Description
本发明涉及电加热产品技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟。
由于国家禁烟宣传的加强和人民健康意识的提高,电子烟作为传统烟草的替代品得到了越来越广泛的使用,现有的电子烟一般由烟杆和烟嘴相固定组成,烟杆中设有电池,烟嘴中装有雾化器,雾化器与烟杆部建立有电性连接。烟嘴中设有油杯用于盛装烟液,当人从烟嘴处开始抽烟时,烟液即缓慢流入雾化器,雾化器中的雾化丝吸取烟液,烟杆中的控制电路板感应到电流,控制雾化丝处的发热装置将烟液雾化,形成烟雾,经吸嘴盖吸入。
现有技术中,电子烟的吸烟口都是设置在吸嘴盖的中心部位,用户在使用该电子烟时容易吸入烟油颗粒,使用户感到不适。
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术中的电子烟在使用过程中容易吸入烟油颗粒的缺陷,提供一种能够有效阻挡烟油颗粒的电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造

如图1所示,本发明的较佳实施例提供一种电子烟,该电子烟包括管体10、吸嘴盖20、支撑管30和储油棉40。其中,管体10大致为中空的筒状结构,吸嘴盖20、支撑管30和储油棉40均套设在管体10内,且发热组件横向穿过支撑管30上的通孔,固定在支撑管30内部,储油棉40包覆在支撑管30的外表面,从而在支撑管30内形成供烟雾在电子烟内流通的中心孔。
吸嘴盖20大体为中空的圆筒状,采用硅胶材料制成,其具有良好的弹性、耐腐蚀等特性。可以理解的是,吸嘴盖20亦可采用橡胶等柔性材料制成。
吸嘴盖20包括盖帽210和盖体220。盖体220沿盖帽210的下表面延伸并套设在管体10内部,盖帽210盖设在管体10的顶部,从而将整个电子烟密封起来。吸嘴盖20上的盖帽210和盖体220一体成型,便于加工,且整体效果好。
为了防止吸嘴盖20从管体10中弹出被正在吸食香烟的用户误吞,将吸嘴盖20与管体10之间设为卡扣连接。盖体220的外侧壁上设有呈凸起状的卡扣(图未示),相应地,管体10的内壁设有用于与该卡扣相扣合连接的卡槽(图未示),通过卡扣与卡槽的扣合连接,从而将吸嘴盖20可拆卸地安装在管体10的顶端。可以理解的是,在其它实施方式中,盖体220的外侧壁上设有卡槽9(图未示),管体10的内壁设有用于与该卡槽相扣合的卡扣(图未示),通过卡槽与卡扣的扣合,从而将管体10与吸嘴盖20可拆卸地连接起来。
如图2、3、4所示,盖帽210上开设有至少一个吸烟口212,该吸烟口212与支撑管30的中心孔在盖帽210上的轴向投影部分重叠或分离,这样,经雾化的烟雾就不能从支撑管30的中心孔直接进入盖帽210上的吸烟口212,而是要发生一定的偏移,才能进入吸烟口212内并排出,供用户吸食;而烟雾中夹带的烟油颗粒由于无法发生偏移,能够被阻挡在电子烟内,有效地减少了用户吸到的烟油量,提高用户体验。具体在本实施方式中,吸烟口212沿盖帽210向盖体220内延伸,且吸烟口212内部贯通形成通孔,吸烟口212设置有2个,形状为圆筒形,且这两个吸烟口212无间隔地设置,这时吸烟口212的厚度大于盖帽210的厚度。可以理解的是,该吸烟口212的厚度还可以等于或小于盖帽210的厚度,当吸烟口212的厚度小于盖帽210的厚度时,吸烟口212为向盖帽210内部凹陷的凹槽;当吸烟口212贯穿整个盖帽210的内部时,其厚度等于盖帽210的厚度。吸烟口212的形状还可以采用三角形、多边形(五边形、六边形等)、椭圆形中的任意一种。且吸烟口212的个数也不限于此,可以为1个或更多个。当吸烟口212的个数较少时,相应的烟雾流量会较小,当吸烟口212的个数较多时,烟雾流量相对较大。

当盖帽210上开设有至少两个吸烟口212时,吸烟口212之间间隔设置,具体的可以为等距离间隔设置,也可以为不等距间隔设置。盖帽210靠近盖体220的一侧为内表面,远离盖体的另一侧为盖帽210的外表面,所有吸烟口212在盖帽210的外表面的面积之和在2-6mm2之间,若面积之和小于2mm2,则烟雾流量太小,会使烟雾在电子烟内部憋气,容易使电子烟损坏;若大于6mm2,则烟雾流量太大,影响抽烟口感;相应的,吸烟口212在盖帽210的外表面上的直径在0.3-1.4mm之间。
可以理解的是,吸烟口212也可以无间隔地设置。优选地,吸烟口212之间等距离间隔设置在盖帽210的开孔区域的同径向位置上,从而围成一个圆环,利于烟雾的流通。
如图2和3所示,本发明的第一个实施例中,吸烟口212为直孔,且吸烟口212的个数为2个,两个吸烟口212的直径也相同为0.85mm,彼此无距离地设置从而使两个吸烟口212组成'8'字形。
如图4和5所示,本发明的第二个实施例中,吸烟口212为斜孔,且个数也为2个,彼此无距离地设置从而使两个吸烟口212组成'8'字形。优选地,当吸烟口212为两个或者两个以上时,每个吸烟口212相对于盖帽210的中心线的倾斜角度相等,且在20-40°范围内,具体本实施例中倾斜角度为30°。
吸烟口212由盖帽210向盖体220呈斜向下方向倾斜,且吸烟口212与储油棉40相对应,从而使吸烟口212与支撑管30的中心孔完全偏离,则支撑管30的中心孔内的烟雾要向与储油棉40对应的斜孔偏离,才能进入吸烟口212,供用户吸食;而烟雾中夹带的烟油颗粒不可能发生偏离,而不能进入吸烟口212内,有效地避免了用户吸到烟油。可以理解,吸烟口212远离支撑管30的中心孔的部分可以设置在盖帽210上的任何位置处,而不会影响本发明的效果。
以上两个实施例只是示意性的,具体的吸烟口212的个数、形状及连接关系还可以有其它的选择,并不限于此。
本发明的电子烟,由于设置在盖帽210上的吸烟口212与支撑管30的中心孔在盖帽210上的轴向投影部分重叠或分离,这样,经雾化的烟雾需要发生一定的偏移才能从吸嘴盖20排出,而烟雾中夹带的烟油颗粒无法发生偏移,而被有效阻挡在电子烟内,避免了用户吸到烟油,提高抽烟口感和用户体验。
如图6所示,本发明还提供了一种一次性雾化器,其包括管体610、吸嘴盖620和支撑管630,并在吸嘴盖620上设置至少一个吸烟口622,该吸烟口622可以是上述任一所述的吸烟口212。

Claims (15)
- 一种电子烟,包括管体、吸嘴盖、储油棉和套设在管体内的支撑管,所述储油棉包覆在所述支撑管的外表面,所述支撑管设有供烟雾流通的中心孔,其特征在于,所述吸嘴盖包括盖设在所述管体上的盖帽和沿所述盖帽的下表面延伸并套设在管体内的盖体,所述盖帽上开设有至少一个吸烟口,所述吸烟口与所述支撑管的中心孔在所述盖帽上的轴向投影分离或部分重叠,使流经所述支撑管的中心孔内的烟雾在吸嘴盖处发生转向后从吸烟口排出供用户吸食。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸烟口沿所述盖帽向盖体内延伸且内部贯通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述支撑管的中心孔在所述盖帽上的轴向投影为所述支撑管的中心孔在所述盖帽上的投影区域,所述吸烟口设置在所述投影区域之外与所述盖帽的外边缘之间形成的开孔区域内、使所述吸烟口与所述支撑管的中心孔在所述盖帽上的轴向投影分离。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,在所述盖帽的开孔区域内开设有至少两个吸烟口,所述吸烟口之间间隔设置。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸烟口之间等距离间隔设置在所述盖帽的同径向位置上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸烟口在盖帽的外表面的面积之和为2-6平方毫米。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸烟口的形状为圆形、多边形、椭圆形中的任意一种。
- 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述盖帽和盖体一体成型。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸烟口为直孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸烟口为斜孔。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸烟口与所述储油棉相对应。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,在所述盖帽上开设有至少两个斜孔,所述每个斜孔相对于所述盖帽的中心线的倾斜角度相等。
- 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述斜孔相对于所述盖帽的中心线的倾斜角度为20-40°。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述盖体上设有卡扣,所述管体上设有与所述卡扣相对应的卡槽,所述卡扣与所述卡槽形成卡扣连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述盖体上设有卡槽,所述管体上设有与所述卡槽相对应的卡扣,所述卡槽与所述卡扣形成卡扣连接。
