Description
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟草蒸发器。
目前市场上的烟草蒸发器是将卷烟或散装烟丝装入加热器中,通过加热器加热烟丝产生烟雾供使用者吸食。使用这类蒸发器的产品需要使用专门的工具来清理烟灰,若烟灰粘附于加热管壁则清洁起来就更加困难,同时,加热管壁上的粘附物越多就越影响热量传导至烟丝的效率,从而影响烟丝产生的烟雾量及口感。另外,由于目前市场上的烟草蒸发器受本身结构的限制,使得使用者在更换烟草时极其不便。
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述烟草不易更换且容纳烟草的容器不易清洁的缺陷,提供易更换烟草且容纳烟草的容器易清洁的电子烟草蒸发器。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
构造一种电子烟草蒸发器,包括外壳,所述外壳包括上壳、与所述上壳接合的下壳以及用于加热待蒸发物质的加热元件,所述下壳的一端连接有用于供使用者吸食的吸嘴,所述下壳在与所述上壳接触的端面上具有用于容纳所述待蒸发物质的容器,所述容器开口朝向所述上壳且与所述吸嘴连通,所述上壳的一侧通过一翻转机构与所述下壳连接,所述上壳的另一侧通过一锁定机构与所述下壳连接,所述锁定机构在外力的作用下解锁并使所述上壳通过所述翻转机构朝着远离所述下壳的方向翻转,所述上壳翻转后露出所述下壳上的所述容器。
在本发明所述的电子烟草蒸发器中,所述上壳包括上盖和安装在所述上盖上的第一塑胶件,所述下壳包括下盖和安装在所述下盖上的第二塑胶件,所述第一塑胶件的一侧具有至少一个一端带孔的第一转轴,所述第二塑胶件上具有至少一个一端带孔的与所述第一转轴相对应的第二转轴;
所述翻转机构包括用于连接所述第一转轴和所述第二转轴的连接杆,以及套设在所述连接杆位于所述第一转轴和所述第二转轴之间的弹性件,所述弹性件的两端分别与所述第一塑胶件和所述第二塑胶件连接,所述连接杆和所述弹性件共同实现所述上壳与所述下壳的可翻转连接。

在本发明所述的电子烟草蒸发器中,所述锁定机构包括安装在所述第一塑胶件内的第一磁铁,以及安装在所述第二塑胶件内且位置与所述第一磁铁对应的第二磁铁,所述第一磁铁和所述第二磁铁相互靠近的磁极为异极,所述锁定机构还包括设置在所述第一塑胶件侧部且用于打开所述上壳的扣手位。
在本发明所述的电子烟草蒸发器中,所述上壳还包括设置在所述第一塑胶件外的第一隔热棉,以及用于将所述第一隔热棉固定在所述第一塑胶件上的第一不锈钢片;
所述第二塑胶件内具有第一容纳腔,所述下壳还包括依次收容在所述第一容纳腔内的第二隔热棉、所述加热元件,以及所述容器,所述容器外设置有第二不锈钢片;

实施本发明的一种电子烟草蒸发器,具有以下有益效果:通过在上壳的一侧设置翻转机构与下壳连接,在上壳的另一侧设置锁定机构与下壳连接,使上壳与下壳实现可翻转连接,锁定机构在外力的作用下解锁,同时上壳通过翻转机构朝着远离下壳的方向翻转,此时即可更换烟草或药草,具体地,
用户将烟草或药草放置在容器中后,可以通过翻转机构使上壳和下壳接合,并通过锁定机构锁定上壳和下壳,即完成了烟草或药草的安装;当烟草或药草使用完毕后,用户可以通过锁定机构对上壳和下壳进行解锁,并使上壳在翻转机构的作用下远离下壳,此时露出容器,即可更换烟草或药草;同时,
由于翻转机构和锁定机构的设置,使得容器很容易被露出,有利于用户清除烟草或药草,清洁烟草蒸发器,提高了用户的使用体验;因此,该电子烟草蒸发器结构简单,易于更换烟草或药草,且容易清洗用于盛装烟草或药草的容器;此外,扁平状截面的第一容纳腔将可用于加热的区域延展,减小加热区的直径,从而可以有更多的空间用于隔热和保温,使烟草蒸发器的外形尺寸减小,方便携带,解决了现有技术中烟草蒸发器尺寸和体积较大,烟草加热不充分和不均造成烟草浪费的技术问题。

以下结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步的揭示说明。
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种电子烟草蒸发器,包括外壳1,该外壳1包括相接合的上壳10和下壳20,以及安装在下壳20一端的吸嘴2,吸嘴2可拆卸安装在下壳20上,以便于清洗,其中,吸嘴2的安装方式可以是现有技术中任一种可拆卸安装方式。另外,上壳10的表面还设置有用于显示电子烟草蒸发器的加热状态的指示灯7,在下壳20远离吸嘴2的一端还设置有用于为电池充电的充电接口9,充电接口9内电连接有充电PCB电路板。在下壳20的侧部还设置有用于激发电池的电源开关29,
以及用于显示电池电量的LED显示灯8,图中显示五个LED显示灯8,分别代表五种电池电量状态。
如图2所示,上壳10包括上盖11、第一塑胶件12、第一隔热棉13、第一不锈钢片14、镜片15、硅胶件16、装饰圈17、螺丝18。其中,第一塑胶件12通过螺丝18安装在上盖11上,在第一塑胶件12上相应设置有螺丝孔。另外,在上盖11的一端设有圆形的穿孔,镜片15通过圆形的开口安装在上盖11上,并通过硅胶件16实现与上盖11的密封连接,镜片15凸出上盖11形成指示灯7。装饰圈17用于将第一塑胶件12与上盖11进行密封,另外,第一隔热棉13紧贴第一塑胶件12设置,并通过第一不锈钢片14固定在第一塑胶件12上,第一不锈钢片14卡扣在第一塑胶件12上。
如图3所示,下壳20包括下盖21、第二塑胶件22、第二隔热棉23、容器24、第二不锈钢片25、电池26、PCB主板27、硅胶垫28、电源开关29、加热元件30。其中,第二塑胶件22通过螺丝18安装在下盖21上,相应地,在第二塑胶件22上开设有螺丝孔。下盖21与第二塑胶件22之间收容有电池26和PCB主板27,电池26与加热元件30电性连接且用于为加热元件30供电,PCB主板27与电池26和加热元件30电性连接且用于控制电池26为加热
元件30进行供电,PCB主板27还与LED显示灯8电性连接。第二塑胶件22靠近吸嘴2的一端开设有一方形的第一容纳腔,该第一容纳腔内依次收容有第二隔热棉23、加热元件30和容器24。该容器24设置在下壳20与上壳10接触的端面上,用于容纳待蒸发物质,该容器24的开口朝向上壳10且与吸嘴2连通,使用时,容器24内产生的烟雾通过吸嘴2到达使用者口中。加热元件30紧贴容器24设置且用于加热容器24中的待蒸发物质以获得烟雾,加热
元件30可以是电热膜,工作时以加热元件30为发热体,将热量以辐射的形式导入容器24内,从而对待蒸发物质进行加热。硅胶垫28设置在容器24的周围用于将容器24密封,第二不锈钢片25用于固定收容在第二塑胶件22内的第二隔热棉23、加热元件30和容器24。
上述第一隔热棉13和第二隔热棉23主要起隔热保温的作用,可以避免加热元件30产生的热量损失。同时,该第一隔热棉13和第二隔热棉23也可以降低外壳1的温度,使外壳1的温度降至常温,当用户手握外壳1吸食电子烟草蒸发器时,避免烫伤用户。该第一隔热棉13和第二隔热棉23的材质为硅酸铝纤维棉或锆纤维棉。
该容器24可以一体成型,可由金属材料制成,金属材料导热性能好,可以快速有效地将热量传送给待蒸发物质。优选地,容器24由不锈钢材料或者铝合金材料制成,不锈钢和铝合金除了导热性能好外,还不容易生锈,耐腐蚀性也强。
容器24内形成一扁平状截面的第二容纳腔,该第二容纳腔用于容纳待蒸发物质且与吸嘴2连通。具体地,第二容纳腔用于放置烟草片或药草片,当然也可以用来放置烟丝。扁平状截面的第二容纳腔可以将加热区域延展,减少加热区的直径,从而可以有更多的空间来做隔热和保温结构,同时在待蒸发物质相同的情况下,可以将蒸发器外形做得更小,方便携带。在本实施例中,优选片状结构的烟草片或药草片,使用成型的烟草片或药草片,可避免烟丝散落带来的清洁困难,使用完后即可将整片烟草片取出,方便使用,可提升用户的体验。另外,可以在不影响容器24的整体体积大小的情况下,增大待蒸发物质的表面积,使单位面积上的待蒸发物质量减少,可以解决现有
技术中的中心部分因待蒸发物质过多而加热不充分的问题,而且可以保证受热均匀,从而增加产生的烟雾量。
为了方便更换容器24中的烟草片或药草片,上壳10的一侧通过一翻转机构与下壳20连接,上壳10的另一侧通过一锁定机构与下壳20连接,锁定机构在外力的作用下解锁并使上壳10通过翻转机构朝向远离下壳20的方向翻转,上壳10翻转后即可露出容器24。使用时,只需将上壳10一侧翻起,并利用翻转机构翻转一定角度,即可更换烟草片或药草片。其中,上壳10与下壳20翻转连接的方式可以有多种,下面将具体介绍上壳10和下壳20的翻转连接。
如图4所示,在本发明的第一实施例中,上壳10包括上盖11和安装在上盖11
上的第一塑胶件12,下壳20包括下盖21和安装在下盖21上的第二塑胶件22。具体地,如图5所示,在第一塑胶件12的一侧具有至少一个一端带孔的第一转轴101,在第二塑胶件22上具有至少一个一端带孔的且与第一转轴101相对应的第二转轴102,该第一转轴101与第二转轴102均为圆柱形且开孔相互朝向。在本实施例中,在第一塑胶件12的一侧间隔设置有两个一端带孔的第一转轴101,在第二塑胶件22的一侧间隔设置有两个一端带孔的第二转轴102,且两个第二转轴102分别与两个第一转轴101相对应。翻转机构包括用于连接第一转轴101和第二转轴102的连接杆31,以及套设在连接杆31位于第一转轴和第二转轴之间的弹性件32,该弹性件32的两端分别与第一塑胶件12和第二塑胶件22连接。在本实施例中,连接杆31为插销,两端分别插在第一转轴101和第二转轴102的孔中。连接杆31与弹性件32共同实现上壳10和下壳20的可翻转连接。
如图6所示,弹性件32为扭簧,且在其两端分别具有第一引脚321和第二引脚322,第一塑胶件12上设置有用于容纳第一引脚321的第一凹槽(未示出),第二塑胶件22上设置有用于容纳第二引脚322的第二凹槽(未示出)。弹性件32通过第一引脚321和第二引脚322分别以第一塑胶件12和第二塑胶件22连接。
如图7所示,是锁定机构的放大图,该锁定机构包括按键41、第一弹簧42和第一开孔44。其中,在第二塑胶件22的侧部开设有用于安装按键41的第一安装孔(未示出),第一安装孔内设置有第一导向柱103,该第一导向柱103的一端与第二塑胶件22固定连接,第一导向柱103的另一端可移动地连接在按键41上。第一弹簧42套设在第一导向柱103上,并通过第一导向柱103对第一弹簧42进行导向。如图4所示,锁定机构包括设置在上壳10与下壳20相接触的端面上的第一卡扣件43,按键41上开设有与第一卡扣件43对应的第一开孔44,第一卡扣件43与第一开孔44扣合以实现上壳10和下壳20的锁定。
如图8所示,第一卡扣件43包括第一连接部431、第一扣合部432和第一斜面433.其中,第一扣合部432与第一连接部431固定连接,第一扣合部432朝向下壳20突出第一连接部431且在其突出的端面上具有一向第一连接部431倾斜的第一斜面433,在外力的作用下第一扣合部432插入第一开孔44并在第一斜面433的作用下带动按键41压缩第一弹簧42,当第一斜面433完全插入第一开孔44时,第一弹簧42将按键41弹回以实现第一卡扣件43与第一开孔44的扣合。
在第一实施例中,放置烟草片或药草片时,需要将上壳10打开,按下按键41,按键41向内移动,将弹簧压缩,当按键41移动的距离大于第一卡扣件43的第一扣合部432的宽度时,上壳10的第一卡扣件43脱离按键41的第一开孔44,此时,扭簧的扭力将上壳10翻开至一定角度,即可放置烟草片或药草片。
如图9所示,在本发明第二实施例中,翻转机构与第一实施例的翻转机构相同,其锁定机构相对于第一实施例作了一些变化。如图10所示,在第二实施例中,锁定机构包括滑动开关51、第二弹簧52、第二卡扣件53和第二开孔54。其中,第二塑胶件22的侧部开设有用于安装滑动开关51的第二安装孔(未示出),第二安装孔内设置有与滑动开关51垂直的第二导向柱(未示出),第二导向柱的一端与第二塑胶件22固定连接,第二导向柱的另一端可移动地连接在滑动开关51上。第二弹簧52套设在第二导向柱上,第二导向柱用于为第二弹簧52导向。第二卡扣件53设置在上壳10和下壳20相接触的端
面上,在滑动开关51上开设有与第二卡扣件53对应的第二开孔54,第二卡扣件53与第二开孔54扣合以实现上壳10和下壳20的锁定。
如图11所示,第二卡扣件53包括第二连接部531、第二扣合部532和第二斜面533。其中,第二连接部531与第二扣合部532固定连接,且第二扣合部532突出第二连接部531且在其突出的端面上具有第二斜面533,第二扣合部532插入第二开孔54并在第二斜面533的作用下带动滑动开关51压缩第二弹簧52,当第二斜面533完全插入第二开孔54时,第二弹簧52将滑动开关51弹回以实现第二卡扣件53与第二开孔54的扣合。
在第二实施例中,放置烟草片或药草片时,需要将滑动开关51远离第二开口54的方向滑动,将第二弹簧52压缩,当滑动开关51移动距离大于第二 卡扣
件53的第二扣合部532的宽度时,上壳10的第二卡扣件53脱离滑动开关51的第二开孔54,扭簧的扭力将上壳10翻开至一定角度,此时便可放置烟草片或药草片。
如图12,在本发明的第三实施例中,其翻转机构与第一实施例和第二实施例的翻转机构相同,其锁定机构相对于第一实施例和第二实施例作了一些变化。该锁定机构包括第一磁铁61和第二磁铁62。其中,第一磁铁61安装在第一塑胶件12内,第二磁铁62安装在第二塑胶件22内且位置与第一磁铁61相对应。第一磁铁61和第二磁铁62相互靠近的磁极为异极,如第一磁铁61与第二磁铁相邻的一级为S极,则第二磁铁62与第一磁铁61相邻的一级为N极。另外,锁定机构还包括设置在第一塑胶件12侧部且用于打开上壳10的扣手位(未示出)。
如图13所示,在本发明的第三实施例中,当上壳10与下壳20闭合时,第一磁铁61和第二磁铁吸合在一起。
在第三实施例中,放置烟草片或药草片时需要将上壳10打开,从上壳10的第一塑胶件12上的扣手位将上壳10向上翻开,即可放置烟草片或药草片。
综上所述,实施本发明的一种电子烟草蒸发器,具有如下有益效果:通过在上壳10的一侧设置翻转机构与下壳20连接,在上壳10的另一侧设置锁定机构与下壳20连接,使上壳10与下壳20实现可翻转连接,锁定机构在外力的作用下解锁,同时上壳10通过翻转机构朝着远离下壳20的方向翻转,此
时即可更换烟草或药草,具体地,用户将烟草或药草放置在容器24中后,可以通过翻转机构使上壳10和下壳20接合,并通过锁定机构锁定上壳10和下壳20,即完成了烟草或药草的安装;当烟草或药草使用完毕后,用户可以通过锁定机构对上壳10和下壳20进行解锁,并使上壳10在翻转机构的作用下远离下壳20,此时露出容器24,即可更换烟草或药草;同时,由于翻转机构和锁定机构的设置,使得容器24很容易被露出,有利于用户清除烟草或药草,清洁烟草蒸发器,提高了用户的使用体验;因此,该电子烟草蒸发器结构简单,易于更换烟草或药草,且容易清洗用于盛装烟草或药草的容器。另外,使用成型的烟草片或药草片,将加热区域延展,可以减小加热区的直
径,从而可以有更多的空间来做隔热和保温结构,同时可以将蒸发器外形做小,方便携带;使用成型烟草片或药草片,没有烟丝散落带来的清洁困难,使用完后即可将整片烟草片取出。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。
Claims (12)
- 一种电子烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,包括外壳(1),所述外壳(1)包括上壳(10)、与所述上壳(10)接合的下壳(20)以及用于加热待蒸发物质的加热元件(30),所述下壳(20)的一端连接有用于供使用者吸食的吸嘴(2),所述下壳(20)在与所述上壳(10)接触的端面上具有用于容纳所述待蒸发物质的容器(24),所述容器(24)开口朝向所述上壳(10)且与所述吸嘴(2)连通,所述上壳(10)的一侧通过一翻转机构与所述下壳(20)连接,所述上壳(10)的另一侧通过一锁定机构与所述下壳(20)连接,所述锁定机构在外力的作用下解锁并使所述上壳(10)通过所述翻转机构朝着远离所述下壳(20)的方向翻转,所述上壳(10)翻转后露出 所述下壳(20)上的 所述容器(24)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述上盖(11)和所述下盖(12)扣合连接,且在扣合处形成所述间隙。根据权利要求1所述的电子烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述上壳(10)包括上盖(11)和安装在所述上盖(11)上的第一塑胶件(12),所述下壳(20)包括下盖(21)和安装在所述下盖(21)上的第二塑胶件(22),所述第一塑胶件(12)的一侧具有至少一个一端带孔的第一转轴(101),所述第二塑胶件(22)上具有至少一个一端带孔的与所述第一转轴(101)相对应的第二转轴(102);所述翻转机构包括用于连接所述第一转轴(101)和所述第二转轴(102)的连接杆(31),以及套设在所述连接杆(31)位于所述第一转轴(101)和所述第二转轴(102)之间的弹性件(32),所述弹性件(32)的两端分别与所述第一塑胶件(12)和所述第二塑胶件(22)连接,所述连接杆(31)和所述弹性件(32)共同实现所述上壳(10)与所述下壳(20)的可翻转连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述弹性件(32)为扭簧,且在其两端分别具有第一引脚(321)和第二引脚(322),所述第一塑胶件(12)上设置有用于容纳所述第一引脚(321)的第一凹槽,所述第二塑胶件(22)上设置有用于容纳所述第二引脚(322)的第二凹槽。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述锁定机构包括按键(41),所述第二塑胶件(22)的侧部开设有用于安装所述按键(41)的第一安装孔,所述第一安装孔内设置有第一导向柱(103),所述第一导向柱(103)的一端与所述第二塑胶件(22)固定连接,所述第一导向柱(103)的另一端可移动地连接在所述按键(41)上;所述锁定机构还包括套设在所述第一导向柱(103)上的第一弹簧(42),以及设置在所述上壳(10)与所述下壳(20)接触的端面上的第一卡扣件(43),所述按键(41)上开设有与所述第一卡扣件(43)对应的第一开孔(44),所述第一卡扣件(43)与所述第一开孔(44)扣合以实现所述上壳(10)和所述下壳(20)的锁定。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述第一卡扣件(43)包括第一连接部(431)以及与所述第一连接部(431)固定连接的第一扣合部(432),所述第一扣合部(432)朝向所述下壳(20)突出所述第一连接部(431)且在其突出的端面上具有一向所述第一连接部(431)倾斜的第一斜面(433),所述第一扣合部(432)插入所述第一开孔(44)并在所述第一斜面(433)的作用下带动所述按键(41)压缩所述第一弹簧(42),当所述第一斜面(433)完全插入所述第一开孔(44)时,所述第一弹簧(42)将所述按键(41)弹回以实现所述第一卡扣件(43)与所述第一开孔(44)的扣合。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述锁定机构包括滑动开关(51),所述第二塑胶件(22)的侧部开设有用于安装所述滑动开关(51)的第二安装孔,所述第二安装孔内设置有与所述滑动开关(51)垂直的第二导向柱,所述第二导向柱的一端与所述第二塑胶件(22)固定连接,所述第二导向柱的另一端可移动地连接在所述滑动开关(51)上;所述锁定机构还包括套设在所述第二导向柱上的第二弹簧(52),以及设置在所述上壳(10)与所述下壳(20)接触的端面上的第二卡扣件(53),所述滑动开关(51)上开设有与所述第二卡扣件(53)对应的第二开孔(54),所述第二卡扣件(53)与所述第二开孔(54)扣合以实现所述上壳(10)和所述下壳(20)的锁定。
- 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述第二卡扣件(53)包括第二连接部(531)以及与所述第二连接部(531)固定连接的第二扣合部(532),所述第二扣合部(532)突出所述第二连接部(531)且在其突出的端面上具有第二斜面(533),所述第二扣合部(532)插入所述第二开孔(54)并在所述第二斜面(533)的作用下带动所述滑动开关(51)压缩所述第二弹簧(52),当所述第二斜面(533)完全插入所述第二开孔(54)时,所述第二弹簧(52)将所述滑动开关(51)弹回以实现所述第二卡扣件(53)与所述第二开孔(54)的扣合。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述锁定机构包括安装在所述第一塑胶件(12)内的第一磁铁(61),以及安装在所述第二塑胶件(22)内且位置与所述第一磁铁(61)对应的第二磁铁(62),所述第一磁铁(61)和所述第二磁铁(62)相互靠近的磁极为异极,所述锁定机构还包括设置在所述第一塑胶件(12)侧部且用于打开所述上壳(10)的扣手位。
- 根据权利要求4-8任一项所述的电子烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述上壳(10)还包括设置在所述第一塑胶件(12)外的第一隔热棉(13),以及用于将所述第一隔热棉(13)固定在所述第一塑胶件(12)上的第一不锈钢片(14);所述第二塑胶件(22)内具有第一容纳腔,所述下壳(20)还包括依次收容在所述第一容纳腔内的第二隔热棉(23)、所述加热元件(30),以及所述容器(24),所述容器(24)外设置有第二不锈钢片(25);所述下盖(21)与所述第二塑胶件(22)之间还设置有用于为所述加热元件(30)供电的电池(26)和用于控制所述电池(26)为所述加热元件(30)供电的PCB主板(27)。
- 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述容器(24)内具有扁平状截面的第二容纳腔,所述第二容纳腔用于容纳所述待蒸发物质且与所述吸嘴(2)连通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,所述待蒸发物质为片状结构的烟草片或药草片。
- 一种电子烟草蒸发器,其特征在于,包括外壳(1),所述外壳(1)包括上壳(10)、与所述上壳(10)接合的下壳(20)以及用于加热烟草片的加热元件(30),所述下壳(20)的一端连接有用于供使用者吸食的吸嘴(2),所述下壳(20)在与所述上壳(10)接触的端面上具有一开口朝向所述上壳(10)的容器(24),所述容器(24)内具有扁平状截面的第二容纳腔,所述第二容纳腔用于容纳所述烟草片且与所述吸嘴(2)连通;所述上壳(10)的一侧通过一翻转机构与所述下壳(20)连接,所述上壳(10)的另一侧通过一锁定机构与所述下壳(20)连接,所述锁定机构在外力的作用下解锁并使所述上壳(10)通过所述翻转机构朝着远离所述下壳(20)的方向翻转,所述上壳(10)翻转后露出所述下壳(20)上的所述容器(24);所述上壳(10)包括上盖(11)和安装在所述上盖(11)上的第一塑胶件(12),所述下壳(20)包括下盖(21)和安装在所述下盖(21)上的第二塑胶件(22),所述第一塑胶件(12)的一侧具有至少一个一端带孔的第一转轴(101),所述第二塑胶件(22)上具有至少一个一端带孔的与所述第一转轴(101)相对应的第二转轴(102);所述翻转机构包括用于连接所述第一转轴(101)和所述第二转轴(102)的连接杆(31),以及套设在所述连接杆(31)位于所述第一转轴(101)和所述第二转轴(102)之间的弹性件(32),所述弹性件(32)的两端分别与所述第一塑胶件(12)和所述第二塑胶件(22)连接,所述连接杆(31)和所述弹性件(32)共同实现所述上壳(10)与所述下壳(20)的可翻转连接;所述锁定机构包括按键(41),所述第二塑胶件(22)的侧部开设有用于安装所述按键(41)的第一安装孔,所述第一安装孔内设置有第一导向柱(103),所述第一导向柱(103)的一端与所述第二塑胶件(22)固定连接,所述第一导向柱(103)的另一端可移动地连接在所述按键(41)上;所述锁定机构还包括套设在所述第一导向柱(103)上的第一弹簧(42),以及设置在所述上壳(10)与所述下壳(20)接触的端面上的第一卡扣件(43),所述按键(41)上开设有与所述第一卡扣件(43)对应的第一开孔(44),所述第一卡扣件(43)与所述第一开孔(44)扣合以实现所述上壳(10)和所述下壳(20)的锁定。
