As shown in FIG. 1B, the pressing piece 31a is formed with slits 31b on the three sides around the lid 23 side. 1A, the pressing piece 31a is elastically pressed against the PTC heater 33 by projecting the pressing piece 31a so as to bend to the left side.
By pressing the PTC heater 33 against the heat transfer plate 29 by this pressing operation, the PTC heater 33 is sandwiched between the heat transfer plate 29 and the heater support plate 31 constituting a pair of electrodes located on both sides thereof. It becomes. At that time, the heater support plate 31 is disposed between a pair of ribs 27b protruding downward from the partition plate 27, as shown in FIG. Further, the heater support plate 31 is positioned inside the pair of ribs 27 b and is held in contact with the tips of the pair of ribs 21 g protruding upward from the inner surface of the case body 21.
On the other hand, the heat transfer plate 29 is disposed between the pair of ribs 27c as shown in FIG. The rib 27c is located outside the pair of ribs 27b and protrudes upward from the opposite side of the rib 27b. Further, the heat transfer plate 29 is held in contact with the tips of the pair of ribs 21h. The ribs 21 h are located inside the pair of ribs 27 c and protrude downward from the inner surface of the case body 21.
The mat-like insecticide 25 set on the heat transfer plate 29 is positioned between the pair of ribs 21h. Furthermore, the mat-like insecticide 25 comes into contact with the tips of the pair of ribs 21i. The ribs 21 i are located inside the pair of ribs 21 h and protrude downward from the inner surface of the case body 21. In this state, the mat-like insecticide 25 receives heat from the heat transfer plate 29 because one surface thereof is pressed against and contacts the heat transfer plate 29.
Further, the partition plate 27, the heat transfer plates 29 and the heater support plates 31 on both sides of the partition plate 27 are provided at the end of the wall portion 21j formed in the vicinity of the insertion port 21c of the case body 21, as shown in FIG. Abut. On the other hand, the end of the partition plate 27 opposite to the vehicle compartment 19 is in contact with the tip of a rib 23 c formed on the inner surface of the lid 23. The wall portion 21j is formed in parallel with the partition plate 27, and is thicker than the partition plate 27.
A switch 35 is provided on the front end surface 21k exposed to the vehicle compartment 19 of the case body 21. The switch 35 is disposed on the right side of FIG. 1A, that is, on the opposite side of the mat-like insecticide 25 with the partition plate 27 therebetween, and on the corner located on the right side of FIG.
The switch 35 includes a transparent or translucent cover body 37. The cover body 37 protrudes from the through hole 21k1 of the front end face 21k to the vehicle compartment 19 side in the off state. By pressing from this protruding state, the surface of the cover body 37 becomes substantially flush with the front end face 21k and is turned on. The switch 35 accommodates a light emitting body made of an LED or the like inside a cover body 37. The light emitter is turned on when the switch 35 is turned on to emit light, and turned off when the switch 35 is turned off.
The switch 35 described above is mounted on a substrate 39 shown in FIG. The substrate 39 is fixed on the partition plate 27 at one side edge on the back side in FIG. 1B.
Note that one end of an electrical wiring (not shown) is connected to the heat transfer plate 29 and the heater support plate 31 constituting the pair of electrodes, and the other end of the electrical wiring is connected to the substrate 39. Similarly, one end of an electric wiring (not shown) is connected to the board 39, and the other end of the electric wiring is connected to the battery side of the vehicle via a connector (not shown). Then, the electrical wiring connected to the battery side is drawn out from a slit (not shown) formed in the lid body 23. A connector attachment portion 23p for attaching a connector (not shown) is integrally provided on the rear end surface 23d of the lid 23 opposite to the case body 21.
The rear end surface 23d of the lid body 23 is provided with a substantially cylindrical air introduction portion 23f having an air introduction port 23e therein. The air introduction portion 23f is integrated with the lid body 23 so as to protrude toward the opposite side of the case main body 21. The air introduction port 23e is provided on the back side of the mounting hole 3a opposite to the insertion port 21c, and introduces air sent from a vehicle air conditioner 45 described later into the case. The air inlet 23e communicates with a gap 21d that accommodates the mat-like insecticide 25 in the case 15.
The gap 21 d is included in a space 41 between the surface of the mat-like insecticide 25 opposite to the heat transfer plate 29 and the inner surface of the case body 21. One end of the space 41 located on the lower side in FIG. 1A communicates with the insertion port 21 c, and the other end located on the upper side communicates with the air introduction port 23 e via the space 43 in the lid body 23. is doing.
The flow passage 41a of the space 41 excluding the gap 21d is formed between the mat-shaped insecticide 25 and the inner surface of the case body 21 facing the mat-shaped insecticide 25. As shown in FIG. 2, the flow passage 41a includes a region between the pair of ribs 21i and a region between the ribs 21i and the ribs 21h located outside the ribs 21i.
The flow passage 41a in the case main body 21, the space 43 in the lid body 23, and the air introduction port 23e constitute an air flow passage through which air sent from the vehicle air conditioner 45 shown in FIG. 5 circulates. The air is sent from the blower fan motor 47 as a blower of the vehicle air conditioner 45 to the air flow passage.
The vehicle air conditioner 45 has an intake door 49 disposed upstream of the blower fan motor 47 as shown in FIG. Then, by rotating the intake door 49 about the support pin 51, the outside air D and the vehicle interior air E are selectively allowed to flow downstream. That is, when the intake door 49 is at the position of the solid line in FIG. 5, the vehicle interior air E flows downstream, and when the intake door 49 is at the position of the two-dot chain line, the outside air D flows downstream.
The evaporator 53 is disposed on the downstream side of the blower fan motor 47, and the air mix door 55 is disposed on the further downstream side of the evaporator 53 so as to be rotatable about the support pin 57. By rotating the air mix door 55, for example, the air that has passed through the evaporator 53 can be switched between a state of passing through the heater core 59 (solid line position) and a state of bypassing the heater core 59 (two-dot chain line position).
The warm air that flows through the heater core 59 or the cold air that flows by bypassing the heater core 59 is sent to the vehicle compartment 19 from the defroster 61, the ventilator 63, and the foot outlet 65 that open in the vehicle interior. A defroster door 67, a ventilator door 69, and a foot door 71 are provided at the defroster 61, the ventilator 63, and the foot outlet 65, respectively.
In this embodiment, one end of the air introduction hose 75 is connected to the flow path space 73 between the blower fan motor 47 and the evaporator 53. Further, the other end of the air introduction hose 75 is connected to the air introduction portion 23f of the vehicle insect repellent device 1A shown in FIGS. As a result, air (outside air D or indoor air E), which is secured at a high pressure immediately after being discharged from the blower fan motor 47, is efficiently sent to the insect repellent device 1A for vehicles via the flow path in the air introduction hose 75. It is done.
Next, the operation of the vehicle insect repellent device 1A according to this embodiment will be described. When the occupant wants to remove insects such as mosquitoes present in the passenger compartment 19, or to prevent the insects from entering with the window open, the mat-like insecticide 25 is set in the vehicle insect repellent device 1A. In this state, the switch 35 is pressed to turn it on. Thereby, the PTC heater 33 between the heat transfer plate 29 and the heater support plate 31 constituting the pair of electrodes is energized to generate heat.
The heat transfer plate 29 is heated by the heat generated by the PTC heater 33. At this time, since the heat transfer plate 29 in contact with the mat-like insecticide 25 is made of aluminum, which is a metal having a relatively high thermal conductivity, the heat transfer plate 29 is efficiently heated.
On the other hand, since the heater support plate 31 is made of stainless steel, which is a metal having a relatively low thermal conductivity, even if the PTC heater 33 generates heat, the temperature does not become as high as that of the heat transfer plate 29. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the thermal influence on surrounding parts.
The heated heat transfer plate 29 heats the mat-like insecticide 25, and the heated mat-like insecticide 25 volatilizes volatile components including the insecticide components. Then, the volatile component diffuses around. At this time, the passenger turns on the air conditioner unit (vehicle air conditioner 45) to turn it on, and drives the blower fan motor 47. The blower fan motor 47 may be driven before the vehicle insect repellent device 1A is operated. Further, since the blower fan motor 47 only needs to be driven, the air conditioner 45 for the vehicle may be in a blowing mode.
By driving the blower fan motor 47, air that has been secured at a high pressure immediately after being discharged from the blower fan motor 47 is sent to the insect repellent device 1 </ b> A via the air introduction hose 75. As shown in FIG. 1A, the air sent to the insect repellent device 1A for the vehicle has an air inlet 23e in the air introduction portion 23f, a space 43 in the lid 23, and a flow passage 41a in the case body 21. And is discharged into the vehicle compartment 19 from the insertion port 21c serving as an air discharge port.
At this time, the insecticidal component volatilized from the mat-like insecticide 25 is efficiently released and diffused into the passenger compartment 19 by the air flowing through the flow passage 41a. Therefore, insects such as mosquitoes lurking in the passenger compartment 19 can be effectively removed, and insects can be prevented from entering when the windows are opened.
At this time, in this embodiment, at least a part of the case 15 containing the mat-like insecticide 25 and the heating unit is attached in a state of being inserted into the recess provided in the instrument panel 3 in the vehicle compartment 19. Thereby, it can suppress that the whole case 15 protrudes in the vehicle interior 19, and can suppress the passenger | crew's interference with respect to 1A of vehicle insect control apparatuses. Further, by sending the volatile components generated from the mat-like insecticide 25 into the passenger compartment 19 by the flow of air, the insect repellent effect can be exhibited more quickly.
Further, in the present embodiment, only a part of the tip of the case 15 in the vehicle insect repellent device 1 </ b> A is exposed in the vehicle compartment 19, and the other part is embedded in the instrument panel 3. Thus, the heat transfer plate 29 that rises in temperature is not directly exposed to the outside (inside the passenger compartment 19). Therefore, it is possible to prevent the occupant from touching the heat transfer plate 29 when the mat-like insecticide 25 is replaced. Furthermore, when the mat-like insecticide 25 is not set, it is possible to prevent foreign matters such as dust from accumulating on the heat transfer plate 29 and lowering the heating function.
And in this embodiment, the volatile component generated from the mat-like insecticide 25 is not only released, but air is allowed to flow along the surface of the mat-like insecticide 25. Therefore, the effect of releasing volatile components into the vehicle compartment 19 is further enhanced, which is extremely effective for the insect control effect.
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 1A, the case 15 includes a space 21f on the opposite side of the mat-like insecticide 25 with the PTC heater 33 interposed therebetween. Thereby, when the PTC heater 33 is caused to generate heat, the thermal influence on adjacent switches can be suppressed. That is, in FIG. 1A, when switches or the like are provided on the instrument panel 3 on the right side of the vehicle insect repellent device 1A, the influence on the switches can be reduced.
In the present embodiment, the heat transfer plate 29 heated by the PTC heater 33 also serves as an electrode for energizing the PTC heater 33. Therefore, it is possible to contribute to the reduction in the number of parts and the cost as compared with the case where a dedicated electrode is provided separately.
Further, in the present embodiment, the flow passage 41 a of the space 41 is formed along a surface opposite to the heat transfer plate 29 that is a heating portion of the mat-like insecticide 25. For this reason, the volatile component generated from the surface of the heated mat-like insecticide 25 can be efficiently released toward the vehicle compartment 19 in a shorter time by the air flowing through the flow passage 41a, and an insecticidal effect is generated. The time until it can be shortened.
In this embodiment, the case 15 is attached to the instrument panel 3 so that the insertion direction of the mat-like insecticide 25 is in a direction intersecting the surface of the instrument panel 3. For this reason, the mat-like insecticide 25 can be attached / detached simply by pushing it forward when it is set, and can be easily attached / detached by pulling it forward. At this time, air flows through the flow passage 41a formed on the side surface of the mat-like insecticide 25, so that insecticide components generated from the mat-like insecticide 25 are released toward the rear of the vehicle compartment 19, The diffusion effect of the insecticidal component into the passenger compartment 19 is enhanced.
In this embodiment, an air introduction port 23e for introducing air sent from the blower fan motor 47 of the vehicle air conditioner 45 is provided. For this reason, the existing blower fan motor 47 can be used in the insect repellent device 1A for a vehicle without providing a dedicated blower fan. As a result, when providing the insect repellent device 1A for a vehicle, an increase in the number of newly added components can be suppressed, and an increase in the number of components and cost can be suppressed.
It should be noted that a dedicated blower fan may be provided when the vehicle insect repellent device 1A is provided. This is particularly effective when the rear seat is prioritized for insect control, such as a taxi. At this time, the vehicle insect repellent device 1 </ b> A can be embedded in an interior part near the rear seat, for example, the surface of the rear part of the console box.
In this embodiment, the vehicle insect repellent device 1A is provided on the instrument panel 3, but it may be installed on the surface of the console box or the inner surface of the door. In FIG. 4, the insect repellent device 1 </ b> A is attached to the instrument panel 3 in a vertically long state. However, you may attach to interior components, such as the instrument panel 3, in the horizontal state, ie, the state which the mat-form insecticide 25 becomes horizontal.
[Second Embodiment]
Next, the insect repellent device for vehicles according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same structure as 1st embodiment, and the overlapping description is abbreviate | omitted.
The vehicle insect repellent device 1B according to the present embodiment includes a substantially rectangular parallelepiped case 15 as a whole, as shown in FIG. Then, as in the first embodiment, the case 15 is attached in a state of entering the attachment hole 3 a formed in the instrument panel 3. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 6, the case 15 includes a case main body 21 that is a main body portion of the case, and a lid body 23 that is attached to the case main body 21 so as to close the opening 21 b.
Here, in this embodiment, the opening / closing door 26 is attached to the insertion port 21c side of the portion of the case main body 21 protruding into the vehicle compartment 19. The opening / closing door 26 is attached such that the insertion opening 21c is largely opened. As shown in FIG. 7A, the open / close door 26 has a side wall 26a facing the surface of the mat-like insecticide 25, and end walls 26b positioned on both sides of the side wall 26a in FIG. 7A. . And the insertion opening 21c of the mat-form insecticide 25 is formed between the opening / closing door 26 and the case main body 21 with the opening / closing door 26 closed.
The side wall 26a has a notch 26a1 on the distal end side (vehicle compartment 19 side) of the case 15. Further, as shown in FIG. 7A, upper and lower side portions 26a2 are formed by the notches 26a1. And the edge part in the both sides of the width direction (vertical direction in Fig.7 (a)) of the mat-form insecticide 25 is located between the up-and-down both sides part 26a2 and the wall part 21j of the case main body 21. FIG.
A pair of hinges 28 are provided between the edge of the side wall 26a of the opening / closing door 26 on the opposite side of the casing 19 and the case body 21. With this hinge 28, the open / close door 26 can be opened and closed with respect to the case body 21. As shown in FIG. 7B, the opening / closing door 26 is opened by rotating the hinge 28 as a fulcrum, so that the insertion opening 21c is greatly opened. As a result, the rear end portion in the insertion direction of the mat-like insecticide 25 in the inserted state is greatly exposed to the outside.
The mat-like insecticide 25 is inserted into the gap 21d through the insertion port 21c and set in the case 15. With the door 26 closed, the mat-shaped insecticide 25 has a rear end in the insertion direction slightly protruding into the vehicle compartment 19 from the insertion port 21c. From this state, by opening the opening / closing door 26, the insertion opening 21c is largely opened. As a result, the mat-like insecticide 25 can be easily pulled out and taken out from the open part by the passenger pinching with the fingers.
The mat-like insecticide 25 can be pulled out even when the door 26 is closed. However, when the opening / closing door 26 is opened, the drawing work becomes extremely easy. When the mat-like insecticide 25 is set in the case 15, the door 26 may be opened or closed.
Next, the operation of the vehicle insect repellent device 1B according to this embodiment will be described. When the occupant wants to get rid of the insects or to prevent the insects from entering, the switch 35 is pressed to the on state while the mat-like insecticide 25 is set in the insect repellent device 1B. When the mat-like insecticide 25 is set in the vehicle insect repellent device 1B, the door 26 may be closed or may be opened as shown in FIG. 7B.
When the switch 35 of the vehicle insect repellent device 1B is turned on, the PTC heater 33 is energized to generate heat, and the heat transfer plate 29 is heated by this heat generation. The heated heat transfer plate 29 heats the mat-like insecticide 25, and the heated mat-like insecticide 25 volatilizes volatile components including the insecticide components. At this time, the passenger turns on the vehicle air conditioner 45 to turn it on, and drives the blower fan motor 47. By driving the blower fan motor 47, air is sent to the insect repellent device 1B through the air introduction hose 75. At this time, the insecticidal component volatilized from the mat-like insecticide 25 is efficiently released into the passenger compartment 19 by the air.
Here, when the insect repellent device 1B is used, the insecticidal components are volatilized from the mat-like insecticide 25 and at the same time, oil is generated. This oil component adheres to the inner surface of the case 15 and the periphery of the heat transfer plate 29 and the insertion port 21c with which the mat-like insecticide 25 comes into contact.
On the other hand, the mat-like insecticide 25 is pulled out from the case 15 after use and discarded. At this time, since the opening / closing door 26 is opened, the insertion opening 21c is largely opened, so that the end of the mat-like insecticide 25 can be easily grasped, and the take-out operation is facilitated.
After taking out the mat-like insecticide 25, the oil adhering to the inner surface of the case 15, the heat transfer plate 29, and the periphery of the insertion port 21c is wiped off using a cleaning tool such as a cotton swab. This wiping operation is also easy because the insertion port 21c is largely open, and oil can be efficiently wiped away from the insertion port 21c to the far side.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 6 (a), the mat-like insecticide 25 is pressed against the tips of a pair of ribs 21i protruding from the inner surface of the case body 21. For this reason, when the mat-like insecticide 25 is pulled out, the oil adhering to the inner surface of the case around the heat transfer plate 29 and the insertion port 21c is wiped off with the mat-like insecticide 25 and attached to the mat-like insecticide 25. Oil can be removed.
Moreover, in this embodiment, the air flow path through which the air sent from the vehicle air conditioner 45 circulates is formed along the surface on the opposite side to the surface which contacts the heat exchanger plate 29 of the mat-form insecticide 25. . And the side wall part which opposes the mat-form insecticide 25 in the air outlet side of this airflow path becomes the opening / closing door 26. Further, the open / close door 26 is a part of the case that can be opened with respect to the case main body 21. For this reason, in the periphery of the insertion port 21c after the mat-like insecticide 25 is pulled out, the surface of the wall portion 21j facing the closed door 26 is further exposed to the outside. Further, the surface of the heat transfer plate 29 that is substantially flush with the surface of the wall 21j is also exposed to the outside. Therefore, the oil adhering to each of these surfaces can be wiped off more easily.
In the present embodiment, the openable door 26 can be rotated with respect to the case body 21 with the hinge 28 as a fulcrum. For this reason, the periphery of the insertion port 21c can be opened by a simple operation, and the closing operation can be easily performed.
In addition, the opening / closing door 26 may be detachable like an opening / closing cover 77 described later, instead of being rotatable.
Here, the insect repellent device 1B shown in FIG. 8 is provided with an opening / closing cover 77 instead of the opening / closing door 26 shown in FIG. The opening / closing cover 77 is a part of the front end side (the vehicle compartment 19 side) of the case body 21 and includes the entire periphery of the insertion port 21c. The opening / closing cover 77 is a separate member from the case body 21 and is detachable from the case body 21.
The open / close cover 77 is provided with a notch 77a1 on the front end face 77e side of the side wall 77a facing the mat-like insecticide 25 in the set state, like the open / close door 26. The opening / closing cover 77 includes a wall portion 77c that protrudes toward the case body 21 on the opposite side of the notch 77a1 across the mat-like insecticide 25. As shown in FIG.8 (b), the through-hole 77b which comprises the insertion port 21c is formed by providing the wall part 77c. Then, the mat-like insecticide 25 is inserted into the through hole 77b.
The tip of the wall 77c abuts against the edge of the partition plate 27, the heat transfer plates 29 on both sides thereof, and the heater support plate 31 in the state where the opening / closing cover 77 is mounted on the case body 21. .
Further, as shown in FIG. 8A, upper and lower side portions 77a2 are formed by the notches 77a1. Between the wall portion 77c and the upper and lower side portions 77a2, the edge portions on both sides in the width direction (vertical direction in FIG. 8A) of the mat insecticide 25 are located.
8B, when the opening / closing cover 77 is removed from the case body 21, a part of the mat-like insecticide 25 in the set state is exposed. That is, in this state, the end of the mat-like insecticide 25 on the side of the insertion port 21c is exposed (protruded) to the outside with respect to the state where the opening / closing cover 77 is attached.
Further, as shown in FIG. 8 (b), the opening / closing cover 77 includes a locking claw 77 d that protrudes from the upper and lower inner wall surfaces toward the case body 21. On the other hand, the case body 21 is provided with a locking hole 21n into which the locking claw 77d enters and locks. Then, the opening / closing cover 77 is moved closer to the case main body 21 from the state of FIG. 8B, and the locking claw 77d is inserted into the case main body 21 so that the locking claw 77d is locked in the locking hole 21n. Is done. As a result, the opening / closing cover 77 can be attached to the case body 21. The locking claw 77d in this locked state only slightly enters the locking hole 21n. Therefore, the opening / closing cover 77 can be easily removed by pulling it from the case body 21.
When the opening / closing cover 77 is removed from the case main body 21, the end of the mat-like insecticide 25 in the set state on the insertion port 21 c side is exposed to the outside as compared with the state where the opening / closing cover 77 is attached. At this time, the case portion does not exist around the mat-shaped insecticide 25 in the exposed (protruded) portion. Therefore, it becomes easier to grasp the end of the mat-like insecticide 25, and the mat-like insecticide 25 can be taken out more easily.
For removing the oil after the mat-like insecticide 25 is taken out, the case body 21 and the opening / closing cover 77 removed from the case body 21 are separately performed. In removing the oil on the case main body 21 side, the tip portion of the case 15 is exposed, so that the heat transfer plate 29 and the inner surface of the case can be easily wiped away. Since the opening / closing cover 77 is also a single work, the oil around the through hole 77b can be easily wiped off.
The opening / closing cover 77 may be rotatable about the side surface opposite to the side wall 77a in FIG. 8A, for example, like the opening / closing door 26, instead of being detachable. At that time, it is necessary to consider the shape so that the periphery of the through hole 77b does not interfere with the mat-like insecticide 25.
[Third embodiment]
Next, the insect repellent device for vehicles according to the third embodiment of the present invention will be described. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same structure as 1st and 2nd embodiment, and the overlapping description is abbreviate | omitted.
The vehicle insect repellent device 1C of the present embodiment includes a substantially rectangular parallelepiped case 15 as a whole, as in the first embodiment. Then, as in the first embodiment, the case 15 is attached in a state of entering the attachment hole 3 a formed in the instrument panel 3. Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the case 15 includes a case main body 21 that is a main body portion of the case, and a lid body 23 that is attached to the case main body 21 so as to close the opening 21 b.
Here, a space 41 extending continuously from the insertion port 21c is provided inside the case body 21. This space 41 is formed between the heat transfer plate 29 and the inner surface of the case main body 21. One end of the space 41 communicates with the insertion port 21 c located on the lower side of FIG. 1A, and the other end located on the upper side communicates with the air introduction port 23 e via the space 43 in the lid body 23. Yes.
Further, the space 41 is formed by a gap 21d that accommodates the mat-like insecticide 25 inserted from the insertion port 21c, and a flow passage 41a that is a region obtained by removing the gap 21d from the space 41.
Here, as shown in FIG. 9, the insect repellent device 1C installed on the instrument panel 3 is installed obliquely downward, that is, toward the feet of the passenger. The vehicle insect repellent device 1 </ b> C releases an insecticidal component toward an area where mosquitoes or the like are likely to lurk. In this embodiment, the insecticidal component is released in the foot direction. And the rib 21i installed in the flow path 41a functions as a wind direction guide part which sends the wind sent through the air introduction port 23e toward a specific direction. And the rib 21i is sending out the insecticidal component which volatilizes from the mat-form insecticide 25 with the wind by ventilation to a specific direction. In general, insects such as mosquitoes are likely to lurk under the feet of passengers. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 9, it is preferable that the specific direction of releasing air is the occupant's foot direction.
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 10, by installing the rib 21i diagonally downward, the direction in which air is released can be directed more toward the occupant's feet, and the insect repellent effect can be further enhanced. it can. However, in FIG. 10, the rib 21 i has a straight shape, but may be a curved shape or a curved shape as long as the insecticidal component can be sent out in a specific direction. The number of ribs 21i need not be two, but may be one or more than two.
Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the rib 21i is in contact with the mat-like insecticide 25 and presses the mat-like insecticide 25 toward the heat transfer plate 29 constituting the heating unit. Therefore, the rib 21i has not only a function as a wind direction guide part but also a function of increasing the heating efficiency of the mat insecticide 25 by pressing the mat insecticide 25 toward the heat transfer plate 29. However, as long as the mat-like insecticide 25 can be fixed by other members, the rib 21 i may not be formed so as to contact the mat-like insecticide 25.
Next, the operation of the vehicle insect repellent device 1C according to this embodiment will be described. When the occupant wants to get rid of the insects or to prevent the insects from entering, the switch 35 is pressed to the on state while the mat insecticide 25 is set in the vehicle insect repellent device 1C. Thereby, the PTC heater 33 between the heat transfer plate 29 and the heater support plate 31 is energized to generate heat.
Thus, when the heat transfer plate 29 is heated, the mat-like insecticide 25 is heated, and the insecticidal components are volatilized from the mat-like insecticide 25 by this heating and are diffused into the flow passage 41a. At this time, the passenger turns on the vehicle air conditioner 45 to turn it on, and drives the blower fan motor 47 shown in FIG.
When the blower fan motor 47 is driven, air for which a high pressure is ensured immediately after being discharged from the blower fan motor 47 is sent to the insect repellent device 1C through the air introduction hose 75. The air sent to the insect repellent device 1C for the vehicle flows through the air introduction port 23e in the air introduction part 23f, the space 43 in the lid 23 and the flow passage 41a in the case body 21, and the insertion port 21c serving as an air discharge port. From the vehicle interior 19.
At this time, the rib 21i which is the wind direction guide part sends out the insecticidal component which volatilizes and diverges from the mat-like insecticide 25 toward an area where mosquitoes or the like are likely to lurk.
Then, according to the insect repellent device 1C for a vehicle, the rib 21i serving as a wind direction guide portion is provided in the flow passage 41a for sending the volatilizing insecticidal component from the mat-like insecticide 25, and the insecticidal component is sent out in a specific direction. For this reason, the worms can be efficiently extinguished by directing the rib 21i in advance to an area where mosquitoes or the like are likely to lurk.
In addition, according to the insect repellent device 1C for vehicles, the direction in which the insecticidal component is sent out by the rib 21i is the foot direction of the passenger in the passenger compartment. Therefore, an insecticidal component can be released in the direction of the foot where mosquitoes or the like are likely to lurk, and thus insects such as mosquitoes can be controlled efficiently.
Furthermore, according to the insect repellent device 1C for a vehicle, the rib 21i contacts the mat-like insecticide 25 and presses it toward the heating unit. Therefore, the rib 21i can realize not only a function as a wind direction guide portion but also a function of increasing the heating efficiency by pressing the mat-like insecticide 25 against the heat transfer plate 29.
