Definitions
- the present invention relates to a halogen lamp used as a heat source for heat treatment of semiconductors and a heat source for annealing, drying, and heat treatment of various workpieces.
- a coiled filament 12 disposed in the axial direction in a glass sealed body 11 that is turned sideways when the lamp is mounted, and a tip portion of the filament 12
- auxiliary support rods 15 and 16 are disposed (see Patent Document 1).
- the support rods 14 to 16 are bent at the intermediate portion of the filament 12 due to thermal stress caused by repeated turning on / off of the lamp and raising / lowering of the supplied power, causing a short circuit accident of the filament 12, or the filament 12 being sealed with glass. It is provided to prevent disconnection in a short time, such as coming into contact with the body 11, and the main support rod 14 suspends and supports the central portion of the filament 12, and the first auxiliary support rod 15 is A portion at a position about 1 ⁇ 4 of the filament length is supported by hanging from the distal end side of the filament 12, and the second auxiliary support rod 16 is at a position about 1 ⁇ 4 of the filament length from the proximal end side of the filament 12. A part is hung and supported.
- each of the support rods 14 to 16 that suspend and support the intermediate portion of the filament 12 is made of tungsten having high heat resistance.
- the support rods 14 to 16 are disposed directly above the filament 12 that radiates high heat, the support rods 14 to 16 are generated by the high heat.
- Thermal degradation progresses with time due to exposure to high temperature of thermal convection, the tungsten structure becomes weak and the filament 12 is bent and deformed by the load of the filament 12, and the coil-shaped filament 12 is bent by the influence of the bending deformation, and between the coils. Has a short circuit that causes the lamp to burn out early.
- a coiled filament 22 arranged in the axial direction in a glass envelope 21 that is turned sideways when the lamp is mounted, and the leading end and the trailing end of the filament 22 are electrically connected.
- the upper support rod 24 disposed immediately above the filament 22 supports a portion that is 1/3 of the filament length from the sealing end portion 26 side of the glass sealing body 21, and is disposed directly below the filament 22.
- the lower support rod 25 that is provided supports a portion that is 2/3 of the filament length from the sealing end portion 26 side of the glass sealing body 21.
- the upper support rod 24 that is disposed immediately above the filament 22 and supports a portion that is 1/3 of the filament length from the sealing end portion 26 side of the glass envelope 21 is radiated from the filament 22.
- the filament 22 becomes brittle and may be bent and deformed by the load of the filament 22. Since only one location at a position 2/3 of the filament length from the sealing end portion 26 side is supported, the portion from that location to the sealing end portion 26 side bends due to its own weight, There is a risk of short circuit between the coils of the filament 22.
- JP 2009-146731 A Japanese Patent No. 2945661
- the intermediate portion of the halogen lamp is supported by the support rod so that the coiled filament of the halogen lamp is not bent by its own weight, and at the same time, the support rod that supports the intermediate portion of the filament is weak due to the influence of high heat radiated from the filament. Therefore, it is a technical problem to prevent bending deformation caused by the load of the filament.
- the present invention electrically connects a coiled filament disposed in the axial direction to a glass envelope that is turned sideways when a lamp is mounted, and a leading end portion and a rear end portion of the filament.
- the filament is obliquely below the left and right sides of the filament in a horizontal position when the lamp is mounted.
- a pair of long and short support rods for individually supporting two adjacent portions of the intermediate portion are provided in parallel.
- the pair of long and short support rods arranged side by side on the lower side of the coiled filament that is in a horizontal posture when the lamp is mounted allows the two adjacent points of the middle part of the filament to be obliquely below the left and right sides of the filament. Supported.
- the pair of long and short support rods support two adjacent points of the intermediate part of the filament in an oblique manner from the diagonally lower left and right sides of the filament, thereby reliably preventing the filament from being bent by its own weight. be able to.
- the pair of long and short support rods that support the intermediate part of the filament are juxtaposed on the lower side of the filament where the thermal influence of heat convection caused by the heat radiation of the filament when the lamp is lit, so that thermal degradation and thermal deformation are prevented.
- the deformation of the filament due to the influence of its thermal deformation is also suppressed, preventing short circuit accidents due to the deformation of the filament, and obtaining a long-life halogen lamp.
- FIG. 1 The perspective view which shows the halogen lamp which concerns on the Example of this invention.
- the side view of the halogen lamp shown in FIG. FIG. 2 is a plan view of the halogen lamp shown in FIG. 1.
- the front view of the modification which changed the structure of the halogen lamp shown in FIG. 1 partially.
- a coiled filament disposed in the axial direction in a glass envelope that is turned sideways when the lamp is mounted, and a leading end and a rear end of the filament are electrically connected.
- a pair of long and short feeding rods for connecting and supporting are disposed, and on the lower side of the filament that is in a horizontal posture when the lamp is mounted, there are two places that follow the middle portion of the filament from diagonally below left and right, for example
- a pair of long and short support rods for individually supporting the tip side portion and the center side portion are provided side by side.
- an auxiliary support rod for assisting the rear end side portion of the intermediate portion of the filament is disposed above the filament.
- a halogen lamp 1 includes a coil-shaped filament 3 arranged in the axial direction in a glass envelope 2 made of quartz glass that is turned sideways when the lamp is mounted, and a tip 3 a of the filament 3.
- a pair of power supply rods 4A and 4B for electrically connecting and supporting the rear end portion 3b is disposed.
- the filament 3 is a double-winding coil in which a primary coil formed in a coil shape by winding a tungsten wire in a small diameter spiral shape is further wound in a large diameter spiral shape to form a secondary coil.
- the power feeding rods 4A and 4B are sealed by the sealing portion 5 of the glass sealed body 2 which is heat-pressed, and one end is connected to an external electrode (not shown) extending outside the glass sealed body 2 and the other end Is penetrated by the cylindrical glass beads 6 arranged in the vicinity of the sealing portion 5 and extends into the glass sealed body 2.
- the long feeding rod 4A is bent in a crank shape so as not to come into contact with the filament 3, and the distal end side thereof is inserted and supported in the distal end tip-off portion 2a of the glass envelope 2, and the distal end portion of the filament 3 is disposed on the distal end side. 3a is connected and supported. Further, the rear end portion 3b of the filament 3 positioned on the sealing portion 5 side is connected and supported on the front end side of the short power feeding rod 4B.
- a pair of long and short supports in the glass envelope 2 are individually supported on the lower side of the filament 3 which is in a horizontal posture when the lamp is mounted, and the two portions of the intermediate portion from the diagonally lower left and right sides of the filament 3 are individually supported.
- Rods L1 and L2 are juxtaposed, and the support rods L1 and L2 are supported in a cantilevered manner with their base end portions being inserted into and supported by the glass beads 6, respectively, and the distal end side is the left and right sides of the filament 3
- the base end side is bent in a crank shape toward the left and right diagonally downward so as to be positioned obliquely downward, and then the distal end side is extended so as to be parallel to the longitudinal direction of the filament 3.
- the long support rod L1 supports the tip side portion P1 of the filament 3 at a position about 1/4 of the filament length from the tip side of the filament 3 from the lower right side when viewed from the front of the halogen lamp 1, and the short support rod L2 Supports the central side portion P2 of the filament 3 located at about a half of the filament length from the diagonally lower left side. Note that hook-shaped wires W for hooking the filament 3 are attached to the tips of both support rods L1 and L2.
- the coiled filament 3 is supported by its own weight because the tip side portion P1 and the center side portion P2 of the intermediate portion are supported obliquely from the left and right diagonally downward by the pair of long and short support rods L1, L2. It is possible to prevent the intermediate portion from being bent.
- the pair of long and short support rods L1 and L2 support the two points of the tip part P1 and the center part P2 of the intermediate part of the filament 3 from the left and right diagonally downwards, so that the intermediate part of the filament 3 is formed.
- the occurrence of bending is suppressed and an accident in which the coils of the filament 3 are short-circuited is prevented.
- the pair of long and short support rods L1 and L2 that support the intermediate portion of the filament 3 are provided below the filament 3 where the thermal influence of heat convection generated by the heat radiation of the filament 3 when the halogen lamp 1 is turned on is small. Therefore, the deformation of the filament 3 due to thermal deformation of the support rods L1 and L2 is also suppressed, and a short circuit accident between the coils due to the deformation of the filament 3 is surely prevented, and a long-life halogen lamp. Is obtained.
- the rear end side portion P3 of the intermediate portion of the filament 3 is located above the filament 3. You may arrange
- the auxiliary support rod 7 that supports the rear end portion P3 of the intermediate portion of the filament 3 is short in length, and is relatively lower in temperature than the front end side or the center side of the glass envelope 2 when the lamp is turned on. Since it is arranged on the sealing portion 5 side, the degree of thermal deformation is small even if it is provided directly above the filament 3 as shown in FIG. Further, if the auxiliary support rod 7 is arranged in a position biased in the left-right direction so as to avoid the position directly above the filament 3 as shown in FIG. 5, the degree of thermal deformation becomes smaller. Therefore, there is no possibility that the filament 3 is bent or twisted due to thermal deformation of the auxiliary support rod 7.
- the coiled filament 3 has a relatively short filament length, it is possible to reliably suppress the occurrence of bending due to the self-weight of the filament 3 using only the support rods L1 and L2 disposed on the lower side of the filament 3. Since it is possible, it is not always necessary to provide the auxiliary support rod 7.
- the pair of long and short support rods that support two adjacent portions of the coiled filament from the diagonally left and right sides of the coiled filament are located at about 1/4 of the filament length from the leading end side of the filament as in the embodiment. It is not limited to one that supports the tip side portion of a filament and the center side portion of the filament at a position that is about 1 ⁇ 2 of the filament length. For example, it is about 1/3 of the filament length from the tip side of the filament. You may support the location in a position and the location in the position of about 2/3.
