前記抽出されたn次元シンボルの画像から前記部品又は生産物に関する情報を取得する取得処理と、
前記抽出された梨地模様の画像を、前記形成されている梨地模様の画像特徴が記憶されているデータベースと照合した照合結果を取得して出力する処理と、
を実行させるプログラム。
前記梨地模様は、部品、生産物、又は前記部品を構成要素とする生産物を識別するために形成されたものである

Claims (27)
- 部品又は生産物に形成された梨地模様の画像特徴が記憶されている画像特徴記憶手段と、
部品、生産物、又は前記部品を構成要素とする生産物に関する情報を示すn(n:自然数)次元シンボルと、前記部品又は前記生産物に形成された梨地模様とを少なくとも含む撮影画像から、前記n次元シンボルの画像と前記梨地模様の画像とを抽出する抽出手段と、
前記抽出されたn次元シンボルの画像から前記部品又は前記生産物に関する情報を取得する取得手段と、
前記抽出された梨地模様の画像の画像特徴と、前記画像特徴記憶手段に記憶されている画像特徴とを照合し、前記部品、前記生産物又は前記部品を構成要素とする生産物を識別する識別手段と
を備える情報取得識別システム。 - 前記梨地模様は、前記部品、前記生産物又は前記部品を構成要素とする生産物を識別するために形成されたものである
請求項1に記載の情報取得識別システム。 - 前記梨地模様が、前記n次元シンボルによって位置が定まる個所に形成されている

- 前記梨地模様は、製造に用いた金型を識別するために金型に対して所定の粒度で加工され、
同一金型で製造された各個体を識別するために、前記金型に対する加工の粒度よりも小さい粒度で、各個体に対して加工される
請求項5に記載の情報取得識別システム。 - 前記梨地模様を、前記部品、前記生産物又は前記部品を構成要素とする生産物を識別するために形成する形成手段と、
当該形成された箇所を撮影する撮影手段と
を備える請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の情報取得識別システム。 - 前記抽出手段は、前記撮影画像から、梨地模様の粒度に相当する高周波成分を除去し、前記高周波成分を除去した撮影画像と前記撮影画像との差分を取ることにより前記梨地模様の画像を抽出する請求項1から請求項7のいずれかに記載の情報取得識別システム。
- 前記撮影画像と前記画像特徴記憶手段に記憶されている画像特徴の画像とは、同様な照明条件下で撮影されたものである
請求項1から請求項8のいずれかに記載の情報取得識別システム。 - 前記照明条件は、梨地模様の形成面を覆うよう形成された覆蓋部における前記梨地模様の形成面に正対する法線方向から所定の角度範囲内に該当する一部の面を黒地とし、その他の角度範囲に該当する面を光源部から照射された光を拡散して発する光源領域面とした照明条件で撮影される
請求項9に記載の情報取得識別システム。 - 前記抽出手段は、前記n次元シンボルを用いて、前記撮影画像を正規化する
請求項1から請求項10のいずれかに記載の情報取得識別システム。 - 前記n次元シンボルは、前記部品、前記生産物又は前記部品を構成要素とする生産物の出所又は個体を識別する識別情報を示し、
前記画像特徴記憶手段には、前記識別情報と、前記部品、前記生産物又は前記部品を構成要素とする生産物に形成された梨地模様の画像特徴とが対応付けられて記憶されており、
前記識別手段は、前記撮影画像から取得したn次元シンボルが示す識別情報に対応する梨地模様の画像特徴と、前記撮影画像から抽出した梨地模様の画像特徴とを照合することにより、前記撮影画像の前記部品、前記生産物又は前記部品を構成要素とする生産物を識別する
請求項1から請求項11のいずれかに記載の情報取得識別システム。 - 前記画像特徴記憶手段及び前記識別手段を識別サーバに設け、
前記n次元シンボルは、前記識別サーバのURLを示し、
前記取得手段は、前記抽出されたn次元シンボルの画像から前記識別サーバのURLを取得し、前記撮影画像又は前記抽出された前記梨地模様の画像を、前記識別サーバに送信し、
前記識別サーバで、前記撮影画像又は前記抽出された前記梨地模様の画像を用いて前記部品、前記生産物又は前記部品を構成要素とする生産物を識別する
請求項1から請求項12のいずれかに記載の情報取得識別システム。 - 前記n次元シンボルは、シリアルナンバー、製造者名、製造会社名、ブランド名、製品名、製品番号、ロッド番号、URLの少なくとも一つを示す
請求項1から請求項13のいずれかに記載の情報取得識別システム。 - 部品、生産物又は前記部品を構成要素とする生産物に関する情報を示すn次元シンボルが付されている前記部品又は前記生産物に、部品、生産物又は前記部品を構成要素とする生産物を識別するための梨地模様を形成する梨地形成手段
を有する加工システム。 - 前記梨地形成手段は、部品、生産物、又は前記部品を構成要素とする生産物に関する情報を示すn次元シンボルが付されている前記部品又は前記生産物に、前記梨地模様の粒度が前記n次元シンボルを構成しているセルの短辺よりも小さい梨地模様を形成する請求項15に記載の加工システム。
- 前記梨地形成手段は、前記梨地模様を、前記n次元シンボルによって位置が定まる個所に形成する
請求項15又は請求項16に記載の加工システム。 - 前記梨地形成手段は、前記梨地模様の粒度を、前記n次元シンボルを構成しているセルの短辺よりも小さく形成する請求項17に記載の加工システム。
- 前記梨地形成手段は、前記梨地模様を、前記n次元シンボル以外に形成する請求項16から請求項18のいずれかに記載の加工システム
- 前記梨地形成手段は、前記梨地模様を、製造に用いた金型を識別するために金型に対して所定の粒度で加工し、
同一金型で製造された各個体を識別するために、前記金型に対する加工の粒度よりも小さい粒度で、各個体に対して加工する
請求項19に記載の加工システム。 - 部品、生産物、又は前記部品を構成要素とする生産物に関する情報を示すn次元シンボルと、前記n次元シンボルが付されている前記部品又は前記生産物に形成されている、梨地模様の粒度が前記n次元シンボルを構成しているセルの短辺よりも小さい梨地模様とを少なくとも含む画像を、所定の撮影条件の下で撮影する撮影手段と、
前記撮影された画像から前記梨地模様の画像を抽出する抽出手段と、
前記部品又は前記生産物を識別する識別情報と、前記抽出された梨地模様の画像特徴とを対応付けて、記憶手段に登録する登録手段と
を有する登録システム。 - 前記梨地模様は、
製造に用いた金型を識別するために金型に対して所定の粒度で加工され、
同一金型で製造された各個体を識別するために、前記金型に対する加工の粒度よりも小さい粒度で、各個体に対して加工される
請求項21に記載の登録システム。 - 前記梨地模様は、部品、生産物、又は前記部品を構成要素とする生産物を識別するために形成される

前記抽出されたn次元シンボルの画像から前記部品又は前記生産物に関する情報を取得する取得手段と、
前記抽出された梨地模様の画像を、部品又は生産物に形成された梨地模様の画像特徴が記憶されているデータベースと照合した照合結果を取得して出力する手段と
を備える照合装置。 - 部品、生産物、又は前記部品を構成要素とする生産物に関する情報を示すn次元シンボルと、前記部品又は前記生産物に形成された梨地模様とを少なくとも含む撮影画像から、前記n次元シンボルの画像と前記梨地模様の画像とを抽出し、
前記抽出されたn次元シンボルの画像から前記部品又は生産物に関する情報を取得し、
前記抽出された梨地模様の画像の画像特徴を用いて前記部品、又は前記生産物を構成要素とする生産物を識別する
情報取得識別方法。 - コンピュータに、
部品、生産物、又は前記部品を構成要素とする生産物に関する情報を示すn次元シンボルと、前記部品又は前記生産物に形成された梨地模様とを少なくとも含む撮影画像から、前記n次元シンボルの画像と、前記梨地模様の画像とを抽出する抽出処理と、
前記抽出されたn次元シンボルの画像から前記部品又は生産物に関する情報を取得する取得処理と、
前記抽出された梨地模様の画像を、前記形成されている梨地模様の画像特徴が記憶されているデータベースと照合した照合結果を取得して出力する処理と
を実行させるプログラム。
