Abstract
本发明提供吸音型多层玻璃,通过实现吸收噪声的吸音效果最大化,从而可用于野外电影院或音乐厅等建筑物的外壁材料。为此,本发明的特征在于,作为两个玻璃面板的第一面板(10)和第二面板(20)通过间隔件(30)彼此维持一定间隔,在上述各个第一面板(10)和第二面板(20)的前表面突出设有多个用于形成吸音空间(12、22)的蜂巢部(11、21)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及吸音型多层玻璃,具体地,通过强化玻璃的吸音功能,从而可用作野外电影院等音响设备的外壁材料进行施工。
背景技术
一般情况下,玻璃不仅用于窗户,还用作大厦的外壁施工材料。
另外,最近,在开发野外用电影院时,研究着利用玻璃施工电影院的外壁的技术。
但是,玻璃的吸音以及隔音性比一般的隔音板弱,产生有室内响起声音的现象,因此,存在难以将玻璃作为电影院外壁设置材料进行施工的问题。
并且,由于玻璃的隔热性下降,存在夏季室内温度急速上升的问题。
发明内容
技术课题
本发明为了解决上述的现有玻璃的吸音性下降导致的问题而提出,其目的在于提供一种能够改善玻璃的吸音性以及隔热性的多层型玻璃结构,以便可作为野外电影院等露天音响设备的外壁材料进行施工。
课题解决手段
用于实现上述目的的本发明的多层玻璃的特征在于,作为两个玻璃板的第一面板和第二面板通过间隔件彼此维持一定间隔,在上述各个第一面板和第二面板的前表面上突出设有多个用于形成吸音空间的蜂巢部。
发明效果
根据上述的本发明的吸音型多层玻璃,具有出色的吸收噪声的吸音效果,从而能够作为野外电影院或音乐厅等建筑物的外壁材料进行施工。
尤其是,两个玻璃面分别形成了蜂巢形状的吸音空间,从而可将吸音效率最大化。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施例。
具体实施例
首先,参照图1~图3,根据本发明一实施例的吸音型多层玻璃的结构为第一面板(10)和第二面板(20)的两个玻璃面板以彼此维持一定间隔的中间内部为真空状态的方式结合从而形成多层结构,并且,在各个第一面板和第二面板(10、20)的前表面突出设置有多个用于形成吸音空间(12、22)的蜂巢部(11、21)。
即、通过具有蜂窝状的六边形形状的蜂巢部(11、21),以使从室内侧传递的声音在吸音空间(12、22)被吸收。
优选地,分别与第一面板和第二面板(10、20)一体形成上述蜂巢部(11、21),为此,在加工第一面板和第二面板(10、20)时一起加工蜂巢部(11、21)。
并且,在第二面板的背面粘贴隔热膜(40),从而提高室内外之间的隔热性。
图中的未说明符号30表示用于将第一面板(10)和第二面板(20)之间的空间维持在一定间隔的间隔件。
下面,说明当施工有具有上述结构的本发明的吸音型玻璃时的作用效果。
本发明的吸音型玻璃主要用于可实现室内外之间透视的野外电影院或野外音乐厅或者音响设备建筑物的外壁,执行隔断噪声以及吸音功能。
如果施工了这样的本发明的吸音型玻璃,则在室内产生的声音首先被引入第一面板(10)的蜂巢形吸音空间(12),在内部第一次吸收一部分声音。
之后,第一次未被吸收的声音通过第一面板(10)传递到第二面板(20)侧,在内部吸音空间(22)实现第二次吸音作用。
并且,被第二面板(20)反射的声音被第一面板(10)阻断,无法传递到室内,从而在第一面板(10)和第二面板(20)之间的空间实现第三次吸音作用。
从而,在第一面板(10)反射除了在第一面板(10)的表面吸音或者通过第一面板(10)传递到第二面板(20)的声音之外的一部分声音,从而能够将壁面的吸音效果最大化。
另外,图4示出了根据本发明另一实施例的吸音型玻璃的结构,作为蜂巢部(11、21)具有将具有一定厚度的合成树脂膜成型为蜂巢形状后粘贴的。
即、与第一面板和第二面板(10、20)制作成一体结构的上述一实施例不同,以装卸状膜构成蜂巢部(11、21),则可节约玻璃面板的加工费用,并且,可以改善产品的维修管理效率。
尤其是,当玻璃面板受损时,可从第一面板和第二面板(10、20)剥离蜂巢部(11、21)后重新粘贴在新的玻璃面板,从而具有可节省替换费用的优点。
并且,图5示出了根据本发明的应用例的吸音型玻璃结构。
即、如图所示,在第二面板(20)的前表面涂布形成橡胶材质的橡胶隔音层(23),从而能够防止噪声通过第二面板(20)传递到外部或者外部噪声传递到室内侧。
尤其是,上述的橡胶隔音层(23)形成在蜂巢部(21)的吸音空间(22)的内壁面上,从而能够进一步提高在内部吸收噪声的吸音效果。
工业上的可利用性
并且,上面说明以及示出了本发明的特定的实施例,但是本领域技术人员可对本发明的吸音型玻璃结构进行各种变更。
但是,不应该与本发明的技术思想或范围区别理解这样的变形的实施例,这样的变形的实施例应该属于本发明的权利要求书中。

1.一种吸音型多层玻璃,其特征在于,
作为两个玻璃面板的第一面板(10)和第二面板(20)通过间隔件(30)彼此维持一定间隔,在上述各个第一面板(10)和第二面板(20)的前表面突出设置有多个用于形成吸音空间(12、22)的蜂巢部(11、21)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸音型多层玻璃,其特征在于,
上述第二面板(20)的背面粘贴有隔热膜(40)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的吸音型多层玻璃,其特征在于,
上述蜂巢部(11、21)是与第一面板(10)和第二面板(20)一体地形成的玻璃材质。
4.根据权利要求1所述的吸音型多层玻璃,其特征在于,
上述蜂巢部(11、21)是将具有一定厚度的合成树脂膜成型为蜂巢形状后进行粘贴而成的。
5.根据权利要求1所述的吸音型多层玻璃,其特征在于,
上述第二面板(20)的前表面涂布形成有橡胶材质的橡胶隔音层(23)。
