本发明所述的电子烟中,所述第一插接连接机构包括设置在所述按键帽上的至少一个定位凸起、以及设置在所述控制电路板上与所述定位凸起相适配的定位槽,所述定位凸起与所述定位槽卡合固定;或者,所述第一插接连接机构包括设置在所述控制电路板上的至少一个定位凸起、以及设置在所述按键帽上与所述定位凸起相适配的定位槽,所述定位凸起与所述定位槽卡合固定。
本发明所述的电子烟中,所述控制电路板与所述支架之间具有用于保持所述控制电路板与所述支架之间相对固定的第二插接连接机构。
本发明所述的电子烟中,所述支架包括用于固定所述控制电路板的固定部以及与所述套管套合的套合部;所述第二插接连接机构包括设置在所述固定部内的卡位槽,所述控制电路板沿所述卡位槽插置于所述固定部内。
本发明所述的电子烟中,所述支架还包括突出于所述套管开口端的连接部,用于连接所述雾化组件,所述雾化组件与所述连接部之间的连接方式为螺纹连接、磁性连接或涨紧连接,所述套合部与所述连接部之间径向向外突出有抵持在所述套管端面上的环形凸台。
实施本发明的电池组件及其组装方法以及电子烟,具有以下有益效果:本发明中的电池组件中,按键与控制电路板、控制电路板与支架、以及支架与套管之间均设置了用作组装过程中进行导向的导向机构或定位机构
,有效避免了组装时零件易错位或零件相互挤压的缺陷,提高了组装效率。

为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
本发明为了解决现有技术的按键与套管可能会出现装配工序复杂、不方便装配及按键容易移位的缺陷,提供一种
电池组件及其组装方法、以及使用该电池组件的电子烟 。
参考图1-2是本发明电池组件的剖视图及爆炸图。本发明的电池组件,用于与雾化组件组合形成电子烟,电池组件包括套管1和安装在套管1内的按键组件2。参考图1,按键组件2部分套合在套管1内,按键组件2包括按键开关20、与按键开关20电连接的控制电路板21以及用于固定所述控制电路板21的支架22。套管1侧壁对应按键开关20开设有按键孔11,按键开关20部分突出于所述按键孔11外侧。
参考图3-4,套管1的开口端开设有指示所述按键孔11位置的第一导向部10,所述套合部30轴向对应所述第一导向部10设置有指示按键开关20位置的第二导向部32。沿所述第二导向部32对准所述第一导向部10的方向,所述按键组件2与所述套管1套合,由此按键开关20实现与所述按键孔11之间的导向,按键组件2沿所述第二导向部32对准所述第一导向部10的方向套入套管1后,按键开关20直接落入按键孔11内实现按键开关20的最终固定,避免由于按键开关20与按键孔11之间错位对组装效率的影响。如图4所述,第一导向部10为导向孔,第二导向部32为沿所述套合部30外侧轴向开设的凹槽。应当理解,本发明的第一导向部10并不限于上述的导向孔,也可以是突出于套管1开口端外侧的凸起或其他任一指示性部件;对应地,第二导向部32也不限于沿套合部30轴向开设的凹槽,也可以是沿套合部30轴向突出的凸脊或其他任一指示性部件。可以理解的是,所述第二导向部32也可以设置在所述
按键开关20上。
本发明的按键开关20包括按键帽27及安装在控制电路板21上的微触开关26。按键帽27与控制电路板21之间的接触面上具有第一插接连接机构,控制电路板21与支架22之间具有第二插接连接机构。如图1所示,按键开关20与控制电路板21通过第一插接连接机构实现相对固定,支架22通过第二插接连接机构与控制电路板21连同按键开关20一并固定连接,按键开关20经按键孔11突出于套管1外侧。通过本实施例的第一插接连接机构及第二插接连接机构,本发明的电池组件在使用过程中,按键开关20始终保持相对固定,有效避免装配及使用过程中按键移位进而影响按键手感和操作体验的缺陷。
参考图5-6,
所述第一插接连接机构包括设置在按键帽27上的至少一个定位凸起24、以及设置在控制电路板21上与所述定位凸起24相适配的定位槽25,如图6所示,控制电路板21与按键帽27扣合,所述定位凸起24与所述定位槽25卡合固定,由此实现控制电路板21与按键开关20之间沿套管1轴向的相对固定。图5所示的第一插接连接机构中,按键帽27的接触面上具有四个定位凸起24,均匀分布在四个角上;对应地,控制电路板21与按键帽27相接触的接触面上对应开设有四个定位槽25。控制电路板21与按键帽27相接触的接触面上突出有微触开关26,本实施例中的微触开关26位于控制电路板21的中央,微触开关26与按键开关20电接触用于感应用户的按键操作。对应地,按键帽27与控制电路板21相接触的接触面上内陷有凹腔,凹腔底部与微触开关26抵接。应当理解,所示至少一个定位凸起24也可以设置在所述控制电路板21上,对应地,所述按键帽27上则具有与所述定位凸起24相适配的定位槽25。
参考图7-8,按键组件2的支架22包括用于固定所述控制电路板21的固定部29、与套管1套合的套合部30以及突出于套管1外侧的用于连接雾化组件的连接部31。固定部29沿套合部30轴向沿伸,具有分瓣式结构,如图8所示,固定部29具有两个相互对称的独立分支,应当理解,固定部29可具有多个独立分支,上述分瓣式结构利于插接过程中的对准,同时也在支架22插入套管1的过程中,各分支可发生轻微形变而互不干扰,方便支架22与套管1的顺利套接。套合部30与连接部31
之间突出有抵持在所述套管1端面上的环形凸台33,用于防止在组装过程中按键组件2整体落入套管1中,也利于判断组装是否到位。所述第二插接连接机构包括轴向设置在所述固定部29内的卡位槽28,控制电路板21连同按键开关20一并沿所述卡位槽28插置于所述固定部29内实现控制电路板21及按键开关20与支架22之间的相对固定,进而保证在本发明的电池组件在使用过程中按键开关20在套管1径向与支架22始终保持相对固定,最终在上述嵌入到图1-2中的按键孔11内即可实现按键开关20在套管1内径向及轴向的双重固定,并且在组装过程中始终保持不发生移位。
本发明还提供一种上述电池组件的组装方法,本发明的电池组件包括上述的套管1及按键组件2,按键组件2包括按键开关20、控制电路板21及支架22,
套管1侧壁对应按键开关20开设有按键孔1。
本发明的上述电池组件的组装方法包括:
S1 、分别提供具有按键孔11和第一导向部10的套管1以及具有第二导向部32的按键组件2;
S2
、将所述按键组件的第二导向部对准所述套管开口端上的第一导向部,将所述按键组件与所述套管插接套合后,使所述按键部分突出于所述按键孔外。
此外,所述方法还包括装入步骤:将电池装入套管1内,使所述电池的正负极分别电连接至所述控制电路板。上述的装入步骤可以在步骤S2之前,即先将电池装入套管1内,再将按键组件2插接至套管1的开口端。若套管1远离上述开口端的一端安装有可拆卸的端盖3,也可以先装配好按键组件2,再经远离开口端的一端插入电池,再扣上端盖3。
所述步骤S1之前还包括:准备步骤:在所述套管1的开口端开设导向孔,形成所述第一导向部10;沿支架外侧轴向开设凹槽,形成所述第二导向部32。应当理解,本发明的第一导向部10并不限于上述的导向孔,也可以是突出于套管1开口端外侧的凸起或其他任一指示性部件;对应地,第二导向部32也不限于沿套合部30轴向开设的凹槽,也可以是沿套合部30轴向突出的凸脊或其他任一指示性部件。参考图3,按键组件2沿所述第二导向部32对准所述第一导向部10的方向套入套管1后,按键开关20直接落入按键孔11内实现按键开关20的最终固定,避免由于按键开关20与按键孔11之间错位对组装效率的影响。
本发明的按键开关20包括按键帽27及安装在控制电路板21上的微触开关26,
所述准备步骤还包括:在所述按键帽27与所述控制电路板相接触的接触面上分别设置至少一个定位凸起24以及与所述定位凸起相匹配的定位槽25,进而形成第一连接机构;在所述支架22上开设用于固定所述按键开关20与所述控制电路板21的卡位槽28形成第二插接连接机构。
本发明所述的电池组件的组装方法中,在步骤S2之前,所述方法包括以下步骤:
S10 、依据所述第一插接连接机构将所述按键固定在所述控制电路板上;
S11 、依据所述第二插接连接机构将所述控制电路板固定在所述支架上。
如图5所示,所述第一插接连接机构包括设置在所述按键开关20上的至少一个定位凸起24、以及设置在所述控制电路板21上与所述定位凸起24相适配的定位槽25,将所述定位凸起24插置于所述定位槽25内可保证按键开关20与控制电路板21之间的相对固定。
参考图8,按照步骤S11将所述控制电路板21连同按键开关20沿图6所述B方向沿所述卡位槽插置于所述固定部29内即可实现所述控制电路板21及按键开关20与所述支架22之间的相对固定。
另外,本发明还提供了一种电子烟, 所述电子烟 包括上述的
电池组件及与上述电池组件组装连接的雾化组件。所述雾化组件与电池组件之间的连接方式可以为螺纹连接、磁性连接或涨紧连接等,例如可以在所述雾化组件上设置内螺纹,图8所述的连接部31上设置外螺纹;或者在分别在所述雾化组件及所述连接部31上设置磁性材料;或者所述雾化组件可以与图8所述的连接部31扣合实现与所述电池组件的连接。雾化组件与电池组件之间具体的连接结构属于现有技术,因此不做赘述。
综上,本发明中的电池组件的套管与按键组件之间的连接结构,避免了按键组件与套管内壁可能会出现的按键在组装及使用过程中的移位现象,且本发明的组装方法克服了现有组装方法中零件易错位或零件相互挤压的缺陷,简化了组装过程中的操作难度,提高了组装效率。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。
Claims (20)
- 一种电池组件,用于与雾化组件组合形成电子烟,所述电池组件包括套管(1)及插设在所述套管(1)上的按键组件(2),所述套管(1)侧壁对应所述按键组件(2)开设有按键孔(11),其特征在于,所述套管(1)开口端设置有用于指示所述按键孔(11)的第一导向部(10),所述按键组件(2)与所述第一导向部(10)位置相对应处设置有第二导向部(32),组装时所述第二导向部(32)对准所述第一导向部(10),将所述按键组件(2)与所述套管(1)插接套合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述按键组件(2)包括按键开关(20)、与所述按键开关(20)电连接的控制电路板(21)以及用于固定所述控制电路板(21)的支架(22)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述第一导向部(10)为导向孔,所述第二导向部(32)为沿所述支架(22)外侧轴向开设的凹槽。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述按键开关(20)包括按键帽(27)及与所述按键帽(27)套设相连的微触开关(26),所述按键帽(27)与所述控制电路板(21)之间具有用于保持所述按键开关(20)与所述控制电路板(21)之间相对固定的第一插接连接机构,所述微触开关(26)与所述控制电路板(21)电连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述第一插接连接机构包括设置在所述按键帽(27)上的至少一个定位凸起(24)、以及设置在所述控制电路板(21)上与所述定位凸起(24)相适配的定位槽(25),所述定位凸起(24)与所述定位槽(25)卡合固定;或者,所述第一插接连接机构包括设置在所述控制电路板(21)上的至少一个定位凸起(24)、以及设置在所述按键帽(27)上与所述定位凸起(24)相适配的定位槽(25),所述定位凸起(24)与所述定位槽(25)卡合固定。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述控制电路板(21)与所述支架(22)之间具有用于保持所述控制电路板(21)与所述支架(22)之间相对固定的第二插接连接机构。
- 根据权利要求6所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述支架(22)包括用于固定所述控制电路板(21)的固定部(29)以及与所述套管(1)套合的套合部(30);所述第二插接连接机构包括设置在所述固定部(29)内的卡位槽(28),所述控制电路板(21)沿所述卡位槽(28)插置于所述固定部(29)内。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述支架(22)还包括突出于所述套管开口端的用于连接所述雾化组件的连接部(31),所述套合部(30)与所述连接部(31)之间径向向外突出有抵持在所述套管(1)端面上的环形凸台(33)。
- 一种电池组件的组装方法, 其特征在于,所述方法包括:S1、分别提供具有按键孔(11)和第一导向部(10)的套管(1)以及具有第二导向部(32)的按键组件(2),按键组件(2)内包括按键开关(20)、控制电路板(21)及支架(22);S2、将所述按键组件(2)的第二导向部(32)对准所述套管(1)开口端上的第一导向部(10),将所述按键组件(2)与所述套管(1)插接套合后,使所述按键开关(20)部分突出于所述按键孔(11)外。
- 根据权利要求9所述的电池组件的组装方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括装入步骤:将电池装入套管(1)内,使所述电池的正负极分别电连接至所述控制电路板(21)。
- 根据权利要求9所述的电池组件的组装方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1之前还包括:准备步骤:在所述套管(1)的开口端开设导向孔,形成所述第一导向部(10);沿所述支架(22)上的套合部(30)外侧轴向开设凹槽,形成所述第二导向部。
- 根据权利要求11所述的电池组件的组装方法,其特征在于,所述按键开关(20)包括按键帽(27)及与所述按键帽(27)套设相连的微触开关(26),所述准备步骤还包括:在所述按键帽(27)与所述控制电路板(21)相接触的接触面上分别设置至少一个定位凸起(24)以及与所述定位凸起(24)相匹配的定位槽(25),进而形成第一插接连接机构;在所述支架(22)上开设用于固定所述按键开关(20)与所述控制电路板(21)的卡位槽(28)形成第二插接连接机构。
- 根据权利要求12所述的电池组件的组装方法,其特征在于,在步骤S2之前,所述方法包括以下步骤:S10、依据所述第一插接连接机构将所述按键(20)固定在所述控制电路板(21)上;S11、依据所述第二插接连接机构将所述控制电路板(21)固定在所述支架(22)上。
- 一种电子烟,所述电子烟包括电池组件及雾化组件,所述电池组件包括套管(1)及插设在所述套管(1)上的按键组件(2),所述套管(1)侧壁对应所述按键组件(2)开设有按键孔(11),其特征在于,所述套管(1)开口端设置有用于指示所述按键孔(11)的第一导向部(10),所述按键组件(2)与所述第一导向部(10)位置相对应处设置有第二导向部(32),组装时所述第二导向部(32)对准所述第一导向部(10),将所述按键组件(2)与所述套管(1)插接套合。
- 根据权利要求14所述的电池组件,其特征在于,所述按键组件(2)包括按键开关(20)、与所述按键开关(20)电连接的控制电路板(21)以及用于固定所述控制电路板(21)的支架(22)。
- 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一导向部(10)为导向孔,所述第二导向部(32)为沿所述支架(22)外侧轴向开设的凹槽。
- 根据权利要求15所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述按键开关(20)包括按键帽(27)及与所述按键帽(27)套设相连的微触开关(26),所述按键帽(27)与所述控制电路板(21)之间具有用于保持所述按键开关(20)与所述控制电路板(21)之间相对固定的第一插接连接机构,所述微触开关与所述控制电路板(21)电连接。
- 根据权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一插接连接机构包括设置在所述按键(20)上的至少一个定位凸起(24)、以及设置在所述控制电路板(21)上与所述定位凸起(24)相适配的定位槽(25),所述定位凸起(24)与所述定位槽(25)卡合固定;或者,所述第一插接连接机构包括设置在所述控制电路板(21)上的至少一个定位凸起(24)、以及设置在所述按键(20)上与所述定位凸起(24)相适配的定位槽(25),所述定位凸起(24)与所述定位槽(25)卡合固定。
- 根据权利要求15所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述控制电路板(21)与所述支架(22)之间具有用于保持所述控制电路板(21)与所述支架(22)之间相对固定的第二插接连接机构;所述支架(22)包括用于固定所述控制电路板(21)的固定部(29)以及与所述套管(1)套合的套合部(30);所述第二插接连接机构包括设置在所述固定部(29)内的卡位槽(28),所述控制电路板(21)沿所述卡位槽(28)插置于所述固定部(29)内。
- 根据权利要求19所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述支架(22)还包括突出于所述套管(1)开口端的用于连接所述雾化组件的连接部(31),所述雾化组件与所述连接部(31)之间的连接方式为螺纹连接、磁性连接或涨紧连接,所述套合部(30)与所述连接部(31)之间径向向外突出有抵持在所述套管(1)端面上的环形凸台(33)。
