Abstract
L'invention concerne une étiquette protéique qui comprend un motif acide aminé Proline-X-Proline (PXP), où X est choisi parmi l'un quelconque des acides aminés. De plus, l'invention concerne des polypeptides de fusion et une cellule hôte comprenant l'étiquette protéique, ainsi que des acides nucléiques codant pour ceux-ci. De plus, l'invention concerne des procédés de production d'une protéine recombinante par la mise en culture de la cellule hôte, l'expression d'un polypeptide de fusion et l'isolement du polypeptide de fusion à partir de la culture.
