发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明针对现有技术存在之缺失,其主要目的是提供一种带自动抽真空功能的容器盖装置,其能有效解决现有之容器盖不具抽真空功能并且借助辅助的抽气设备不能及时发现漏气而影响保鲜效果的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下之技术方案:
一种带自动抽真空功能的容器盖装置,包括有用于与容器的开口部分密封配合的容器盖主体,该容器盖主体上设置有用于将容器内的空气抽出外界的抽气机构、用于指示容器内空气是否完全抽出的真空指示组件、用于控制该抽气机构开启或关闭的第一开关和第二开关;

作为一种优选方案,所述手柄的一端为枢接端,另一端为操控端,该枢接端与容器盖主体枢接,该枢接端上成型有促使活动支架下压的偏心块,该偏心块通过一顶块抵压于前述活动支架上而促使活动支架下压,针对该活动支架设置有用于促使活动支架向上复位的第三弹簧。
作为一种优选方案,所述偏心块和顶块均位于活动支架的中心上方,该第三弹簧位于活动支架的中心下方。
作为一种优选方案,所述操控端开设有供手放置以便控制手柄翻转的通孔。
作为一种优选方案,所述容器盖主体的顶部凹设有与手柄相适配的容置槽,当手柄处于向下翻转的状态下,该手柄收纳于该容置槽中。
作为一种优选方案,所述手柄一体凸伸出有用于抵压第一开关的顶柱,当手柄处于向下翻转的状态下,该顶柱抵压住该第一开关,该第一开关处于接通状态,当手柄处于向上翻转的状态下,该顶柱脱离第一开关,该第一开关处于断开状态。
作为一种优选方案,所述容器盖主体包括有主体上盖和主体下盖,该主体上盖与主体下盖共同围构成一腔室,前述抽气机构、真空指示组件、第一开关、第二开关和控制组件均位于该腔室内。
作为一种优选方案,所述容器盖主体上凹设有用于安放电池以为抽气机构提供电力供应的容置腔,该容置腔由一电池盖封盖住。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果,具体而言,由上述技术方案可知:
一、通过由第一开关和第二开关控制抽气机构开启或关闭,以彻底将容器内空气抽成真空,并配合真空指示组件指示当前容器内是否处于真空状态,以便于使用者及时发现漏气;同时,配合利用控制组件自动控制第二开关接通或断开,以实现在漏气时自动启动抽气机构而进行补偿抽气,达到永远保证容器内处于真空状态的目的,真正起到保鲜和防潮的功能,本发明结构简单,使用也很方便。
二、通过于容器盖主体的周侧面外设置有密封环,配合利用撑开机构将密封环径向撑开而与容器的内壁面密封贴合,以达到密封的目的,密封效果更好,并且操作也很方便。
三、通过于手柄一体凸伸出有顶柱,当手柄处于向下翻转的状态下,该顶柱抵压住该第一开关,该第一开关处于接通状态,当手柄处于向上翻转的状态下,该顶柱脱离第一开关,该第一开关处于断开状态,如此保证了使用者不会忘记启动或关闭第一开关,从而为使用者的使用带来更多便利性。

具体实施方式
请参照图1至图11所示,其显示出了本发明之较佳实施例的具体结构,包括有用于与容器10的开口部分密封配合的容器盖主体20,该容器盖主体20上设置有用于将容器10内的空气抽出外界的抽气机构30、用于指示容器10内空气是否完全抽出的真空指示组件40、用于控制该抽气机构30开启或关闭的第一开关50和第二开关60。
该容器10可为任何材质,且其开口部分可为任何形状,该容器盖主体20的形状可根据开口部分的实际形状进行设置,在本实施例中,该容器盖主体20为圆形,不以为限;以及,该容器盖主体20包括有主体上盖21和主体下盖22,该主体上盖21位于容器10外,该主体下盖22嵌入容器10的开口部分内,该主体上盖21与主体下盖22共同围构成一腔室201,前述抽气机构30、真空指示组件40、第一开关50和第二开关60均位于该腔室201内。另外,该容器盖主体20上凹设有用于安放电池以为抽气机构30提供电力供应的容置腔202,该容置腔202由一电池盖23封盖住;此外,该容器盖主体20上设置有连通容器10内部的第一通孔203、第二通孔204和气嘴205,该第一通孔203、第二通孔204和气嘴205均位于主体下盖22上。
该真空指示组件40包括有可伸缩的第一软胶管41、促使该第一软胶管41伸开的第一弹簧42、以及由该第一软胶管41作用而来回活动的指示钮43;该第一软胶管41的密闭端抵住指示钮43,第一软胶管41的开口端与前述第一通孔203密封式连通;该第一弹簧42位于第一软胶管41内并抵于第一软胶管41和容器盖主体20之间;该指示钮43露出容器盖主体20外;常压状态下,该第一软胶管41处于伸开状态,该指示钮43伸出容器盖主体20外,以指示容器10内存有空气,未达到真空状态;真空状态下,该第一软胶管41处于缩回状态,该第一弹簧42被压缩,该指示钮43缩回容器盖主体20内,以指示容器10内为真空状态。
该第二开关60与第一开关50串联连接,针对该第二开关60设置有用于自动控制该第二开关60接通或断开的控制组件70,该控制组件70位于前述腔室201内,该控制组件70包括有可伸缩的第二软胶管71以及促使该第二软胶管71伸开的第二弹簧72;该第二软胶管71的密闭端上设置有盖帽73,该盖帽73为塑胶盖帽,该盖帽73与第二开关60保持接触,该第二开关60位于盖帽73的正上方,该第二软胶管71的开口端与前述第二通孔204密封式连通;该第二弹簧72位于第二软胶管71内并抵于第二软胶管71和容器盖主体20之间,且第二弹簧72的弹力大于前述第一弹簧42的弹力;常压状态下,该第二软胶管71处于伸开状态,该第二开关60处于接通状态;真空状态下,该第二弹簧72受压缩,该第二软胶管71处于缩回状态,该第二开关60处于断开状态。
以及,该容器盖主体20的周侧面外设置有密封环80,该密封环80呈杯型,针对该密封环80于容器盖主体20上设置有用于将密封环80径向撑开而与容器10的内壁面密封贴合的撑开机构90;具体而说,在本实施例中,该撑开机构90包括有滑动环91、活动支架92以及手柄93;该滑动环91位于前述密封环80的内侧缘,该滑动环91与活动支架92固定连接并随活动支架92同步活动。
该活动支架92位于容器盖主体20内,该活动支架92包括有中心部921和环部922,该环部922的形状与滑动环91相适配,该滑动环91固定于环部922上,该中心部921的周缘向外均匀辐射出有多个筋条923,该多个筋条923的尾端均与环部922的内侧缘一体成型连接。
该手柄93位于容器盖主体20外并带动活动支架92活动,该手柄93的一端为枢接端931,另一端为操控端932,该枢接端931与容器盖主体20枢接,且该枢接端931上成型有促使活动支架92下压的偏心块933,该偏心块933通过一顶块94抵压于前述活动支架92上而促使活动支架92下压,针对该活动支架92设置有用于促使活动支架92向上复位的第三弹簧95;该偏心块933和顶块94均位于活动支架92的中心上方,该第三弹簧95位于活动支架92的中心下方;该操控端932开设有供手放置以便控制手柄翻转的通孔934;以及,该容器盖主体20的顶部凹设有与手柄93相适配的容置槽206,当手柄93处于向下翻转放平的状态下,该手柄93收纳于该容置槽206中。
此外,该手柄93一体凸伸出有用于抵压第一开关50的顶柱935,当手柄93处于向下翻转的状态下,该顶柱935抵压住该第一开关50,该第一开关50处于接通状态,当手柄93处于向上翻转的状态下,该顶柱935脱离第一开关50,该第一开关50处于断开状态。
详述本实施例的使用方法如下:
使用时,将需要存放的物品放入容器10后,将容器盖主体20的主体下盖22沉入容器10的开口部分;接着,压下手柄93,如图10和图11所示,由于手柄93具有一偏心块933,此时手柄93的偏心块933就压下顶块94,顶块94将活动支架92往下压,活动支架92就压缩第三弹簧95,由于活动支架92与滑动环91固定连接一起,该滑动环91随活动支架92作用而向下滑动,该滑动环91的斜面迫使密封环80的上端径向向外张开而挤压紧贴在容器10的内壁面上,从而起到密封的效果。
当该手柄93被压下放平后,该手柄93上的顶柱935顶下第一开关50,该第一开关50接通,同时,如图8所示,由于第二软胶管71通过第二通孔204与容器10相连通,此状态下,该第二软胶管71是伸开的,它的顶部顶住第二开关60,第二开关60也是处于接通的状态,电池的电通过第一开关50及第二开关60后供电给抽气机构30的泵体马达,泵体马达自动开始工作,开始将容器10内部的气体向外抽出。
与此同时,如图6所示,第一软胶管41的内部也是与容器10相通的,在抽气过程中,由于容器10内部形成负压,如图7所示,此时第一软胶管41开始收缩并带动指示钮43向下缩,由于第二弹簧72的弹力大于前述第一弹簧42的弹力,当第一软胶管41住下收缩时同时压缩第一弹簧42,而第二软胶管71同时亦会收缩并压缩第二弹簧72,只是第一软胶管41和第二软胶管42两者不同步往下缩,前者快后者慢。当将容器10内抽成真空时,第一软胶管41带动指示钮43到达一定位置时,此时第二软胶管71亦向下收缩,同时第二开关60亦慢慢松开,直至断开,此时电路被切断,该抽气机构30的泵体马达停止工作,而此时容器10的内部已经处于真空状态。
当容器10放置一段时间后,可能会出现漏气情况,若有空气进入容器10,容器10的内部真空度会降低,该第一软胶管41和第二软胶管71同时伸开。当第二软胶管71伸开时,其顶部压下第二开关60,此时第二开关60接通,该抽气机构30的泵体马达又开始工作,从而将进入容器10的空气抽走,随着容器10内真空度再一次加大,该第二软胶管71又开始收缩,其顶部又松开第二开关60,使得第二开关60将电路断开连接,该抽气机构30的泵体马达就停止工作。如此往复循环,始终保持容器10内真空。
当要打开容器10时,将手柄93往上打开,此时手柄93上的顶柱935脱离而松开第一开关50,当手柄93打至90度位置时,手柄93转动时由于枢接端931处的偏心块933让位,该顶块94和活动支架92在第三弹簧95的反作用下往上移动,同时带动滑动环91向上移动,而密封环80在自身的回弹力作用下,沿着滑动环91的斜面向内收缩。这样空气从容器10的内侧面周缘快速进入,使容器10的内部气压与外界气压平衡,然后,抓住手柄93往上提就可轻松地将本发明取出。
需要特别说明的是:该第一开关50亦可设计成一个独立的开关,由人手来控制开启或断开,而本发明的进气部份亦可做成一个独立的进气按钮;并且,本发明不限于是一个独立的整体部份,它亦可以将其功能分开来实现,即可将真空指示组件40和控制组件70放于容器10的顶部上,进气部份亦位于容器10的顶部,而抽气机构30可放于容器10的底部。
本发明的设计重点在于:首先,通过由第一开关和第二开关控制抽气机构开启或关闭,以彻底将容器内空气抽成真空,并配合真空指示组件指示当前容器内是否处于真空状态,以便于使用者及时发现漏气;同时,配合利用控制组件自动控制第二开关接通或断开,以实现在漏气时自动启动抽气机构而进行补偿抽气,达到永远保证容器内处于真空状态的目的,真正起到保鲜和防潮的功能,本发明结构简单,使用也很方便。其次,通过于容器盖主体的周侧面外设置有密封环,配合利用撑开机构将密封环径向撑开而与容器的内壁面密封贴合,以达到密封的目的,密封效果更好,并且操作也很方便。再者,通过于手柄一体凸伸出有顶柱,当手柄处于向下翻转的状态下,该顶柱抵压住该第一开关,该第一开关处于接通状态,当手柄处于向上翻转的状态下,该顶柱脱离第一开关,该第一开关处于断开状态,如此保证使用者不会忘记启动或关闭第一开关,从而为使用者的使用带来更多便利性。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明的技术范围作任何限制,故凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何细微修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

1、一种带自动抽真空功能的容器盖装置,包括有用于与容器的开口部分密封配合的容器盖主体,其特征在于:该容器盖主体上设置有用于将容器内的空气抽出外界的抽气机构、用于指示容器内空气是否完全抽出的真空指示组件、用于控制该抽气机构开启或关闭的第一开关和第二开关;
该容器盖主体上设置有连通容器内部的第一通孔和第二通孔;
该真空指示组件包括有可伸缩的第一软胶管、促使该第一软胶管伸开的第一弹簧、以及由该第一软胶管作用而来回活动的指示钮;该第一软胶管的密闭端抵住指示钮,第一软胶管的开口端与前述第一通孔密封式连通;该第一弹簧位于第一软胶管内并抵于第一软胶管和容器盖主体之间;该指示钮露出容器盖主体外;常压状态下,该第一软胶管处于伸开状态,该指示钮伸出容器盖主体外,真空状态下,该第一软胶管处于缩回状态,该指示钮缩回容器盖主体内;
该第二开关与第一开关串联连接,针对该第二开关设置有用于自动控制该第二开关接通或断开的控制组件,该控制组件包括有可伸缩的第二软胶管以及促使该第二软胶管伸开的第二弹簧;该第二软胶管的密闭端上设置有盖帽,该盖帽与第二开关保持接触,该第二软胶管的开口端与前述第二通孔密封式连通;该第二弹簧位于第二软胶管内并抵于第二软胶管和容器盖主体之间,且第二弹簧的弹力大于前述第一弹簧的弹力;常压状态下,该第二软胶管处于伸开状态,该第二开关处于接通状态,真空状态下,该第二软胶管处于缩回状态,该第二开关处于断开状态。
2、根据权利要求1所述的带自动抽真空功能的容器盖装置,其特征在于:所述容器盖主体的周侧面外设置有密封环,针对该密封环于容器盖主体上设置有用于将密封环径向撑开而与容器的内壁面密封贴合的撑开机构。
3、根据权利要求2所述的带自动抽真空功能的容器盖装置,其特征在于:所述撑开机构包括有滑动环、活动支架以及手柄;该滑动环位于前述密封环的内侧缘,该滑动环与活动支架固定连接并随活动支架同步活动,该活动支架位于容器盖主体内,该手柄位于容器盖主体外并带动活动支架活动。
4、根据权利要求3所述的带自动抽真空功能的容器盖装置,其特征在于:所述手柄的一端为枢接端,另一端为操控端,该枢接端与容器盖主体枢接,该枢接端上成型有促使活动支架下压的偏心块,该偏心块通过一顶块抵压于前述活动支架上而促使活动支架下压,针对该活动支架设置有用于促使活动支架向上复位的第三弹簧。
5、根据权利要求4所述的带自动抽真空功能的容器盖装置,其特征在于:所述偏心块和顶块均位于活动支架的中心上方,该第三弹簧位于活动支架的中心下方。
6、根据权利要求4所述的带自动抽真空功能的容器盖装置,其特征在于:所述操控端开设有供手放置以便控制手柄翻转的通孔。
7、根据权利要求4所述的带自动抽真空功能的容器盖装置,其特征在于:所述容器盖主体的顶部凹设有与手柄相适配的容置槽,当手柄处于向下翻转的状态下,该手柄收纳于该容置槽中。
8、根据权利要求4所述的带自动抽真空功能的容器盖装置,其特征在于:所述手柄一体凸伸出有用于抵压第一开关的顶柱,当手柄处于向下翻转的状态下,该顶柱抵压住该第一开关,该第一开关处于接通状态,当手柄处于向上翻转的状态下,该顶柱脱离第一开关,该第一开关处于断开状态。
9、根据权利要求1所述的带自动抽真空功能的容器盖装置,其特征在于:所述容器盖主体包括有主体上盖和主体下盖,该主体上盖与主体下盖共同围构成一腔室,前述抽气机构、真空指示组件、第一开关、第二开关和控制组件均位于该腔室内。
10、根据权利要求1所述的带自动抽真空功能的容器盖装置,其特征在于:所述容器盖主体上凹设有用于安放电池以为抽气机构提供电力供应的容置腔,该容置腔由一电池盖封盖住。
