Description
本发明涉及日用电子产品领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟。
电子烟主要用于戒烟和替代香烟。现有技术中的电子烟包括外套管,以及安装在外套管内的雾化组件与电池组件。该雾化组件包括至少一个电热丝。电热丝通常采用焊接导线的方式与电池组件实现电连接,而采用焊接导线的方式梳理导线较为不便且装配工序繁琐,从而使得电子烟的生产效率低;再者,若所述电热丝的数量较多,使得装配工序更加繁琐。
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述电子烟实现雾化器与电池组件的连接结构较为繁琐的缺陷,提供一种组装雾化器与电池组件时较为简便的电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种电子烟,包括外套管,以及安装在所述外套管内的雾化组件与电池组件;所述电子烟还包括安装在所述外套管内的电连接器;所述雾化组件包括至少一个雾化器,所述电连接器的一端分别与每个所述雾化器弹性抵接,所述电连接器的另一端与所述电池组件弹性抵接。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述雾化组件包括两个或两个以上的所述雾化器及用于容纳所有所述雾化器的固定套管,所述固定套管固定在所述外套管内并设置有与所述雾化器的数量及形状相适配的容纳空间,每个所述雾化器对应容纳在每个所述容纳空间内。

在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述连接支架还包括由所述支架体朝向所述第二电极延伸的电连接部;所述电连接部与所述第二电极通过导线实现电连接。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,每个所述雾化器还包括安装在所述第一电极连接件与所述第二电极连接件之间的绝缘件。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述电子烟还包括安装在所述外套管远离所述电池组件一端并呈细条状的吸嘴。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述外套管的远离所述电池组件的一端设置有用于取放所述雾化器的开口端,所述雾化器与所述外套管可拆卸连接。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述电池组件远离所述雾化组件的一端与所述外套管可拆卸连接。
实施本发明的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:所述电子烟采用电连接器的一端分别与每个所述雾化器弹性抵接且电连接器的另一端与电池组件弹性抵接的结构,组装所述电子烟时操作简便,利于自动化的装配生产。

为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1、图2、图3以及图4所示,本发明的较佳实施例提供一种电子烟,其包括外套管1、雾化组件2、电池组件3、电连接器4、连接支架5以及吸嘴6。
具体地,如图1、图2以及图3所示,外套管1大致为中空的圆筒状结构。雾化组件2、电池组件3以及电连接器4均可拆卸地安装在外套管1内。该外套管1远离电池组件3的一端设置有用于取放雾化组件2的开口端(未标号),通过该开口端能够便于雾化组件2的拆卸或安装。电池组件3远离雾化组件2的一端与外套管1可拆卸连接,因而使本发明的电子烟不仅结构紧凑,而且方便组装及更换电池。可以理解的是,所述可拆卸连接的连接方式可以为螺纹连接或扣接相连等,在本实施例中,所述可拆卸连接的连接方式为螺纹连接。吸嘴6安装在外套管1远离电池组件3一端并呈细条状。
如图3以及图4所示,雾化组件2包括固定套管21以及雾化器22。固定套管21大致为中空的圆筒状结构,其可拆卸地安装在外套管1的内部,该固定套管21用于容纳雾化器22。雾化器22至少为一个,固定套管21内设置有与雾化器22的数量及形状相适配的容纳空间,每个雾化器22对应容纳在每个容纳空间内,即实现所述雾化器22与所述外套管1可拆卸连接。采用固定套管21的结构,能够使雾化器22稳定可靠地实现固定且方便组装。此外,当所述雾化器22内的烟油用尽时,可拧开所述吸嘴后将所述雾化器22取出进行更换。本实施例中,雾化器22为两个,两个雾化器22均匀地分布在固定套管21内。每个雾化器22包括安装在固定套管21靠近电池组件3的一侧的第一电极连接件221与第二电极连接件222,以及安装在第一电极连接件221与第二电极连接件222之间的绝缘件223。第一电极连接件221、第二电极连接件222以及绝缘件223均大致为中空的柱状结构,第二电极连接件222套装在第一电极连接件221的外侧。第一电极连接件221与第二电极连接件222分别通过电连接器4与电池组件3弹性抵接以实现电连接。所述第一电极连接件221、第二电极连接件222的另一端分别电连接至所述雾化器22内的电热丝(图中未标示),所述雾化器22内的其余部件为现有技术,在此不再赘述。
如图3以及图4所示,电池组件3包括第一电极31以及第二电极(未图示)。第一电极31以及第二电极位于电池组件3相对的两侧,该电池组件3可采用常见的干电池。第一电极31与每个雾化器22的第一电极连接件221实现电连接,第二电极与每个雾化器22的第二电极连接件222实现电连接。
如图3以及图4所示,电连接器4用于实现每个雾化器22与电池组件3的弹性抵接。该电连接器4包括弹性抵接在第一电极31与第一电极连接件221之间的第一电连接器41,以及弹性抵接在第二电极与第二电极连接件222之间的第二电连接器42。其中:
如图5、图6以及图7并参阅图4所示,第一电连接器41包括固定架411、第一弹性电极柱412、第二弹性电极柱413以及导电弹臂414。固定架411由导电材料制成,其大致为片状结构。该固定架411固定在固定套管21的端面上并与第一弹性电极柱412以及第二弹性电极柱413电连接,采用此结构,不需要采用额外的导线用于连接第一弹性电极柱412与第二弹性电极柱413。第一弹性电极柱412与第二弹性电极柱413安装在固定架411相对的两侧上。第一弹性电极柱412与第一电极连接件221数量相等,且第一弹性电极柱412与第一电极连接件221一一对应弹性抵接,以实现二者的电连接。第二弹性电极柱413与第一电极31弹性抵接,以实现二者的电连接。具体地,每个第一弹性电极柱412包括安装在固定架411上的第一安装座4121、第一伸缩件4122,以及抵接在第一伸缩件4122与第一安装座4121之间的第一弹性件4123。第一伸缩件4122可伸缩地安装在第一安装座4121中并与第一电极连接件221弹性抵接,从而实现第一弹性电极柱412与第一电极连接件221的电连接。第二弹性电极柱413包括安装在固定架411上的第二安装座4131、第二伸缩件4132,以及抵接在第二伸缩件4132与第二安装座4131之间的第二弹性件4133。第二伸缩件4132可伸缩地安装在第二安装座4131中并与第一电极31弹性抵接,从而实现第二弹性电极柱413与第一电极31的电连接。在本发明的其它实施例中,第一弹性电极柱412与第二弹性电极柱413均由导电硅胶或导电橡胶制成,导电橡胶或导电硅胶具有良好的弹性以及导电性能。
如图5、图6以及图7并参阅图4所示,导电弹臂414设置在固定架411上,其由固定架411的侧边向外套管1的内壁延伸。该导电弹臂414与外套管1的内壁弹性抵接以实现电连接,用于控制雾化组件2运作的控制模块(未图示)与外套管1的内壁弹性抵接,外套管1的内壁由导电材料制成,从而实现导电弹臂414与控制模块的电连接,即实现第一电极31与控制模块的电连接。采用导电弹臂414的结构,不需要采用额外的导线用于连接第一弹性电极柱412与第二弹性电极柱413。
如图8以及图9并参阅图4所示,第二电连接器42为第三弹性电极柱421。该第三弹性电极柱421的数量与第二电极连接件222的数量相等,第三弹性电极柱421固定在固定套管21的端面上,便于所述电子烟的装配。连接支架5套装在电池组件3设置有第一电极31的一端并与第二电极电连接。每个第三弹性电极柱421均与连接支架5弹性抵接以实现电连接,且第三弹性电极柱421与第二电极连接件222一一对应弹性抵接以实现电连接。
具体地,连接支架5包括支架体51、开设在支架体51中的安装孔52,以及由支架体51朝向第二电极延伸的电连接部53。安装孔52套装在电池组件3的一端。电连接部53与第二电极通过导线实现电连接,从而实现第二电极与第二电连接器42的电连接。每个第三弹性电极柱421包括第三安装座4211、分别可伸缩地安装在第三安装座4211两端的第三伸缩件4212与第四伸缩件4213,以及抵接在第三伸缩件4212与第四伸缩件4213之间的第三弹性件4214。第三伸缩件4212与第二电极连接件222一一对应弹性抵接,以实现二者电连接。每个第四伸缩件4213分别与连接支架5弹性抵接,以实现二者的电连接。在本发明的其它实施例中,第三弹性电极柱421由导电硅胶或导电橡胶制成,导电橡胶或导电硅胶具有良好的弹性以及导电性能。
使用如上所述的电子烟,由于电连接器4的一端分别与每个所述雾化器22弹性抵接且电连接器4的另一端与电池组件3弹性抵接,组装所述电子烟时操作简便,利于自动化的装配生产。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。
Claims (19)
- 一种电子烟,包括外套管(1),以及安装在所述外套管(1)内的雾化组件(2)与电池组件(3);其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括安装在所述外套管(1)内的电连接器(4);所述雾化组件(2)包括至少一个雾化器(22),所述电连接器(4)的一端分别与每个所述雾化器(22)弹性抵接,所述电连接器(4)的另一端与所述电池组件(3)弹性抵接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化组件(2)包括两个或两个以上的所述雾化器(22)及用于容纳所有所述雾化器(22)的固定套管(21),所述固定套管(21)固定在所述外套管(1)内并设置有与所述雾化器(22)的数量及形状相适配的容纳空间,每个所述雾化器(22)对应容纳在每个所述容纳空间内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电池组件(3)包括第一电极(31)以及第二电极;每个所述雾化器(22)包括安装在所述固定套管(21)靠近所述第一电极(31)的一侧的第一电极连接件(221)与第二电极连接件(222);所述电连接器(4)包括弹性抵接在所述第一电极(31)与所述第一电极连接件(221)之间的第一电连接器(41),以及弹性抵接在所述第二电极与所述第二电极连接件(222)之间的第二电连接器(42)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一电连接器(41)包括固定架(411),以及安装在所述固定架(411)相对的两侧上的第一弹性电极柱(412)与第二弹性电极柱(413);所述第一弹性电极柱(412)与所述第一电极连接件(221)数量相等,且所述第一弹性电极柱(412)与所述第一电极连接件(221)一一对应弹性抵接;所述第二弹性电极柱(413)与所述第一电极(31)弹性抵接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一弹性电极柱(412)与所述第二弹性电极柱(413)均由导电硅胶或导电橡胶制成。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于:每个所述第一弹性电极柱(412)包括安装在所述固定架(411)上的第一安装座(4121)、可伸缩地安装在所述第一安装座(4121)中并与所述第一电极连接件(221)弹性抵接的第一伸缩件(4122),以及抵接在所述第一伸缩件(4122)与所述第一安装座(4121)之间的第一弹性件(4123)。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第二弹性电极柱(413)包括安装在所述固定架(411)上的第二安装座(4131)、可伸缩地安装在所述第二安装座(4131)中并与所述第一电极(31)弹性抵接的第二伸缩件(4132),以及抵接在所述第二伸缩件(4132)与所述第二安装座(4131)之间的第二弹性件(4133)。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述固定架(411)固定在所述固定套管(21)的端面上并与所述第一弹性电极柱(412)及所述第二弹性电极柱(413)电连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述固定架(411)设置有用于与所述外套管(1)的内壁弹性抵接的导电弹臂(414),所述外套管(1)与所述导电弹臂(414)电连接并电连接至所述雾化组件(2)的控制模块。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一电极(31)与所述第二电极位于所述电池组件(3)相对的两侧;所述电子烟还包括套装在所述电池组件(3)设置有所述第一电极(31)的一端并与所述第二电极电连接的连接支架(5);所述第二电连接器(42)为与所述第二电极连接件(222)数量相等的第三弹性电极柱(421);每个所述第三弹性电极柱(421)均与所述连接支架(5)弹性抵接,且所述第三弹性电极柱(421)与所述第二电极连接件(222)一一对应弹性抵接。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第三弹性电极柱(421)固定在所述固定套管(21)的端面上。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第三弹性电极柱(421)由导电硅胶或导电橡胶制成。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于:每个所述第三弹性电极柱(421)包括第三安装座(4211)、分别可伸缩地安装在所述第三安装座(4211)两端的第三伸缩件(4212)与第四伸缩件(4213),以及抵接在所述第三伸缩件(4212)与所述第四伸缩件(4213)之间的第三弹性件(4214);所述第三伸缩件(4212)与所述第二电极连接件(222)一一对应弹性抵接;每个所述第四伸缩件(4213)分别与所述连接支架(5)弹性抵接。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述连接支架(5)包括支架体(51),以及开设在所述支架体(51)中的安装孔(52);所述安装孔(52)套装在所述电池组件(3)的一端。
- 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述连接支架(5)还包括由所述支架体(51)朝向所述第二电极延伸的电连接部(53);所述电连接部(53)与所述第二电极通过导线实现电连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于:每个所述雾化器(22)还包括安装在所述第一电极连接件(221)与所述第二电极连接件(222)之间的绝缘件(223)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括安装在所述外套管(1)远离所述电池组件(3)一端并呈细条状的吸嘴(6)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述外套管(1)远离所述电池组件(3)的一端设置有用于取放所述雾化组件(2)的开口端,所述雾化器(22)与所述外套管(1)可拆卸连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电池组件(3)远离所述雾化组件(2)的一端与所述外套管(1)可拆卸连接。
