三方面第一种可能的实现方式,在第二种可能的实现 方式中, 若所述释放通知为 RRC连接释放通知;
则所述发送单元包括:
选择单元, 用于在所述获取单元获取所述 UE的 AC之后, 当所述基站对 处于连接态的 UE进行接入控制时, 从所述处于连接态的 UE中选择 AC属于
预先设置的第一 AC范围的 UE;
通知发送单元, 用于在所述选择单元选择 UE之后, 向选择的 UE发送所 述 RRC连接释放通知, 使得接收到所述 RRC连接释放通知的 UE释放 RRC 连接。
结合第三方面第二种可能的实现方式, 在第三种可能的实现方式中, 所述 释放单元包括:
通知释放单元, 用于在所述通知发送单元发送所述 RRC连接释放通知之 后, 释放所述选择的 UE的 RRC连接。
结合第三方面第三种可能的实现方式, 在第四种可能的实现方式中, 若所 述释放通知为 AC范围广播消息;
则所述发送单元还包括:
广播单元, 用于所述获取单元获取所述 UE的 AC之后, 当所述基站对处 于连接态的 UE进行接入控制时, 广播所述 AC范围广播消息, 所述 AC范围 广播消息中包含需要释放 RRC连接的 UE的第二 AC范围, 使得处于连接态 的 UE中 AC属于所述第二 AC范围中的 UE释放 RRC连接。
结合第三方面第四种可能的实现方式, 在第五种可能的实现方式中, 所述 释放单元还包括:
确定单元, 用于从处于连接态的 UE中确定需释放 RRC连接的 UE, 所述 需要释放 RRC连接的 UE的 AC属于所述第二 AC范围;
连接释放单元, 用于在所述确定单元确定需要释放 RRC连接的 UE之后, 释放所述需要释放 RRC连接的 UE的 RRC连接。
本发明第四方面提供了一种 UE, 可包括:
接收单元, 用于接收基站广播的业务禁止通知, 所述业务禁止通知中包含 需要禁止的业务类型及需要禁止的所述业务类型的 UE的第三 AC范围;
控制单元, 用于在所述接收单元接收所述业务禁止通知之后, 根据所述
UE的 AC及所述业务禁止通知控制业务请求的发起,以实现处于连接态的 UE 的接入控制。
第四方面第一种可能的实现方式中, 所述控制单元包括:
判断单元, 用于在所述接收单元接收所述业务禁止通知之后, 当所述 UE 有待发起的业务请求时,判断所述业务请求的业务类型是否属于所述需要禁止
的业务类型;
确定单元, 用于若所述业务请求的业务类型属于所述需要禁止的业务类 型, 则根据所述 UE的 AC及所述第三 AC范围确定是否禁止发起所述业务请 求;
第一发起单元,用于若所述业务请求的业务类型不属于所述需要禁止的业 务类型, 则发起所述业务请求。
结合第四方面第一种可能的实现方式, 在第二种可能的实现方式中, 所述 确定单元包括:
AC判断单元, 用于若所述判断单元确定所述业务请求的业务类型属于所 述需要禁止的业务类型, 则判断所述 UE的 AC是否属于所述第三 AC范围; 禁止单元,用于若所述 AC判断单元确定所述 UE的 AC属于所述第三 AC 范围, 则禁止发起所述业务请求;
第二发起单元, 用于若所述 AC判断单元确定所述 UE的 AC不属于所述 第三 AC范围, 则发起所述业务请求。
从以上技术方案可以看出, 本发明实施例具有以下优点:
基站获取到 UE的 AC之后, 若基站对处于连接态的 UE进行接入控制, 可根据处于连接态 UE的 AC发送释放通知, 使得该 UE能够根据接收到的释 放通知确定是否释放该 UE的无线资源控制协议(英文全称为: Radio Resource Control, 缩写为: RRC )连接, 能够有效实现处于连接态的 UE的接入控制。 若基站未接收处于连接态 UE的 AC, 则基站广播业务禁止通知, 该业务禁止 通知中包含需要禁止的业务类型及需要禁止的业务类型的 UE 的第三 AC 范 围, 使得 UE可根据该 UE的 AC及该业务禁止通知控制业务请求的发起, 能 够有效的实现处于连接态的 UE的接入控制。 附图说明 为了更清楚地说明本发明实施例中的技术方案,下面将对实施例描述中所 需要使用的附图作简单地介绍,显而易见地, 下面描述中的附图仅仅是本发明 的一些实施例, 对于本领域技术人员来讲, 在不付出创造性劳动的前提下, 还 可以根据这些附图获得其他的附图。

本发明实施例提供了一种接入控制的方法及装置,能够有效的实现处于连 接态的 UE的接入控制。

101、 基站获取 UE的 AC;
在本发明实施例中, 基站可接收移动管理实体 (英文全称为: Mobility
Management Entity, 缩写为: MME )发送的 AC, 该 AC是指已接入该基站所 管辖的小区的 UE的 AC, 具体的: 在 UE附着网络侧的过程中, UE将该 UE 所有的 AC发送给 MME, 且 UE在建立 RRC连接后, MME将该 UE的 AC 发送给基站。 或者, UE还可以在 RRC连接建立过程中直接向基站反馈 UE的 AC。
在本发明实施例中,基站可通过上述两种方式中的任意一种获取已接入基 站所管辖小区的 UE的 AC。
102、 当基站对处于连接态的 UE进行接入控制时, 根据处于连接态的 UE 的 AC发送释放通知, 使得处于连接态的 UE能够根据接收到的释放通知确定
是否释放处于连接态的 UE的 RRC连接。
在本发明实施例中, 基站可使用获取到的处于连接态 UE的 AC对处于连 接态的 UE进行接入控制,且当基站需要对处于连接态的 UE进行接入控制时, 基站将根据处于连接态的 UE的 AC发送释放通知, 处于连接态的 UE在接收 到该释放通知之后, 将才艮据该释放通知确定释放该 UE的 RRC连接。
其中, 基站可向特定的处于连接态的 UE发送释放通知, 也可广播该释放 通知, 基于该释放通知中包含的内容或者类型的不同, 处于连接态的 UE根据 该释放通知确定是否释放该 UE的 RRC连接的方式也不同, 在后续的实施例 中将详细描述, 此处不 #支赞述。
需要说明的是, 在本发明实施例中, 基站获取到处于连接态的 UE的 AC 之后, 当属于该基站的处于连接态的 UE切换到其他基站所管辖的小区内, 则 该基站可将该 UE的 AC发送给 UE切换到的其他基站, 使得该其他基站能够 根据该 UE的 AC进行接入控制。 例如: 若处于连接态的 UE的 AC为 5, 且 该 UE需要从基站 1切换到基站 2,基站 1将该 UE的 AC发送给基站 2,若基 站 2当前处于拥塞状态, 且预先设置在拥塞状态下拒绝 AC为 1至 6的 UE的 切入请求, 则由于该 UE的 AC在基站 2的拒绝切入的范围, 因此, 基站 2将 拒绝该 UE的切入请求。
在本发明实施例, 基站获取已接入基站所管辖小区的 UE的 AC之后, 当 基站对处于连接态的 UE进行接入控制时, 可根据处于连接态 UE的 AC发送 释放通知,使得该 UE能够根据接收到的释放通知确定是否释放该 UE的 RRC 连接, 能够有效实现处于连接态的 UE的接入控制。
在本发明实施例中, 释放通知可以为 RRC连接释放通知, 使得基站可向 需要释放 RRC连接的 UE分别发送该 RRC链接释放通知, 以实现接入控制, 或者, 释放通知可以为 AC范围广播消息, 基站可通过广播该 AC范围广播消 息实现接入控制。 为了更好的理解本发明实施例中的技术方案, 下面将分别介 绍释放通知为 RRC连接释放通知或者 AC范围广播消息时进行接入控制的方 法。

需要说明的是, 在本发明实施例中, 第三范围的设置方式有多种, 例如, 基站和 UE可以默认 AC为 1至 9的 UE均不能发起业务禁止通知中包含的业 务类型对应的业务请求, 则该业务禁止通知中可包括需要禁止的业务类型,及 针对 AC为 11至 15的 UE设置的比特值,若 AC为 11的 UE对应的比特值为 1, 则表示所有 AC为 11的处于连接态的 UE也禁止发起业务禁止通知中包含 的需要禁止的业务类型对应的业务请求,若 AC为 11对应的比特值为 0,则表 示所有 AC为 11的处于连接态的 UE允许发起业务禁止通知中包含的需要禁 止的业务类型对应的业务请求, 其他 AC为 12至 15的 UE以此类推。
在本发明实施例, 处于连接态的 UE接收基站广播的业务禁止通知, 且该 业务禁止通知中包含需要禁止的业务类型及需要禁止的业务类型的 UE的 AC

2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 所述基站根据所述释放通知对所述处于连接态的 UE的 RRC连接进行释 放处理, 使得所述处于连接态的 UE在 UE侧的 RRC连接与在基站侧的 RRC 连接都能够释放。

8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE根据所述 UE的 AC及所述业务禁止通知控制业务请求的发起包括:
当所述 UE有待发起的业务请求时, 所述 UE判断所述业务请求的业务类 型是否属于所述需要禁止的业务类型;
若属于, 则根据所述 UE的 AC及所述第三 AC范围确定是否禁止发起所 述业务请求;
若不属于, 则发起所述业务请求。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述 UE的 AC 及所述第三 AC范围确定是否禁止发起所述业务请求包括:
判断所述 UE的 AC是否属于所述第三 AC范围;
若是, 则禁止发起所述业务请求;
若否, 则发起所述业务请求。
10、 一种基站, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取单元, 用于获取用户设备 UE的 AC;
发送单元, 用于在所述获取单元获取所述 UE的 AC之后, 当所述基站对 处于连接态的 UE进行接入控制时, 根据所述处于连接态的 UE的 AC发送释 放通知,使得所述处于连接态的 UE能够根据接收到的所述释放通知确定是否 释放所述处于连接态的 UE的 RRC连接。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的基站, 其特征在于, 所述基站还包括: 释放单元, 用于在所述发送单元发送所述释放通知之后,根据所述释放通 知对所述处于连接态的 UE的 RRC连接进行释放处理, 使得所述处于连接态 的 UE在 UE侧的 RRC连接与在基站侧的 RRC连接都能够释放。
12、 根据权利要求 10或 11所述的方法, 其特征在于, 若所述释放通知为
RRC连接释放通知;
则所述发送单元包括:
选择单元, 用于在所述获取单元获取所述 UE的 AC之后, 当所述基站对 处于连接态的 UE进行接入控制时, 从所述处于连接态的 UE中选择 AC属于 预先设置的第一 AC范围的 UE;
通知发送单元, 用于在所述选择单元选择 UE之后, 向选择的 UE发送所 述 RRC连接释放通知, 使得接收到所述 RRC连接释放通知的 UE释放 RRC 连接。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的基站, 其特征在于, 所述释放单元包括: 通知释放单元, 用于在所述通知发送单元发送所述 RRC连接释放通知之 后, 释放所述选择的 UE的 RRC连接。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的基站, 其特征在于, 若所述释放通知为 AC 范围广播消息;
则所述发送单元还包括:
广播单元, 用于所述获取单元获取所述 UE的 AC之后, 当所述基站对处 于连接态的 UE进行接入控制时, 广播所述 AC范围广播消息, 所述 AC范围 广播消息中包含需要释放 RRC连接的 UE的第二 AC范围, 使得处于连接态 的 UE中 AC属于所述第二 AC范围中的 UE释放 RRC连接。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的基站, 其特征在于, 所述释放单元还包括: 确定单元, 用于从处于连接态的 UE中确定需释放 RRC连接的 UE, 所述 需要释放 RRC连接的 UE的 AC属于所述第二 AC范围;
连接释放单元, 用于在所述确定单元确定需要释放 RRC连接的 UE之后, 释放所述需要释放 RRC连接的 UE的 RRC连接。
16、 一种用户设备 UE, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收基站广播的业务禁止通知, 所述业务禁止通知中包含
需要禁止的业务类型及需要禁止的所述业务类型的 UE的第三 AC范围; 控制单元, 用于在所述接收单元接收所述业务禁止通知之后, 根据所述 UE的 AC及所述业务禁止通知控制业务请求的发起,以实现处于连接态的 UE 的接入控制。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的 UE, 其特征在于, 所述控制单元包括: 判断单元, 用于在所述接收单元接收所述业务禁止通知之后, 当所述 UE 有待发起的业务请求时,判断所述业务请求的业务类型是否属于所述需要禁止 的业务类型;
确定单元, 用于若所述业务请求的业务类型属于所述需要禁止的业务类 型, 则根据所述 UE的 AC及所述第三 AC范围确定是否禁止发起所述业务请 求;
第一发起单元,用于若所述业务请求的业务类型不属于所述需要禁止的业 务类型, 则发起所述业务请求。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的 UE, 其特征在于, 所述确定单元包括: AC判断单元, 用于若所述判断单元确定所述业务请求的业务类型属于所 述需要禁止的业务类型, 则判断所述 UE的 AC是否属于所述第三 AC范围; 禁止单元,用于若所述 AC判断单元确定所述 UE的 AC属于所述第三 AC 范围, 则禁止发起所述业务请求;
第二发起单元, 用于若所述 AC判断单元确定所述 UE的 AC不属于所述 第三 AC范围, 则发起所述业务请求。
19、 一种基站, 其特征在于, 包括:
处理器, 用于获取用户设备 UE的 AC, 当所述基站对处于连接态的 UE 进行接入控制时, 根据所述处于连接态的 UE的 AC利用发送装置发送释放通 知,使得所述处于连接态的 UE能够根据接收到的所述释放通知确定是否释放 所述处于连接态的 UE的 RRC连接;
所述发送装置, 用于发送释放通知。
20、 一种用户设备 UE, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收装置, 用于接收基站广播的业务禁止通知, 所述业务禁止通知中包含 需要禁止的业务类型及需要禁止的所述业务类型的 UE的第三 AC范围;
处理器, 用于在所述接收装置接收所述业务禁止通知之后, 根据所述 UE
的 AC及所述业务禁止通知控制业务请求的发起, 以实现处于连接态的 UE的 接入控制。
