[0002] 电子烟是一种模拟香烟, 利用电热丝加热雾化含香精的物质产生烟雾供用户抽吸。 目前市场上的电子烟外壁的贴膜主要是将经过印刷处理的纸质贴膜或塑料贴膜 (又称合成纸 或塑料膜) 整张贴在不锈钢或塑胶材质的烟筒的外壁。
[0003] 但是, 硬材质的烟筒外表面贴附所述贴膜后感觉比较生硬、 不真实, 没有卷烟的夹 持在手中和含在口中的真实触感, 且上述贴膜用料中都有背胶, 不符合食品级标准, 会对人 体健康造成危害。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明创造所要解决的一个技术问题是: 提供一种感觉柔软真实且健康安全的电子 烟。
[0005] 本发明创造提供了一种电子烟, 所述电子烟包括软材质的烟筒, 烟筒分为烟杆部和 烟嘴部, 所述烟杆部的外表面贴附有贴膜。
[0006] 进一步地, 所述烟嘴部套设有软材质的烟嘴套。
[0007] 进一步地, 所述烟嘴套呈中空筒状, 或者, 所述烟嘴套呈桶状, 一端开口, 另一端 的底壁上开设有抽吸通孔。

[0015] 进一步地, 所述杯体中沿径向固持有雾化组件, 雾化组件包括抵接于杯体内壁的导 油件以及缠绕于导油件上的电热丝。
[0016] 进一步地, 杯体包括均呈中空管状的储油棉、 导油棉、 第一玻纤管及第二玻纤管, 其中, 储油棉贴于烟筒的内壁与烟筒同轴设置; 导油棉贴于储油棉的内壁并与烟筒同轴设置 于雾化组件的抵接区域, 导油棉中部沿周向设有凹槽; 第一玻纤管为一根玻纤线螺旋状绕制 而成的螺旋体, 容置于所述凹槽内; 第二玻纤管贴于第一玻纤管和导油棉的内壁并与烟筒同 轴设置。
[0017] 进一步地, 烟筒内对应于烟杆部的一端设有电池, 电池的两个电极通过分别穿过雾 化座、 杯体的导线连接至电热丝的两端。

[0019] 本发明创造的有益效果是: 通过采用软材质的烟筒, 烟筒的烟杆部的外表面贴附贴 膜的技术手段, 从而使电子烟具有卷烟的夹持在手中和含在口中的柔软真实触感, 仿真性强 且健康安全。

贴膜的电子烟, 本发明创造的电子烟具有传统卷烟的夹持在手中和含在口中的柔软触感, 仿 真性强, 用户体验更逼真, 且符合食品级标准, 不会对人体健康造成危害, 健康安全; 此 夕卜, 相对于现有的烟嘴部 12的贴膜为纸质贴膜的实施方式中, 所述电子烟具有防止用户的 口水浸透变湿的作用。

[0029] 具体地, 烟液杯 40设于烟筒 10内, 包括杯体 41和雾化座 42。 杯体 41与烟筒 10 同轴并涨紧于烟筒 10内壁设置, 雾化座 42密封固定于杯体 41一端。 杯体 41包括均呈中空 管状的储油棉 410、 导油棉 411、 第一玻纤管 412及第二玻纤管 413, 其中, 储油棉 410贴 于烟筒 10的内壁与烟筒 10同轴设置; 导油棉 411贴于储油棉 410的内壁并与烟筒 10同轴 设置于雾化组件 50的抵接区域, 导油棉 411中部沿周向设有凹槽; 第一玻纤管 412为一根 玻纤线螺旋状绕制而成的螺旋体, 容置于所述凹槽内; 第二玻纤管 413贴于第一玻纤管 412 和导油棉 411的内壁并与烟筒 10同轴设置。 采用上述结构, 使得吸烟油更快更集中, 对雾 化组件 50的夹持固定作用更强。

3. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述烟嘴套呈中空筒状, 或者, 所述烟嘴套 呈桶状, 一端开口, 另一端的底壁上开设有抽吸通孔。
4. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述贴膜为纸质贴膜, 所述纸质贴膜采用书 写纸、 热敏纸及铜版纸中的一种或多种。
5. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述贴膜为塑料贴膜, 所述塑料贴膜采用 PET膜、 PP膜及 PVC膜中的一种或多种。
6. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 电子烟的烟嘴部对应端安装有吸嘴盖, 吸嘴 盖上开设有吸气孔。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 吸嘴盖采用硅胶、 橡胶、 泡沫及 EVA材料中 的一种或多种。
8. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 电子烟的烟杆部对应端安装有可透光的烟 帽, 烟帽呈外凸的球冠状, 烟帽的内侧设有光源。
9. 如权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 烟筒采用硅胶、 橡胶、 泡沫及 EVA材料中的 一种或多种。
10. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 烟筒内设有烟液杯, 所述烟液杯包括与烟筒 同轴并涨紧于烟筒内壁设置的杯体及密封固定于杯体一端的雾化座。
11. 如权利要求 10 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述杯体中沿径向固持有雾化组件, 雾化 组件包括抵接于杯体内壁的导油件以及缠绕于导油件上的电热丝。
12. 如权利要求 11 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 杯体包括均呈中空管状的储油棉、 导油 棉、 第一玻纤管及第二玻纤管, 其中, 储油棉贴于烟筒的内壁与烟筒同轴设置; 导油棉贴于 储油棉的内壁并与烟筒同轴设置于雾化组件的抵接区域, 导油棉中部沿周向设有凹槽; 第一 玻纤管为一根玻纤线螺旋状绕制而成的螺旋体, 容置于所述凹槽内; 第二玻纤管贴于第一玻 纤管和导油棉的内壁并与烟筒同轴设置。
13. 如权利要求 11 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 烟筒内对应于烟杆部的一端设有电池, 电 池的两个电极通过分别穿过雾化座、 杯体的导线连接至电热丝的两端。
