Specifically, the analysis unit 9a initializes the user information recording table and the usage history table recorded in the storage unit 9c. Then, it progresses to step S2 and the analysis part 9a starts reception of a user's car call. Thereafter, the process proceeds to step S3, and the analysis unit 9a determines whether or not the user has received a car call based on the information from the control device 8.
- step S3 If no user car call is accepted in step S3, the process returns to step S2. If there is a user car call reception in step S3, the process proceeds to step S4.
- step S4 the analysis unit 9a records a user information recording table corresponding to the user in the storage unit 9c via the recording unit 9b.
- step S5 the analysis unit 9a determines whether the user has used the elevator in the past. Specifically, the analysis unit 9a determines whether there is a row having the same personal information as the user information recording table in the use history table of the storage unit 9c.
- step S6 the analysis unit 9a adds a new row to the usage history table of the storage unit 9c. Thereafter, the analysis unit 9a records a value obtained by adding “1” to the serial number of the last line immediately before in the column of the serial number of the new line. Thereafter, the analysis unit 9a records “1” in the column of the number of times of use of the new row. Thereafter, the analysis unit 9a transcribes the personal number, usage date / time, usage floor, and destination floor of the user information recording table to the personal number, usage date / time, usage floor, and destination floor of the new row.

Based on the operation information, the analysis unit 9a grasps the number of the car device 2 arriving at the use floor, the destination floor of each car device 2, and the arrival order of each car device 2. At this time, the analysis unit 9a determines whether the arrival order of the car devices 2 or the destination floor of each car device 2 has been changed.
- step S9 the process proceeds to step S10.
- step S10 the analysis unit 9a determines whether all the car devices 2 that have arrived at the use floor have arrived at the destination floor of the user.
- step S10 If all the car devices 2 that have arrived at the use floor in step S10 have not arrived at the user's destination floor, the process returns to step S9.
- step S9 the process proceeds to step S11.
- the analysis part 9a transmits the acquired operation information to the hall operating panel 7 on the use floor. Based on the operation information, the hall operation panel 7 on the use floor updates the display on the destination floor.
- step S10 When all the car devices 2 that have arrived at the use floor in step S10 have arrived at the user's destination floor, the operations from step S1 are repeated.
- step S12 the analysis unit 9a adds “1” to the number of uses.
- the analysis unit 9a transcribes the personal number, use date, use floor, and destination floor from the user information recording table. Thereafter, the operations after step S7 are performed.
- the display unit of the hall operating panel 7 associates information indicating the arrival order of the car equipment 2 with information indicating the destination floor of the car equipment 2 that arrives in the order. indicate. For this reason, it is possible to notify the user whether or not the car device 2 arriving at the landing 4 arrives at the user's destination floor.
