- the voltage speed ellipse is a vector locus indicating a current command range that can be set according to the rotation speed of the motor MG and the value of the DC voltage (system voltage Vdc) of the inverter 5.
- the size of the voltage speed ellipse 300 is determined based on the system voltage Vdc and the rotational speed ⁇ (or the rotational speed N) of the motor MG. Specifically, the diameter of the voltage speed ellipse 300 is proportional to the system voltage Vdc and inversely proportional to the rotational speed ⁇ of the motor MG.
- the current commands Id * and Iq * are set as values at the operating point on the isotorque line 100 existing in the constant current circle 200 in such a current vector space (orthogonal coordinate system representing the current vector).

- the absolute value of the d-axis current is decreased while maintaining the q-axis current contributing to the torque at zero, and finally the target of the zero torque control is set. The transition is made to the operating point P0.
- FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing the flow of the entire process including the regenerative power suppression process.
- the open / closed state of the contactor 2 is determined based on detection signals from sensors and switches (not shown) that indicate the open / closed state of the contactor 2 (# 101). If the inverter control unit 11 determines that the contactor 2 is in the open state (contactor open), then the determination is made based on whether the voltage between the terminals of the second smoothing capacitor Q2, that is, the system voltage Vdc, is necessary for the regenerative power suppression process. It is determined whether or not the threshold value TH1 is exceeded (# 102). When system voltage Vdc exceeds determination threshold value TH1, regenerative power suppression process # 200 described in detail below with reference to FIGS. 4 to 6 is executed.
- step # 106 normal vector control processing is executed (# 106). That is, the above-described current phase control and voltage phase control are executed.

- the limit value LT1 [N / s] is set (# 104).
- the final target torque T ** set according to the target torque TM is set to the target torque TM (# 105).
- Id * which is a d-axis current command
- Id * is acquired from a current command map generated in advance based on torque characteristics. That is, the d-axis current command Id * is acquired from the current command map according to the torque command T * set within the range of the torque change rate limit value LT from the current torque toward the final target torque T **. Is done.
- the d-axis current command Id * in the normal vector control process is used as a variable Id_tmp in the regenerative power suppression process # 200, which will be described in detail later.
- the torque change rate ⁇ T includes a power change rate ⁇ W [kW / s] that is the maximum value of the regenerative power change rate within a range that can be controlled by the motor MG, and the current rotation speed N [rmp] (rotation) of the motor MG. Based on the speed ⁇ ).
- this torque change rate ⁇ T exceeds the normal torque change rate limit value LT1 of the torque change rate (# 202).
- the torque change rate ⁇ T calculated above is adopted as the torque change rate ⁇ T (# 203).
- the normal torque change rate limit value LT1 is set as the torque change rate ⁇ T (# 204). That is, in the regenerative power suppression process, it is preferable to realize the zero torque control by reducing the torque as quickly as possible, and therefore, a torque change rate ⁇ T that is as large as possible is used.
- the maximum value of the torque change rate ⁇ T calculated based on the power change rate ⁇ W and the rotation speed N is substantially limited by the power change rate ⁇ W.
- the limit value is approximately 5 to 6 times the normal torque change rate limit value LT1.
- the torque change rate limit value LT is the torque change rate limit value in a state where the connection between the battery 3 and the inverter 5 is maintained. It is preferable to set a value larger than LT1. As described above with reference to step # 201 in FIG.
- the torque change rate ⁇ T is the power change rate ⁇ W [kW / s], which is the maximum value of the regenerative power change rate within the range that can be controlled by the motor MG.
- the torque change rate ⁇ T Based on the current rotational speed N [rmp] (rotational speed ⁇ ) of the motor MG. Accordingly, the torque change rate ⁇ T based on the predetermined rotation speed N and the power change rate ⁇ W within a practical range becomes the torque change rate limit value LT.
- the power change rate ⁇ W defines the torque change rate limit value LT.
- the torque change rate ⁇ T can take different values depending on the rotational speed of the motor MG, a constant value is often used in normal control.
- the connection between the battery 3 and the inverter 5 is cut off, it is preferable to quickly reduce the regenerative power. Therefore, it is preferable to control the inverter 5 so that the regenerative torque of the motor MG becomes zero at a large torque change rate ⁇ T within a range in which the control can follow.
- the torque change rate ⁇ T when the regenerative torque of the motor MG is reduced to zero is variably set according to the rotational speed N (rotational speed ⁇ ) of the motor MG.
- the torque change rate ⁇ T is a power change rate ⁇ W [kW / s] which is the maximum value of the regenerative power change rate within a range that can be controlled by the motor MG.
- the current rotational speed N [rmp] (rotational speed ⁇ ) of the motor MG is set to be inversely proportional to the rotational speed N (rotational speed ( ⁇ ), and to increase as the rotational speed N decreases.
- the transition time t [s] required for changing the torque at the torque change rate ⁇ T is calculated from the current final target torque T ** to zero (# 205). Since this value is substantially used in the high-loss control process # 300 described later, the transition time t may be calculated in the high-loss control process # 300.
- the current control mode is the PWM control mode (# 206).
- the process proceeds to the high loss control process # 300, and the final target torque T ** is set to zero.
- the rectangular wave control is executed (# 208, # 209). This is because the rectangular wave control mode is voltage phase control, and high loss control that increases the absolute value of the d-axis current by controlling the current phase cannot be performed.
- the current control mode is the PWM control mode
- the high loss control process # 300 is executed.
- a high loss d-axis current command Id_loss is set as a variable, and the Id_tmp (current d-axis) described above with reference to step # 106 of FIG.
- the current command Id * is substituted (# 301).
- step # 302 If it is determined in step # 302 that zero torque control has not been achieved, a change amount ⁇ Id per unit time of the d-axis current command Id * is calculated (# 303). As described above, zero torque control is executed in the regenerative power suppression process. Therefore, the difference between the d-axis current value Id_o at the center of the voltage velocity ellipse 300 (operation point P2) and the current d-axis current command value Id_loss is divided by the transition time t [s] described above. Then, the change amount ⁇ Id of the d-axis current per unit time is calculated.
- the change amount ⁇ Id of the d-axis current per unit time that can be changed according to the transition time t [s] required to change the torque to zero at the torque change rate ⁇ T is calculated.
- the difference between the value of the d-axis current at the operating point P1 and the value of the d-axis current at the operating point P0, the value of the d-axis current at the operating point P1, and the value of the d-axis current at the operating point P2 When the operating point P2 is set so that the difference between them is the same, the value at the center of the constant current circle 200 (operating point P0) may be used as Id_o if the signs are appropriately matched.
- the inverter control unit 11 In field adjustment, the inverter control unit 11, first, the high losses d-axis current command Id_loss which is a d-axis current command Id * value of current, d-axis current command Id * variation ⁇ Id obtained in step # 303 And the value of the high loss d-axis current command Id_loss is updated (# 307). Next, the difference between the updated high loss d-axis current command Id_loss and the d-axis current command Id * obtained by referring to the current command map is obtained as the field adjustment value Id_AFR of the d-axis current (# 308).
- the field adjustment value Id_AFR can be handled in the same manner as the adjustment value used in the field weakening control or the field strengthening control. Therefore, when performing field adjustment in high-loss control, it is possible to share a functional unit prepared for field weakening control or field strengthening control without adding a new calculation function.
- the inverter control unit 11 refers to the current command map again based on the torque command T * and the field adjustment value Id_AFR of the d-axis current, and acquires the high loss q-axis current command Iq_loss (# 309). .
- step # 307 and the high loss q-axis current command Iq_loss obtained in step # 309 are set as the d-axis current command Id * and the q-axis current command Iq * , respectively ( # 310). As described above, step # 302 to step # 310 are repeated until the motor MG achieves zero torque control.
- the d-axis current is changed to the current value (here, zero) at the operating point P0 at the center of the constant current circle 200.
- the process proceeds to the convergence process # 350 (# 302 ⁇ $ 1).
- the convergence time d-axis current command Id_0Nm_loss is set as a variable.
- the above-described high loss d-axis current command Id_loss (current d-axis current command Id * ) is substituted into the convergence d-axis current command Id_0Nm_loss (# 351).
- step # 352 it is determined whether or not the operating point has reached the center of the constant current circle 200 (operating point P0) (# 352).
- the d-axis current at the operating point P0 is zero and approaches zero from a negative value
- the normal discharge control process # 357 is, for example, shutdown of the inverter 5 (all switching elements are turned off). When the normal discharge control process # 357 is completed, the regenerative power suppression process # 200 is terminated.
- step # 352 If it is determined in step # 352 that the d-axis current command Id * has not reached zero, the convergence-time d-axis current command Id_0Nm_loss corresponds to the change amount ⁇ Id of the d-axis current command Id * described above. Then, it is updated in the direction of the center of the constant current circle (operating point P0) (# 353). Next, it is determined whether or not the updated d-axis current command Id_0Nm_loss is less than zero (# 354). If the updated d-axis current command Id_0Nm_loss is not less than zero, for example, if it exceeds zero, it has a positive value and has passed the operating point P0.
- the convergence time d-axis current command Id_0Nm_loss is set in the d-axis current command Id * , and Steps # 352 to # 354 are repeated (# 355).
- the q-axis current command Iq * is set to a zero value since zero torque control has already been achieved (# 355).
- the q-axis current command Iq * is referred to the current command map based on the torque command T * and the converged d-axis current command Id_0Nm_loss (d-axis current command Id * ) as in step # 309 in FIG. It may be set.
- the inverter control unit 11 may be configured to execute the shutdown control of the inverter 5.
- the overvoltage threshold at this time is a value larger than the determination threshold TH1 shown in step # 102 of FIG.
- the shutdown control is control in which all of the switching elements E3 to E8 constituting the inverter 5A and all of the switching elements E9 to E14 constituting the inverter 5B are switched to the OFF state. In a state where the inverter 5 is shut down, the current from the motor MG flows back through the freewheel diodes D3 to D14 connected in reverse parallel to the switching elements E3 to E14, and gradually decreases.
- the inverter control part 11 can reduce regenerative electric power rapidly by performing the high loss control using a field current with zero torque control.
- the torque change rate limit value is increased to allow a larger torque change rate than during normal control, and the regenerative torque can be quickly generated with a torque change rate greater than during normal control. Reduce. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the regenerative power more quickly than the conventional method.
- the rotating electric machine control device that controls the driving device (rotating electric machine driving device) for a hybrid vehicle of the two-motor split type has been described as an example, but the present invention is limited to this example. is not.
- a rotating electrical machine control device that controls a driving device that drives one rotating electrical machine may be used.
- the drive device 1 may be comprised without providing a converter.
- the high loss control has been described by showing an example in which the loss is increased by increasing the d-axis current (field current) that does not contribute to the torque.
- the d-axis current field current
- those skilled in the art will be able to increase the loss and reduce the regenerative power by other methods.
- the modulation frequency (carrier frequency) of PWM control is increased, the number of times of switching per unit time increases and the loss increases.
- the present invention has a technical feature in performing high-loss control using a field current together with zero-torque control, but does not prevent the loss from being increased by other methods.
- the present invention relates to a rotating electrical machine including an inverter that is interposed between a DC power supply unit including a power storage device and an AC rotating electrical machine and converts power between the DC power of the DC power supply unit and the AC power of the rotating electrical machine.
