Abstract
본 발명은 흡음형 복층 유리에 관한 것으로서, 소음에 대한 흡음효과를 극대화하여 야외 영화관이나 콘서트홀 등과 같은 건축물의 외벽재료로 시공되어질 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 2개의 유리패널인 제1패널(10)과 제2패널(20)이 스페이서(30)에 의해 상호 일정 간격으로 유지되고, 상기 각각의 제1패널(10)과 제2패널(20) 전면에는 다수의 흡음공간(12,22)을 형성하는 허니컴부(11,21)가 돌출 구비된 것을 특징으로 한다.
Description
본 발명은 흡음형 복층 유리에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 유리의 흡음기능을 강화하여 야외 영화관 등과 같은 음향설비의 외벽 재료로 시공이 가능토록 하기위한 것이다.
일반적으로, 유리는 창문 뿐만 아니라 빌딩의 외벽 시공재료로 사용되고 있다.
한편, 최근에는 야외용 영화관을 개발함에 있어 영화관의 외벽을 유리로 시공하기 위한 기술개발이 이루어지고 있다.
그러나, 유리는 흡음 및 방음성이 일반 방음패널에 비해 상대적으로 떨어지기 때문에 실내에서 소리가 울리는 현상이 발생하게 되어 영화관 외벽설치재료로 시공이 어려운 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 유리의 단열성 저하로 인해 여름철 실내 온도가 급격히 상승되어지는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상기한 종래 유리의 흡음성 저하에 따른 문제를 개선하기 위해 제안된 것으로서, 유리의 흡음성 및 단열성을 개선시킬 수 있는 복층형 유리구조를 제공함으로서 야외 영화관 등과 같은 옥외 음향 시설물의 외벽 재료로 시공이 가능토록 하는데 목적이 있다.
상기 목적을 이루기 위한 본 발명의 복층유리는, 2개의 유리패널인 제1패널과 제2패널이 스페이서에 의해 상호 일정 간격으로 유지되고, 상기 각각의 제1패널과 제2패널 전면에는 다수의 흡음공간을 형성하는 허니컴부가 돌출 구비된 것을 특징으로 한다.
이러한 본 발명의 흡음형 복층유리는, 소음에 대한 흡음효과가 뛰어나기 때문에 야외 영화관이나 콘서트홀 등과 같은 건축물의 외벽재료로 시공되어질 수 있게 된다.
특히, 2개의 유리면에 각각 허니컴 형태의 흡음공간이 형성됨으로 흡음효율을 극대화할 수 있게 된다.

이하, 본 발명의 구체적인 실시 예를 첨부 도면을 참조하여 상세히 살펴보기로 한다.
먼저, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 흡음형 복층유리 구조를 도 1 내지 도 3을 통해 살펴보면, 제1패널(10)과 제2패널(20) 2개의 유리패널이 상호 일정 간격을 유지하는 가운데 내부 진공상태를 이루며 결합되는 복층형 구조를 이루고, 각각의 제1,2패널(10,20) 전면에는 다수의 흡음공간(12,22)을 형성하는 허니컴부(11,21)가 돌출 구비되는 구조를 이루도록 하였다.
즉, 벌집형태의 6각형 형태를 이루는 허니컴부(11,21)를 이루도록 구비함으로서 실내측에서 전달된 소리가 흡음공간(12,22) 내에서 흡음 되어지도록 한 것이다.
이러한 허니컴부(11,21)는 제1,2패널(10,20)과 각각 일체형 구조를 이루도록 함이 바람직한데, 이를 위해서는 제1,2패널(10,20)의 유리 가공시 허니컴부(11,21)를 함께 가공하게 된다.
그리고, 제2패널의 후면에는 단열필름(40)을 부착시킴으로서 실내,외간의 단열성을 향상시키도록 하게 된다.
도면 중 미설명 부호 30은 제1패널(10)과 제2패널(20) 사이의 공간을 일정 간격으로 유지시키기 위한 스페이서를 나타낸다.
이와 같은 구조를 이루는 본 발명 흡음형 유리의 시공에 따른 작용효과를 살펴보기로 한다.
본 발명의 흡음형 유리는 주로 실내.외 간의 투시가 가능하도록 하는 야외 영화관이나 야외 콘서트홀 또는 음향시설 건물의 외벽 설치용으로 시공이 이루어짐으로 소음차단 및 흡음기능을 수행하게 된다.
이러한 본 발명 흡음형 유리의 시공이 이루어지게 되면 실내에서 발생된 소리가 먼저 제1패널(10)의 허니컴형 흡음공간(12)내로 유입되어 일부 소리가 내부에서 1차적으로 흡음되어지게 된다.
그리고, 1차 흡음이 이루어지지 못한 소리는 제1패널(10)을 통과하여 제2패널(20)측으로 전달되어 내부 흡음공간(22)에서 2차적인 흡음작용이 이루어지게 된다.
그리고, 제2패널(20)에서 반사된 소리는 제1패널(10)에 의해 막혀서 실내측으로 전달이 차단되어짐으로서 제1패널(10)과 제2패널(20) 사이 공간에서 3차적인 흡음작용이 이루어지게 되는 것이다.
따라서, 제1패널(10) 표면에서 흡음되거나, 제1패널(10)을 통과하여 제2패널(20)측으로 전달된 소리를 제외한 일부 소리만이 제1패널(10)에서 반사되어지게 됨으로 벽면의 흡음효과를 극대화할 수 있게 됨을 알 수 있다.
한편, 도 4는 본 발명의 다른 실시 예에 따른 흡음형 유리 구조를 나타낸 것으로서, 허니컴부(11,21)는 일정 두께를 이루는 합성수지필름을 허니컴 형태로 성형하여 부착 구비시킨 것이다.
즉, 제1,2패널(10,20)과 일체형 구조로 제작이 이루어지는 상기 일 실시 예에서와 달리 허니컴부(11,21)를 필름 탈부착형으로 구성하게 되면, 유리패널의 가공비용을 절감시킬 수 있게 됨은 물론 제품의 유지 관리효율이 개선되어질 수 있게 된다.
특히, 유리패널의 파손 발생시 필름형 허니컴부(11,21)를 제1,2패널(10,20)로 부터 떼어내어 새로운 유리패널에 다시 부착 사용이 가능하게 됨으로 교체비용을 절감시키는 이점을 나타내게 된다.
그리고, 도 5는 본 발명의 응용 예에 따른 흡음형 유리 구조를 나타낸 것이다.
즉, 도시된 바와 같이 제2패널(20)의 전면에 고무재질의 러버차음층(23)을 코팅 형성시킴으로서 소음이 제2패널(20)을 통과하여 외부로 전달되거나 또는 외부 소음이 실내측으로 전달되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
특히, 이러한 러버차음층(23)이 허니컴부(21)의 흡음공간(22) 내벽면을 이루게 됨으로 내부에서 소음에 대한 흡음효과가 더욱 증대되어질 수 있게 됨을 알 수 있다.
그리고, 상기에서 본 발명의 특정한 실시 예가 설명 및 도시되었지만 본 발명의 흡음형 유리 구조가 당업자에 의해 다양하게 변형되어 실시될 수 있음은 자명한 일이다.
그러나, 이와 같은 변형된 실시예들은 본 발명의 기술적 사상이나 범위로부터 개별적으로 이해되어져서는 안되며, 이와 같은 변형된 실시 예들은 본 발명의 첨부된 특허청구범위 내에 포함된다 해야 할 것이다.
Claims (5)
- 2개의 유리패널인 제1패널(10)과 제2패널(20)이 스페이서(30)에 의해 상호 일정 간격으로 유지되고, 상기 각각의 제1패널(10)과 제2패널(20) 전면에는 다수의 흡음공간(12,22)을 형성하는 허니컴부(11,21)가 돌출 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음형 복층 유리.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제2패널(20)의 후면에는 단열필름(40)이 부착되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음형 복층 유리.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 허니컴부(11,21)는 제1,2패널(10,20)과 일체형 구조를 이루는 유리재인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음형 복층 유리.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 허니컴부(11,21)는 일정 두께를 이루는 합성수지필름을 허니컴 형태로 성형하여 부착 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음형 복층 유리.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제2패널(20)의 전면에는 고무재질의 러버차음층(23)이 코팅 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음형 복층 유리.
