背景技术
[0002] 现有的电子烟吸杆包括: 吸杆套筒、 设于吸杆套筒内用于存储烟液的烟液杯和用于 将烟液雾化转变为烟雾的雾化器, 烟液杯与雾化器之间还专门设有引导烟液进入雾化装置内 的导液组件, 烟液杯的中部还专门预设有轴向延伸的通气管作为烟雾流通的烟雾通道。
[0003] 现有电子烟吸杆存在如下缺陷: 由于吸杆套筒采用硬质材料制成, 其手感和口感较 差; 由于其烟液杯内专门设有导液部件和通气管, 使得其内部结构较为复杂, 零部件较多, 其制造成本也增加。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明创造的目的在于提供一种电子烟软质吸杆, 其手感和口感较好, 内部结构简 凑且节约制造成本。
[0005] 为达到上述目的, 本发明创造提供一种电子烟软质吸杆, 其包括具有中空内腔的吸 杆套筒、 设于吸杆套筒内部用于储存烟液的烟液杯及用于将烟液转变为烟雾的雾化器; 其 中, 所述吸杆套筒由软胶材质制成, 所述烟液杯内设有用于储存烟液的储液部件, 该储液部 件中部设有轴向贯通的中通孔作为烟雾通道, 所述雾化器设于烟液杯的所述烟雾通道内, 雾 化器将其附近的且存储于储液部件内的烟液雾化。

[0020] 本发明创造的电子烟及其软质吸杆具有如下优点: 其吸杆套筒和包裹于吸杆套筒外 部的贴纸层均采用软胶材质制成, 使其具有良好的手感, 吸杆套筒的吸嘴端软而可咬, 口感 也好, 有抽真烟的感觉, 吸杆的仿真效果好。 雾化器的电热丝直接设于储液部件的中通孔 内, 并在其中通孔内将烟液雾化, 在烟液杯内雾化后的烟雾从该通气槽与烟液杯的上盖中部 的通气孔相通而通至吸杆外部, 无需另外设有导液组件, 也无需在烟液杯中部专门设置通气 管作为烟雾通道, 只有储液部件单个部件用于储存烟液, 同时, 吸嘴盖也是烟液杯的一个组 成部件, 整个吸杆的内部结构更为简凑, 也节约了制造成本。 再者, 所述吸嘴盖采用软质材 料制成, 使得电子烟的口感也较好。

[0033] 所述吸杆套筒 1 采用具有所需强度和柔韧度的软质材料制成, 软质材料可以为塑 胶、 纸质、 橡胶、 硅胶或纤维材料, 其中, 所述塑胶材料为如下材料中任一种: PC、 PP、 PVC、 ABS、 PET或 PE材料, 所述纸质材料为具有所需硬度的纸质, 例如: 食品包装纸、 书写纸、 纤维纸、 铜版纸或牛皮纸; 所述纤维材料为化纤管、 木浆纤维管或玻纤管。 由于采 用软质材质制成, 吸杆套筒 1在握持使用时其手感较好, 其次, 采用所述软质材质时, 节约 了生产成本, 且软质材料的吸杆套筒 1的外壁上便于粘贴商标或广告等贴纸层。 所述电源杆 连接器 5的一端插入吸杆套筒 1内与吸杆套筒 1的内壁涨紧, 二者的连接部位处位于吸杆套 筒 1的外壁上还套设有用于使夹紧所述吸杆套筒 1和电源杆连接器 5的固定部件, 在本实施 例中该固定部件为环形的固定环 16。 所述吸杆套筒 1 外壁上还设有用作广告或商标的贴纸 层 17, 贴纸层 17可采用标签纸或不干胶等软质材料制成, 贴纸层 17 的端面与所述固定环 16相抵接, 贴纸层 952和所述固定环 16共同将所述吸杆套筒 1包裹于内。

[0045] 所述电源杆套筒 951大致呈筒状, 其与所述吸杆 91相连接的一端设有与所述电源杆 连接器 5相配合的吸杆连接器 7, 电源杆套筒 91的另一端设有底盖 953。 电源杆套筒 951内 部设有蓄电源 954、 控制组件 955及控制组件支座 956。 所述吸杆连接器 7由连接套 71、 电 源电极件 72及绝缘环 73组成, 所述连接套 71呈圆筒形, 其利用外壁涨紧固定于电源杆套 筒 951的内壁上, 连接套 71的内壁上设有内螺纹及用于卡装所述电源电极件 72的卡槽, 所 述电源电极件 72利用所述绝缘环 73套设于该连接套 71中部, 所述电源电极件 72和连接套 71 分别与蓄电源 954 的正极和负极电连接。 所述吸杆连接器 7 的一端插入电源杆套筒 951 内与电源杆套筒 951的内壁涨紧, 二者的连接部位处位于电源杆套筒 951的外壁上亦套设有 用于使夹紧所述电源杆套筒 951和吸杆连接器 7的环形固定环 957。 电源杆套筒 951外壁上 亦设有用作广告或商标的所述贴纸层 952, 同样, 该贴纸层 952的端面与所述固定环 957相 抵接, 二者共同将所述电源杆套筒 951包裹于内。 所述底盖 953上设有供外部空气进入电源 杆 95内的进气孔 (图中未示)。 所述控制组件 955用于控制整个电子烟工作, 其通过所述吸 杆连接器 7进而与所述电源杆连接器 5而与所述雾化器 2相连接, 其上设有微型气动开关以 控制电路导通而使电子烟启动工作, 所述电热丝 211即由所述控制组件 955控制而工作; 所 述控制组件支座 956固定于电源杆套筒 951的内壁上, 而控制组件 955固定于控制组件支座 956内并与蓄电源 954电连接。 所述控制组件支座 956内限定有用于容置所述控制组件 955 的容置槽和沿轴向贯通的通气孔 (图中未标号)。

1. 一种电子烟软质吸杆, 其包括具有中空内腔的吸杆套筒、 设于吸杆套筒内部用于储存烟 液的烟液杯及用于将烟液转变为烟雾的雾化器; 其中, 所述吸杆套筒由软胶材质制成, 所述 烟液杯内设有用于储存烟液的储液部件, 该储液部件中部设有轴向贯通的中通孔作为烟雾通 道, 所述雾化器设于烟液杯的所述烟雾通道内, 雾化器将其附近的且存储于储液部件内的烟 液雾化。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的吸杆, 其中, 所述吸杆套筒的两端分别设有吸嘴盖和用于与外部电 源相连接的电源杆连接器, 所述烟液杯包括相对且间隔一定距离涨紧于所述吸杆套筒内壁上 的所述吸嘴盖及杯座, 以及固定于吸嘴盖和杯座之间的所述储液部件, 烟液杯的储液空间由 所述吸嘴盖和杯座及吸杆套筒的内壁共同限定。
3. 如权利要求 2 所述的吸杆, 其中, 所述储液部件呈圆筒形, 其中部沿轴向贯通形成所述 中通孔。
4. 如权利要求 3 所述的吸杆, 其中, 所述吸嘴盖包括圆柱形盖体及位于盖体一端自盖体中 部沿轴向延伸而成的第一定位柱, 吸嘴盖的中部设有轴向贯通所述盖体和第一定位柱的吸嘴 盖通气孔, 吸嘴盖采用软质材质制成。
5. 如权利要求 4 所述的吸杆, 其中, 所述杯座为圆筒形的杯体结构, 其由侧壁和底壁合围 而成并内部形成中空内腔, 杯座底壁上沿轴向延伸出第二定位柱, 第二定位柱与杯座内壁之 间形成一用于容置所述储液部件的环形内腔, 杯座的中部设有沿轴向贯通所述第二定位柱和 杯座底壁的杯座通气孔, 所述吸嘴盖的第一定位柱与杯座的第二定位柱相对应, 二者插入储 液部件的中通孔内以固定所述储液部件的两端并支撑储液部件。
6. 如权利要求 5 所述的吸杆, 其中, 储液部件上与所述杯座相配合的一端还设有一阶梯槽 用于与所述杯座相插配。
7. 如权利要求 5 所述的吸杆, 其中, 所述雾化器包括电热丝和用于支撑该电热丝和吸收烟 液的纤维件, 所述纤维件沿储液部件的径向固定于其中通孔内且纤维件的两端与所述储液部 件相抵接以吸收烟液供所述电热丝雾化; 所述电热丝缠绕于所述纤维件上, 电热丝的两端分 别贴合于储液部件的中通孔的侧壁上并穿出所述烟液杯与所述电源杆连接器上的正电极和负 电极电连接; 所述烟液杯的杯座底壁上还设有沿轴向贯通杯座底壁的供所述电热丝穿插的穿 线孔, 电热丝与该穿线孔配合处周圈密封。
8. 如权利要求 4 所述的吸杆, 其中, 所述杯座呈圆柱体状, 其中部设有沿轴向贯通杯座的 通气孔, 位于该通气孔的两侧旁还设有两个沿轴向贯通杯座的穿线孔, 杯座的侧壁还设有用 于与所述吸杆套筒相密封涨紧配合的环形密封圈。
9. 如权利要求 8 所述的吸杆, 其中, 所述雾化器为电热丝, 其包括呈螺柱状的主体部及位 于主体部的两端且分别作为正负电极的第一电极丝和第二电极丝, 其主体部的外壁贴设于储 液部件的中通孔的内壁上且与所述储液部件同轴心设置, 其第一电极丝和第二电极丝穿出所 述中通孔并继续穿出所述杯座而与所述电源杆连接器的正负电极电连接。
10. 如权利要求 8所述的吸杆, 其中, 所述第一电极丝从所述中通孔的内壁伸出储液部件的 靠吸嘴盖一端的端面经一次折弯并沿该端面至其边缘, 再经二次折弯沿储液部件的外侧壁至 储液部件靠杯座一端的端面边缘处, 经三次折弯后继续沿储液部件的端面向轴心线方向延伸 至所述杯座的穿线孔边缘处, 经四次折弯后沿该穿线孔穿出杯座外部与所述电源杆连接器的 第一电极电连接; 其第二电极丝从所述中通孔的内壁伸出储液部件的靠杯座一端的端面经一 次折弯并沿该端面至另一穿线孔边缘处, 经二次折弯后沿该穿线孔穿出杯座外部与所述电源 杆连接器的第二电极电连接。
11. 如权利要求 10 所述的吸杆, 其中, 所述电源杆连接器包括作为雾化器的第一电极的衔 接件、 作为雾化器的第二电极的吸杆电极件及用于使衔接件和吸杆电极件绝缘的绝缘件; 所 述吸杆电极件利用所述绝缘件插设于衔接件中部。
12. 如权利要求 11 所述的吸杆, 其中, 所述衔接件大致呈中空的圆筒体状, 其包括其直径 较大的圆筒形的主体部和直径较小的圆筒形的连接部, 所述主体部和连接部之间设有沿主体 部径向向外延伸而成的用于与所述吸杆套筒的连接端相适配的定位凸缘, 其主体部插入并固 定于所述吸杆套筒内, 连接部上设有用于与所述电源杆相连接的外螺纹接头及用于进气的进 气孔; 衔接件的内壁上还设有一卡槽用于安装所述吸杆电极件, 所述吸杆电极件利用绝缘件 插设于衔接件的卡槽内; 吸杆电极件中部还设有轴向贯通的通气孔。
13. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟吸杆, 其中, 所述储液部件为具有吸液和储液功能的无纺 布、 木浆棉、 化纤棉或 PVA。
14. 一种电子烟, 包括相互对接的吸杆和电源杆, 其中, 所述吸杆为如权利要求 1 至 13 中 任一项所述的软质吸杆。
15. 如权利要求 14 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述电源杆包括呈圆筒状的电源杆套筒及分设于 电源杆套筒两端的用于与所述吸杆相连接的吸杆连接器和底盖, 所述电源杆套筒采用软质材 料制成, 电源杆套筒内设有蓄电源、 控制组件及控制组件支座, 所述蓄电源的正负电极分别 与所述吸杆连接器的正负电极相连接, 所述底盖上设有进气孔。
