Claims (6)
- 部品が所定ピッチで収納されたキャリアテープの上面側にトップテープが接着されてなる部品包装テープを巻回したテープリールから前記部品包装テープを部品吸着位置へピッチ送りするピッチ送り機構部と、
前記ピッチ送り機構部に設けられ、ピッチ送りされる前記部品包装テープが前記ピッチ送り機構部から外れないように前記部品包装テープを保持する第1テープ保持部と、
該第1テープ保持部に設けられ、前記部品包装テープから前記トップテープを引き剥がすトップテープ引き剥がし部と、
該トップテープ引き剥がし部で前記部品包装テープから引き剥がされた前記トップテープを前記部品包装テープのピッチ送り方向とは反対方向に送り出すトップテープ送り出し機構部と、
前記トップテープ送り出し機構部に設けられ、送り出される前記トップテープを保持する第2テープ保持部と、を備えたテープフィーダに前記部品包装テープを自動的にセットするテープ自動セット装置であって、
前記テープリールが前記リール取付け部に取付けられた前記テープフィーダを保持するフィーダ保持台と、
前記テープリールから引出された前記部品包装テープを前記ピッチ送り機構部へ搬送するテープ搬送装置と、
前記ピッチ送り機構部に搬送された前記キャリアテープに接着されている前記トップテープの先端を挟持し、該トップテープを前記トップテープ引き剥がし部で前記キャリアテープから引剥がして前記トップテープ送り出し機構部へ移送するテープ移送装置と、
前記テープ搬送装置で前記部品包装テープを前記ピッチ送り機構部に搬送してセットするときに、前記第1テープ保持部の保持を開放させ、前記部品包装テープのセット後に、前記第1テープ保持部に前記部品包装テープを保持させ、前記テープ移送装置で前記トップテープを前記トップテープ送り出し機構部に移送してセットするときに、前記第2テープ保持部の保持を開放させ、前記トップテープのセット後に、前記第2テープ保持部に前記トップテープを保持させるテープ保持開放装置と、を備えたテープ自動セット装置。 - 請求項1に記載のテープ自動セット装置には、
前記テープ移送装置による移送動作と前記ピッチ送り機構部によるピッチ送り動作とを同期制御して、前記トップテープを前記トップテープ送り出し機構部に移送してセットするテープ移送制御装置が設けられているテープ自動セット装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のテープ自動セット装置であって、
前記フィーダ保持台には、少なくとも前記ピッチ送り機構部に電力供給する電力供給部が設けられているテープ自動セット装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のテープ自動セット装置であって、
前記テープ搬送装置には、前記部品包装テープを挟み込み前記テープリールから引出して前記ピッチ送り機構部に搬送する送り装置と、搬送される前記部品包装テープを案内するガイドと、が設けられているテープ自動セット装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のテープ自動セット装置であって、
前記テープ移送装置には、前記トップテープを挟持する挟持手段と、搬送される前記部品包装テープの先端側の所定位置を検知する検知手段と、が設けられ、
前記テープ自動セット装置には、前記検知手段で前記所定位置を検知したときに前記部品包装テープの搬送を一旦停止させ、前記部品包装テープおよび前記挟持手段の一方を前記部品包装テープの搬送方向および逆搬送方向に所定距離だけ移動させて前記ピッチ送り機構部にセットさせるテープ移送制御装置が設けられているテープ自動セット装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のテープ自動セット装置であって、
前記テープ搬送装置および前記テープ保持開放装置は、前記フィーダ保持台に保持された前記テープフィーダを挟んで両側にそれぞれ配置され、
前記テープ搬送装置には、前記部品包装テープを前記ピッチ送り機構部に自動的にセットするとき、前記テープ搬送装置を前記テープフィーダに対し接近させ、前記トップテープを前記トップテープ送り出し機構部に自動的にセットするとき、前記テープ搬送装置を前記テープフィーダに対し離脱させる搬送移動装置が設けられ、
前記テープ保持開放装置には、前記部品包装テープを前記ピッチ送り機構部に自動的にセットするとき、および前記トップテープを前記トップテープ送り出し機構部に自動的にセットするとき、前記テープ保持開放装置を前記テープフィーダに対し接近させ、前記トップテープのセット完了後、前記テープ保持開放装置を前記テープフィーダに対し離脱させる開放移動装置が設けられているテープ自動セット装置。
