次に、ハード型パッケージ1において、第1パッケージ部2における第1リッド6、及び、第2パッケージ部3における第2リッド9の開閉動作について説明する。図9は、本実施形態に係るハード型パッケージ1において、第1パッケージ部2の第1リッド6を開放した状態を示す図である。使用者は、例えば、図示のように、第1パッケージ本体4及び第2パッケージ本体7を上下方向に相対スライドできる態様でハード型パッケージ1を片手で把持する。そして、第1パッケージ部2及び第2パッケージ部3のうち開放しようとする方に対応するパッケージ本体を他方のパッケージ本体に対して相対的に上方へとスライドさせる操作を行う。図示の例では、使用者は、第1パッケージ部2を手前側、第2パッケージ部3を奥側にして、左手でハード型パッケージ1を把持している。そして、第1パッケージ本体4を親指で上方にスライド操作することで、第1パッケージ本体4の開口端45を塞いでいる第1リッド6に直接触れることなく、第1リッド6を開放した状態を示している。なお、上記スライド操作に基づくハード型パッケージ1の開閉メカニズムについては図10A~Cを参照して説明する。
本実施形態に係るハード型パッケージ1は、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変形を加えることができる。例えば、上記実施形態では、第3ブランクB3によって形成された連結部材10を、第1リッド6の天壁62及び第2リッド9の天壁92に接着したが、第1リッド6の天壁62と後壁61との境界をなす後頂縁部と、第2リッド9の天壁92と後壁91との境界をなす後頂縁部とが頂部ヒンジ10aを介して相対回動自在に連結されていれば良い。従って、例えば、図11に示すように、第3ブランクB3によって形成された連結部材10を、第1リッド6の後壁61及び第2リッド9の後壁91に接着しても良い。
次に、実施形態2に係るハード型パッケージ1Aについて説明する。図12に示すように、実施形態2に係るハード型パッケージ1Aは、第1パッケージ本体4及び第2パッケージ本体7の後面に設けられるスライド機構が実施形態1と相違している。実施形態2に係るハード型パッケージ1Aのうち、実施形態1のハード型パッケージ1と同等の部材には同一の参照符号を付すことで詳しい説明を省略する。図12は、ハード型パッケージ1Aの分解図であり、実施形態1の図3に対応する図である。
本実施形態に係るハード型パッケージ1Aは、図13に示す第4ブランクB4によって第1パッケージ部2を形成し、図14に示す第5ブランクB5によって第2パッケージ部3を形成する。なお、第1パッケージ部2及び第2パッケージ部3を連結する連結部材10は、図8で説明した第3ブランクB3を使用することができる。以下、図13に示す第4ブランクB4、図14に示す第5ブランクB5について説明する。なお、第4ブランクB4、第5ブランクB5のうち、上述した第1ブランクB1、第2ブランクB2と共通するパネルについては、同一の参照符号を付すことでその説明を省略する。

- 第1パッケージ部及び第2パッケージ部を備えるパッケージであって、
前記第1パッケージ部及び前記第2パッケージ部はそれぞれ、上部に開口端を有すると共に内部に被収容物を収容する略直方体形状のパッケージ本体と、前記開口端の後側開口縁にヒンジを介して回動可能に連結されると共に当該開口端を開閉する蓋部と、を有し、
前記第1パッケージ部及び前記第2パッケージ部は、各々の前記蓋部が閉じられた状態で前記パッケージ本体の後壁同士が対向して配置されており、
前記第1パッケージ部及び前記第2パッケージ部における前記蓋部の天壁と後壁との境界をなす後頂縁部同士が頂部ヒンジを介して互いに回動自在に連結されている、
ハード型パッケージ。 - 前記第1パッケージ部及び前記第2パッケージ部の何れか一方のパッケージ本体における後壁の上下方向に沿って延設された係合部と、他方のパッケージ本体における後壁に設けられると共に前記係合部の延伸方向にスライド自在に当該係合部と係合する被係合部と、
を更に備える請求項1に記載のハード型パッケージ。 - 前記係合部及び前記被係合部は、前記第1パッケージ部及び前記第2パッケージ部におけるそれぞれの前記パッケージ本体同士が所定の範囲内で離間することを許容する、
請求項2に記載のハード型パッケージ。 - 前記第1パッケージ部における蓋部とパッケージ本体とを連結するヒンジと前記頂部ヒンジとの間の離間寸法と、前記第2パッケージ部における蓋部とパッケージ本体とを連結するヒンジと前記頂部ヒンジとの間の離間寸法とが略等しい、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載のハード型パッケージ。
- 前記第1パッケージ部及び前記第2パッケージ部の外形寸法が略等しい、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載のハード型パッケージ。
