所述第三连接部的一端与所述 第二套管固定连接,所述
第二弹性凸起部延伸至所述第二卡槽内并与所述第一套管扣接相连。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,
所述电子烟还包括雾化组件,所述雾化组件和电池组件为一体结构或可拆卸连接的结构。
实施本发明的
电池组件及电子烟,具有以下有益效果:所述电子烟的电池组件包括至少两套管,所述第二套管可伸缩地内嵌至所述第一套管内。因此,用户可以根据自身需要确定所需电量或电池个数,根据电池的个数或长度直接轴向拉伸或推压以调节第二套管沿第一套管的轴向伸出长度,并通过限位机构对第一套管和第二套管之间的相对位置进行限位,防止第一套管和第二套管之间发生分离或相对移动,提高了更换或增加电池的效率,有效提高了用户使用的方便性。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。

所示,本发明的较佳实施例之一提供一种电池组件,所述电池组件与雾化组件(图上未示出)组合形成电子烟。所述电池组件包括套管组件,所述套管组件包括第一套管 1
、第二套管 2 和第一弹性元件 3 。第一套管 1 内具有纵向延伸的腔室,第二套管 2 可伸缩地嵌套在第一套管 1 的所述腔室内,并且通过第一弹性元件 3
与所述第一套管 1 套设相连。所述第一套管 1 大致为内部中空的圆筒状结构,第二套管 2 大致为与第一套管 1 相适配的中空圆筒状结构。第一套管 1
的内侧壁与第二套管 2 的外侧壁贴合,且所述第一套管 1 和第二套管 2 共轴线,第二套管 2 沿第一套管 1 的中轴线方向运动。
此外,所述电池组件还包括至少一个电池 4 、端盖组件 5 和按键开关组件 6 ,所述电池 4
套装在第一套管 1 内。端盖组件 5 内嵌至所述第二套管 2 的一端内与所述第二套管 2 形成插拔连接,且所述端盖组件 5 与套装在第一套管 1 内电池 4
的负极(或正极)导电连接。同时,按键开关组件 6 内嵌至所述第一套管 1 的一端内与所述第一套管 1 形成插拔连接,所述按键开关组件 6 与套装在第一套管 1
内电池的正极(或负极)导电连接。由于所述电池组件中的电池 4 、端盖组件 5 和按键开关组件 6 均为现有技术,在此不再赘述。
如图 3 所示,第一套管 1 靠近端盖组件 5 一端的周向外侧壁上设置有安装槽 11 ,所述安装槽 11
上设置有第一连接孔 111 和与所述第一连接孔 111 间隔设置的至少一个第二连接孔 112 ,所述第一连接孔 111 可以为方孔或圆孔等结构,所述第二连接孔
112 也可以为方孔或圆孔等结构,当所述第二连接孔 112 为多个时,多个所述第二连接孔 112 间隔设置在安装槽 11 上。第一弹性元件 3
穿过所述连接孔抵接至第二套管 2 ,使得第一套管 1 与第二套管 2 套设相连。
可以理解,在其他实施例中,所述第一套管 1 无需设置安装槽 11 ,直接在第一套管 1 靠近端盖组件 5
一端的周向外侧壁上设置有第一连接孔 111 和至少一个第二连接孔 112 ,使得第一弹性元件 3 穿过所述连接孔抵接至第二套管 2 ,同时使得第一套管 1
与第二套管 2 套设相连。
如图 4 所示,第二套管 2 的周向外侧壁上设置有至少两个第一卡槽 21 ,所述第一卡槽 21
为环形凹槽,当所述第一卡槽 21 为两个以上时,两个以上的所述第一卡槽 21 相互平行的间隔设置在第二套管 2 的外侧壁上,且所述第一卡槽 21
的中轴线与所述第二套管 2 的中轴线对齐。这样电子烟内电池 4 的数量和长度均不受限制,用户可以通过电池数量或长度直接轴向拉伸或推压以来调节第二套管 2
沿第一套管 1 的轴向伸出长度,最后通过第一弹性元件 3 进行定位,防止第一套管 1 和第二套管 2
之间发生分离或相对移动,使得用户可以根据自身需要给电子烟增加电量或电池 4 的个数。
此外,第二套管 2 靠近端盖组件 5 一端的周向外侧壁上设置有至少一个第三连接孔 22 ,所述第三连接孔
22 可以为方孔或圆孔等结构,第二套管 2 通过所述第三连接孔 22 和所述端盖组件 5 形成可拆卸连接。当所述第三连接孔 22 为多个时,多个所述第三连接孔
22 沿第二套管 2 的周向外侧壁间隔设置。本实施例中,所述第三连接孔 22 为两个,两个所述第三连接孔 22 沿第二套管 2 的直径方向对称设置。
在实际使用过程中,将端盖组件 5 插装到所述第二套管 2 的一端内,伸缩调节所述第二套管 2
,直到端盖组件 5 与电池 4 抵触接触使得所述电池 4 固定在所述第一套管 1 内,然后通过第一弹性元件 3 对所述第一套管 1 和第二套管 2
之间的相对位置进行限位。
如图 5 并结合图 3 所示,第一弹性元件 3 包括第一弹性凸起部 31 和分别从所述第一弹性凸起部
31 两侧折弯延伸的第一连接部 32 和第二连接部 33 。第一弹性凸起部 31 穿过第一套管 1 上的第一连接孔 111 抵接在第二套管 2 上的第一卡槽
21 内,使得第二套管 2 通过所述第一弹性元件 3 与第一套管 1 套设相连,所述第一弹性凸起部 31 朝向所述第一套管 1 一侧弯折,其截面形状可以呈 V
型等结构。
第一连接部 32 和第二连接部 33 上设置有与所述第一弹性凸起部 31 同向延伸的卡持部 34
,所述卡持部 34 插装在第一套管 1 上的第二连接孔 112 内形成插拔连接,并且与所述第二连接孔 112 过盈配合,使得所述第一弹性元件 3
固定连接在第一套管 1 的周向外侧壁上。可以理解,在其他实施例中,所述第一弹性元件 3 包括第一弹性凸起部 31 和从所述第一弹性凸起部 31
一侧折弯延伸的第一连接部 32 或第二连接部 33 。所述第一弹性元件 3 通过第一连接部 32 或第二连接部 33 上的卡持部 34 可拆卸连接在第一套管
1 的周向外侧壁上。
由此可知,可拆卸连接在所述第一套管 1 上并与所述第二套管 2 相抵接的第一弹性元件 3
,以及设置在所述第二套管 2 上的第一卡槽 21 构成了一弹性限位机构,所述弹性限位机构根据所述电池 4 的个数或长度直接轴向拉伸或推压以限制第二套管 2
沿第一套管 1 的轴向伸出长度。当第二套管 2 在收缩位置时,第二套管 2 内纳置至少一所述电池 4 ,所述电池 4 为第一电池;当第二套管 2 从第一套管
1 内伸出时,所述第二套管内纳置至少一与所述第一电池导电连接的第二电池。通过设置所述第一卡槽 21 为环形凹槽,因而当拉伸或推压第二套管 2
时,使所述第一弹性元件 3 的第一弹性凸起部 31 易于从一个第一卡槽 21 滑入另一个第一卡槽 21 内,避免了所述第一套管 1 与所述第二套管 2
连接失效的问题。
本发明较佳实施例之一提供一种电池组件,所述电池组件与雾化组件(图上未标示)组合形成电子烟。所述雾化组件和电池组件可以是一体结构,即所述雾化组件和电池组件共用一个所述
套管组件,所述雾化组件和电池组件也可以是可拆卸的连接在一起的结构,即所述套管组件只用于电池组件,由于所述雾化组件为现有技术,在此不再赘述。
组装过程中,首先确定所需电池 4 的个数,将第二套管 2 套装在第一套管 1 内,并且将所述电池 4
放入第一套管 1 内;然后将端盖组件 5 插装到所述第二套管 2 的一端内,伸缩调节所述第二套管 2 ,直到端盖组件 5 与电池 4 抵触接触使得所述电池 4
固定在所述第一套管 1 内;最后将第一弹性元件 3 连接在第一套管 1 上,使得第一弹性元件 3 的第一弹性凸起部 31 抵接在第二套管 2 上的第一卡槽
21 内,对第一套管 1 和第二套管 2 之间的相对位置进行限位,从而使第二套管 2 和第一套管 1 套设相连。通过所述 电池组件用户可以根据自身需求确定电池
4 的个数,方便用户给电子烟增加电量。
图 6 示出了本发明的较佳实施例之二提供的一种
可伸缩电池套管,用于电子烟的电池组件,所述电池组件与雾化组件(图上未标示)组合形成电子烟。其与实施例之一的不同之处在于第一套管 1 和第二套管 2
的结构。
所述电池组件包括套管组件,所述套管组件又包括第一套管 1 和第二套管 2 。第一套管 1
内具有纵向延伸的腔室,第二套管 2 可伸缩地嵌套在所述第一套管 1 的所述腔室内,并且与所述第一套管 1 可拆卸的连接。所述第一套管 1
大致为内部中空的圆筒状结构,第二套管 2 大致为与第一套管 1 相适配的中空圆筒状结构。
如图 7 所述,第一套管 1 的周向外侧壁上设置有至少两个第二卡槽 12 ,当所述第二卡槽 12
为多个时,多个所述第二卡槽 12 沿所述第一套管 1 的轴线方向间隔设置在所述第一套管 1 的周向外侧壁上。
如图 8 所述,第二弹性元件 23 设置在第二套管 2 一端沿远离所述第二套管 2
的端面轴向延伸,所述第二弹性元件 23 包括与所述第二卡槽 12 相适配的第二弹性凸起部 231 和沿所述第二弹性凸起部 231 一端朝所述 第二套管 2 的
端面轴向延伸的第三连接部 232 。所述第三连接部 232 的一端与第二套管 2 固定连接,所述第二弹性凸起部 231 延伸至第二卡槽 12 内并与第一套管
1 扣接相连。
由此可知,设置在所述第一套管 1 上的至少两个第二卡槽 12 ,以及设置在所述第二套管 2
上并沿远离所述第二套管 2 端面轴向延伸的第二弹性元件 23 构成了一弹性限位机构,所述弹性限位机构根据所述电池的个数或长度限制第二套管 2 沿第一套管 1
的轴向伸出长度。当第二套管 2 在收缩位置时,第二套管 2 内纳置至少一所述电池 4 ,所述电池为第一电池;当第二套管 2 从第一套管 1
内伸出时,所述第二套管内纳置至少一与所述第一电池导电连接的第二电池。
组装过程中,首先确定所需电池 4 的个数,将第二套管 2 套装在第一套管 1 内,并且将所述电池 4
放入第一套管 1 内;然后将端盖组件 5 插装到所述第二套管 2 的一端内,伸缩调节所述第二套管 2 ,直到端盖组件 5 与电池 4 抵触接触使得所述电池 4
固定在所述第一套管 1 内;最后将第二弹性凸起部 231 插装到与之适配的第二卡槽 12 内,从而使第二套管 2 和第一套管 1 套设相连。
虽然本发明是通过具体实施例进行说明的,本领域技术人员应当明白,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,还可以对本发明进行各种变换及等同替代。另外,针对特定情形或材料,可以对本发明做各种修改,而不脱离本发明的范围。因此,本发明不局限于所公开的具体实施例,而应当包括落入本发明权利要求范围内的全部实施方式。
Claims (18)
- 一种电池组件,用于与雾化组件组合形成电子烟,所述电池组件包括用于容纳电池的第一套管( 1 ),其特征在于,还包括可伸缩地与所述第一套管( 1 )套设相连的第二套管( 2 ), 所述第一套管( 1 ) 与第二套管( 2 ) 之间设置有用于根据电池数量或长度调节并限制所述第二套管( 2 )沿所述第一套管( 1 )的轴向伸出长度的弹性限位机构。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述第一套管( 1 )的内侧壁与所述第二套管( 2 )的外侧壁贴合,所述第一套管( 1 )和第二套管( 2 ) 共轴线,所述第二套管( 2 )沿所述第一套管( 1 )的中轴线方向运动。
- 根据权利要求 2 所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述电池包括至少一第一电池, 所述第二套管( 2 )在收缩状态时,所述第一电池同轴套装在所述第二套管( 2 )内, 当所述第二套管( 2 )从所述第一套管( 1 )内伸出时,所述第一套管( 1 )内纳置至少一与所述第一电池导电连接的第二电池。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述弹性限位机构包括与所 述第一套管( 1 )相连的第一弹性元件( 3 ),以及设置在所述第二套管( 2 )上的至少两个第一卡槽( 21 ), 所述第一 弹性元件( 3 )延伸至任意一个所述 第一卡槽( 21 )内用于对 所述第一套管( 1 ) 和第二套管( 2 ) 之间的相对位置进行限位。
- 根据权利要求 4 所述的电池组件,其特征在于, 所述第一卡槽( 21 )为设置在 所述第二套管( 2 ) 的周向外侧壁上的环形凹槽。
- 根据权利要求 4 所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述第一弹性元件( 3 ) 包括第一弹性凸起部( 31 )和分别从所述第一弹性凸起部( 31 )两侧折弯延伸的第一连接部( 32 )和第二连接部( 33 ),所述第一连接部( 32 )和第二连接部( 33 )两者中的至少一个连接部与所述 第一套管( 1 )相连, 所述第一弹性凸起部( 31 )抵接至所述第一卡槽( 21 )内。
- 根据权利要求 6 所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述第一套管( 1 )一端的周向外侧壁上设置有第一连接孔( 111 )和与所述第一连接孔( 111 )间隔设置的至少一个第二连接孔( 112 );所述第一连接部( 32 )和第二连接部( 33 )上设置有与所述第一弹性凸起部( 31 )同向延伸的卡持部( 34 ),所述第一弹性凸起部( 31 )穿过所述第一连接孔( 111 )抵接至所述第一卡槽( 21 ),所述卡持部( 34 )穿过所述第二连接孔( 112 )固定连接在所述第一套管( 1 )上。
- 根据权利要求 7 所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述第一套管( 1 )一端的周向外侧壁上设置有安装槽( 11 ),所述第一连接孔( 111 )和所述第二连接孔( 112 )设置在所述安装槽( 11 )上。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述弹性限位机构包括设置在所述第一套管( 1 )上的至少两个第二卡槽( 12 ),以及设置在所述第二套管( 2 )一端并沿远离 所述第二套管( 2 )端面轴向延伸的第二弹性元件( 23 ),所述第二弹性元件延伸至所述 第二卡槽( 12 )内 。
- 根据权利要求 9 所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述第二弹性元件( 23 )包括与所述第二卡槽( 12 )相适配的第二弹性凸起部( 231 )和沿所述第二弹性凸起部( 231 )一端朝所述 第二套管( 2 )的 端面轴向延伸的第三连接部( 232 );所述第三连接部( 232 )的一端与所述 第二套管( 2 )固定连接,所述 第二弹性凸起部( 231 )延伸至所述第二卡槽( 12 )内并与所述第一套管( 1 )扣接相连。
- 根据权利要求 9 所述的电池组件,其特征在于, 所述 第二卡槽( 12 )包括多个,多个所述第二卡槽( 12 )沿所述第一套管( 1 )的轴线方向间隔设置。
- 一种电子烟,包括 电池组件,所述电池组件包括用于容纳电池的第一套管( 1 ),其特征在于,还包括可伸缩地与所述第一套管( 1 )套设相连的第二套管( 2 ), 所述第一套管( 1 ) 与第二套管( 2 ) 之间设置有用于根据电池数量或长度调节并限制所述第二套管( 2 )沿所述第一套管( 1 )的轴向伸出长度的弹性限位机构。
- 根据权利要求 12 所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 所述弹性限位机构包括与所 述第一套管( 1 )相连的第一弹性元件( 3 ),以及设置在所述第二套管( 2 )上的至少两个第一卡槽( 21 ), 所述第一 弹性元件( 3 )延伸至任意一个所述 第一卡槽( 21 )内用于对 所述第一套管( 1 ) 和第二套管( 2 ) 之间的相对位置进行限位。
- 根据权利要求 13 所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 所述第一卡槽( 21 )为设置在 所述第二套管( 2 ) 的周向外侧壁上的环形凹槽。
- 根据权利要求 13 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一弹性元件( 3 ) 包括第一弹性凸起部( 31 )和分别从所述第一弹性凸起部( 31 )两侧折弯延伸的第一连接部( 32 )和第二连接部( 33 ),所述第一连接部( 32 )和第二连接部( 33 )两者中的至少一个连接部与所述 第一套管( 1 )相连, 所述第一弹性凸起部( 31 )抵接至所述第一卡槽( 21 )内。
- 根据权利要求 12 所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 所述弹性限位机构包括设置在所述第一套管( 1 )上的至少两个第二卡槽( 12 ),以及设置在所述第二套管( 2 )的一端并沿远离 所述第二套管( 2 )端面轴向延伸的第二弹性元件( 23 ),所述第二弹性元件延伸至所述 第二卡槽( 12 )内 。
- 根据权利要求 17 所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 所述第二弹性元件( 23 )包括与所述第二卡槽( 12 )相适配的第二弹性凸起部( 231 )和沿所述第二弹性凸起部( 231 )一端朝所述 第二套管( 2 )的 端面轴向延伸的第三连接部( 232 );所述第三连接部( 232 )的一端与所述 第二套管( 2 )固定连接,所述第二弹性凸起部( 231 )延伸至所述第二卡槽( 12 )内并与所述第一套管( 1 )扣接相连。
- 根据权利要求 12 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括雾化组件,所述雾化组件和电池组件为一体结构或可拆卸连接的结构。
