背景技术
由于国家禁烟宣传的加强和人民健康意识的提高,电子烟作为传统烟草的替代品得到了越来越广泛的使用,现有的电子烟一般由烟杆和烟嘴相固定组成,烟杆中设有电池,烟嘴中装有雾化器,雾化器与烟杆部建立有电性连接。烟嘴中设有油杯用于盛装烟液,当人从烟嘴处开始抽烟时,烟液即缓慢流入雾化器,雾化器中的雾化丝吸取烟液,烟杆中的控制电路板感应到电流,控制雾化丝处的发热装置将烟液雾化,形成烟雾,经吸嘴盖吸入。
吸嘴盖直接与用户的口腔接触,对吸嘴盖的材料要求较高。现有的吸嘴盖都是由塑胶或硅胶等材料制成,弹性和口感差,且没有真雪茄烟的外观效果,影响用户体验。

一种制备电子烟部件的方法,包括以下步骤:
混匀:将65%-85%的主体材料、10%-25%微球发泡剂和5%-10%助剂按照重量百分比进行计量称重,并充分混合;
预备:将模具安装到注塑机上,并调整好模具温度;
合模:对所述的模具合模;
注射:将混合均匀的主体材料、微球发泡剂和助剂在设定的注射压力和注射温度下注射进上述模具内;
保压冷却:使上述已经融化的物料在设定的保压压力下固化,保压结束后,在模具内逐渐冷却;
开模:模具打开,取出电子烟部件。
在本发明所述的制备电子烟部件的方法中,所述模具温度为40℃-50℃。
在本发明所述的制备电子烟部件的方法中,所述设定的注射压力为40MPa-60MPa,所述注射温度为160-200℃。
在本发明所述的制备电子烟部件的方法中,所述在模具内冷却的时间为15秒-20秒。
在本发明所述的制备电子烟部件的方法中,所述热塑性弹性体为聚氨酯弹性体TPU、热塑性弹性体TPE、橡胶类弹性体TPR中的至少一种。
在本发明所述的制备电子烟部件的方法中,所述助剂为增韧剂、活性剂、交联剂、色粉中的至少一种。
在本发明所述的制备电子烟部件的方法中,所述助剂包括增韧剂、活性剂、交联剂和色粉,所述助剂中各组分的重量百分比为:
增韧剂 30%-40%
活性剂 10%-20%
交联剂 10%-20%
色粉 30%-40%。
在本发明所述的制备电子烟部件的方法中,所述增韧剂为苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、氯化聚乙烯中的至少一种。
在本发明所述的制备电子烟部件的方法中,所述活性剂为氧化锌、氧化钙、碳酸锌、硬酯酸中的至少一种。
在本发明所述的制备电子烟部件的方法中,所述交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯、过氧化二叔丁基或过氧化双十二酰。
实施本发明的热塑性弹性体复合材料、电子烟部件及其制备电子烟部件的方法,具有以下有益效果:用该热塑性弹性体复合材料制备的电子烟部件的弹性软硬度调整范围广,可以根据用户需要进行调整,口感和手感都很好;可制成与烟叶花纹相似的电子烟部件,模拟真雪茄烟的外观效果,且具有真烟的烟丝效果;所述电子烟部件弹性好、无毒、无污染;所述制备方法加工工艺简单、提高了加工效率。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
本发明实施例提供的热塑性弹性体复合材料,由以下重量百分比的原料组成:
主体材料 65%-85%
微球发泡剂 10%-25%
助剂 5%-10%。
主体材料是一类在常温下显示橡胶弹性、在高温下能够塑化成型的高分子材料,并具有耐老化、耐油性各项优异性能。具体地,主体材料可以为聚氨酯弹性体TPU、热塑性弹性体TPE、橡胶类弹性体TPR中的任意一种或其任意组合。优选地,本发明的主体材料为热塑性弹性体TPE。
本发明的发泡剂是一种微球发泡剂,微球发泡剂是一种具有核壳结构的发泡剂,其外壳为热塑性丙烯酸树脂类聚合物,内核为烷烃类气体组成的球状塑料颗粒。直径一般在10-45μm之间,加热后体积可迅速膨胀增大到自身的几十倍,从而达到发泡的效果。
微球发泡剂在一定温度下膨胀,并溶于热塑性弹性体的熔体或糊状物中,从而使热塑性弹性体材料形成气孔,实现产品高弹性体。发泡剂的另一作用:产生小孔并可移除一定的反应热,避免热塑性弹性体气孔中产生高温,而出现“烧焦”现象。
助剂可以是增韧剂、活性剂、交联剂、色粉中的至少一种。
当助剂包含增韧剂、活性剂、交联剂、色粉四种成分时,各组分的重量百分比如下:
增韧剂 30%-40%
活性剂 10%-20%
交联剂 10%-20%
色粉 30%-40%。
增韧剂是一种能够降低高分子材料脆性、提高抗冲击性能的添加剂。本发明以树脂类增韧剂作为该电子烟部件的增韧剂,具体的增韧剂为苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、氯化聚乙烯中的至少一种,用于增强吸嘴盖的韧性及使吸嘴盖的表面光滑。
活性剂用于控制发泡剂气孔的大小和结构,本发明的活性剂为氧化锌、氧化钙、碳酸锌、硬酯酸中的至少一种。
交联剂的作用就是在线型的分子之间产生化学键,使线型分子相互连在一起,形成网状结构,这样提高橡胶的强度和弹性。本发明所用的交联剂主要是过氧化物交联剂,所用的交联剂为氧化二异丙苯、过氧化二叔丁基或过氧化双十二酰的其中一种。
色粉主要用于调试电子烟部件的颜色,以满足不同用户的需求。
本发明的由65%-85%的主体材料、10%-25%的微球发泡和5%-10%的助剂制成的热塑性复合材料,其弹性软硬度调整范围广;弹性好、无毒、无污染,是一种环保的产品。
本发明还提供了一种电子烟的部件,该部件是由上述的热塑性弹性体复合材料制成的,其中,电子烟部件可以是吸嘴盖、保护套、灯帽或吸嘴,也可以是电子烟的其它部件,以满足客户的需要。
请参阅图1,本发明的较佳实施例提供的制备电子烟部件的方法,包括以下步骤:
S01:混匀:将65%-85%的主体材料、10%-25%微球发泡剂和5%-10%助剂按照重量百分比进行计量称重,并充分混合。
按重量百分比,分别准确称取65%-80%的主体材料、10%-25%的微球发泡剂和5%-10%的助剂,其中主体材料为聚氨酯弹性体TPU、热塑性弹性体TPE、橡胶类弹性体TPR中的任意一种或其任意组合。将称量准确的上述主体材料、微球发泡剂和助剂在常温下充分混合30-50min。且混匀后的各个组分的体积为5-20mm3。
其中,助剂可以为增韧剂、活性剂、交联剂、色粉中的至少一种。
当助剂包含增韧剂、活性剂、交联剂和色粉四种成分时,各组分的重量百分比如下:
增韧剂 30%-40%
活性剂 10%-20%
交联剂 10%-20%
色粉 30%-40%。
S02:预备:将模具安装到注塑机上,并调整好模具温度。
将已制好的模具安装在专业注塑机上,并调整模具温度为40℃-50℃。
S03:合模:对所述的模具合模。
注塑机合模装置控制模具合模,并同时启动真空泵对内腔抽真空,直至合模动作完成。
S04:注射:将混合均匀的主体材料、微球发泡剂和助剂在设定的注射压力和注射温度下注射进上述模具内。
在设定的注射压力40MPa-60Mpa,注射温度160-200℃下,将上述步骤S01中混合均匀的主体材料、微球发泡剂和助剂的混合物注射进上述步骤S03中的模具内,其中,注射速度在20-40cm3/s之间。
S05:保压冷却:使上述已经融化的物料在设定的保压压力下固化,保压结束后,在模具内逐渐冷却。
保压时间的大小可根据产品尺寸的大小以及物料的特性来具体设定,一般在10秒-150秒之间,保压结束后,使产品在模具内逐渐冷却,冷却时间为15-秒20秒之间。
S06:开模:模具打开,取出电子烟部件。
注塑机合模装置使动模后退,模具打开顶出产品,完成全部制作过程。
本发明的制备电子烟部件的方法,加工方式简单、提高了加工效率。用本发明的热塑性弹性体复合材料制备的电子烟部件的弹性软硬度调整范围广,可以根据用户需要进行调整,口感和手感都很好;可制成与烟叶花纹相似的电子烟部件,模拟真雪茄烟的外观效果,且具有真烟的烟丝效果;所述电子烟部件弹性好、无毒、无污染。
实施例1
一种热塑性弹性体复合材料,是按照以下重量百分比的原料制成的:65%的热塑性弹性体TPE、25%的微球发泡剂和10%的助剂。其中,助剂中各组分的重量百分比为:30%的苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、10%的氧化锌、20%的过氧化二异丙苯、40%的荧光红(分子式C24H18N2O2),然后将30%的苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、10%的氧化锌、20%的过氧化二异丙苯和40%的荧光红充分混合均匀。
电子烟部件的具体的合成步骤如下:以物料的总重量100千克计,则助剂的质量为10千克。助剂的配置:准确称取3千克苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚、1千克氧化锌、2千克过氧化二异丙苯和4千克荧光红,并充分混合均匀。
准确称取65千克的热塑性弹性体TPE、25千克的微球发泡剂和上述混合均匀的10千克的助剂,助剂中各个组分的按照上述比例。并将热塑性弹性体TPE、微球发泡剂和助剂混合30min使其混合均匀,其中热塑性弹性体TPE是从佛山东保塑料化工有限公司购买的,微球发泡剂是从深圳市英荃化工有限公司购买的;将已制好的模具安装在专业注塑剂上,并调整模具温度为40℃;对上述模具合模;将已混合均匀的热塑性弹性体TPE、微球发泡剂和助剂注射进模具内,其中注射压力为60MPa,注射温度为160℃,注射速度为30cm3/s;使上述已经融化的物料在保压压力下固化10秒,保压结束后,使产品在模具内逐渐冷却,具体的冷却时间为15秒;最后注塑机合模装置使动模后退,模具打开顶出制备的电子烟部件,完成整个制作过程。
实施例2
一种热塑性弹性体复合材料,是按照以下重量百分比的原料制成的:85%的橡胶类弹性体TPR、10%的微球发泡剂和5%的助剂,其中,助剂中各组分的重量百分比为:40%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、20%的氧化钙、10%的过氧化二叔丁基、30%的钛白粉,然后将40%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、20%的氧化钙、10%的过氧化二叔丁基、30%的钛白粉充分混合均匀。
电子烟部件的具体的合成步骤如下:以物料的总重量100千克计,则助剂的质量为5千克。助剂的配置:准确称取2千克乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、1千克氧化钙、0.5千克过氧化二叔丁基和1.5千克钛白粉,并充分混合均匀。
准确称取85千克的橡胶类弹性体TPR、10千克的微球发泡剂和5千克的上述助剂,并将橡胶类弹性体TPR、微球发泡剂和助剂混合50min使其混合均匀,其中微球发泡剂是从深圳市英荃化工有限公司购买的;将已制好的模具安装在专业注塑剂上,并调整模具温度为50℃;对上述模具合模;将已混合均匀的橡胶类弹性体TPR、微球发泡剂和助剂的混合物注射进模具内,其中注射压力为50MPa,注射温度为180℃,注射速度为20cm3/s;使上述已经融化的物料在保压压力下固化80秒,保压结束后,使产品在模具内逐渐冷却,具体的冷却时间为20秒;最后注塑机合模装置使动模后退,模具打开顶出制备的电子烟部件,完成整个制作过程。
实施例3
一种热塑性弹性体复合材料,是按照以下重量百分比的原料制成的:70%的聚酯类弹性体TPU、20%的微球发泡剂和10%的助剂,其中,助剂中各组分的重量百分比为:25%的氯化聚乙烯、15%的硬酯酸、20%的过氧化双十二酰、40%的荧光黄(C20H12O5),然后将25%的氯化聚乙烯、15%的硬酯酸、20%的过氧化双十二酰、40%的荧光黄充分混合均匀。
电子烟部件的具体的合成步骤如下:以物料的总重量100千克计,则助剂的质量为10千克。助剂的配置:准确称取2.5千克乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、1.5千克硬酯酸、2千克过氧化双十二酰和4千克荧光黄,并充分混合均匀。
准确称取70千克的聚酯类弹性体TPU、20千克的微球发泡剂和10千克的上述助剂。并将聚酯类弹性体TPU、微球发泡剂和助剂混合40min使其混合均匀,其中微球发泡剂是从深圳市英荃化工有限公司购买的;将已制好的模具安装在专业注塑剂上,并调整模具温度为45℃;对上述模具合模;将已混合均匀的聚酯类弹性体TPU、微球发泡剂和助剂的混合物注射进模具内,其中注射压力为60MPa,注射温度为200℃,注射速度为40cm3/s;使上述已经融化的物料在保压压力下固化150秒,保压结束后,使产品在模具内逐渐冷却,具体的冷却时间为17秒;最后注塑机合模装置使动模后退,模具打开顶出制备的电子烟部件,完成整个制作过程。
实施例4
一种热塑性弹性体复合材料,是按照以下重量百分比的原料制成的:75%的热塑性弹性体TPE和橡胶类弹性体TPR的混合物、18%的微球发泡剂以及7%的助剂,其中,助剂中各组分的重量百分比为:38%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物和氯化聚乙烯的混合物、16%的氧化钙和碳酸锌的混合物、15%的过氧化双十二酰、31%的永固黄(C34H30N6O6C12),然后将38%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物和氯化聚乙烯的混合物、16%的氧化钙和碳酸锌的混合物、15%的过氧化双十二酰、31%的永固黄充分混合均匀。
电子烟部件的具体的合成步骤如下:以物料的总重量100千克计,则助剂的质量为7千克。助剂的配置:准确称取2.66千克乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物和氯化聚乙烯的混合物、1.12千克氧化钙和碳酸锌的混合物、1.05千克过氧化双十二酰和2.17千克永固黄,并充分混合均匀。
准确称取75千克的热塑性弹性体TPE和橡胶类弹性体TPR的混合物、18千克的微球发泡剂以及7千克的上述助剂,并将热塑性弹性体TPE和橡胶类弹性体TPR的混合物、微球发泡剂以及助剂混合35min使其混合均匀,其中微球发泡剂是从深圳市英荃化工有限公司购买的;将已制好的模具安装在专业注塑剂上,并调整模具温度为48℃;对上述模具合模;将已混合均匀的75%的热塑性弹性体TPE和橡胶类弹性体TPR的混合物、18%的微球发泡剂以及7%的助剂的混合物注射进模具内,其中注射压力为52MPa,注射温度为170℃,注射速度为25cm3/s;使上述已经融化的物料在保压压力下固化80秒,保压结束后,使产品在模具内逐渐冷却,具体的冷却时间为18秒;最后注塑机合模装置使动模后退,模具打开顶出制备的电子烟部件,完成整个制作过程。
实施例5
一种热塑性弹性体复合材料,是按照以下重量百分比的原料制成的:78%的热塑性弹性体TPE、17%的微球发泡剂和5%的助剂,其中,助剂为苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物。
电子烟部件的具体的合成步骤如下:以物料的总重量100千克计,准确称取78千克的热塑性弹性体TPE、17千克的微球发泡剂和5千克的苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物。并将热塑性弹性体TPE、微球发泡剂和苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物混合30min使其混合均匀,其中热塑性弹性体TPE是从佛山东保塑料化工有限公司购买的,微球发泡剂是从深圳市英荃化工有限公司购买的;将已制好的模具安装在专业注塑剂上,并调整模具温度为42℃;对上述模具合模;将已混合均匀的热塑性弹性体TPE、微球发泡剂和助剂注射进模具内,其中注射压力为56MPa,注射温度为165℃,注射速度为30cm3/s;使上述已经融化的物料在保压压力下固化90秒,保压结束后,使产品在模具内逐渐冷却,具体的冷却时间为15秒;最后注塑机合模装置使动模后退,模具打开顶出制备的电子烟部件,完成整个制作过程。
实施例6
一种热塑性弹性体复合材料,是按照以下重量百分比的原料制成的:73%的聚氨酯弹性体TPU、21%的微球发泡剂和6%的助剂,其中,助剂包括重量百分比为:45%的氧化钙和55%的钛白粉,并将45%的氧化钙和55%的钛白粉充分混合均匀。
电子烟部件的具体的合成步骤如下:以物料的总重量100千克计,则助剂的质量为6千克。助剂的配置:准确称取2.7千克氧化钙和3.3千克钛白粉,并充分混合均匀。
准确称取73千克的聚氨酯弹性体TPU、21千克的微球发泡剂和6千克的上述助剂,并将聚氨酯弹性体TPU、微球发泡剂和助剂混合50min使其混合均匀,其中微球发泡剂是从深圳市英荃化工有限公司购买的;将已制好的模具安装在专业注塑剂上,并调整模具温度为48℃;对上述模具合模;将已混合均匀的聚氨酯弹性体TPU、微球发泡剂和助剂的混合物注射进模具内,其中注射压力为52MPa,注射温度为185℃,注射速度为23cm3/s;使上述已经融化的物料在保压压力下固化100秒,保压结束后,使产品在模具内逐渐冷却,具体的冷却时间为20秒;最后注塑机合模装置使动模后退,模具打开顶出制备的电子烟部件,完成整个制作过程。
实施例7
一种热塑性弹性体复合材料,是按照以下重量百分比的原料制成的:75%的橡胶类弹性体TPR、16%的微球发泡剂和9%的助剂,其中,助剂包括重量百分比为:50%的氯化聚乙烯、25%硬酯酸和25%的过氧化双十二酰,并将50%的氯化聚乙烯、25%硬酯酸和25%的过氧化双十二酰充分混合均匀。
电子烟部件的具体的合成步骤如下:以物料的总重量100千克计,则助剂的质量为9千克。助剂的配置:准确称取4.5千克氯化聚乙烯、2.25千克硬酯酸和2.25千克过氧化双十二酰,并充分混合均匀。
准确称取75千克的橡胶类弹性体TPR、16千克的微球发泡剂和9千克的上述助剂,并将橡胶类弹性体TPR、微球发泡剂和助剂混合50min使其混合均匀,其中微球发泡剂是从深圳市英荃化工有限公司购买的;将已制好的模具安装在专业注塑剂上,并调整模具温度为44℃;对上述模具合模;将已混合均匀的橡胶类弹性体TPR、微球发泡剂和助剂的混合物注射进模具内,其中注射压力为48MPa,注射温度为180℃,注射速度为23cm3/s;使上述已经融化的物料在保压压力下固化120秒,保压结束后,使产品在模具内逐渐冷却,具体的冷却时间为20秒;最后注塑机合模装置使动模后退,模具打开顶出制备的电子烟部件,完成整个制作过程。

Claims (2)
1.一种电子烟的部件,其特征在于,所述部件由热塑性弹性体复合材料制成;所述部件是吸嘴盖、保护套、灯帽或吸嘴;
所述热塑性弹性体复合材料由以下重量百分比的原料制成:
主体材料 70%-85%
微球发泡剂 21%-25%
助剂 5%-9%;
所述助剂包括增韧剂、活性剂、交联剂和色粉,所述助剂中各组分的重量百分比为:
增韧剂 30%-40%
活性剂 10%-20%
交联剂 10%-20%
色粉 30%-40%;
所述主体材料为聚氨酯弹性体TPU、热塑性弹性体TPE、橡胶类弹性体TPR中的一种;
所述增韧剂为苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、氯化聚乙烯中的至少一种;
所述活性剂为氧化锌、氧化钙、碳酸锌、硬酯酸中的至少一种;
所述交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯、过氧化二叔丁基或过氧化双十二酰。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的电子烟部件的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
混匀:将70%-85%的主体材料、21%-25%微球发泡剂和5%-9%助剂按照重量百分比进行计量称重,并充分混合;
预备:将模具安装到注塑机上,并调整好模具温度;所述模具温度为40℃-50℃;
合模:对所述的模具合模;
注射:将混合均匀的主体材料、微球发泡剂和助剂在设定的注射压力和注射温度下注射进上述模具内;所述设定的注射压力为40MPa-60Mpa,所述注射温度为160-200℃;
保压冷却:使已经融化的物料在设定的保压压力下固化,保压结束后,在模具内逐渐冷却;所述在模具内冷却的时间为15秒-20秒;
开模:模具打开,取出电子烟部件;
所述主体材料为聚氨酯弹性体TPU、热塑性弹性体TPE、橡胶类弹性体TPR中的一种。
